My visit to Sweet Water Spa was an experience that exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a serene and welcoming atmosphere that instantly set the tone for a day of pure relaxation.The reception staff were incredible friendly, and their warm hospitality made me feel valued and pampered even before my treatments began and throughout my time there.I chose the Head-to-Toe package with the body scrub, facial, and pedicure. LaToya did the scrub and left me feeling deeply relaxed and revitalized. She was amazing and sweet enough to share additional tips to do my own relaxation. Patty did my facial and she was just as amazing with the exceptional level of care and personalized attention to ensure a memorable and restorative experience. My pedicure technician (cant recall her name) was just as great. She was very attentive and friendly. The spa amenities were equally impressive, I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the plush robes and slippers, champagne and the serene space to unwind.Finally, my time at Sweet Water Spa was nothing short of magical, leaving me feeling deeply relaxed, revitalized, and cherished. I wholeheartedly recommend Sweet Water Spa to anyone seeking an extraordinary escape from the everyday stresses of life. This spa is a true gem, offering an unparalleled experience of bliss and rejuvenation.

Had a wonderful couples massage at Sweet Water Spa today as part of our 30th wedding anniversary celebration. Loved the atmosphere and the decor was very inviting! AJ, Heather, and Daniel did a wonderful job making us feel welcome and provided outstanding treatments! When visiting downtown Savannah, make sure you stop by for a wonderful spa experience! Top notch!!

I went here for a 60minute full body aromatherapy massage, I came out feeling like a whole new woman. The whole atmosphere and experience was utterly relaxing and refreshing. The staff are lovely, the atmosphere when you walk in the door is fantastic and very calming and relaxing. Couldn’t recommend this place downtown Savannah enough! Definitely check it out while you’re in town!

My best friends booked a massage and facial for my 1st spa experience for my 40th bday getaway to Savannah, GA at Sweet Water Spa. The experience was uber relaxing and phenomenal! Patti performed my facial with a warm welcome. She was extremely knowledgeable and recommended some great products for my perimenopausal acne that I have been struggling with along my jawline. Her spunk and spirit was the cherry on top during my visit. I would highly recommend booking her for your facial needs :)

My mother and I booked a spa package that included a relaxation massage, facial, and pedicure. From the moment we walked in the door we were instantly greeted, quickly signed in, and were each off to out massages. Cedric was awesome and listened to every concern I had and tailored the massage experience to what I needed/was comfortable with. AJ did my facial and she was such a delight! Very friendly and informative. I’d never had a facial before so she instructed me throughout the process of everything she was doing and explained why. My skin has never felt so clean and quenched. The ending pedicure was the cherry on top. All of the staff here is very friendly and personable, you can’t do wrong booking with them!

My daughter and I had an awesome massage and facial! Mo, Cedric, and Tawanna knocked it out of the park! Very relaxing and very attentive. Will definitely go again when we visit Savannah!

Beautifully decorated, very clean and sweet staff. We enjoyed our couples massage with Daniel and Heather. I have a sciatic nerve that bothers me and he even performed stretches to try and help with it. The facial was great by Ms Patti. She was very informative, gave suggestions for me to do at home and had such positive energy.

I went here for my first facial and loved it. The woman who did my facial did an incredible job, but not only that, she was a genuine nice person. As the facial went on, she told me what she was doing, as well as the science behind it. Very knowledgeable and kind. If you’re in the area I would highly recommend a facial with Patti at Sweet Water Spa.

Had an incredible massage and facial at Sweet water spa! This place is a must do for your trip if you truly want to feel completely relaxed. AJ was an absolute dream with my facial, I wish I could come back all the time. I swear she smoothed my wrinkles right out. Daniel did an amazing job relaxing my tired muscles during the massage. 10/10, dont miss out!

This spa experience was the best experience anyone could have asked for! The customer service was top-notch. Employees went out of their way to be friendly, kind, patient, and so welcoming. Our group had Cedric and both ‘Heather’s doing our massages, and all three did such an amazing job. Keith, the receptionist, was so engaging and knowledgeable. He even went out of his way to call my phone # back when their answering machine took the call. The masseuses checked in periodically to ensure the pressure was okay, as well as asking if there were any areas to avoid or focus on. The massage was so thorough and the staff was so good at their jobs, I would come back just to feel so relaxed and uplifted again. If you’re ever in Savannah, this is the best spa any of my group had EVER been to. It’s definitely worth the visit.

My visit was fabulous!! Meredith did my mud wrap and body scrub. She is amazing and so much fun. Mo did my massage and it was the perfect blend of soothing yet firm. She was quiet, confident really sweet and checked in with me regularly to be sure the pressure was just right.Lastly Keith the concierge arranged every aspect of my visit and was super friendly and welcoming. Im telling all of my friends that this is the best spa around.Well done yall!

I had a manicure/ pedicure yesterday. August 14, 2023 at Sweet Water Spa. Kiara did an excellent job on my nails! She is such pleasant and knowledgeable young lady. Amazing spa. Great service. Friendly staff. Awesome experience.I got a slimming body wrap by Katie and a Signature facial by AJ and let me tell you, they are amazing at what they do! Katie gave me an unforgettable lymphatic massage targeting all the pressure points during my body wrap which gave me so much energy afterwards. AJ was so sweet and walked me through step by step what she was going to do during my facial. I love that she mentioned she doesnt like to talk during the session unless spoken too because its the clients relaxation time, which was nice! She is an amazing esthetician and was extremely careful when examining my skin and deciding what sort of treatment to do.I highly recommend this place is youre looking for an upscale spa that will give you exceptional service.

My husband and I had a wonderful couples massage by Katie & Keith! Each were perfect for our needs as I am 9 months pregnant and he plays a lot of golf. Both knew exactly how to treat us. Thank you for a perfect afternoon before our baby’s arrival!

The best part of my experience at Sweet Water was the attention and care received from Patti. I spent time in the infrared sauna which was much needed. Then I received a mini Shankara facial from Patti. Her description of the organic & Ayurvedic products was fascinating and uplifting. Patti is where it’s at! She knows her stuff and has her clients best interest at heart.Patti embodies the soothing touch, caring approach and kindness she shared with me. The rhythmic movements of the massage were beautiful. I look forward to more time in Savannah this winter and a facial massage with Patti! I’ve traveled all over the country and have experienced many types of spas. & Patti is the real deal!

Keith booked me in last minute! He was a darling; he communicated with me often. Even during my appointment he checked on me to ensure I was doing well. My nail tech also did a great job with my pedicure. She took her time and asked questions throughout to ensure everything was going smoothly. All the staff were friendly and the venue was homely and relaxing. A must try experience in Savannah!

I have no complaints. Will was my massage therapist & he did an awesome job. It really was the most through massage I’ve ever received. I went i. To relax but almost felt like I received a physical therapy service. He was very focused & seemed to actually listen to my body. I received a facial as well & I fell asleep I was so relaxed so I can’t give too many details about that. I’ll definitely return when visiting Savannah!

Got a 90 minute deep tissue massage from Jen. Jen did an excellent job of working out the knots and doing stretch movements. I was perfectly sore with better relaxed myscles. The spa itself was pretty, located in an old home.

Echoing what has already been said repeatedly about this place; CJ & Kristy are phenomenal massage therapists and consummate professionals. My wife and I, while traveling to Savannah for an anniversary found sweet water spa through google and hopefully were paying forward the amazing reviews that led us to them in the first place. Quite possibly the best massages weve received and we get massages near monthly. Keith at the front of the house was incredibly professional, friendly and engaging. We went in for a 90 minute couples massage on a Monday and upon exiting wanted to schedule again for the Wednesday but they were already booked. Hope you enjoy this place as much as we did.

Savannahs best facialist, Patti Ross, just took residency at Sweet Water Spa so I had to check it out. The products she used were ahhmazing!! Shankara is an all natural skincare line that felt so good and made the whole room and aromatherapy experience!! My skin is super sensitive and it was balancing and calming so I left glowing.The atmosphere at Sweet Water is warm and welcoming and although the spa is huge, it felt very intimate and personal. Im excited to go back and try even more services!

Sweet Water was the highlight of my trip to Savannah. I had reached out by email and phone and communicated with Keith regarding my appointment. He was super accommodating and gracious. Upon check-in I found out he was doing my massage. Hes the manager and also a massage therapist. I am super picky being that I am a massage therapist, too. He went above and beyond to give me an amazing massage!I also booked the sauna for 30 minutes after the massage. Its a fantastic, large infrared sauna and gets you to a good sweat by the end of 30 mins.I also used their beautiful shower, which is large and can accommodate two people.Im so happy I booked at Sweet Water. I dont live in the area, but if I did, I would be seeing Keith regularly. Hes very detailed and strong. But also has a great sense of nuance. So, when I told him his elbow was a little deep on my upper back, he was able to adjust the pressure in the specific area without making the entire massage lighter. Seriously top-notch. Plus, my career has been in Forbes Five Star spas and Keiths demeanor is on par with what you would expect in a Five Star spa.

Just got my first deep tissue massage since moving to Savannah. My whole experience at Sweet Water Spa was everything a spa experience should be. The staff was very friendly and the ambience was soothing. My massage therapist, Will, did a great job focusing on my areas of tension and I left feeling relaxed and in much less discomfort upon leaving. Overall a really great experience and I will be going back!

Came here as a surprise from my husband for our anniversary. It was amazing! Had a full body massage it was great so relaxing and a facial done by Meredith, she had an amazing energy and did a tremendous job. I can tell she enjoys her job. Definitely coming back to see her again.

My husband and I got a couples massage with hot stones and aromatherapy. I had communicated with Keith (beautiful hands and wonderfully skilled) before our appointment as I have skin sensitivities and am SUPER picky about my massage. My massage was wonderful and I was able to relax which is not easy for me to do, Keith did what he needed to get me to a very relaxed state and he is welcome to come work for me in my spa when he wants!! 😉 my husband said his massage was good but could have been a little better; he needs to stop comparing every massage to my 23 year career. Definitely worth the trip and a place we will return to when we come back to Savannah. Thanks Keith!! 🥰

This experience was wonderful. We loved the ambiance of the place. Every one we spoke to was kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. We absolutely loved our couples massage! My husband had a Swedish by Lisa and I had a Deep Tissue by Nadia. Both of us agreed that it was the best massage experience we have had and we have had quite a few! We will absolutely be back when we are visiting Savannah in the future!

My boyfriend and I had a couples massage this past Saturday while in Savannah at Sweet Water Spa. I was lucky enough (unknowingly then) to get CJ. He was AMAZING. The massage was magic. I get massages monthly back home and never have I ever had one as good as this! I may just fly back to get another one it was THAT GOOD! I tried to talk him into moving to PA, but sadly Ill have to travel back to Georgia to see him. Spa was beautiful, very serene. Keith at the front desk was great too! I HIGHLY recommend this spa!

I had quite a memorable experience at this lovely spa in the heart of downtown Savannah. I entered an elevator and went up. When the doors opened I found myself in another world. The atmosphere, the music, the lighting, it all presented an exotic feel yet the staff made me feel instantly at home. The spa was very clean and the staff was highly professional. I hopped into the sauna first and then received a massage after. Keith did my massage and it was some of the best work I have ever received (this is coming from a massage addict). Overall I’d rate the cleanliness, professionalism, skill, and atmosphere all 5 stars out of 5. If you’re looking for the massage experience in Savannah then this is the spot!

I have visited Sweet Water Spa a few times and for different services (all great!) but have to give a special shout out to the nail tech, Kiara, for giving me the PERFECT wedding nails! I had done some trail runs at other places and they couldnt give me what I was asking for. Kiara nailed it (pun intended)! She made sure that I was liking the cut, polish, etc. through the whole process and never made me feel like I was being fussy or picky (though I was feeling that way because they were for my wedding!) but she was so patient and professional and did an outstanding job! I couldnt be happier!

I was gifted with a custom massage at Sweet Water Spa for Mother’s Day & it did not disappoint! Everyone was so welcoming & professional. The facility was beautiful (I was in the green room & it was a dream). And of course, CJ, my massage therapist, was fantastic! He was so calming, professional, & made me feel very comfortable.I highly recommend Sweet Water Spa to all. It is a local gem.

My husband and I had a couples massage and pedicure here. It was so lovely! Everyone was kind, helpful and accommodating. They really took their time and care on our pedicures. We truly felt rejuvenated afterwards. Definitely recommend.

This wasn’t a facial, it was a $100 face wash. The woman who did my “facial” just wiped my face with a cloth, which was cold.There was no steam, exfoliating or extracting of blackheads which I asked for (and what is included at every other spa). I paid for my friends facial as well as it was her first time getting one and she was not impressed. Not to mention the full service was only 35 minutes long. I did email the spa right after our treatment to see if they could make it right while we were still in Savannah but they did not respond.

This was my first professional massage experience and it was amazing! Theresa and Arris (sorry for any misspellings) were great! My boyfriend and I went in for a couples rain drop massage and left feeling incredibly relaxed. I didnt even realize how tense my body was until after the massage. If youre thinking about getting a massage in a beautiful historic environment with wonderful massage therapists, this spa is definitely worth going to.

I had a great experience when my partner and I went. It was very intimate and the therapist were experienced and they made us feel comfortable at all time.They had a local feel and it felt great to support a local business. Better going here than a big chain spa facility. It was affordable because I’m a college student but, still felt like I deserved a day to be treated like a Queen.It was a little hard to find, but placing a quick call and found it instantly. Highly recommended to go here and you will be greeted by the two Lisa’s.Take a trip here for you spa needs and you won’t be disappointed. 😊

I received a 90-min deep tissue massage from Keith and it was incredible! Once you tell him the areas of your body that are bothering you or need attention (i.e. sore muscles), hell take care of them with no problem! I will definitely be back next time I visit!

Had a very relaxing and tension relieving deep tissue therapy massage from the Lovely Keith. Felt very comfortable and relaxed while working on some very sore areas of my body. Booked again for the following week and would recommend this place for massages to anyone passing through ot living here always! Aromatherapy was an appreciated added touch that helped with relaxation and mood.10/10. Strongest soft hands I have ever had besides my husbands!

Today at Sweet Water Spa, I had the most amazing hour of my life! As a mother of three, I never have time to just relax and unwind but I made time to get a massage and it was totally worth it! At the very last minute, I asked if my sister could join me and they were able to accommodate which was awesome! I enjoyed the Raindrop Therapy and Keith’s hands were simply perfect for the stress and tension that was housed in my body. I will definitely be adding a monthly massage to my hectic life thanks to my wonderful experience today! Went with a group of 5 ladies for my birthday and we all had a wonderful experience! The customer service was awesome even after a few changes, add ons, and a million questions. Keith made sure the group was happy and comfortable as the environment was relaxing and clean. My massage, scrub, and mud wrap was amazing and I was back two weeks later! I had a deep tissue massage with Keith who was fabulous. The spa was cozy and comfortable and the massage itself was an absolute treat, very good pressure and he focused on all the spots I had mentioned having tension in. I was given a day at Sweet Water Spa as a birthday gift from a friend while vacationing on Tybee. It was 1 of the best gifts Ive ever received. I was blessed with a wonderfully relaxing massage from Chedrick, who was very personable, professional, and did exactly what I asked. That was followed by a European facial given by Meredith. Her cheery personality was very informative with my skin type and left me feeling and looking 10 years younger! I then spoke with Keith (I think 😳) at the front desk, who, as with everybody else I encountered on my visit, was extremely friendly and helpful! Do yourself, or a loved one a favor and take the time to pamper yourself in this wonderful spa!

Please ask for CJ, the massage therapist! So professional and communicative about comfort level and preferences. Very intuitive about What would make me more comfortable even when I didn’t know (I’m super tall and Couldn’t get my neck and head area comfortable but he noticed right away and fixed)Best massage I’ve ever had! Booked a couples massage during a weekend getaway to Savannah. Keith was very easy to work with to get the treatment booked and a very welcoming face upon arrival. The spa was a very relaxing setting and we both thoroughly enjoyed our massages and were impressed by masseurs. Would recommend!

We were in Savannah for a girl’s trip and chose Sweetwater Spa for some much needed pampering. Keith was very friendly and professional. He even gave us some great tips for food and on how to get around the city. Three of us chose the 2 for $170 package and got deep tissue massages and body scrubs. The other one got a raindrop massage. We were very impressed and enjoyed our time there. Sarah, Nadia, Lisa, and Chedrick were awesome! We will definitely visit again!

Everyone is friendly and approachable and the service was fantastic. My facial was performed by Jennifer and it was the best facial I’ve ever had done. I highly recommend Sweet Water Spa. One of the most impressive aspects of the day was that they didn’t try to push any products on me like every other spa I’ve ever frequented. Go find this hideaway. You won’t be disappointed.

I went in for a glow facial last week and Meredith was amazing! I highly recommend her and will be returning to see her. My skin looked fabulous after and she gave me some recommendations. You will not be disappointed if Meredith does your facial. Very relaxing and Meredith was super nice!

While spending a girls weekend with my mom and sister we couldn’t miss going to a spa. This was my first time getting a massage and Samantha my masseuse was great! They were welcoming as soon as we walked in the door offering water, tea, or coffee. With pleasant aromas all around, They eased us into the spa atmosphere as we moved through the spa. We were also pleasantly surprised we were all in the same room for our treatments. We each had our own massesuse who knew exactly what we wanted. I am absolutely sold on massages now!

Went for a bachelorette spa day and received a 90 minute massage from Keith. He was absolutely amazing. The a/c was not working correctly and he made sure to take every step to make sure I was comfortable. I was so relaxed after my service and couldnt be more thankful. This place is fantastic! My mother and I got pedicures here and they were both so amazing. The foot massage was so relaxing and more than I usually get with a standard pedicure. The women were so funny and we had a great time. My mom loved her massage and the polish job was beautiful. Would highly recommend!!

My husband and I went here for our first spa experience together. We both got massages and facials. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I could literally feel the stress releasing from my body. I would recommend them to everyone. After our experience with this spa no other spa will be able to compare. I also highly recommend Vickie as a masseuse. She was knowledgeable and informative, not to mention she catered to my needs.

Had the Bliss package. My esthetician, Meredith was AMAZING! Body scrub, mud wrap and facial left my skin so smooth and soft. I would highly recommend booking with Sweet Water and Meredith!!! Keith the Concierge was awesome to work with too as I was booking for multiple people as we were coming from out of town.

My boyfriend and I were in Savannah for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle bustle of New York. We decided to get massages as a way to relax. My boyfriend’s massage therapist was Sarah. He really liked her and felt like she listened to his requests (neck and lower back). I got a custom massage with Veronica. I requested my thighs and calves to be massaged as I have knee pain and this usually loosens everything up. I asked three times during the massage for her to use more pressure however she did not. It felt like she didn’t really care what I wanted for the massage. It was like she had a planned massage and wasn’t going to derail that plan. I left feeling very frustrated and disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this massage even if it was free. I went to this therapist for a service that I did not feel I received. What a waste of $100.

My husband and I scheduled a couples custom massage. I called the day of and they had a opening. Keith scheduled us. He was so helpful and perfect. I got CJ he has magic hands. I told him my shoulders were in Knots. He went right to work. I definitely recommend him. My husband had a lady she was awesome too!! Thanks guys!!

They were a able to accommodate a group of us ladies ( which was hard to find) The customer service was awesome, everyone was very friendly. Summer was WONDERFUL she did an amazing job in get my knots out my back. The room was very relaxing the essential oils was a plus. I would most definitely be going back.

I had a body scrub, a body wrap and a massage and while everything was fantastic, I really need to emphasize how phenomenal my massage with Chedrick was. It was the best massage Ive ever had and the highlight of my trip in Savannah. We had a wonderful pedicure experience at Sweet Water Spa. We visited Savannah for my sisters bachelorette party. Our nail techs were amazing. They did a great job and Lisa even took on my Pinterest inspired very detailed nail art. She knocked the design out of the park! Cherry on top was getting restaurant recommendations from Keith on the way out. I highly recommend them!

Went on a last minute weekend trip to Savannah and they were able to get me in for a hot stone massage and gel manicure the next day. Reina and Keith were very kind and knowledgeable on the phone and in person. My massage therapist, Sedrick sp.? I think, listened to my needs about lower leg and foot circulation and was very very good. The nail tech was very friendly and detail oriented. That being said and I fully acknowledge I knew the price of the service, so my next statement is a neutral comment and why Im leaving 5 vs 4 stars. I could prob get the same $60 gel color manicure for 30-35$ and nails and experience would have been the same almost anywhere else. I did not have tips and gel... just gel nail color on my natural nails. To end on a positive note, if I could do the $115 hour hot stone massage each time I was in Savannah (every three months or so); I def would :)

I really enjoyed my facial and full body scrub today. Both technicians were great! I had only one issue, during my couples facial the young lady abruptly turned on the lights without warning to look at my friends face interrupting my time. I thought it was very unprofessional and inconsiderate of the other person in the room. Other than that the experience was nice!

I got a couples massage here with my wife on our anniversary. The massage itself, atmosphere, aesthetics, and services are top notch. This place is much less expensive than other similar locations around Savannah. The art on the walls is well placed and relaxing, the soothing tones played during the massage are gentle and not overdone, and the massage therapists will work one on one with you to customise the experience directly to you and your individual needs. Best of all, they do understand that many people such as my wife are new to the experience and can be intimidated by the process, and they are very friendly and accommodating to ensure that they have a relaxing visit. Be aware that since it is located on the busiest road in downtown Savannah, chances are the relaxed atmosphere of your massage will most likely be interrupted with sporadic noise pollution such as sirens, drunk people yelling outside, people driving slowly by trying to show off the bass of their sound system, and cars with performance exhaust revving loudly to try and show off. This is not the fault of the business, just a fact of life for any relaxation based service being offered in a modern city. It is something to be aware of if this is something you are sensitive to. My massage therapist was a wonderful person named Gita. I highly recommend requesting her if you plan on visiting this establishment as she did an outstanding job.

My husband and I went in for a scheduled couples message. They had an availability the same day. After our message, they were also able to fit my husband in for a last minute facial. They all did a great job. Very professional. They took the time to listen to our needs and addressed problem areas. Everyone from the receptionist to the masseuse to the esthetician. The esthetician took her time and explained to my husband problem areas and why and what he could do in the future to fix the problem. Thank you Tony and the rest of the Sweet Water Spa Team .

My husband and I booked a couples massage at Sweet Water Spa during our last day in Savannah. This is a sweet eclectic little spa right off of the main shopping street in Savannah. Keith and Sarah were absolutely amazing! We will definitely be visiting again!

Had a great time at this spa and would highly recommend! I did a facial with Meredith and it was fantastic. The facial itself was great, very soothing and not too oily. Meredith was fantastic! Very attentive and personable. I would recommend coming back and seeing Meredith!

Hands down the best experience ever! The spa was clean, relaxing, and inviting. We had a couples massage and Victoria and Sarah were amazing! My boyfriend is now requesting at least one a month!!! If your in or around Savannah I highly suggest paying them a visit!

After a little scheduling snafu, they were able to move our massage to the afternoon. To make up for the error, they have extra time and additional hot stones and aroma therapy, which more than made up for the delay. The shop is quite inviting and I loved walking up the stairs through the old house, redesigned as a spa. The massage rooms where lovely and comfortable. The massage quality was excellent!

Received a gift certificate from my co-workers and couldnt have been more pleased! The spa is beautifully decorated and has a great energy. Keith provided an incredible deep tissue massage, and Lisa finished up with a very relaxing and enjoyable mani/pedi. Whether youre a local or just visiting, this is definitely a treat!

I took my daughters here for a day of pampering and it did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and attentive. When we were done my daughter exclaimed, I feel like Im in a brand new body! I cant wait to come again!

My massage and facial were perfect. The therapists were so kind and really helped make it a relaxing experience for me. The building, however, is super tiny. I constantly felt like I was bumping into people while walking from room to room. I bought the Rejuvenation Package so I also received a manicure and pedicure. While I loved the pedicure station and chairs, its in a very weird location. When I am paying for a spa package I expect much more than I received. It was uncomfortable basically sitting in the waiting room while getting my nails done. The pedicure was OK, but I wouldnt go back for another one at this location. Same thing for my manicure. I also received lunch as a part of my package. I wasnt expecting to eat it while I was receiving my pedicure, so I was basically eating in front of everyone in the waiting room. I wont even comment on my salad. For what I paid (including the custom massage add on, pedicure and manicure upgrade and shellac nails) I expected much more. Ive experienced other spa packages before at multiple spas and this did not even come close to comparing.

Experienced a couples massage with my hubby for our anniversary! We added on barefoot bliss and my husband a facial. It was AWESOME. We have had many couples massages and this was by far the BEST! Everyone was very friendly and the building itself was beautiful.

My mom and I met in Savannah for a few days as a quick getaway weekend. We both got the rejuvenation package. The massages and facials were absolutely amazing and well worth it, however, we were not impressed with the mani/pedi situation. The station is set up on the side of the waiting room and was very awkward as we were trying to have lunch that was provided with our package deal. When we both asked for a French polish finish (white tips) we were told by both employees that they were terrible at doing them and urged us to pick a color. While we appreciated the honesty, we were both very taken back by the comment. Id definitely recommend this place for a massage and facial, but save your money and go somewhere else for nails. Ive had better at a quick walk in salon.

I was astounded when the nail tech compared my long cuticles to the ‘nasty pore extraction’ that she did during a facial earlier in the day. I was also disappointed that my massage and facial that was supposed to last 2 hours ended in 1.5 hours because she started late. There seemed to be issues with scheduling - my friend and I arrived 30 minutes early and they couldn’t figure out where to put us. Definitely wasn’t worth the price and will not consider going back.To address the spa managers comments below:I was traveling with a friend, when we booked our appointments we did NOT book a couples massage. We asked that our appointment times coincided with each other so we would be at the spa at the same time. We were surprised to find that we would be having our massages in the same room. My friend called a week in advance to let the spa know her dermatologist recommended that she NOT have a facial. The spa said that they would substitute a body scrub for the facial service. When we checked in, the spa host admitted that he forgot that she was having a body scrub. We did not surprise the spa or make any last minute changes as suggested.The emails that I have received from the manager made excuses for his employees and put the burden of figuring out how to make it right on me, the customer. This is not customer service.I encourage you to read through all of the reviews (not just the good reviews) because youll see a theme of excuses. I wish I had read them before visiting.

Had an amazing experience. I took my mom and treated her to a spa morning. She has a lot of problems with her back and left feeling refreshed.Mimosas and fudge while we waited.Very professional environment and staff. They were great at putting us at ease and establishing a relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

I got the Rejuvenation Package from Sweet Water Spa and the massage and facial were wonderful. However for a manicure and pedicure I would recommend going somewhere else. The girl that gave me my pedicure was not very experience and layered on the coats of nail polish to the point where even the next day the polish was still soft and of course by that time it was just completely messed up too. Also when she was scrubbing my calluses she cut the sides of my feet where my skin is thinner, which is very uncomfortable and takes a while to heal because that skin is thin. So If you are considering getting your nails/toes done here I would think twice about it, but the massage and facial were wonderful.

This is the spa! My first experience was amazing! I arrived 15 minutes late, annoyed with downtown parking and I almost cancelled my services. When I entered the spa I was greeted very warmly, and immediately felt comfortable and at ease. I received the Body&Sole package with an additional service. Each service was amazing! I enjoyed my experience so much I returned a week later for another service!!! The staff is very professional, the spa is clean and inviting, I will definitly be returning.

My wife and I were in Savannah for our 25th anniversary. We scheduled a couples massage at Sweetwater Spa. Sarah and Kristy were our therapists and I must say that it was the best massage we have ever had. Keith was awesome and treated us with two glasses of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. Favorite spa in savannah! Only reason why I gave 4 stars is because the manicurist cut the skin around 3 of my nails really really bad and were on and off bleeding for a few days and are having a hard time healing. Other than that, I had the most amazing facial, massage, sauna session, and pedicure! I also got a nice glass of Champagne 🍾

My husband and I went for a deep tissue massage and it was great. My husband said he felt really good afterwards and didnt expect it to be so relaxing and good for his achy muscles. I asked for medium to deep pressure and I can tell the therapist went medium into deep throughout my massage. The prices are a bit steep but in the end everything turned out great.

We are relatively new to Savannah and found Sweet Water Spa from online reviews. Ive been there twice, had excellent massages and have recommended them to friends. The salon is clean and the building itself has a historic feel.

I met Keith on my first day in town for a weeklong conference. He was so helpful in providing a listing of great places to go/see/eat. He didnt sell me services at the spa until I mentioned that I might get a massage. He immediately said - come on in on Sunday, I know we have openings on Sunday.So on Saturday, I called and scheduled a massage, mani and pedi.They were great. Christie did my hot stone massage and I was still partially out of body for hours after. She worked hard to clear all of my knots and bumps.Then Lisa reworked my waaay overdue heels and cuticles back into shape and kept me entertained with fun conversation the entire time. She also encouraged me to reshape my nails to their correct shape (I never knew we each had a correct shape!!). They look great!I highly recommend the spa and have already recommended them to some of our conference attendees!

I came at the very last minute on spring break looking for a massage and I must say I am thoroughly pleased. I felt like a princess. The setting is so beautiful and quaint and the masseuse really took care of the knot in my back! I would definitely come again the next time Im in Savannah.

The spa was very clean, and the staff went out of their way to make sure my sister and I were properly pampered. The facial I received was wonderfully relaxing and just what I needed. I loved this place! I walked in and was instantly wowd by how beautiful and peaceful it was. I got a pedicure while I was there and it was the best pedicure I have ever gotten! I will never go to a foreign nail salon again if you get what Im trying to say. The attention to detail the young lady put into my pedicure was impressive. She had my toes looking so healthy I almost considered not putting any polish on and walking out just like that. My sister and I were a couple of days ago while on a sisters trip to Savannah. I loved the cozy and historic location. The room where we got our massages was so cozy and relaxing. Arris did my massage and she was great. I would definately recommend Sweet Water Spa to family and friends.

I think I thought I wasn’t a spa gal until I got a gift certificate for this place. My deep tissue massage and microderm facial were great. After picking those services, I didn’t expect to be so relaxed when leaving but I was happy. The lovely ladies who performed my services were definitely the highlight.

My husband and I recently visited this spa on an anniversary trip to Savannah. We called several days in advance and booked a $160 (per person) package that included massages and pedicures. Before we began our massages, we were asked what type of pressure we liked. We both responded with light to medium. We were told that would be a $5 upcharge since thats considered a custom massage. Ok?? Our massages were average at best. Our pedicures were good and we liked the technicians that performed them. At checkout, we learned that we were being charged an automatic 20% gratuity for the entire package (plus $5 massage upcharges). This was never disclosed to us when we booked over the phone or in the confirmation email we received.***UPDATING my review to state that 1. I am NOT associated with Milan day spa in any way and 2. No refund was ever offered!!! The owner of Sweetwater Spa knows I am not a “fake reviewer” because we had several email exchanges after the visit regarding our service. I have provided a copy of my receipt to Yelp & TripAdvisor to prove that the owner is a LIAR and just making up a response to weed out negative reviews!!! Shame on you!***

I was in town visiting and woke up with a migraine. Called Sweet Water and they were so incredibly accommodating. They got me right in. Karen was amazing. She has. Such great energy - she was able to relax the spasms and me with just the perfect amount of pressure (not too deep or hard) but extremely effective. Can’t wait for my next visit to Savannah - I will definitely go back (hopefully without a migraine).

In town from St. Augustine and decided to decompress and this place nailed. Excellent service from the front door and the massage therapist (Latoya & Jara) that did our couples massage were artists. Definitely recommend both of them!

I was definitely disappointed with this spa compared to all other day spas I have visited. It fell below my expectations for our girls trip to Savannah. We arrived early to make sure everything could start on time, but they were totally confused about who would be performing services on each of us. After taking the other girls to the back, I was last to be called. I entered a room where my cousin was already receiving a facial. I had to get naked and change in front of the esthetician (really?). I began my massage but couldnt relax because they were constantly coming in asking questions and rushing her along (she did a good massage... the only reason I decided on a 2). I then switched to receive a facial. She didnt even ask anything about my skin. It too was finished early. I complained at the time, but didnt receive much. I guess thats what happens when a 20% tip is automatic on an almost $200 ×4. I have called twice to speak to management since then and have gotten the run around. We got no mimosas or wine as promised and the whole experience of a girls day at the spa was disconnected.

As a visitor for just a few days, they got 3 of us in for wonderful facials. Great customer service! Comfortable and professional service!

Meredith did an absolutely amazing job! She was very professional, the ambiance was very relaxing and soothing, and the facial was wonderful. My skin was glowing with a healthy glow at the end of it and my brows were perfect.

Ive been to this spa for massages on 3 or 4 different occasions with different people each time. Every time was fantastic. I have been to other spas in the city and this one was the best by far. The environment is unique and relaxing and the massage therapists were professional and excelled at their work.

Pretty disappointed and havent had a chance to actually go there yet. I had a group massage booked back in April for my bachelorette party with only me and 4 other girlfriends. It was postponed due to covid and we tried for weeks to rearrange only to never have calls returned. We finally were able to reschedule and we just got a call 2 days before our arrival that they decided to close again and cancel our appointment. This is extremely disappointing as weve been looking forward to this girls trip for MONTHS. I understand wanting to not make further bookings but it is pretty disappointing to cancel an already booked appointment especially since its already had to be rescheduled so many times. Brides in 2020 pretty much got screwed this year and its just very disappointing to continue to have cancelations to already made appointments.

My husband got us a couples massage and he chose the raindrop therapy. This was for my birthday so I told my masseuse before that I liked deeper pressure bc Im a fitness instructor so I have knots. It was one of the worst experiences Ive had. He barely massaged me, literally felt like someone was trickiling oils on my back and barely rubbing it in. He didnt get to my neck and just didnt massage my left leg at all. How does that happen? I guess he spent too much time putting searing hot towels on my feet over and over to get to my other leg. I get that the raindrop isnt supposed to be an intense massage but afterwards my husband said his massage was great and definitely did do deep pressure on the spots he asked. He felt badly bc I didnt enjoy my massage but Im guessing I just had a bad masseuse. The place is beautiful though, hate it was such an unenjoyable experience for me.

Went there for a couples massage May 4th 2013. The therapists were great, HOWEVER I paid for 60 minute massages and we only received 45 minutes. For the high price they charged, they should have no doubtedly given the FULL LENGTH massage. Absolutely will NOT be going back!

This is an update - to respond to the spas remarks. My nail tech Asia, did NOT have a clue what she was doing. Review your tapes, you can see and I have my nails done regularly and it was very OBVIOUS she did NOT have a clue what she was doing. Yes, out of 3 toes smudges one was because of the separator, but that is also because she didnt put it on correctly. The other 2 were on her as well because of her hands. As I have explained in the email I received from the spa, there were several issues and one that she didnt even touch my cuticles on my hands. I had my nails redone when I returned home because they were in no way public presentable. Funny how that tech did my cuticles and said I was way past an appt with the polish....I didnt tell her they were just done. Yes, you offered another service, but explain to me how I can just do that when we had other appts to make? Im not rearranging my schedule because your staff was not adequate. That is on the spa. As far as a tip, you better check your records again, yes there was. This post and the email I received is nothing but excuses and lies. This shows that this spa is VERY poorly ran and does not believe in customer service. I replied to my email that you sent, and you chose to obviously ignore it as I have not heard a response. Why did you even ask what can be done to correct it in the email? As good customer service you should have offered not asked and then not respond or act. So why did you even email? PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS PEOPLE ON THIS SPA. You will see a pattern of excuses and lies on anyone rating them low and with complaints. Regretfully, I did not and I will not return to this spa in the future and it has left a bad mark toward Savannah.On a girl friend trip we did a planned spa day. I had a body scrub and massage by Sarah who was amazing! My star is for her and her only. Then we moved on to the mani and pedi and it was downhill from there. My tech had no idea what she was doing and followed the other tech for most of it. My toes and nails were by no means smooth, never touched cuticles, 2 toes were done over 3 times and I finally said enough just leave it. It took her over 40 minutes just to put polish on toes and it still wasn’t right. After buffing toes and and fingers she polished right over without wiping them off. Shared my concerns with front desk and the manager didn’t even bother to come out and at least listen to concerns or apologize. Run far, very far from this so called spa.

The massage was great but the customer service at the front desk was not! The didnt give me my military discount upfront due to their own error. Once they realized they were wrong they called me to apologize and changed the charge from $160 to $145 after the discount. That was cool until they charged us twice! It took us a week to get our money back and then once we finally got the owner on the phone she was completely inconsiderate about the inconvenience. All we got was a sorry. They definitely need to pay better attention to detail when dealing with peoples hard earned money. We wont be going back.

This place is a filthy dump and run by some pretty unscrupulous people! Its old, but thats ok, I respect old as long as the place is cared for and maintained. That is not the case with this place. We made reservations for massages and facials only to be told when we arrived that our reservation could not be found!?? (But they had my sisters CC info!!??) Hmmm!? They apologized profusely and re-scheduled us for the next day. We planned to leave and go home early the next day, but skeptical, we agreed. We left disappointed about the whole affair and the condition of the place and decided we did not want to go back there the next day. So, when they called to confirm our appt (2 hours later) we cancelled and they said Ok. Funny (Not!) upon returning home, my sister found out they charged her credit card a cancellation fee! The nerve of the filthy thieves! Services were not rendered and they are not a Doctors office or medical facility! You dont have the right to charge a cancellation fee due to your screw up! Absurd! My sister of course disputed the ridiculous charge to her credit card and had it refunded to her! Stay away from this place! They are a pack of thieves and the place is a dump!

My husband and I were visiting/vacationing in the Savannah area and celebrating our 14th wedding anniversary! This was a very calm, serene, clean atmosphere! Karen was MAGNIFICENT! If we are ever here again we will be back. Thank you

Point of sale personal were Rude. I didnt see the small sign that said cc only (I walked from the hotel left my wallet in the room)I asked to pay cash they said sure if I got close. Order was $20.36 I handed them 30..I said keep the change as a tip you guys are working hard then they said no not allowed to accept tips. as she rolled her eyes at me again.. her coworker said just do it..as she was irritated as well. Then I was asked what character name I wanted on the order...as I was getting ready to tell her she cut me off and said nevermind just give me your name..thats when I had enough...got my money back walked out...RUDE!...oh well

A little expensive but I think it was totally worth it. The massage felt so good and I truly needed it. The staff are very knowledgeable and they educated you on what type of massage is best for your needs. Loved it here.

Cute and quaint. the massage room i was in wasnt a room. it was closed off by a heavy curtain, so i heard everyone coming in and out of the bathroom. My manicure and pedicure were amazing. Massage was just ok...never asked how the pressure was, etc.

The experience was relaxing and the people were nice but ever since I went Ive been having bad pains in my neck and it eventually spreaded to my shoulder and upper arm area. I thought it was normal bcuz maybe I didnt drink enough water before or after the massage but I got the massage around the end of April and now its the beginning of June and the pains still havent gone away. Im not sure if a nerve was pinched or what. The massage wasnt to hard or anything so why is it bothering me still? I dont think this is normal. Its become very uncomfortable to sleep and it bothers me at work. The pain still bothers me to this day and hasnt gotten any better. Im wondering if I should go see a doctor now. I didnt have any pains before the massage but I left the place and started feeling pains a couple hours later. Im not sure what my next move should be. I tried to Google it but found nothing that helps. The pain medication was barely even a temporary fix. The pains just wont go away. Its becoming real annoying bcuz its interfering with my work and sleep. If I have to see a doctor this could become a real problem

Horrible experience. The females are good but the guys are terrible. My skin near my cuticles was cut on numerous occasions, than have the nerves to ask for a tip as were leaving lol Guys stay away!

Second time coming to this spa. Got a couples massage today and loved every minute! They are incredible and listen to your needs. Coming back again!
