Called to see if they have an item in stock, and the guy wouldnt even tell me. He said I had to come in to answer that question. Mind you I didnt ask for price, just to see if they had it in stock. Super shady! Fair warning. Theres a shop about a hundred yards east of their spot, they can actually answer questions. Or any other shop for that matter.

Same experience as David. faulty vapes. Last one worked good for 2 weeks but then flaked out. They blamed it on a leaky cartridge but it’s a quality cbd one… fair enough just give me a new one and tell me what to do for maintenance. Now I have to try to figure out what’s up with the warranty on it. They also said I need to disconnect it when not using for extended periods but I’ve got friends that said they never had to do this. It’s a slender ario vape btw. Maybe a bad vape in the first place but then you have to ask why are they selling it

Went here a bought a smok novo. Was told I had 7 days to return if any issues. Well there was an issue and when I tried to return it I couldnt even get an exchange. Its a good shop for perishable items like tobacco and papers but not great if you want to feel secure about making a big purchase.

Always greeted with a happy face. Extremely helpful and experienced sales associates. Over all a great smoke shop that has everything anyone could need or imagine for smoking almost any product.

I first went here to buy a vape battery for oil and the first was faulty and I had to buy another within days. The second one went bad so I bought a different model, just to have the same thing happen. The voltage color codes on the box never matched the battery, so I believe they were knock off Brass Knuckles. The threading then stopped catching with cartridges too.Recently, i decide to get myself a smaller, modest water pipe for around $30, loved it and SEEMED well made for the price. Overnight my waterpipe had a massive crack and the water leaked all over my coffee table. I did not drop this once (had it for like a week) and i have a thick area carpet. It was fine last night where I left it and I came to it unmoved but damaged. The only thing I could guess is sudden temperature difference if i was cleaning it but it was room temp all night.Marlboro cigarettes I have bought here are dry or off-brand even though they look from the pack and markings. Causing a lot of coughing and fir how bad cigs taste already, these are worse.Bottom line is they sell knockoffs and off the truck stuff. I wouldnt recommend buying anything here with the expectation of durability or quality.

I love this place! It is so convenient. The hours are great, the staff are awesome and you cant beat the prices or selections of numerous supplies. Bring cash and pay by cash for the even better $$$.~~Thanks for being our local smoke shop!. ~~

Needed a refill for juul and searched online to find this location.They have everything here from vape to tobacco to cigars and lighters.I want a Dupont lighter!Great service and super clean inside.The owner was great and they have 2 locations. This is the newer one right on Wilshire!

Always has a couple people working which means you never wait long to be helped. Big selection and the hours are incredible.

Bought a mighty vaporizer from these guys and it broke and these guys basically said tough. I would not buy here again because I feel like they are leaving me out in the wind on an expensive purchase. Recommend going somewhere else for your smoke shop needs.

Overpriced smoke shop with unfriendly staff. I usually pay $10-11 for a bag of drum tobacco but they charge $14 for the same item and when I mentioned the price difference they kind of got mad at me. I will never come back to this place

Wouldnt sell CBD gummies even though I am 19 and it is completely legal for anyone of any age to buy CBD gummies.
