Natural Healing Massage

Traveling from Florida to Savannah has been such a blast! Theres so much to see, and weve been walking nonstop. My feet and calves were killing me, so I really needed a massage to unwind. Booking an appointment was super easy, even with five of us. The manager found a spot for us. I got a Foot Reflexology massage, which included a foot rub and trigger point therapyu, it was amazing! I even dozed off. Afterward, my calves and feet felt so much better, and now Im ready to keep exploring!

I had a really nice and well overdue massage today! I booked a 60 minute deep tissue and it was actually 60 minutes of massage. Ive gone to other places where the time starts when you arrive as opposed to when the therapy starts. The therapist was very nice and attentive to my needs. The facility is nice and clean and everyone is friendly. I will definitely be going back. My only complaint and reason I didnt give 5 stars, is that the table wasnt heated so it can get a bit chilly, however, the therapist did give me additional cover at that point.

I had an amazing massage today! I have been having massages at Natural Healing Massage for several years and with the owner’s other former business for about 15 years. I have never been disappointed. They are friendly and also very clean. Prices are affordable and all therapists are really good!

I have been going to Natural Healing Massage for about five years. I am a tattooer and constantly in shrimp position and NHM has been a lifesaver and allowed me to continue working many times. I have gone when I was pregnant, had injuries, etc. I have always felt safe and respected and had at least good if not great massages every time.

This place is absolutely fantastic for an invigorating foot and back massage! The staff is phenomenal and super friendly, making you feel welcome and at home. I am beyond thrilled with my experience here and I cant wait to come back for more!

I must admit this had to be one of the best massage parlors in town. I have been coming here for about three years and the service had been consistent but most importantly excellent. Ms Grace always greet you at the door with a big smile and pleasant conversation. 10/10.

OMG the best massage ever!! I’m a dental assistant so I’m hunched over a chair all day and have bad back pain. I asked for a deep tissue massage and he gave me a DEEP TISSUE massage! I instantly felt better. Plus the complementary water bottle at the end was so nice. I can’t wait to go back!!!

Went in for deep tissue. The therapist mainly rubbed the oil into my back like I asked her to moisturize my skin. She continued to lightly rub in the oil even though I asked for more pressure 3x. She was also very aggressive in her closing strikes. Management didn’t care lol. This was a bad experience.

This is my favorite massage place in Savannah. I love that Im usually able to book quickly. Each therapist there is kind and skillful. Im already planning for my next visit! Book now. You wont be disappointed!

First time going and won’t be back. Pressure was good and the guy was polite….but during the massage he was sighing VERY loudly like he was annoyed, was very rough during the whole thing and it wasn’t the pressure that was rough. It was the motions that were supposed to be smooth that were rough. He scrubbed my foot which hurt me. He left the room multiple times and didn’t tell me. He was massaging my neck and I went to position my head back into the center and he made a noise like he was annoyed again and pushed my head to the other side.If you want your clients to read your mind-tell them what you want done. Don’t just assume they know what to do at a new salon.

My sister and I just had amazing massages tonight from here. We are visiting from our of town and were able to get in same day which was awesome. I am a massage therapist in my hometown and like to experience massages away from home when I can and I purposely didnt tell them bc I wanted to see how good they are. I can say very confidently that I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a great relaxation and deep tissue massage. They did change pressure when I asked also so thats good. Just wanted to recommend them!

This was my first massage here in Savannah! They were on time start and finished. Jin did an amazing job. This was also my first time with a male massage therapist, and I was not uncomfortable at all. He made sure to follow all of the massage techniques by covering each me back up with the blanket once he finished a section. He spent time on each part of my body, making sure he worked out every knot and pain. I will definitely be back, and twice a month I should say. There prices are also very reasonable.

Terrible. The massage wasn’t thorough at all. I don’t believe they are real massage therapist. They didn’t even touch my feet during the foot massage. Do your research and avoid the disappointment. This was a last minute birthday gift. I called the owner and she said I could come back and get it don’t again for half price but with someone else. There is no guarantee I’ll enjoy the second one so I decline.

I have been a frequent customer here since a friend introduced me to their services about two years ago. I’ve had both the deep tissue and the Swedish from several different staff here and every time it has been a great experience. They have flexible availability, their rates are affordable, and their service is stellar. I always leave feeling significantly better than I did coming in and even if I am sore the day after, I can feel the looseness and increase in my range of motion. I’ve had more than a dozen massages here over the last two years and I’ve yet to have any form of a negative experience!

Natural Healing Massage is my go to place for a nice relaxing massage. Not only were they available to book my appointment the next morning, but I had an ache in my ankle which became non-existent as soon as I left the massage. Not sure if the masseuse knew all the spots that needed healing but I felt like a brand new person! I will highly recommend their services to anyone needing a massage

The staff has consistently been welcoming, professional, skilled and well organized in managing scheduled appointment times. I recommend this place 100% and then some.

I got my first massage from here the other day and it was an absolutely amazing experience. I’ve been working hard in the gym and dieting to lose weight and have been very very sore. I decided to give this place a try and it was so relaxing!! I absolutely love this place and the staff is friendly, informative, professional and just all around wonderful at what they do. After I left I could feel my body again and the few days following I’ve felt so much more loose and it’s been easier to work out longer because I’m not as sore.

They are great! The staff is always nice to me whenever I come in for an appointment. The massages are so good I tend to fall asleep during them. The prices are affordable yet you get premium service. Great place to get a massage.

This place is the BEST! I’ve had my fair share of pricey massages in Savannah. If I want an entire spa day and want to drop $500 I’ll visit the Westin and Heavenly Day Spa. If I’m just in need of a really great massage this is the place to go! Their massage therapists are the best I’ve ever experienced and the pricing is amazing. No, you’re not getting a luxury spa experience, but you are getting an amazing massage and I’m closing my eyes anyway so…I choose here!

Very good prices. My boyfriend and I each got a full body massage; they were able to fit us in the day we called. Staff was very nice and friendly and even offered us water bottles on our way out! The massage was great, my boyfriend wanted to stay another 30 minutes after his hour was up.

Professional massage services. I love the simple and inexpensive 12 minute chair massage the massage therapist focuses on the neck, back and shoulders. Just let the receptionist know if you want LESS pressure, otherwise the default acupressure is significant pressure. Weekends are usually busy, reservations recommended. Friendly service, nice place. The foot massage is also delightful, Full massage also available.

Service was very good but the massage was very painful, the guy was rubbing my bones with his elbow and I asked for less pressure more than once. My body is more painful now then it was before!

It’s time to set the record straight because a lot of these comments have been deceiving. The communication was TERRIBLE. They didn’t ask me once what I wanted to do, they just started doing things. I went with two of my friends, for one she continuously asked for a Swedish massage and they ignored her and continued what they were doing. For my other friend she asked for 30 minutes and the woman kept telling her it’s 60 (we never scheduled a time amount, just what time we were coming). My first friend had a very painful experience and my second friend only wanted hot stones and she never got them. The one thing I wanted I never got which was a back massage. They also wouldn’t accept the receipt until a tip was added. I feel the exact same I did before hand. Don’t come here.

Most painful massage of my life. I asked the guy more than once to use less pressure. If you love deep tissue with elbows digging into every part of your body, then this place might be for you. I’ve never actually considered leaving mid-massage until this one. My husband also got a massage by a lady, which was fine. Maybe stick with the women???

While in the area on business both visits were re rendered by the expertise of experienced & amazingly affective massage therapist. Each of their masculine hands targeted my aching feets tender spots which allowed me to walk out with more pep in my step!! :-)

I have been going here for 3 years and I am addicted. I had a broken vertebrae in my back and I still have pain from it. I have been to most of the spas around town and tried chiropractors. Nothing beats this place. I usually ask for Jack, but all of them are good. You dont even have to take off your clothes, which is great for me because Im usually in a hurry. Im a realtor specializing in the Landings, Savannahs premier golf community and a busy mom! Nothing beats a good massage!! Highly recommend!!

Honestly I was disappointed when the cute little asain girl who was at the counter wasnt the one that was going to give me the massage until the man working there gave me the best massage by far Ive ever had. 100% amazing! He did some kind of thing where he cracked my whole back, foot massage head massage I woke up feeling like a million dollars!

Horrible and worst experience ever!!!! My regular massage therapist at another establishment was booked and I needed to get some tension in my neck and back worked out. I appreciated them being able to get me in for a 60 min massage the moment I walked in. I also appreciated how nice and welcoming they were. I was taken back by an older Asian gentleman that had no clue at all what he was doing. I have recieved many professional and sports massages in my life and this was simply horrible and not safe. He tried stretching me in different ways that are not standard or safe to the body. No techniques, or fluidity. He also pretty much used is elbo to dig into my body for an hour. Its clear he had no clue what he was doing and should not be allowed to touch anyone elses body again. I am really dumbfounded that my experience was different than all of the great reviews on here, but had to say something. After the massage I didnt mention it to the staff there, and even tipped (weird I know, but its my personal standard), but the more I thought about it after I needed to write a review to save others from this experience. If this is the standard here please pay a little extra to when getting a full body massage at any of the other places in Savannah. There are several better ones.

Worst massage of my life. I woke up with a bruised/sore back the day after due to the terrible service.I asked for less pressure multiple times but the man didn’t understand me. He left the room to get a translator to which I also communicated that I wanted less pressure, but there was no change. He used his elbows to dig into my back, and now I have more pain and tension then when I went into the massage.

This is the best place for foot reflexology massage. Can be intense but necessary for toxin release. Afterwards I feel like Im walking on clouds!I live in Orlando, FL and have regular deep tissue body massages. I have been going here for the last 3 yrs and always schedule time during my business travels.Well worth the time and a great value...treat yourself!

Curtained off booths in larger room in back (not the massage chairs that face the mall, where everyone passing would be able to watch. $30 for 30 minute deep tissue. Very relaxing...

Do not ever go here!! They truly and honestly don’t even deserve my one star that’s rated. I went here to get a 12 Min massage something quick and to just relieve a little pressure but the massage was really rough and when I left I’ve been having back problems for a couple days. The staff is not welcoming and forces you to pay a tip that is not earned or deserved. Save your money and save your body additional pain!

It seems that the experience depends on the masseuse, for mine it was somewhat painful, the lady that massaged me pushed somewhat too hard and the stones were scalding. But because of communication issues we were not understanding much from each other, willing to try a different masseuse next time though.

The staff here is absolutely outstanding. Whether you just want a simple leg and foot massage or a full massage with hot rock therapy, this is the place to go in savannah.They are reasonably priced and skilled in what they do.

Lack of communication. I went there for a Swedish massage but they never asked what I wanted. When I told the person what I was there for they continued with a deep tissue massage. Their was no communciation at all about what I wanted or how much pressure.

I took my Daughter here, it was her 1st massage, WOW, CiCi was nothing short of excellent, for someone who works out 4 to 6 times a week, I really needed it, we had a 20-minute chair massage, I called and was able to get an appointment scheduled for the same day, this place is a MUST especially if your having neck, back, and shoulder tension, they will take care of it, next time Im gonna do the 30 minutes.

I went yesterday for a chair massage and had to go back for a facial and neither session disappointed. It was EVERYTHING!!! The staff is great, professional, and kind. They made room for me as quickly as possible yesterday and Im grateful. I feel more relaxed and stress free. They are affordable and the atmosphere is tranquil. I passed by Savannah when I was traveling. I had a sore back after driving for too long. I found this shop and had a 60-minute massage. The boss said that the Chinese massage is also a traditional massage. The effect is good and the price is reasonable. I like it.
