This is a very nice cigar shop. They specialize in high-end cigars, for the true cigar enthusiast! You will not find any low end or cheap products here, so you will not find those low end cigars, with the wooden mouth pieces.The limited stock of over-the -counter type mini cigars are, overall, high quality products.The selection of vape products is quite small...Tobacco Depot is not a vape shop!!I shop there for the Avanti brand Anisette andVanilla cigars. Shop at Sarasota’s tobacco depot. Want all to know what a great experience it is. Knowing their product and making suggestions is their strength. Good selection of popular cigars. Prices are no bargain but typical for most cigar shops. Cant compete with on line outfits like Cigar Page. Owner is abrupt and dispiriting, no idea what his issue is but I rarely shop there due to the vibe.

Rude service. Came in too pick up a box of Oliva Melanio Perfecto.14 boxes there. All marked reserved for over a week. Saw one that was NOT marked reserved.Was told can’t purchase it as they need it for stock.What a joke.Thank you for the reply.Saved 20 dollars a box picking them up elsewhere. No sale is complete until money has changed hands. If the customer had already paid they should have been off the shelf.

Rude. I went in no hi. Just do you have id. Gave him my Id after saying he could have been nicer about it. Then scans my Id announces my name, age and address to every in the store. He had no right to make a SPECULATION of me and give out my information. Took my id and left without buying anything wont be back there.

I was told to leave because I had my son with me. Which is understandable however the way I was told to leave was upsetting the idiot cashier pointed to the door and said GET OUT, she cannot be in here. First of all that was a boy. Second you lost a customer. Maybe next time ask nicely or let the person be quick. I couldn’t leave the kid in the car. Jerks!!

Come here all the time. Not anymore. Asked for a specific cigar that’s never displayed. They actually had up top in an unopened box. Wouldn’t open it unless I bought more than one. I get it to a point but to let me walk out without the other ones I intended to buy is just piss poor customer service. See ya!!! Wish there was a World Famous Cigar Bar near here where the customer service is tops. Headed to Madura on University for them from now on. Also great customer service and nicer place.

The big guy behind the counter was helpful getting a gift card for my father in law. Huge selection of all sorts of tobacco products and devices. Smoking cigars inside the shop seems like that would be cool if cigars were something I was into. I did leave with a headache from the smoke, but I mean, its a cigar shop lol.

Had no idea there was a cigar lounge in there. Great place to settle in and smoke a cigar. Very good cigar selection, even had Aladino.

Went in for the clipper cugars. They didnt have any. Nice looking place. The cashier was a little short with me but ok.

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful...!!! They have the freshest Snus in town AND they carry General Snus which is REAL Swedish Snus, not the garbage put out by Skoal & Camel (although those brands are available as well if that is your thing). Nice atmosphere inside, has the look and feel of a cigar shop in New York. HUGE selection of cigars, plus you can also get cigarettes, pipe tobacco, pipe supplies, JUUL pods, lighters, cigar cutters and plenty of tobacco related accessories! Dont be confused... this is NOT a head shop, this is a classy establishment for those who enjoy high quality tobacco products .... as a matter of fact, I am heading over there right now for a couple of tins of General Original Snus!!!! (Too bad they dont carry Jakobssons Strong Snus.... that would be soooooo cool!)

Im a bit of a novice when it comes to cigars. The owner took the time to find what I was looking for in my price range. I walked out exactly what I was looking for. I cant recommend this place highly enough.Go Bears

New bigger location with large stocked shop, great service I’ve come to expect, very reasonable cigar prices and a nice lounge and separate outdoor seating. My cigar home away from home!

I go there weekly the service is excellent, the cigars are at a discount, the only place cheaper is to get them off the internet. If you join the members club (free to join) you get an additional discount on quantities of 8 or above.

My favorite Cigar shop/lounge in Sarasota. Huge humidor, helpful staff, and a solid lounge. Pricing is good as well.

Went in a couple of months ago and asked the man to split some change, got refused and rudely asked to leave the store even when I offered to buy something. Disappointing, no longer going here.

Horrible when I need to buy Bape stop the guy knows nothing about it he referred me to a different store I bought my vape pen from there

Seems they so slow buissness that trying to be helpful feels rushed. Not one time everytime.
