Everytime I come here the guys are always very friendly, helpful, and patient. The points you get from purchases towards a free vape is really a nice perk as well. My husband and I don’t go to any other vape shops now.

This place is the best. Aurora is incredibly helpful and the whole team there is the reason I continue to return. There are lots of vape shops but I go out of my way to give them my business, and I always will.

Very cool crew there. I’m extremely happy with my Endura T20. I’m a 0MG guy with 0 vaping experience, they were very patient with all my n00b questions and hooked me up with the perfect device.

Ive made my last stop at this shop. The sign says youre open at 10am on Sunday. 10:40am and its locked up tight with the open lights on.The good:Good selection of juice, mods, tanks, glass and tobacco.The bad:They sell shoddy equipment and dont stand behind the products.I was sent to the manufacturer for a mod that crapped out less than a week from new. They told me they couldnt help with it.Leaky tanks they recommend that they also dont stand behind or have actual knowledge of quality they are willing to share.Find another shop unless youre just going to pick up coils or juice. Be wary, they may not even be there when you arrive!

Great vape shop! Ive been going there for a couple years now, the service is always great, never have any kind of problem. They stand by their products and they have a great selection. Recently the tank and atomizer that I have been using was discontinued, a very helpful young man named Ben directed me to a new alternative, I was having trouble with it at first and needed some help, Ben really came through for me took care of all the issues I was having, with a big smile on his face to boot. Ben, youre the man!

Staff is always eager to help with any questions.James is usually who I see when I go there. Hes always helpful and patient. Great selection, store is always immaculate.

I was in the area and needed a piece for my mod. They were very welcoming when I came in and were quick to answer any questions I had. They had the piece I needed, and made sure it went on my device properly. They also made sure to let me know that anything else I may need for my mod they had and thanked me for my service. Their prices were a little high then Im use to but it may be due to the area I was in which if thats the case then the prices seemed okay. Overall Im very happy I found this store and I would do business with them again and I recommend them.

Employees are always super nice, and the prices are good! The rewards program is definitely worth it and has saved me a ton of money. If there’s anything wrong with something you’ve purchased they replace it and make sure you get what you’ve paid for! Staff is always helpful and makes you feel welcomed. Great place, well stocked with well educated employees. My wife went in and didnt know what juice i usually buy, and the gentleman was able to browse through my previous sales and recommend her a flavor that turned out to be her new favorite. Highly recommend stopping by!

Great shop with phenomenal customer service. Ive came to this store quite a few times while staying with some friends in Vamo. Its a pretty quick drive from where we were staying. They have the largest selection of disposables, ecigs and glass all priced super fair that Ive seen around. Well definitely be back when were in the area.

The guy behind the counter seemed like I was wasting his time by asking questions about his different items I was interested in paying for something but I wanted to have more information on the different items being that I didnt know very much about Tim but he made me feel like a fool because I had questions about items I had no idea about this is a store for young people.

They had a lot of amazing glass pieces pretty much anything you could want we recommend going there and checking it out

NO LONGER WORTH MY TIME thumbsI came here for years and bought countless mods, pods and liquids but when my last mod stopped working just a little over a month since I purchased it, I asked what they could do to help me and they refused to exchange, refund or give me ANY credit for being a loyal customer!!!! I waited until I returned to town to come to this shop, where Ive always gone -- but no, they clearly dont care about their customers or their loyalty 👎

I am visiting from out of town and was given a bad set up back at home. I found City of Vapors and I have to tell you... I have never been so impressed with customer service in any other store. Jeff(i think is his name) explained how everything works and I was totally willing to spend the money on a new atomizer or tank but he kept pulling me back to a lower ohm coil that only cost $6. He told me it was all I needed even though I was jumping on a new $50 tank. He was extremely honest and saved me $45 even though he didnt have to. He could have sold me the new tank or atomizer, but he didnt.He knew I was visiting from out of town and could have easily made the extra money.I am so impressed with his honestly and A+ customer service I wish there is more I could do than give a positive google review.Thank you so much!!

Been coming here for years and have had an account forever, I loved it, until recently they’ve decided to change their policies and staff. Almost sad that they are going to be losing so much business. Guess I’ll have to make the extra half mile of a drive to get the same product Lol.

I bought this product 3 weeks ago for the first couple of days it pulled really nicely. After a while the pull got weaker and weaker almost like the connection was lost. Defect? I brought this product back to City of vapors. Employee tried my vape a few times. The pull was even weak when he hit it. He should know that was not working properly.. didnt seem to care all that much and they did not offer me another product or a cash refund. I was very disappointed because I have all of these tasty oils I would love to use and now Im stuck with nothing.,,,, 3-21-2019 owner did get back to me,,,, definitely took care of me and got me a newer, better product,,, thanks for helping me!

I want to take a minute a put up City of Vapors and Charlie. I walked in looking for a vape with hardly any knowledge on the subject. Charlie, the man behind the counter; answered all my questions courteously. I had such a great experience. I purchased an Aegis pod at Charlies recommendation, customized for my needs. Charlies was correct. I love this vape. Not to mention City of Vapors has a gargantuan selection of juices. Im going to save a lot of money with the Aegis Pod. Getting away from cigarettes is going to save me $150.00 bucks a month. Plus, my wife wanted a new glass piece. So, I brought her in and she had a huge variety of glass art work to choose from. Charlie, yet again was super cool and patient while my wife meticulously decided on the piece of art she wanted to take home. I am happy to support local business and I will be shopping from City of Vapors from here on out. Thank you Charlie.

Love this place I went to New York recently and found a liquid that I loved and couldnt find anywhere else... This place not only had that liquid but a wonderful selection of the brand I liked. Theres a blonde boy in there he isnt so friendly but the rest of the crew are awesome. I also lost my ID and they kept it and returned it to me. I was 4$ short and the nice guy there covered it. They play awesome RHCP music which is a hands down win to me. Love this place I wont go anywhere else!

This is seriously the best vaping shop in town. Best juice, awesome friendly knowledgeable staff, very clean store, great layout and superb product selection. I wouldnt and dont go anywhere else, if you arent near the store it is definitely worth the drive. They have every flavor available to taste at their vape bar which is awesome. If you have any questions all of the staff can answer it without confusing you. Great prices and have sweet sales. I recommend it to all of my friends.

My favorite vape shop in the area. I come all the way from Palmetto to shop here. They have a huge selection of equipment, and an even larger selection of premium juices. Recently new to this area and I was having a hard time finding a vape shop I liked, at least one that was comparable to the last shop I went too out in Orlando. I had have the worth experience ever there very sad btw, This is a Shop in my neighborhood and first the product are not so great when they only last 4 days even when they tell you it will last for long time, second and most important i went there looking for a solution because the super product where no that super and after only 4 day they will not replace something that they are kind testing yet AM USING THE SHOP GUY WORDS it is new on the shop.I think this not only shows a tremendous disrespect for people efforts in order to create profit and work, it also shows a really uncommitted customer service and deeply i hope you use my $42 on medicine for your kids. The gentlemen with the glasses was super! He helped me choose a new juice and flavors I never expected to vape! He was very nice & definetly recommend to come see him if you ever have questions on your vape or recommended for new juices!

I called up saying I was ready to quit smoking cigarettes and got Jeff on the phone, walked me through a couple scenarios and what he thought would be best for me. I didn’t get into the store for a few hours later to meet Ben another employee who was already expecting me and knew my situation! Witch was awesome that they communicated that between each other before switching shifts so he could help me when I came in. Ben cut straight to the point and got me a vape and some pretty tasty vape liquid, after 24 hours of use I couldn’t be more happier with calling CITY OF VAPERS. thank you guys for the very easy and quick visit filled with tons of information and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Charges a dollar to try new flavors which is sad considering most places only charge a nickel. Its hard to tell whats going to be good by looking at the wall.. Mediocre service as well, individuals there are not truly interested in helping you find something enjoyable to vape.

Told me on the phone they checked and had the vape I was looking for, got down there and said didn’t didn’t have it and tried to sell me something different. Not the best business model.

Highly not recommended. Out of state ID came up as expired when it clearly wasnt, refused the sale. Refused to scan another person valid ID because of other expired ID and that we came in at the same time. Dont go here if your from out of state.

Went in and asked for something that would work on my noisy cricket and said I clearly that I couldnt see what the box was marked, but they still sold me a .2 coil, and since they work at a vape shop Id think theyd know that a noisy crickets safety rating is .25-.5. I will say using the coils in a standard tube or regulated mod, they are phenomenal, just not what I was looking for

I just bought a $16 bottle of geez-louise e-juice and the safety Cap is cracked already When I asked Why is it open He didnt have an excuse except that most of them are opened already...The company puts those sealed caps on so that way you know as the buyer that no one has tampered with it. when theyre cracked open they have to be forced open Which means they open it before they sell it. why would they do that unless theyre pinching a little!
