Store Manager was very helpful and went above and beyond to leave a good impression on me as a new customer. Also they are open at 8am.

Sunny has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything I was asking about and also some concerns I had for a product that I purchased for a family member. He is extremely professional and very fast with responding, very reliable. Excellent customer care and service. They really care about their customer service and have the best deals all around. And when I ask for something they dont have, they go above and beyond to get it for me!

Buddys Vape and Smoke got rid of Mellow Fellow cartridges, the 2 in one pack. I genuinely enjoyed them because its money well spent. Hopefully no more products that give you a bang for your buck disappear. Panama red & White widow was a match made great. Including truffle butter and Sunday driver I forgot to mention.

Well if I could give a zero star I definitely would. 6 months ago I would say that this was one of the best shops in the Chicagoland area. Now, they have a lack of staff and there’s always this one Indian man named Ronnie who’s the manger there and dude doesn’t know anything about vapes or about any product in his shop. Their prices have absolutely skyrocketed!!!!!!! Also, I’ve been in there and he was flirting and saying inappropriate things to these girls that were in there and I could tell that they felt very uncomfortable. It was very unprofessional. Highly recommend going to another vape shop this one ain’t the same as it once was unfortunately.

The manager ronnie is the reason I won’t go to this shop. I walked in and immediately got creeped out by him. He looked at me like I was an object not a customer. He proceeded to flirt with me while I was in the shop and even when I rejected him he proceeded to come onto me. I will never come here again. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe. If you are a girl and you are thinking about coming here. Just don’t.

Mike always greets customers with a great big hello! He is very helpful when picking out merchandise. And always gives great recommendations. Very funny guy, I always try my best to go when he’s working. Because it is always a memorable time. Will definitely be coming back. Again and again!

So I’ve been here twice now with my friend and Mike was so sweet to help when I wanted to buy my first glass piece bowl. I definitely recommend coming here for a good quick chat and good product! And definitely try to catch when Mike is in! They definitely have a returning customer! ☺️☺️

Quite possibly the absolute WORST smoke shop in the area. Ronnie has said vulgar and inappropriate things about myself and my friends while we were just trying to buy our products and leave. i have also heard from other females in the area who have had a similar experience with him. not to mention they sell fake elf bars. i will never be returning and i highly suggest others also stay away, especially females

Went in today for butane and left with one of Mikes customized bundles! He made them for Christmas and if you have a smoker in your life they are definitely worth a look! He was so friendly and I had such an amazing experience!! This is my usual spot and now I have another reason to keep going back! You rock Mike 🥰✌🏻

Came here following the staff from a different shop. I like coming here because the staff knows the products and recommend based on your needs, instead of trying to sell you garbage. I like Andrew, he is so friendly and always explains everything to me, like when I purchased CBD oil, he explained the difference between the products. Highly recommend this location, their prices are really good too!!

So theres a really good selection here and they have pretty good deals on some things when you buy two at a time. I stopped going to my old shop and started going here instead.

I had an absulute horrendous experience with the manager named Ronnie. He’s beyond rude and impatient. He does not deserve to even be an employee, much less a manager. I will never come back here because of him.

Absolutely great customer service. I went in to buy an atomizer for my peak and found out it had a short circuit, I called to see if I could exchange it and they took care of me hassle free. They have a great selection of EVERYTHING. This will definitely be my go to place

Ive been to a ton of vape/smoke shops all over the country and Buddys is one of my favorites. Theyre always friendly and make you feel that they want to help you ... Not get you ouf of there hair as soon as possible. The owner is usually either in the shop or next door at His liquor store. He will work with you on the cost if theres any wiggle room & if they dont have what you want he will get it. The only negative is one of the employees is 101% an a$$μ¤le with a very bad attitude but luckily hes not there much. Youll know him right away ... Trust me. 🌈 🏆#1 shop in the area

Went to get a replacement atomizer for my Puffco and the clerk stated they were out and that they wouldnt be in for a few days...no biggie...I then go back the next day and decide to re-buy a Puffco instead of waiting for an atomizer (impatient I know), when the clerk tells me $400 for the standard one (which lists both online and at their competitor up the street for $249.99)...I then questioned the clerk and he would not even look in the system to verify pricing...GO UP THE STREET TO VAPE & GLASS as they are clearly more reasonably priced...

Came in and purchased an item that ended up being faulty. No hassle, gave me an exchange and I was on my way. Great customer service both times. Will return soon!

Unless youre within walking distance, I wouldnt recommend buddys anymore. Prices have gone up and staff competence has gone down. Probably best to go online for the same products at significantly cheaper prices.
