I bought a Vanessa pen here. I asked the guy when I bought it, if I cold get new filters there and he said yeah. Well one of the pieces it came with broke and the other leaked, so I came to buy a new one and the woman at the desk said they dont even carry them. Talk about a scam. So now I either have to research and drive around looking for new filters, spend MORE money getting a new one, or I just live with knowing I wasted money from this horrible place.

Menthol cigarettes are now 150$ a box. I mean theyre illegal in san jose now but they’ve continued to sell, but raising 50$+ just gonna make people leave, and leave reviews like this.

3 times overcharged me by $10 exactly. When you call them back to tell them they blame you and wont fix it. This is the only place I can get the brand of vape juice I use though so have to keep going back😭And its not the regular employees doingg it. Its the owner or manager whichever one its the boss thats all I know

Closed when they are supposed to be open, there was some one in there but disappeared i walked up to the door, there to different opening times 9:00 on the door and 9:30 online but I left at 9:45, and they where still closed..

Poor customer service, often closed during posted hours, way over priced. Do yourself a favor and buy online.
