The OM Shoppe & Spa - Sarasota FL

I was gifted a massage here and had no idea what to expect. I started with putting my feet on a salt lamp while I filled out my paperwork, then had my Aura reading (blew my mind), and then had the most incredible 75 minute massage with an absolute angel on earth. There were sound bowls, and healing vibrations and crystals chosen just for me. I recommend this for 10/10!

I visited the OM Shoppe on a recent visit to FL. What an amazing place...so many wonderful and unique healing instruments! Nancy was so friendly and knowledgeable and I very much appreciated her helping me get just the right items. In fact, everyone on staff was great! Since my visit I have also had a virtual shopping experience to get a couple more items. Again, Nancy was most helpful. I would highly recommend the Om Shoppe!

This is the best place in the universe. From the moment you walk in you feel welcome and you know you are in a very special place. Every single person was so wonderful and all the treatments were A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. I will be returning again and again! I had an amazing experience at the sound journey. I believe it’s once a month. It’s was so peaceful, just what I needed. They have individual rooms as well which look very inviting. I will definitely be back for more! The shop had a large variety of items to choose from. The people working there had a wonderful energy about them. I highly recommend their services.

I always enjoy coming here. Such thoughtful collections of crystals, sound vibration instruments, crystal and brass singing bowls, jewelry, and tons of interesting and reasonably priced items and gifts. The aura evaluation before the massage is so helpful for me and the therapist and determining what needs to be worked on. This is truly the most grounded real place to get massages that I found in Of Sarasota.

The moment I walked into The Om Shoppe, I got a great vibe. It oozes peace! I had a massage a few months ago which was fabulous and today I had a sound healing with crystal bowls, tibetan bongs and much more. Come and soothe your soul.

What an amazing experience!! I was looking for a massage location for body aches. I almost went to a chain style but I have been looking for things that can help mind, spirit as well as my physical ailments. I feel I chose the right place. I was greeted by Nancy who was an absolutely sweet and helpful soul to converse with. I didnt know I would get to use a interactive machine to read my aura and the balance of my chakras before my massage to help aid the masseuse by understanding my frequency at that time. I got the whole report emailed to me and I cannot argue facts, it resonates with my being on so many levels. Agnieszka is now my masseuse and is an absolute master at her craft. It was more than I expected and very well done. I will be returning because they offer SO much more that I am dying try and level up through.

I absolutely love The Om Shoppe! I visited the Om Shoppe for a three-day workshop this past March for a 6-month certification class I had taken. The owners and the rest of the staff are amazing! They are professional and highly customer service oriented from start to finish. I am forever grateful to have had the 3-day workshop at the Om Shoppe where I got to be around amazing people and so many beautiful instruments to try. While there I got to experience the sound of the instruments that stood out to me the most and purchase the ones that resonated with me the most. I so wish this wonderful place was closer to me. I will one day visit them again.

Not only is the Om Shoppe a great place to go to find new crystals, it’s a great place to go for a shot of relaxation and re-balancing. I booked a 75-minute massage with Grace. When I arrived I was given an aura report that assesses my chakras and energies. Kinda interesting. And then I filled out paperwork while placing my feet over a warm and relaxing salt lamp. Apparently it is detoxifying. Whatever it was, I was all in. I had been so stressed prior to this appointment that the mere fact of being in the Om Shoppe space was just what I needed. Grace did a terrific job on the sound bath and my massage. I will definitely go back.

I love coming to the Om Shoppe & Spa! I immediately feel more at peace and everyone is very welcoming! The energy healing is amazing, as well as the sound baths. My first time playing a crystal bowl was here, as it is encouraged to do so. I love that we get to test out potential crystal bowl babies to bring home! I went from none to owning 2 crystal bowls and love how soothing they sound and feel energetically. The Om Shoppe has only the best quality of musical instruments! Highly recommend to visit the Om Shoppe & Spa, you will not regret!

I stopped in yesterday and was thrilled with the entire experience. Nancy was an absolute joy to speak with. She shared her knowledge and passion with me and helped me to select 3 beautiful crystal singing bowls. I felt an instant connection the the both Nancy and the beautiful store. I’ll definitely be returning for classes and eventually pick up a couple more bowls.

My husband and I went to an incredible sound healing here presented by Zoey and Pedro.This was an incredible relaxing journey for the body mind and soul. I have experienced many sound healers locally and I seem to resonate to those that are also musicians. Zoey is magic! You can feel her connection to her bowls and other musical instruments immediately.The setting is beautiful & extremely comfortable. The room is dim and you are swaddled in an anti gravity chair with a comfortable eye pad to allow you to truly let go. The OM Shoppe gifts you a crystal when you sign in and sends you off with a piece of dark chocolate at your departure. A really nice touch! No doubt this is the mother ship of sound healing in Sarasota! A lovely experience to share with my husband .Thank you Zoey & all of you at The Om Shoppe for creating beautiful sounds!🙏🏻

My favorite spa in Sarasota. I drive down from Tampa when possible because it’s simply the best. Nancy and Amy in the shoppe are the kindest most radiant souls - Nancy helped me choose a crystal for a specific reason I was seeking and provided my aura reading which is such a sweet treat before treatments.I received the most beautiful massage (sound bowl Swedish) with Grace today. She was attentive and so good at her craft. I also had a first time shamanic cleanse with Don. The peace and renewal I felt after my treatment with Don was exactly what I was hoping for.I will return to the OM Shoppe many times over. I can’t recommend this sanctuary enough!

The OM Shoppe is a beautiful sanctuary 🦋 I always enjoy getting my monthly massages with Jamie or Grace (There amazing and so intentionally healing in each session ) 💛 The crystal massages leave me feeling rejuvenated and energetic 🥰 I make a 1-2 hour drive each time I go & it’s so worth it! Amazing experience! I was so balanced afterward. I highly recommend going, you can feel the change and during session can feel the energy. I also bought my first bowl here! Absolutely FANTASTIC! Ive been buying crystals, salt lamps, crystal lamps, crystal singing bowls, books, cards, and much more in this store for the last few years, and I have to confess - Im addicted. This place has such amazing energy. Its so hard to leave Om Shoppe. Its not only the best place in town to buy very original gifts for family and friends but also to get the best treatment/therapies for the body and the soul.A few weeks ago, I had Past Life Regression reading with Don. I have no idea how he knows all of that - but he was on point with EVERYTHING he said.A few days ago I spoiled myself with Shamanic Journey. Its hard even to describe what the Shamanic Journey is. Its a kind of mix of hypnosis with very deep meditation and healing sounds... My brain was vibrating during this session, but I felt so amazing.If you think it sounds too good to be true - Ill tell you a secret - they also have classes where you can learn to play bowls and other healing instruments. They have classeswhere you can learn energy healing much stronger than Reiki (believe me, Im the Reiki Master-Teacher), they also have classes where you can learn shamanism.And the best part is that the practitioners in Om Shoppe are the teachers and instructors of these classes.

It’s a Magical Place! For me absolutely necessary if you under stress, or if you just want to relax . I have been to the OM Shoppe & Spa multiple times. I have had a range of energy and sound work done and nothing has disappointed. The shop has a beautiful array of merchandise also. I drive for almost 2 hours one way to go and it is worth the drive every time. My favorite thing to do is work with Donna during Integrated Energy Therapy sessions. It has been life altering for me personally.

The OM Shoppe and Spa is a beautiful, healing space. From the moment I arrived I felt embraced; I knew immediately this was the place I needed to be. The crystal massage was beyond perfect - it was relaxing and energizing all at the same time. The singing bowls, the rose quartz stones, the warm pad all added to the experience. Amazing massage with Carolyn! I felt very comfortable with her. She had a calm and kind personality and was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my back and arm. A friend I met thru the Shoppe recommended getting messages prior to my husbands surgery. She did it with her husband and felt the healing was so much faster than she expected. So, we thought it would be a good idea for both of us to to do this the day before his surgery to relax and prepare ourselves. The healing afterwards was in fact remarkable and quicker than we had anticipated. We did them separately and they were amazing. Using the crystals and singing bowls along with the incredible message was just what was needed.Over the past couple of years I have also taken several classes with highly credible teachers that were so interesting and so much fun. My sessions with her were incredibly healing on my emotional, physical, and spiritual levels. Every time I come into town I make a special trip to the OM Shoppe & Spa. It is one of my favorite places to visit in Sarasota. I have had a few spa services done and walked out feeling so good and refreshed.My girlfriend and I spent 2 hrs looking at all the crystals, jewelry, singing bowls and much more that they have to sell. Such a variety of everything. We were so impressed with the knowledge and compassion that they owner has with making people feel better, she made us feel so welcome.I can’t wait to visit again!

I felt uplifted by my visit, and the selection of exquisite items is excellent. I was acknowledged and valued with great appreciation and dignity. I ordered my first crystal singing bowl from The Om Shoppe this week! The website is helpful, informative, and made it easy for me to pick out just the right bowl. Walking in to The OM Shoppe was the best thing I’ve done for myself in years!! They are all so welcoming, kind and encouraging. I’ve gone for three different treatments and I feel spiritually uplifted and physically renewed! I’ve tried a lot of spiritual spas in Sarasota and this is the best one by far.

My girlfriend and I visited today for Singing Bowls and all I can say is the ladies who work there were outstanding! The energy is so positive that we could of stayed there for hours and shopped. I recently spent some time with Don Reed Simmons doing a past life regression. I have to admit that prior to my appointment I took a rather light hearted approach to the subject. The session lasted two hours. In that time I relived parts of two prior lives. I wasnt prepared for how intense and deep this course would take me. Although I was always completely safe and in good hands, I found myself in very deep emotional experience. Don was able to bring me back with a much greater understanding of the events that have shaped my life. I had always noticed the echo from prior lives but I didnt know just how much they drove my everyday routine. Overall, Don was able to bring closure and healing to my soul. An amazing experience. My husband and I visited for the first time this week. The vibes are peaceful and deeply kind. Beth is welcoming. Donna is a teacher at heart. Lucy provided an improtu sound healing, which was unexpectedly pleasant. This place can raise your vibration, between the lovely people, Himalaya rock Salt everywhere and the sound healing. First timers prepare yourselves for an abundance of good.

OMMMMM my goodness! this place or community was heaven sent for me. I am visiting Sarasota since my mother had a stroke. To say the least I was in need of some good energy to get my balance back! The OM Shoppe was just what the Doctor ordered. The Shoppe is filled with some old friends Metal and Crystal singing bowls as well as some very familiar Crystals to help me get grounded. I was also able to discover a few new friends that have or help to create the energy i was looking for (check out the crystal Bells) As soon as you enter the front door somebody is welcoming you like you are being welcomed into their home. I did the Integrated Energy Therapy 3.0 Advanced. It was awesome! I highly recommend for anyone that wants to cleanse their energy fields and release blocks. As well, the shoppe is absolutely amazing with tons of wonderful crystals, bowls, lights, sprays, jewelry, and cards. It is an amazing place where you can stay for awhile checking everything out! The staff is so helpful and lovely to work with.

Ive been getting massages for 20+ years. Just got the trigger point massage at oh shoppe and spa and Ill keep my review simple: simply the best massage I ever have had in my life. Its a 10 out of 5 stars. Nothing more to say, than simply the best.Now more detail:The masseuse was in tune with me the entire massage. She knew where to focus, what pressure to apply, and where to move and when to move on. Nothing beats a masseuse who is in tune with you. She did a great job of listening in the beginning to understand what I needed and then she did it. There was nothing cookie cutter or routine with the massage. This massage was tailored to my needs and body.If there is any downside, not the cheapest, but neither are Fendi or Prada. You are getting the Prada of massages. Quality over quantity if budget matters.Simply the best

Quite simply a serene ambiance where everyone is treated with kindness and warmth. Interesting to have a detailed aura reading prior to the massage. I had not had a massage for quite a while so asked just for a gentle loosening up of my body and that was nicely provided by Jamie with a Swedish massage and soothing background music and intermittent oriental-style sounds!

I went in for a massage and it was recommended by Shannon to do the IET session instead. This is an incredible energy work that is super powerful! She did an aura photo before and after and the results were all the proof I needed that this energy work is real and it works in very profound ways. I absolutely love this store. They have so many musical instruments and lots of crystals too. I had my first ever sound bath and it was very enjoyable. I actually think my hip pain level decreased some :) I will definitely be doing that again.

I visit Sarasota once a year to escape the Chicago winter and I ALWAYS make sure to come visit the OM Shoppe & Spa! I enjoy an amazing sound healing experience and then do some shopping. The staff are all so knowledgeable and lovely. It just feels like coming home each time I walk through those doors. I cant wait to go back next year!

A beautiful shop.. BUT.. I felt like I was unwanted. I had money to spend and I left. I had questions.. but no. one knew anything about the difference between any of the crystal bowls.. I was genuinely interested and I drove 2 hours to check out this place. Sadly the lady with the blond hair seemed annoyed by me. Be prepared to feel like you are not wanted.. I took the hint and bought my crystal bowls online from another company. They told me, i know nothing, I am afraid to play those or touch those.. so wow how am I to spend the 2k I had if I cant even sample anything. Really disappointing

Great place to shop and relax. Nancy and Courtney are always pleasant and great help. They are always there to help me get what I need and want. I got my first crystal massage there with Alex and it was the best.. I left there feeling so content and relaxed. I highly recommend the OM Shop for a wonderful visit to relax and shop.

Yesterday I stepped into The Om Shoppe and was greeted by Beth and Nancy with more kindness and generosity then I ever could imagine. Going through a challenging, transformational time I was in need of deep healing. I walked in as a stranger but left feeling like I was family and renewed by the crystal healing massage. I highly recommend the Om Shoppe, as a massage therapist and reiki practitioner I am confident in saying this healing space is indeed a true gem.

Went here for a couples massage and absolutely loved it. The staff was so kind and attentive. The massage rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. It was definitely an experience because they incorporate an aura/chakra reading beforehand and use those results during the massage experience. I recommend it to my cousin for her and her boyfriend too. I will be going back!

The aura reading that was done before the treatment was spot on as to both our physical difficulties. I feel so energetic today!! This place is a hidden gem I’m so glad that I went. It’s full of relaxing stones & neat glass that when hit with a drum make sounds that are individual to each chakra. The massage that I got was fabulous. Actually fell asleep for a few. It’s more than just a massage. She intergrated sounds & smells too. Loved it. You should definitely check this place out!

It was such an amazing experience from the moment you walk in and meet Courtney who is so helpful to answer my questions to getting into the treatment room with Debra. I tried the Chakra massage. Well it was beyond what a normal massage is. I walked out of there experiencing true Bliss.

I spent the first of three self hypnosis sessions this evening and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Dani and Beth did an outstanding job of presenting the information needed for me to practice self hypnosis and succeed in the goals that up until now have seemed too difficult for me to achieve. I was so delighted to receive a 90 minute Thai Ball Massage last Saturday !I have had regular massages elsewhere, but this was the most incredible experience ever !! My OM Sound Wave Fusion treatment was absolutely lovely. It combined chakra clearing with crystal singing bowls along with Thai massage and Shiatsu compression. Grounding and Centering, I highly recommend this treatment if you need to take a break from the daily grind and reconnect to your purpose.

I am upgrading my stars from 1 to 3.I truly hate to write a bad review, but my experience with this store was so shockingly bad, I think people should be aware of who is behind the web store front that has OM in their name.... I had placed an order over the phone with a very nice sales person while looking at their web page that says FREE SHIPPING ELIGIBLE after every item, including the one I ordered. Later when I looked at the email confirmation with $13 shipping cost, I was very surprised. The very nice sales person (no sarc) had not given me a sales total (which lead me to assume it was just the price of the item, out of state no sales tax, etc) or I would have said no thanks at that time I placed the order. When I called the store and spoke to who I think was an owner or manager, I was shocked when she initially acknowledged that it is misleading to see FREE SHIPPING all over the web-site as she put it, but within minutes was flippantly saying its not rocket science and accused me of trying to scam them. What??? Wow!!! If thats how they treat customers, Im really surprised theyre in business. Yes, I should have looked closer or asked the right questions, but I didnt so I was charged shipping. I can live with that. But the nasty attitude I got was ridiculous. And honestly, if they know their web-site is misleading but choose to leave it that way, that says a lot too. Sending the item back so I dont have to look at it and remember.

The owner of this shop , Cindy Shannon, suggested to me that my bitterness might lead to cancer if Im not carefuyl - Considering she is not a doctor and doesnt know anything about my health history, that is very insulting and was completely unecessary. I am not happy about that comment and I await an apology from Cindy. She also admitted that she preformed a long-distance Integrated Energy Treatment on me without telling me first which Ive learned is highly unethical practice.
