Ive been coming here for years, when they had just the one location open in Goleta. Im so glad theyre close to dt. Chris always does an amazing job on my builds. The staff is always helpful and cheerful! Molly the dog is a great new addition too. Their house juice Strawberry Lemonade is my go-to.

The reason behind my 1 star review is that there are a number of things I found disturbing (on a sanitary note) and I plainly didnt like, I will note this with a pro and con list.Yet, in addition to the list below, I also found the location difficult, in a sense that there is no parking immediately nearby that is often available, plus this location is on a very busy street, and in a not great part of town. In addition this store seems to neglect quality products.Pros:1. Large space2. Multiple locations3. Seating4. Mostly knowledgeable in coil building.5. Friendly staffCons:1. Products behind counter and hard to see2. Horrible Ventilation3. Reusable drip tips that looked like they werent cleaned well.4. Lengthy time to wait for assistance with 3 staff members5. No 100% VG liquid/juice6. Full refunds not available, store credit only7. Noisy garage in the back8. Owner lets dog in shop and all over couches, not good if you are allergic.9. Pricey10. Knowledge in a multitude of areas lacking

Massive selection of in house juices and other premium juices. Staff is very knowledgeable. The shop even has a wood shop in the back that makes custom mod cases. Come in to check out their selection. Competitive prices on all the newest mods and juices.

The shop is really nice, they have many products and different liquids flavors. The staff members are young overall good.. I purchased a vape in this store and after coming back for 2 times whitin the fist two weeks for the same problem they didnt want to take any responsibility and either help me to solve it but they suggested me to send it back to the manufacturer. Instead I went to the store in goleta where a very nice guy working there fixed my vape and was more professional than the staff in downtown.

Great knowledgeable staff! Ive been coming to this store for over a year and they really know their stuff. Great on prices from liq to vapes. Able to answer any and all questions would definitely recommend checking them out.

Been in this location 3x in the last 3 weeks, staff is friendly. Selection is okay. I have bought the same juice 3 times now for 3 different prices, $24 $25 and now $26. If pricing doesnt stay consistent, I dont see my self going back. Makes your really think about if your being taken advantage of as a consumer. The juice Im referring to isRNR-POA

The ONLY vape shop open in Santa Barbara. I went to the others and they were closed after their posted open time. I receivedont great service and Im planning on heading back again. Lots of variety. Love it
