It was my pleasure recently to have a foot reflexology session with Cindy Heard of Heart and Sole Organics.The entire experience was amazing, including the pleasant atmosphere with soft lighting, soothing colors and peaceful music (if I wanted it). The pre-warmed bed and soft blanket helped me to completely relax.As Cindy began working, I felt tension melting away from my body and mind. Cindys hands were gentle and strong on my feet as she expertly worked with great detail on the reflex points where my body needed the most help. By the time she finished, I had an immense feeling of serenity and calm. She told me to take my time and wait until I was ready to get up. As I walked, it felt as though my feet were not touching the floor, as if I were gliding!This was a lovely experience and I am looking forward to visiting Cindy again soon. Reflexology is powerful and lots of healing can occur in your whole body just from working on the feet. Cindy is undoubtedly Sarasotas finest reflexologist and I am grateful to have found her. Sessions with her are not foot massages, but rather deeply relaxing, therapeutic experiences. Cindys knowledgable and patient work with me has helped tame my chronic migraines. She possesses a wealth of knowledge and a kind, patient interest in improving the health and well-being of her clients. There are many practitioners out there who lack any real training or knowledge of true reflexology; Cindy is the rare exception. She fully understands, appreciates, and practices this healing art. If you are searching for a reflexologist or just exploring how reflexology might be helpful to you, I cant recommend Cindy heartily enough.

Since February, 2023, the healing benefits to my body, mind and soul are amazing.....Cindy Heards monthly reflexology has healed so many areas in my body.....My blood pressure is now in the 110/60s, my sciatica pain is minimal, my sinus problems are gone, using a minimal nasal spray.....After an accident in 2014, which left me with numbness in my right foot, feeling has returned.....acid reflux is no longer a problem....I sleep eight hours every night.....I am sure my auto immune system is highly renewed also....My body loves Cindy..... Most gentle and at the same time professional touch. Started with reflexology, gradually continued with ortho bionomy . Result - my straitened spine, leveled hips and most important - pain free body! Amazing work, highly recommend!

Cindy is amazing. She has numerous times relieved my pain through reflexology and massage.

I walked in and there was no front desk or anything so i said “Hello?” and a lady opened a door, shushed me, told me there was a session and told me “get out!” She couldn’t even lock the door? Or put a sign that said she was in session? Very rude, Will not go ever again. Do not recommend.
