All around great experience. The place has a great vibe with a nice owner. My hair felt like silk afterwards. I would totally recommend this place for your spa treatments.

I had Ommani do my hair for me and she did such a great job!! I heard about her from some of my friends who also go to her, I’m so glad I went. I got a buzz cut and she dyed my hair with different colors and made a cool design. I got so many compliments from everyone!

I’ve been a client of Anna’s for over 15 years and she always goes above and beyond for the client experience! While she specializes in blonde hair she still makes time to dye my hair darker. Highly recommend this place!

She managed and styled my hair wonderfully.At other salons, I often have to go home and flatiron my hair after a hair appointment elsewhere., but not at Exclusive Spa. I walked away with my hair shiny and showing off the good health I have worked on. Ana styled my hair with ease.In addition, the Spa’s cute craftsman spsce was well ventilated and had great lighting. The staff was friendly, professional and made the experience relaxing. I’ve already booked my next appointment.

Miriam was amazing. She was very personable and gave me the best highlight job I ever had. She took her time and even offered to curl my hair. Also she gave me pointers on how to keep my curls longer. I was afraid my meter outside would run out but receptionist went out and feed meter for me so I didnt have to worry. If I could of given her 6 stars I would have.

Anytime I ever need a pick me up, I go to ommani. She hands down is the best my hair has ever seen!

I was referred to this place and was very impressed with the atmosphere and cleanliness. Ommani was my hairdresser and she was very sweet and seemed to understand what I wanted since I showed her a pic and a long conversation. She cut it ( it was to my waist) just below my shoulders. Perfect length. I wanted a spiral perm, walked out with nothing of the sort. It was curly but not how I wanted. I had to go back a week later since the perm did not take. I could cry everyday that I look at it. It is like straw and sticks out like a scarecrow no curls. I have been using the suggested products and worked with it but it is AWFUL. If I want curls I have to put rollers in. I wear a hat when I leave the house cause Im so embarrassed. I feel like I got some cheap home perm.I am waiting for it to grow out then I am going to have it cut short which is NOT what I wanted it. Im so disappointed and will NEVER go back. In total it cost me $250 such a waste.

I have been to several different hair extension specialists in 3 different states. Anna is incredibly talented in various extention methods and coloring while remaining patient and kind. So happy we went tanning at her salon last year and randomly started talking about extensions!

This is my second time at exclusive spa, an Anna is always so great and wonderful. I’ve struggled with hair cuts in the past due to my thick and long hair, but she meets my expectations every time. I show her a picture and she reflects her work. My go-to salon now!

The atmosphere is great. I had my nails done by Marilyn and she made it a great experience. Already trying to plan what I want to do next with my nails!

I had my first facial with Yvonne and it was the BEST facial, I have ever had. Not only was it relaxing it was educational. Yvonne advised on the products I should be using and the ones I should stop using. She takes pride in her work and she makes sure you feel comfortable on her table!

I went recently for the first time. Got a wash and cut with Brenda and it was great! I had long hair and wanted to go really short, but appreciated her advice to not go so short straight off so as not to shock my hair (and myself.) She offered me great tips on how to manage my curly/wavy hair that I had not heard before despite all my Googling about how to manage my hair type. I also liked how she didnt try to push any products on me. She was friendly and seems to really know her stuff. Ill be seeing her again soon to complete my short hair transformation. Recommended!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The receptionist at this salon was extremely rude and disrespectful. It’s the day before my wedding and so I made an appt months ago however I was running 30 minutes late, which is totally on me. I called to kindly let them know that I was running late and asked what the options were/ possible solutions and she went ahead and canceled my lash lift appointment without speaking to me and then continued to charge me the full amount. Apparently the technician didn’t want to work with me because the Salon failed to communicate that I had switched from extensions to a lift and then because “I cancelled.” Mind you, they cancelled without telling me and then still charged me the full amount. The receptionist had such an attitude from the minute I called, offered no solutions, and the minute we hung up they charged me for everything (lashes, waxing, and nails). Such a joke. Get off your high horse.

I had high hopes for this place because of the great reviews but I found my experience to be less then great and odd. I set up an appointment online for 10am with Alexa. She was 10-15min late but no big deal traffic and all that happens and I understand that, I just know certain people out there would not be so understandable. I showed her a photo of what I was looking for as I just wanted a new haircut style. She starts cutting and a little over halfway through the cut she says ok, Anna is gunna help me out abit ok? Once Anna came and started helping Alexa it felt extremly rushed like they were trying to get me out of there which made me uncomfortable. They both worked on my hair together for a minute but then Alexa just....leaves and I never see her again. Anna starts cutting but I was confused because Alexa never told Anna what cut I wanted and I wasnt asked by Anna what cut was being done on my hair before Alexa left. So I was confused how Anna knew how to cut my hair the way I wanted it. Somehow though she did it correctly and I do like my hair. I thought Anna was abit rough but she seemed like she knew what she was doing and seemed very experienced and I did end up liking my hair alot. Anna didnt really say bye or thank you when done I just kinda said thank you in the chair and she nodded and walked away which I thought was kinda weird. Usually in my experience hairdressers ask if you like it and walk you up to the front to pay, she just kinda walked off without saying bye.I didnt like how I got a hairdresser working on my hair and halfway through got someone else, particularly because I asked for a certain style and I dont think halfway through the original hairstylist just leaves. Im not sure where Alexa left halfway through or why. If it was a family emergency then ill understand. If she left to go to another customer because she was late getting there for my appointment then ide be annoyed.Its also nice in there but I didnt realize it would be so cramped, me and my anxiety had a hard time with it being so close to all the other customers.

It’s been about a month since my appointment and I still want to cry everytime I look in the mirror.As a fellow cosmetologist I am always curious about other stylists’ way of business.. I thought I’d treat myself to a haircut.& this was the worst haircut I’ve ever had.I went back and forth to each location because the address on their Groupon wasn’t updated and the receptionist didn’t inform me.. I was now 10 minutes late to the appt.The stylist (Omani) was able to “fit me in” as she mentioned had someone after me.. but the entire experience felt really rushed.During consultation, I asked for a minimal shaping and blending on my already short fine thick hair, something that would help it grow out nicely. I asked for no razor to be used as it shredded my hair and I just grew it all out to a nice, even thick length (which took forever!)I don’t know what happened from consultation to actual haircut.. but it is nothing like what we had talked about.She ended up taking off over half of my hair with thinning shears.. cut 2+ inches when I asked for barely a trim, making it incredibly short in uneven places with marks from the thinning shears that show bluntly in my fine hair (now awkwardly Thin & Flat).I kept closing my eyes praying she knew what she was doing as a “professional”.. and I just needed to relax. But, no..The best way I could describe the cut is ~Disconnected, super short uneven layers on top that narrow toward the middle?, she cut the hair around my cowlick short (which I shared makes it stick up and asked not to do) to longer, uneven layers at the bottom with hair chopped diagonally around my ears?I think she tried to go for artistic vs “by the book angels”.. but It was like she started one haircut and switched to another one at the end? Leaving it all confusing what the actual style is. I have no idea. It’s a mess.Not only was the cut nothing like what we agreed on in the consultation .. She kept absentmindedly knocking into my head with the blow dryer, didn’t ask me about anything personal during the haircut (building rapport).. just talked with the people around us (even about my haircut loudly to everyone).. and then told me the receptionist would “cash me out”.. and left to clean up. The shampoo felt like she could care less, no deep conditioner like the Groupon included (which is fine, whatever), had me walk over dripping wet back to the chair, no towel, feeling uncomfortable in front of other clients and stylists ~ she didn’t share with me what products she used.I left feeling bewildered. It was all super uncomfortable and happened so fast. I waited a few days to see if I was just being dramatic but ended up needing to call the manager because this was just not right.The manager tried to fix it but couldn’t.And even she didn’t talk to me, she shouted over to the receptionist about work schedule things on the computer.It felt incredibly unprofessional as a new customer. I know the manager tried to help at least but I cannot recommend this salon.So now I just need to grow out my hair again wear hats :( and avoid mirrors..

Ommani did a great job with touchup color, partial highlights, haircut and blowdry! Shes very sweet and made sure I was happy with everything she did. I also had my eyebrows tinted and waxed and was quite happy with that service as well. Nice, modern salon on College Ave. Recommend!

I had good expectations for this place since there are a lot of good reviews. I’m new to the area and needed a trim and wanted to add face framing layers and some longer layers throughout my hair. Pretty easy request. I’m also not very picky when it comes to who cuts my hair because I put a lot of trust into licensed cosmetologists, but I learned my lesson this time. I don’t think I’ve had a worse haircut until now.. the woman who cut my hair seemed pretty distracted the whole time I was in the chair. She sped through my haircut so fast, I don’t even think she introduced herself because I don’t know her name and I can’t find her on their website. My layers are super choppy and she cut the right side layers way shorter than the left side. I know it’s just hair and it’ll grow out and it can be fixed but I spent $80 on this haircut. It’s just super disappointing.

Brenda works her magic on my hair every single time I come to her. She definitely knows what she is doing, and is very knowledgeable. She takes the time to figure out exactly what you want and gets it right on target. She makes great recommendations for my hair, which I take her up on, and the outcome is amazing every time. I had an appointment with Anna, who is also the owner of eXclusive Spa. Anna is always at the top of her game, and her salon is fabulous! Ive been going to eXclusive Spa for a number of years, and Im always 100% satisfied with the service I receive. Anna is an excellent colorist, and when it comes to cutting my hair, she knows how I like it. Ive gone to other stylists who have completely ruined my hair. Anna understands how sensitive I am about my hair and is working with me to fix it. I feel confident sitting in her chair knowing that I am in good hands. I highly recommend giving eXclusive a try,

Called to see if they had time for a walk-in hair appointment. Woman on the phone was nice and I was booked with Anna. Cool salon with a nice vibe. They have everything!Parked at the plaza which is only a short walk away. I hadnt had my hair done in MONTHS. Told Anna what I was looking for (low maintenance cut and highlight) and just let her work her magic.I love the result and I LOVE that this place is female owned and operated. Anna is a straight up BOSS ❤

I have been getting my waxing done by Katrina for almost 3 years. She is an amazing person who genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend the salon for anyone looking to pamper themselves or stay looking polished. The staff is nice. They also do a great job keeping the salon clean and well maintained.

And just like that SHAZAM, I feel like I wanna show EVERYONE how amazing my hair looks (mask & all lol)... PERFECT cut, PERFECT color & probably the best highlights Ive ever had ! Everything is new at this salon. Its obvious the owner Anna has cut no corners at Exclusive Spa. I will be back next week to try out their facials ! Highly recommend Katrina for all your esthetician needs! She cares for her clients like family and its so comforting. Pays extreme attention to detail - who doesnt love that when your brows are being done? Super informative and welcoming to any questions you have. Shes very considerate and receptive to anything new I want to try. I wouldnt let anyone else touch my face!

The staff was amazing and nice and my hair didnt take very long at all how ever my perm did not hold well, so pretty disappointed in that. I got it yesterday 1/20/22 and one side of my hair is straight already. I really liked the hairdresser though and I believe she will fix it, I will and would return to this salon for further hair needs.

Brenda is great. She rubberbanded my hair prior to cutting it so I could donate it. I gave her free reign with a length requirement and she did an excellent job with the cut and the style. Really sweet lady. Id go back, which says a lot for someone that hasnt stayed with a salon since 2018.

Got this through a Groupon. Its a nice salon that offers more than hair styles. I got a great haircut and color with Ormanni.I followed up with a nice facial by Yvonne. They offer massages as well, so Ill have to try one of those next visit. They have cute clothes for sale. I was very pleased with my service and will go back again.

Katrina is the best wax lady I have ever been to! She is kind, respectful, and makes you feel comfortable during waxing. Would recommend her to anyone. Hands down! :) Book an appt with her ASAP!

Katrina is the best waxer! Have been seeing her for years and followed her from her previous salon. She is the most gentle, courteous and thorough waxer I’ve ever seen who will not try to sell you on services or products and is up front about returning times for hair growth. She not only performs waxes to an incredible standard but she takes her time and makes the wax such a pleasant experience. Her Brazilian waxes are far less painful than my previous waxer and much more precise, always checking in on the wax temperature and how I’m doing. I always feel comfortable with her and she walks you through each and every step, ensuring or needs are not only taken care of but apart of the experience and shaping. I would hands down recommend Katrina to anyone and everyone because of her expertise and excellence. She is also very personable and enjoyable to be around, ensuring that you’re preoccupied during the wax which chatter but not annoyed like some waxers I’ve had. I always look forward to seeing her, which is always easy given her open availability and responsiveness and would trust her with any service she offers!

The worst place to get your hair done, I went there because a friend of mine told me to go there. If I could give them 0 stars I would do that..They damaged my hair so bad, Took forever to get it done How I wish I’d never gone there. Now my hair needs a treatment to fix the damaged they did to my hair, Not to mention they charged me a lot of money almost $300 for a horrible work. And when I called them to see if they could fix the horrible job they did to my hair they hung up my calls I’m pretty sure they knew I was calling because after many attempts I decided to call private and see if they would pick up my call, surprise they did, you can’t do that to your clients I thought they were professional but I was wrong....

First of all this place is in heart of downtown so there is NO parking. Park at your own risk on the road. DO NOT FORGET to feed the meter. I forgot and had to pay $40 Parking Citation TKT. I had Groupon for Gel Mani with Rebecca. Shes very nice. Will patiently listen to your needs. Very focused yet will talk to you during the whole process. She first removed old polish. Prepped my nails very well from pushing back cuticles to cleansing my nails. As a complete Newbie with gel, I liked the details Rebecca focuses on. Shes quick yet technically profound. Ill definitely be back!!

You would think that this spa would welcome customers after a year of shut down. Quite the opposite with Exclusive Spa. I was given a gift certificate for a mani/pedi and tried to book three times. Each time I was offered very limited times of availability with Rebecca and on my last attempt, I was then told, she books 3 weeks out. As my certificate expired past the time in which she was available, I asked if she would please honor two weeks after expiration. I was told youll need to pay the difference! A very unaccommodating way of attracting and retaining customers. In all the years of getting mani/pedis Ive never had to book three weeks in advance and had to book only during the week - apparently Rebecca doesnt work on weekends. I dont know about the quality of her mani/pedi, but the quality of service to customers deserves a negative star. I dont recommend this poorly run customer UNFriendly business:(

Saw Yvonne for brazilian & eyebrow wax she did a great job she provided awesome customer service explained everything she was doing and took the time to ask my needs before service to use appropriate mask felt really comfortable she was really sweet and talkative definitely going back to her.

I really liked the gal who did my hair first time there.sge was sweet and nice..could not remember her name when you are over 65. It can be some memory loss..lol...she spend almost 2hrs from coloring, wash and blow dry..I usually do not go to salons except 3x a year to trim my hair..overall she was good, staff was really nice, parking us n entered if it us busy might not be able to ..depends what time you go etc..restaurants are near by so..I think the reason why parking can be a problem..the salon sells clothes, hair stuff..quite spacious..has a nail salon next door too..they seem quite busy and a regular following 😀
