I come here for Kratom when I dont have time to wait for a shipment from my regular place b4 running completely out. The employees have always been friendly & helpful especially this most recent visit, the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is prices & selection as compared to my usual place. If prices were lower & if there were a few different types of kratom in the selection, Id be able to come here on a regular basis & not just in a pinch. But I do want to emphasize, the customer service here is awesome! My recent receipt says the employee that helped me recently was Aubrey BUT not sure if thats correct name only bcuz it had to be printed on coworkers register/printer as that employees printer ran out of paper. The person that helped me was thin, kind of tall, & had medium length curly redish hair.

I stopped in while on a solo trip to Savannah and was immediately glad I chose this spot to come get some delta 8/etc for my trip. The two ladies helped me pick out just the thing, they were really friendly and welcoming, and gave me some good tips and info for the area. Easy to get to, but probably should have ubered there instead of walking. Not a super walkable area. But those ladies were super nice and I would go back because of them!

I live close to this Eisenhower location and have been coming here for a little while now, I’ve always had great experiences coming in! The staff is very warm and friendly and happy to help with what the customer is looking for, and they’re very knowledgeable in their product! The place is always clean and there’s always someone at the front counter to assist in shopping. Definitely recommend this location!

This cute shop fits in perfectly with the little shopping center! They have literally everything you need. They have the full spectrum of glass, tools and accessories for flower, kratom powder and caps, in addition to the entire lineup of cbd products. The store is clean and colorful. Everything is nicely and clearly displayed. The lady that helped me was so accomadating and friendly. She made it very comfortable and easy to browse and pick out my selections. Prices are right in line market. They also had a huge selection of very fun, unique glass pieces. Highly recommend stopping in!

Customer service is great theyre answering their phones to answer questions about products, to which Im really pleased about ...so I had to go back and change my review and give them five stars. They definitely deserve it!They remodeled and it looks fantastic in there now and they have plenty of products in stock. Very happy with them. I appreciate Alex the manager who worked with me answering questions and retrieving points that I had earned on a couple of purchases. I used to think the store in Pooler was better but now its a tie!!!! Especially since Victory drive store remodeled, so now it doesnt matter which one you go to because theyre both amazing! Love them!!!!

Went in two times in a day and had a vastly different experience both times. I went Sunday morning the 23rd of August and had a nice guy who was playing this awesome acoustic guitar music. I got some CBD and some folks were wearing masks and some werent I will wear one if it is enforced but prefer not to so I didnt. The guy was informative and nice. I spoke with him about a few products and went on my way. I liked what he said and went back later that afternoon to pick up what he recommended. Instead of the nice guy I was greeted by a young kid with a bad attitude.He said we couldnt come in without a mask with a bad attitude and then called me a liar for saying i was there hours before without one. If you are going to have a policy that is fine but teach your employees to be consistent and not be rude to people who spend money. I have since found the products for sale online cheaper and without the side order of some rude employee calling me a liar.

We visited Fat & Fine in Savannah, GA restaurant recently. Theyd just had a large event the day before, ran out of what was needed to complete my order...Let me tell you (OwnerMgr) the MANAGER/OWNER of Fat & Fine came out greeted us with professional candor.definition:the quality of being open and honest in expression; frankness.This lady oozing with confidence, candor and polite professionalism (and a minority I might add ;) didnt freakin stumble at going above and certainly beyond to satisfy her NEW (and future customers) we did not ask nor expect what she did. I got the impression that this lady doesnt her lead or run her business with a poverty mentality...therefore no need to post so many no refunds signs, or demand her customers sample/check their product before leaving the store, refuses returns of non-working products.The only businesses that make every excuse for bad service are those that are owned and run by those who have a poverty consciousness. And will always suffer in business because of this mindset. No matter how much you raise your prices, nickle and dime your customers. You will never have nor arrive at enough.DO BETTER, not bitter.

Wonderful staff here! I make this my go-to for all my needs! They didnt have a certain product in-store but had it in stock online, so the warehouse staff were kind enough to hand-deliver my order to the store front so I wouldnt have to wait on shipping! You cant ever go wrong with this place!

I was just passing by through town and wanted something to hold me over.. kinda help me relax a bit for a long car ride I was taking, and I came along this store! I don’t usually write long reviews like this but the moment I walked in I was greeted by 2 sweet women and the young lady who helped me out and informed me about alllll things delta, as I have never tried before. She showed me amazing 25mg gummies that made my road trip go so smoothly. I’m fairly certain her name was Amy.. she had dark curly hair and glasses. Anyway, Amy and the other kind blonde woman made the store seem so friendly and welcoming when I walked in!! I will definitely stop by whenever I pass through Savannah again!

Sophie, the district manager gladly sold me a defective product and wouldnt let me swap it out when I attempted to return it. She was extremely condescending and disrespectful. I asked if she at least slightly understood where I was coming from, but she didnt seem to care at all. It is unfortunate that this business is aware that they are committing fraud, and still choose to do it anyway. I guess it is what it is.

Overall pretty knowledgeable. Really liked the store layout. The parking is terrible (cant really help that given the fact that its right by a tattoo parlor and they were only given like 10 spaces between the two buildings). Would love it if they shipped directly to houses, espicially with the pandemic going on!

So this is my first time trying prerolls. The lifter and black widow I have to say I like. Now the the oil taste is yuck. However, I tried the oil a second time w orange juice. The results was terrific. I dont know maybe Im used to flavor. Furthermore, I dont think Ill buy the oil again due to lack of flavor. The prerolls of course Ill buy some more.

Customer service was great and they were very knowledgeable. It was my first time there and I walked in not knowing what I wanted. I walked out with a ton of things one being a vape which ended up not working. I came back to see if they can fix it and told me I couldn’t exchange it so I lost my money. She then told me they have signs all over but failed to mention that when I made my purchase. I get you can’t exchange items but you should let your customers know your strict policy prior to walking out. I will never spend my money there again.

Came into get a product with my partner, the associate behind the counter asked for their ID, but didn’t make such demands of the white male who came in after. Clearly they discriminate. Will take my business else where.Update;sure he was, that excuse may have worked in the past but I took the time to go through your reviews and that wasn’t the only instance of discrimination mentioned with your storefront. no worries I’ll just take my business to a black or Indian owned establishments in the future. Here’s a free tip, maybe Hire a more diverse staff (it will help reduce the racism) , also if you ID everyone, then ID everyone. That means the white people too.

First off I always come to this store and shop and this was the worst experience me and my girlfriend came in and soon as we walked in we spoke it was one young lady and she didn’t even speak or acknowledge us was trying to ask about certain products wasn’t interested in helping us then it was 2 people walked in after us and she asked me and my girlfriend for Id now I been coming in this store since it opened and this was the first time I was asked for id not trying to sound like she wasn’t suppose to ask for our id but she didn’t ask nobody else in the store for there id but we was the only black people in the store and we was the only people that was asked for id and I acknowledged that to the young lady the young lady said she asked them but I didn’t acknowledge it and mind you they walked in the store after us her exact words was I got there Id but I never seen her talk to them and I frequent this store to buy cbd flower and then she slammed my product on the counter like she was trying to throw it at me and didn’t wanna serve me I been coming to this location since it opened and this was the first time I was treated like this and I feel I was treated this way because the color of my skin I don’t know the young lady name but my receipt says her name was Arionne I always felt welcomed in this store but this visit made me feel out of place and It made me feel like my money wasn’t wanted I love coming to this store but I just feel the way I was treated was unacceptable everybody else is always interested in telling me about products and stuff and she didn’t even ask me about my rewards number I had to tell her I was a rewards memeber I just didn’t feel welcomed or I didn’t feel like my money was good enough because the color of my skin and that is not fair would love to shop again but if I see Arionne I will turn around and come back when somebody different is in there worst experience ever

The box of cones I paid for were empty. I still have the receipt. I didn’t think to check my bag till I get settled in at home. I called and let them know what is going on. “Because something that cheap can’t be verified there are no exchanges”,. Save yourself the time and money and go to Planet 3 instead. They’re cheaper and have better products with staff that actually cares.

Great shop, plenty of products. Prices are very competitive, even when compared to online venders. I visited them on Christmas Day to get a last minute gift. This business is definitely not a scam I was physically in there store 2 weeks ago. I will say they didnt have the best in store selection but the guy was very nice and tried to be helpful but 420 wiped them out apparently. So if anything bad management, good people.

Beautiful store with professional staff that doesnt waste time if you know what you are doing, and has what seems like infinite patience with the uninitiated old folks like me. Wish parking was a little easier, but my experience was great.

Steer clear of their pen batteries.. I had three separate pens die after only a couple days and one was after six hours. All of them had either problems not charging or the batteries would last under an hour. Its a shame because the staff is incredibly nice however after three tries I decided to go elsewhere... I spent enough between money spent on batteries, gas, and time traveling here to not want to try again here.

Wish I could give a 4.5 because nothing is perfect but this store is close! Great staff, products, and knowledge on whats in that store! Kendell and Alex helped me and were 100% amazing!!

They couldnt care less about customer service I ordered from them based on a timeline. The delivery was late and all I got was sorry about that, its our it department and they have glitches. I dont accept that excuse when I order at 8:30am and I get a label created by 4:30pmand a shipment beginning the following day at 3:30pm.I wrote to them 3 times and got the same lame excuse no offer to fix it no offer of discount just take it or leave it.We have so many choices of vendors online I suggest picking a different one as I will never order from a company that wont stand by there timeline.

Faulty products. I read the reviews before I stopped here but surely with a 4.6 theyd be decent. I bought several prerolls of their brand and couldnt even take a single puff off it without having to remove half the bud inside. Whoever made these clearly doesnt understand airflow. Another preroll they had smashed in the ends on the filter so I had to cut it off half way. I spent 38$ on 3 prerolls which is outrageous and in reality got to smoke about 1 and 1/3 of them due to what I had to waste to be able to use it. Also not a fan of the other items I purchased. I travel regularly and visit stores like this as a hobby to see what different states offer legally. Sorry guys, step up your pre game.Reply to owners: I didnt even ask for a refund, I believe you missed the whole point of this review. Actually instead of money back id just as soon just give it all back to you for free. Your prerolls surely arent more than a mid grade if Im sitting here sifting half of it out so I can smoke them. Why dont you comp some for your employees to take home and test and tell me it didnt burn completely down one side, or not hit right at all.

I wouldnt shop here for a vape. Its been a while since I visited the store. Im guessing management or owners changed, but they really didnt know about the product I purchased. My goal is to stop smoking overtime. I tried making conversation and telling the employee what I was trying to do, but he was standoffish. He gave me little feedback and I guess he didnt know about the product. He didnt recommend anything else either. I got the Vaporesso Luxe PM40 it was 55 but I ended up spending 100 with the oils and everything. The product seems too strong I turned down the watts to 11 by watching YouTube and reading the manual. I feel like this was a waist. I hope Ill be able to find something more suitable in the future.

I’ve never been inside the actual store because I live in Florida, so I shop online. They have a nice selection, the stuff that I’ve gotten has always been good quality, the price is fair, and the staff seems helpful over the phone and chat. I would recommend this place to any smoker.
