And ppl that work there are always really friendly and welcoming only place that seems to have replacement glass lol! 👌🏽 not mention the guys that work there know everything about everything in that store. Compared to other place you go to around here. So definitely my go to place here in Rosa!

Incredible service and super nice!! We called first and they where extremely polite very informative and courteous. Customer service was five stars!!!! Staff is excellent...very helpful and kind! UPDATE: what I wrote is true, however, their prices are very steep. Same 30 ml nic salt is literally $12 more expensive than peace pipe on SR. Ave. Plus a couple other items (ie Kratom)are more expensive than other places. UNDERGROUND does have a good selection of product though

Everything You Want and Good Prices. A very nice sales person showed me silicone bongs. They have a huge selection of glass bongs, as well as silicone and old fashioned plastic bongs. I ended up buying a silicone bong and I just tried it out. It works perfectly with my Dynavap vaporizer, and really makes the vapor cool instead of dry and harsh. The bong makes the vaporizer produce huge clouds and it gives more hits than using the vaporizer alone. This store has the best merchandise. I cant recommend Underground enough.

Friendly staff. The 3 young guys that are always there pretty much know everything you need to know about their products, compared to other shops where they have to get someone else to help you. I always come here for specific items which they always keep a good stock of. The only head shop I go to in SR.

During this difficult time, it’s nice to see this establishment is still open for business! Also to be very considerate in social distancing. I admired their time and willingness to work with me on a purchase I had made. I will forever be grateful and speak highly of the Underground! Cool spot to get what you need

Has a lot of the vape supplies you could ever need, but not all of them. The staff are very helpful in trying to find alternate solutions though. They have a wide variety of juices, but not always in the nic strength you might want. Overall, theyre clean and a relatively reliable source thats conveniently located.

Ive been coming here for several years for all my smoking needs. The staff are knowledgeable, and really chill. Prices are great as well as selection. I have never had a less then 5 star experience.

Ive gotten vape juice and coils here several times, the dudes are chill and Ive never had any issues. Great selection of vape juice too! I was recommended the Redds apple juice stuff and it was pretty decent worth a look if youre interested in trying something unique.

These guys are so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I went in to try Kratom and I wanted to be sure of the safety and quality of the type they carry. They answered all of my questions in a professional, unbiased way and (although I clearly knew nothing about Kratom or some of the other products they sell) they did not once make me feel uncomfortable or silly about the questions I was asking. Id recommend this place to anyone; be it a full fledged expert to a newbie, such as myself.

Awesome staff, one of their vendors sold them a cheap-o glass nectar collector and said it was quartz , When I bought it and it broke I brought it back and showed them and they upgraded me to a better piece no questions asked took care of me. good people !!

Super over priced glass only reason I purchased anything was so I can have a nice pipe from Cali. Because Im from out of state. I got my pipe home and it had obviously been dropped. Had little dings in it. Super disappointed.

Super chill employees; always willing to take the time to explain something you don’t understand. Prices for atomizers and other vape stuff are twice as much as you’ll find online, so obviously there’s a reason I still come in once a week for what I need. They’re THAT good.

Sale dead puff bars and won’t exchange. When in there 5/10/20 bought two puff bars today is 5/11/20 open my second puff bar doesn’t even blink doesn’t even turn on. I asked the guy while I was there if I should try them he said they have good company’s that sell them to them so I didn’t have to try it. I feel like If the bar doesn’t even blink or turn on there should be a exchange never going back!

Ive been going to this shop for years and its always the same chill dudes that help me out. They are really knowledgeable and even usually know what the current hypes are in weed culture. This shop is really nice on the inside too!

Good smoke shop with all your basic needs from glass to grinders and much more. If your looking for name brand dab stuff or higher quality glass this isnt the place for you.

Stores looks good they have a wide selection of products from glasswork and cigars to vaporizers and ejuice. Guys here are legit. Friendly and very knowledgeable, they took the time to explain things and these guys know their s***. If you have questions about products or devices i would recommend you go here.

My favorite “smoke shop.” A huge inventory, always staying on top of new flavors and equipment. Always patient and ready to explain something no matter how busy. I recommend this place to friends regularly.

This place has a nice bong selection. Might not want to buy your oil burner bowl pieces from them though because once you ask for one of them their whole attitude changes quickly.

Asked for 5% nic juice, the guy sold me 6mg which is 0.6%. I went back and they would not exchange or return it. I guess they like scamming first time or less than knowledgeable customers.

I don’t live in the Santa Rosa area but I am here to visit my girlfriend, because she lives in the area. She wanted to come here to buy a bubbler. We came the first time and she bought a bubbler. We came back a few hours later because the bubbler was cracked on the side & they replaced another bubbler with a free lighter for free all of the staff members there were very nice and respectful to me and my girlfriend. I will be coming back here again.

I used to go here lots of times but I stopped when one of the guys working here made a racist moved on my brother and me just because we were talking in Spanish.It wasnt cute and it wasnt the kind of things you expect from a place you go often.

The place is hooked up, great selection of accoutrement paraphernalia to choose from, and down staff. They also have clothes and artwork to play with if you have the dough.
