Im not a fan of massages & my hubby & I received a gift from his parents for a couples massage and facial. It took me almost a year to go & when we finally did....Oh. My. Goodness! What an awesome experience!!!! This place was so relaxing, everyone was so kind and Roy (he did my massage) was unbelievably nice! He asked me what I was comfortable with and if there was any part that needed a little extra work. He was amazing!!!!! Never once did I feel the slightest uncomfortable and the hour flew by. I could have easily stayed on that table for another 2 hours. Then I was lucky enough to have a facial performed by Debbie. So professional & a master at her skill all the while talking to me like weve known each other forever. Ruzana is a God sent. Shes relatable and knowledgeable about her craft. She knew what would work after looking through at my skin and dug right in. Ive had a few dry areas and even some areas that browned on my cheeks bc of my picking with it when it was dry...and I also had some dark lids and eye areas that she had a solution for. I cant wait to go back.

Roberto was fantastic. I dropped off my grandmother and when I picked her back up she was so happy and pain free. She’s gotten massages her whole life but she said this one was the best because Roberto is very professional and knowledgeable.

They were able to put me in last minute for a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Roy. The massage was great. Going in I had a lot of pain in my neck, and Roy helped clear it out. Appreciate the great work. Will be back again.

Andrew was my massage therapist and first time I used him. He listened to my area of concern and concentrated there. He did an excellent job. He is not very talkative but that is a good quality with a massage therapist because he focused on what needed to be done. I will definitely go back to him again.

Let me start by saying I gave my rating a 4 Star Rating and let me explain, I never ever give a 5 Star rating for any services I receive being Healthcare or Hospitality related because I feel as humans we can always try a little bit harder each and every time.I wish I went by different standards because Cameo was 100% SPOT ON, totally PROFESSIONAL, listened carefully to all my CONCERNS & NEEDS, got DEEP into all my TROUBLED areas, you can be sure Ill be back real soon.

Ive been to this location several times now. Previously I had joseph as my massage therapist and he did a fantastic job. He listened to the areas where I wanted him to focus on, unlike many places Ive gone to in the past. I will tell them where I am hurting and they barely spend time on those areas. I was disappointed to hear he had moved to the north location but decided to give someone else a chance. Today I had a 90 min deep tissue massage scheduled with chris and I was not disappointed at all. I came in with a badly kinked neck and had been having a lot of back pain. He focused primarily in those areas and wasnt afraid to apply pressure! He found several spots that had knots I didnt even realize were there myself. I would highly recommend him and will definitely book with him again in the future. Thanks!

Chris here is amazing! I was in need of a deep tissue/sports style treatment, and he is the first therapist Ive found that is able to locate the different muscles that are pinched/spasm/knotted without me mentioning these spots prior. I have used him biweekly for 2 months now, and am greatly more flexible and in much less constant pain. Would 100% recommend if you find yourself constantly sore.

I have had so many massages and facials at all different level spas and this by far beat them all. The kindest staff, highest quality massage and facial with truly educated personnel of their skill and at an extremely affordable price. They have definitely earned a repeat client with me. I come out feeling like a new woman every time.

This is the second time I was turned away after making an appointment online. This time it was with Kasey and the receptionist said that the time the appointment was made is blocked off. They shouldn’t offer her as a massage therapist during that time. Also calling the client would be beneficial rather than the client showing up to be told “you don’t have an appointment.” I definitely DO NOT recommend this place at all. First time I over looked but this time I will warn people.

I went there for a 30 minutes tension reliever message. The front desk if very friendly and the first impression is great! The decor is so cute and cozy and the smell is amazing right when you walk in. I had Andrew who goes by “Andy” and he was the best massage I’ve had! I told him my trouble area and he knew exactly what to do! He wasn’t afraid to use pressure to really release the knots which I loved! (I’m small framed so I usually have to keep asking for more pressure) You can tell he really knows what he’s doing!! It felt so amazing! I will be using Andy again! Wonderful experience from start to finish!

This was EASILY the best massage Ive ever had - and Ive had massages all over US, Canada, some in Europe, some Middle East. Michelle, south Sarasota location, is incredibly talented. She approaches massage like a dance or yoga session. Reminded me of the choreography of Thai massage but without the participation on my part. Just beautiful. Michelle will tell you she suffers from arthritis and so cant do high pressure but I found the pressure excellent. Shes a musician with her hands. And she doesnt chat your ear off, stays focused on her work. Dont bother trying to book her cuz Ill be monopolizing her time while Im in town!

I recently visited Sarasota Essentials Day Spa based solely on a high recommendation from a friend. Once I entered the facility I was totally impressed with the cleanliness, beautiful décor, soothing music and the knowledgeable staff. Elise was very informative with their services they offer as well as Sigrid and Forrest who did my massage and facial. As a brand new client, it was super easy to book an appointment on-line and find the location. And most importantly, while I was there - it was an easy transition from the massage room to the facial room - no wait in between! Total two hours of relaxation. I cant wait to return!

This is the cleanest spa I have ever visited. I was greeted and taken in right away. The massage therapists did an amazing job my first time and I have been seeing them ever since. My husband and I did a couples massage here as the ratings were really good! My massage was really nice. However my husbands masseuse had really bad B.O. and was really loud. He said the massage was ok.I had previously scheduled a facial but my husband didn’t want to wait. When canceling the facial, the technician stood there glaring at my husband and I in displeasure. The experience could have been better.

I had my first massage and facial here 2 weeks ago. I decided to go again and bring my adult son. He decided he didnt want a facial, and I just had one so we decided on 80 minute massages. They were great. I suggested Beth to my son, as I had her the first time and knew she was good. He was very happy. I had Kelly. She was fabulous. She worked on my neck like nobody else ever has. I thought those two muscles going up the back to my skull were suppose to be rock hard. Nope....Kelly loosened them so much. I feel better than Ive felt in a long time. I also noticed that when she felt something off she kept going back to that spot until it was gone. She just couldnt overlook it. Very professional and through. We will be back.I

I had a most excellent deep tissue massage from Vinton. I highly recommend him. This massage center seems very professionally run. Hilda sets the tone at the front, and treats everyone politely. The atmosphere is quiet and conducive to relaxation. Everything is clean, with a professional presentation. The LMT licenses of all the therapists are in full view at the front. I am looking forward to my next massage there!

Mixed reviews of this place. I’ve been at least a dozen times. One time the massage therapist had a cold and was constantly wiping his running nose...yuck! Where was that going? Sniff, run, wipe!!! Yuck! Another time the massage therapist stopped and checked text messages 3 times.On the flip side, Singrid gives a great massage, a little too focused on one area for too long, my back, nonetheless it was good. Sarah also gives a great therapeutic massage.But I would caution about getting a facial. I’ve had a great facial with this company but now they changed the esthetician and she can hardly speak English so cannot explain what she’s doing when asked. Once I asked what machine she was using on my face, all she said was “it’s new” but couldn’t tell me anything else. I also asked what products she was using and all she could tell me was “they are good”. And she used products for dry skin without even asking me what type of skin I thought I had...it isn’t dry.Prices are very reasonable, but you get what you pay for....always leave wishing I’d gone elsewhere.

I booked a couples massage for valentines day. The add given by the spa was very inviting in its portrayal and pictures, also stating that wine was offered and the package was romantic.It was the least aspect of romance which was exceedingly disappointing.The waiting room was dark and dreary, no welcome, no, rose petals, chocolates or candles to add to the ambiance.The room was poor and un inviting, nothing to declare a romance of valentines day couples massage, just a regular massage...No wine offered, no decoration in the room to make it valentines day appropriate, however the fee did denote a valentines day price, the toilets are addressed with a suggestion of tips to be given which is very bad taste, allow the service rendered to denote the tip not a suggestion hanging in the toilet.The masseurs, however, were very helpful but again, disappointing as initially I was asked for the degree of pressure and told that an increase would be charged for a medium pressure of which I stated that I would like to have and was told that it was added to my fee. The massage for both myself and my partner was nothing more than a body lotion rub down, no massage involved in terms of pressure.The room was dreary and dirty.A very disappointing valentines day gift for my partner.not to be repeated.why advertise wine and romantic atmosphere if you dont give it???

Essentials is an amazing massage studio with many different masseuses on board so you can literally pick the type of massage you would like and what level or what depth of treatment. Their prices are lower than most of the group but the depth of training is consistently high as they are all licensed by the state.

Just moved here looking for a place to do my weekly facial/monthly massage and apparently you need a credit or debit card just to reserve a spot. Clearly they have never been a victim of identity theft because this is ridiculous to ask of a first time client. Especially one who would have been a long time customer and then when I tried to say how uncomfortable it made me she hung up on me! Rude.

You wouldnt expect to find a place like this in a tiny strip mall on Clark Road. Its buried way in the back. I had no idea anything was there. Once you get inside, you find yourself in a really nice little spa. The best part about it is the value. $25 for an hour massage or facial. You are really going to be hard-pressed to find anything like this anywhere else.

Great massage, great value, great people. Tried to go back the next day but they booked. Plan to go again and bring my wife. You will NOT be disappointed.
