Best vape shop we’ve been to in California, back in October 2023. We were at the beach and I had accidentally dropped my husband’s vape mod in the sand 😩🤭 so I called multiple vape shops in the area & the lady was so helpful and sweet. An hour later, I found her vape shop & she was so welcoming, helpful, nice, sweet and just super respectful. I will definitely remember this vape shop when we’re near. Forgot to write review earlier. I usually order fluids etc when Im abroad from Jucce which is very nice but when Im home in LA this is the best place to go. Shop with confidence and no worries.

I was a little confused walking in because at first glance it looks like a convenience store. No visible vape products. There is a small display case toward the back of the stoe that has vapes. The guy working is very nice and helpful. He has a wide variety of juices and they are all convently organized by brand on his tablet. You tell him what you want and he brings it out, describes the different options, and can even make you a deal if you buy multiple items. His prices are very reasonable!

Amazing shop. Their prices are amazing. I bought elf bar from them. The owner made sure the device works before I leave and teach me how to see if it is authentic. Great discounts given when I buy more. My new store to go to.

Very late at night and the nice lady here was still so eager to help me and accommodate me after I travelled far to obtain a mouthpiece. Her customer service and dedication to making me happy was a 10/10. Next time I’m in Santa Monica this is the ONLY vape shop for me!

Havent even been there yet but called and talked to a woman who was very helpful and they carried a product (Smok TFV9 coils) that I couldnt find anywhere else. Said they would hold it for me. Very pleased with customer service. Will edit after I pick them up. Fair pricing and stoked to finally get my new coils.

Extremely friendly and made great recommendations. She even let us try our Hyppe Bars before we left. There were a couple times at other places that our stuff didnt work and lost out. NOT HERE! Would love to come back!

I went to Magic Vape House since it was close by and open late. I called them earlier and the lady who picked up was very friendly. They are dog friendly, cool vibes, very helpful. Great merchandise with reasonable prices for vapes, mods, batteries, chargers, variety of juices with various flavors and levels. I was very impressed that I walked in and out with a new full vape kit and juice for under $60.

Fantastic ownership and crew, these guys blow away everyone else when it comes to service, I bought a geek vape AEGIS kit from them great brick & mortar in store price, 5 days later around 10 o’clock at night couldn’t find it, the owners wife stayed open for me to give me a loaner until I find mine, I’ve moved to West Hills but to keep my integrity must make a drive and see old friends and drop off the leaner, thank you Magic Vape you’re truly magic.

This is the best vape shop Ive been to. The staff are awesome! Including Coco, the store mascot, friendly dog. They have a great variety with mods, tanks, juices and vape salts. These guys are legit. The guy on the counter suggested me the best mod for intermediate vapers and Im very happy with my new mod. Very resonable price too. They accept cash and credit cards. Highly recommend. And the customer service is extraordinary!

Immediately upon walking in ivonne offered to clean out my vape with alcohol and her husband Matthew went to town fixing the button on my uwell caliburn. They went above and beyond before I was willing to buy anything. Theyve got an awesome selection of eliquid and knowledge on top of that. I will be back as a regular and I suggest you do the same.

The staff here was very helpful in choosing products. Apparently they were looted and didnt have a lot in stock, please shop here and help them rebuild.

The best vape store in the area, great customer service, friendly staffs. I tried as many juices as I wanted, also tried with dripper instead of a cheap first generation atomizers. They never push you to buy products that you dont need. Definitely 5-star service!

Parking was impossible here for starters. The juice flavor selection is very limited, I could not really find anything I know here and then I wasnt able to test out any of the flavors.. I was afraid to commit to a large bottle and find out I dont like it after :/
