Called in advance about something I wanted. Was quoted the wrong price over the phone. The price I was told in store was 60$ more expensive than what I was told on the phone. In store I was the told the price I was paying was the same as the price online. It was not, it was 20$ more expensive. I would hope the owner would put a little More time into educating their employees.To top it off, The equipment I purchased didnt work. Didnt even turn on.Maybe they’ll right this wrong when I go back.You should still save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

No other place in California will be able to perform glass repairs, and bring custom glass ideas to life! Love this place! I had a broken rig and they even sent it to me all the way down here in Los Angeles after repairing it back to brand new! Ra-Te and Mike are super knowledgeable and down to earth also! These guys really go above and beyond your typical headshop. They stock a huge selection of artistic pieces that are blown by their employees in store. The price is right as well. I will be back for larger purchases!

The real deal! Went back today after seeing on nextdoor that theyd been closed due to refrigeration issue. I feel bad for these folks , A plus quality product and brand next beautiful equipment ... We will be back...

What a kook. Burned me for $20 cause the nail he made was faulty. Offered nothing to make it right. When I told him I didnt like his response, he just looked at me. Long time customer that will never come back.
