Ive been coming here for many many years. The owner and the staff are some of the best people. Theres a fantastic atmosphere and its a great place to just hang out. They serve a variety of flavors and are always open to requests. In addition, they also have a variety of food and teas on the menu. Great experience every time.
Gave us bad hookah we got sick and so we called the health inspector on them. These people take advantage of novice hookah smokers. And give them bad hookah. Beware.
Aria Lounge is a great place to get hookah. The atmosphere is incredibly laid-back and comfortable. The seating areas feel a little more private and cozy than other places, which I love. The flavor selection of the hookahs is great and Ive always had a smooth smoke every time Ive been here. The staff is extremely attentive and provides good recommendations based on what flavors you like. The owner is also very friendly and accommodating. He will personally go from group to group to make sure everyone is being taken care of.Overall, I highly recommend this place! Its my absolute favorite hookah lounge and Ive been coming here for years. Id never choose to go to another place!
Aria lounge is THE BEST place for Hookah. My friends and I have been coming here for over 10 years, and always have a great experience. The owner and staff are very accommodating., and provide great service. Each group has very comfortable and private seating area. They have a wide variety of hookah flavors and beverages. This place is a hidden Gem, I was so glad to stumble on to it. The atmosphere is so relaxing and walking in you are made to feel at home. I have been here a few times now in the past year and each time the host is always friendly and attentive. Aside from the Hookah I really liked watching the brewing process of the Persian Tea, you should try it.

By far the best hookah place around.Unbelievable customer service from the staff and owner here.The owner is funny, attentive, and greets you as soon as you walk in the door.They have a wide variety of house flavors that have impressed me every time I’ve gone. My recommendations would be the “Lesbian Threesome” or “Bite the Pillow”. They also make you custom flavors and blends if you request.Coal changes come frequently and without needing to be requested. The food available is a nice touch too, with the Tea being my favorite.Definitely the place to be if you want a great atmosphere and quality hookah.
This place is fantastic. They periodically refill coals which is great, have lot of exotic flavors such as fresh fruit, paan which I am into. Main difference for me though is the owner Ari. Gets to know you, wants it to be fun, etc. This is not your typical place they get to know you and what you like and this makes the difference compared to other random hookah places.
Absolutely love Aria Lounge! Ive been going there since I was 18 and would not go anywhere else! The staff is amazing and the flavors are delicious! The atmosphere is very chill, perfect for hanging out with friends. Hands down the best hookah bar in the Northwest Suburbs!
I can see myself becoming a regular at this location. I have tried hookah lounges in downtown (Chicago) & they just cant compete w/Aria. The couple times I have gone have been excellent. Good prices, convenient location & do not get me started on how awesome the staff is. They have a good vibe & know their stuff. Highly recommend 10/10

This place is awesome. I travel coast to coast for business. Probably been to 50+ hookah places all across the country. This is my favorite. Good value, great hookah. Comfortable seating. Nice place to chill...relax. Too many hookah places have a dance club feel with flashing lights, crowds, upbeat music. Not my gig. I want to relax, enjoy. This place foots the bill. Comfy, dark. Staff is beyond friendly. If I could give it 10 stars I would!! Highly recommended.
One of my new favorite places to visit and relax with friends. Second time visiting the owner remembered us and accommodated making room for us to sit. With a variety of tobacco flavors to choose from, great tea selections, Turkish coffee and smoothies its a great place to enjoy your company, catch up and zen out when you still want to be out but relax. The owner is definitely a people person making sure his customers are happy and business is run well. Even when he is short staffed he jumps in and gets his hands dirty cutting up the fruit for the inhanced hookah experience, all while maintaining a smile, jokes and one eye on each table to ensure everyone is taken care of. If its your thing you will enjoy this place, if youve never been try everything in life at least once.
As a first time customer I have to say I was very impressed with aria. Great service, good hookah very relaxing Environment I felt as if I was at home. I also have to say the owner was a cool guy he showed me some cool smoke tricks and made me laugh felt as if I’ve known him for years. Great place highly recommended, I’ll definitely be coming back !

Aria lounge is the best place to just chill on any night, whether it be during the week or weekend. Even though it can get a bit crowded sometimes, the owner makes you feel right at home and like he truly cares about taking care of you and making sure you have a great night there. Its amazing how many people you can meet there and the connections you make. The friends I have made in aria lounge have continued to be some of my most cherished people. I even met my husband there! Very misleading five star reviews, the hookah has the worst pull no smoke no flavor at all. And don’t even get me started on the tea, it comes in this very cool chemistry looking vase and the employee gave this whole speech about how they make the tea using steam and what not but it was the worst tasting tea I’ve ever had, stale and very disappointing. Wasted my time and money.
Ive been to all the hookah lounges in the suburbs and I can honestly say I have yet to find a place better than Aria Lounge in Schaumburg. The hookahs are full of flavor and create big clouds, the staff is super friendly, and the tea is amazing! I would definitely recommend the fruit heads- I always choose an orange bowl. Hands down the best hookah lounge in the suburbs!
My experience was not worth 3 stars, but I’m giving one star extra because of the server we had, Ophelia.She was overwhelmed with guests and was running around back and forth trying to meet the needs of the patrons.I ordered a mango smoothie but received a frozen icee instead that didn’t have any sort of taste, however, the $12 tea was definitely good. When asking for a glass hookah I was told it was broken, and all food items were over @ 10pm (15 mins into the arrival).I ran back a few times to the bar to ask for things so I didn’t burden her with requests to swap out the charcoal - though she did replace it 3 times on her own, although I was cleaning the ash myself on several occasions.Although, my first visit to an Illinois/Schaumburg Hookah bar didn’t go too well - I’m waiting to visit the other ones in town for a more fruitful experience.
This is a great lounge, I have been to many shisha lounges over the years but Aria is one of the best. They have nice employees, the owner is very generous and appreciative, and the environment is relaxing and attractive. Will be back for sure

Aria on Roselle is the best hookah joint in the N. Suburbs. The owner is awesome, and with the recent remodeling and new furniture the place is better than ever. Weve been coming here since 2008, and dont plan on changing our choice anytime soon.

Aria Lounge was like my 2nd home when I was growing up and will always be my favorite hookah bar! Honestly you could find me there every weekend throughout my highschool years and I made so many good friends and was always treated like family. A good place to chill after work! Amazing customer service, so much so, that I end up coming here always! I would recommend Kiwi Paan or Grape mint, but they have a variety of wild flavours to try. Another must try would be the Persian tea!

Ive been going to Aria since 2004. While I have been to many other lounges around the country since then, I have never been as impressed with the service and the quality of the smoke as I am at Aria. When you consider the fact that Aria is much more reasonably priced than other options around the Chicago area, the value is very clear.

As a hookah user, this lounge has high quality products and great price in the Chicago market. From my multiple experience this lounge uses KM (Khalil Mamoon) unlike other places that uses Chinese hookahs. They also have glass hookahs for the modern aesthetic fans. The shisha they use are trusted brands such as Al Fakher to Starbuzz to Fumari - all popular favored brands. In terms of coals, they have coconut coals and 3kings- and on top of that, they use the Kaloud Lotus to keep the right temperature for your shisha. The workers understand how to pack the bowl, properly cleaning the stem and vase, and changing hoses when needed. Any hookah fans visiting the Chicago suburbs it is a must place to check out.
