This place has a great selection on e cigarette batteries and e cigarette juices. The prices are decent but even if $5 more Im happy to pay thanks to knowledgeable staff like Jeff. They also have another location on University with the same friendly type of staff. These guys are so knowledgeable I was extremely happy with the product they recommended for my needs. Furthermore, they have a rewards system where each dollar spent is a point and after 100 points you get a $5 discount. Nice they treat their loyal customers as such.

First... 5-stars to Jesse. He was detailed, helpful, patient and friendly. I was able to get a better vape unit than what I came in for originally (at the near same price). Thank you Jesse!Secondly... 3-stars for stock. Ive been coming in for a couple years+ for my e-juice. Monthly, I take advantage of the buy 4 get 1 free deal. Its disappointing that I have to select a different flavor than my preferred EVERY month due to insufficient stock. Management: you can do better.

Horrible customer skills. I’m sure it’s not all of the employees. But when I walked in I literally had to ask the guy working to get out of his chair to assist. I know it’s a vape shop but lazy people do not get my business. Stay seated lazy person. Just relax and be incompetent

My favorite local vape/smoke shop. Ive been in this location numerous times and the staff has always been very friendly and highly knowledgeable about the products. Ive even brought my grandmother here and they were really patient and fixed her ecig for her. She really likes this place as well now.

Purchased a rig here less than a month ago, after 3 cleanings there is a giant growing stress fracture a quarter inch from the top of the tube. I am just really disappointed in the quality of glass here. If i pay 100 for a piece I expect it to last for more than a month.UPDATE: Changed from 1 star to 5 stars. I was able to come back in and pick out a new piece and am really happy with it.

If youre looking to get away from cigarettes as I am (at over $9.00 a pack) this is a good place to start and finish. They have a wide selection of juices and devices to get you away from cigarettes. Conveniently located for easy access, and a lot of the guys in the store are very knowledgeable.

Every time i come here which is not often to buy a pack of Stigs they always either are dead from the getgo or stop working & poorly work. This has happened to me 3 times now what a waste of money. Anywhere else i buy them there are fine & usable. Also the people that work there are extremely rude & unhelpful.

Sells fake dispo. Unless something changed. I get the same flower every single time. But this time the color was so off and tasted like metal.

Sold me a mod that doesnt work swore up and down that it would but was helpful with e-juice selection shame I cant use it I was looking forward too it when I got home and I live 20 plus miles away. I guess its back to smoking since this thing refuses to work.
