Rich is a gifted diagnostician and therapist (and I have been treated by many over the years). As a surgeon, I was troubled with back pain (and previous back surgery) for two decades. I was scheduled for a spinal fusion several years ago for on-going pain and limitations and happened upon Rich at the hospital. Within two months of treatment, he had solved the muscle problems that were causing my pain (the pain was not caused by the bone-related problems seen on MRI, a fact not recognized by my potential surgeon and the physiatrist associated with his practice and the surgery would most likely have failed, a regular problem with spinal surgery). As a result of his treatments, I was able to return to the walking and bicycling that are an important part of my life. I have been able to control the pain since then, without surgery, by exercise, stretching and his regular ministrations. He is charming and caring, a blessing to his patients.

I live on the east coast of Florida and travel to Sarasota a few times a year. I make it a point to go and get a massage from Rich. It is a completely relaxed atmosphere and I am destressed when I leave. I look forward to my trips out there. It is worth the 4 hour drive.
