He helped us set it up recommended flavors and was super nice. Music was good service was great I wouldn’t mind coming back again. X Hale Hookah Lounge! Mannnn back in my college days this was the spot! We would hang out here to enjoy a good smoke session with the guys. One of the few places to go out to and enjoy some good music late at night in these small towns! Always had great service and good times

Ive been to this hookah place few years back. Things had changed and not in a good way. I see extra charges, not much interaction between the server of when the coal youre expecting will come or even just having that good vibe... You can tell the difference of how the hookah is packed.. Lots of things to notice.. So last hookah in this place..No wonder theres a lot of 5 stars..

You can buy snacks but it’s a great place to come.EDIT:I’m editing this review because I found out after paying my part of a larger bill, then leaving my receipt with the group of my payment, I heard there were more hidden charges that continuously started to appear.I am giving a two star review because charges were not up front and although the customer service was very good, there were so many different charges that I’ve never encountered at any other hookah place. I was also privy to other places having any charge created to be written everywhere.Management also lied and said I did not pay for all of the charges when I paid for everyone that was part of my group. I don’t understand how a bill can total 183 dollars, I pay 40 of those dollars and the remainder is 160. That doesn’t make sense to me at all.To help your business in the future and to not have so many issues with pricing disputes, there needs to be clear guidelines as to what you are charging and not arguing with customers, then walking away and ignoring them.Hopefully these changes will be made in the future. I personally don’t think this is a place that I would visit in the future.

Friendly service, and decent ambiance, but I was really turned off by the fact that I ordered a specific flavor, and they knowingly provided me a mix of the flavor I ordered with mint, which completely ruined the flavor that I wanted. I let them know that it didnt taste like the flavor I ordered, and they admitted that they cut flavors together when they are running short and offered me a new bowl. Even though they were quick to rectify the issue, the service was so slow such that I didnt want a new one, so I smoked the bowl I was provided.

We had to change that ourselves. I am not sure what changed the services. Before it was very friendly, we would get great service and employees would notice us, but now, we get ignored. The employees have their own time and when we call them, they tell us to wait. We’ve waited 15 to order something. The employees were just sitting there. When we did order something, they wouldn’t care or bother to change the coals. There are better hookah place then this. I’ve been coming here since a year but the services has been dropped. I thought hookah places would change the coals instead here they would give the coals and let you change it. Disappointed!

Good environment they check to make sure everything’s good with your group you can tell they actually care about there customers rather than take your money . Amazing place. As soon as my friends and I stepped in we were greeted. The staff is prompt, coal change occurs regularly and theyre even opening up a dance floor. The ambience is relaxing but also a turn up spot. This new management is headed the right way in just a short amount of time. Thanks Amber for an amazing time. Very humbling owners. Will definitely be back! Hookah burns for at least two hours and is delicious.

Came to Chicago from California and wanted to have a nice chill night out, we came to this hookah lounge after seeing all the reviews and loved the experience the hookah and custom flavors the owner created were really good. The owner and his wife are some of the friendliest people and came to check up and make sure we were comfortable and having a good time. The music and vibe of this place makes it fun, and they offer so many options of tea and snacks. We will definitely be returning.

This is our favorite place by far. Although the place doesnt look as fancy, it has something that makes you feel very comfortable and chill. The servers are very attentive and helpful. Worst experience!! I came in with a large party of which majority wanted to hookah. 2 of us wished to smoke cigar. I purchased the Cigar at the location. Once I lit it they sent someone over to say I couldnt smoke the Cigar I just bought from them!! Beginning of the nightmare. I called advance see if we could bring alcohol. Was told yes. Over hour into drinking they sent same guy over saying they were going charge us 5pp for stuff we bought. Then proceeded to start charging additional erroneous fees! We then were charged upon exit $180 dollars!! Mind you no food or drinks purchased at this tacky establishment! Never experienced anything like it! Please be careful and Never visit this location and their fraudulent chsrges!

Last night was my first time at X-Hale Hookah Lounge, & have to admit hands down one of the best hookah lounges I have been to so far in the Schaumburg area. Hookahs are new & clean. They have great variety of flavors. Customer service is beyond amazing, they check on you often to make sure your hookahs are good. High recommend this lounge! 5 stars!

The hookah wasnt that good, the first one got harsh very fast, so they brought another head, its was okay, but not really blowing. The owners were extremely nice though, they had a great attitude. When it was time to pay my Groupon wasnt working, but the owner honored it anyways. Very nice people.

Im a hookah enthusiast. And the previous owners before 2017 I was not a fan of because the hookah wasnt up to par. But the new owners since 2017 are Zohaib and Amber (husband and wife) and they have the most hospitable personality that welcomes everyone with a BIG smile and warm hugs. And on top of that they hired the BEST team of workers and servers that make THE BEST hookahs that are not only smooth.. but you can actually TASTE the flavor you ordered. Especially double apple mint (a flavor is middle eastern get that is very very hard to prepare). I give them multiple 5 stars and I recommend this place to everyone and anyone who wants to lay back and work on school or work, want to bring a date, or just come with friends to kick it and relax!

Really comfortable atmosphere, and roomy enough that you dont ever feel boxed in by other groups. Good menu selection, and wait staff has always been friendly, helpful, and attentive. Cant think of a time Ive ever had to wait to get a table. This isnt at all the closest hookah bar to me, but its the one I end up at most often.

Dont wear your favorite sweater here, it will smell terrible for the rest of its lifespan. Its a fun place to chill for a few hours. You should definitely eat something first, or risk a sore tummy. Overall its kinda dingy, but maybe that adds to the charm.

It a very great place to be at. The Stuff are outstanding, the services are very much reliable. I have been going there about an year I have no complaints. I do recommend it for anyone who seeks a relaxing hookah setting.

This was my first time back in a long while and I must say i miss the old ownership and staff. I was there for almost two hours. Not once were my coals changed nor was I asked if I wanted them changed. Multiple staff members walked by on different occasions and looked at my coals and clearly saw they were burnt out. I have no shame in walking out when I was ignored for the time I spent there.

X-hale hookah lounge is the only lounge that I go to in Schaumburg. It has a relaxing atmosphere and great service. They even give flavor mix recommendations if you do not know what to choose. The atmosphere allows you to play games, talk, or just enjoy the moment. I highly recommend going!

X-Hale is the best hookah lounge Ive been to. Everyone there is extremely nice. Kat is an excellent host. We didnt even have to ask for more coals, she just brought them to us. They have spots for large groups, medium groups, or small groups. And there is litterally TVs everywhere.

The hookah I had was good. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the atmosphere seemed kind of off. I would probably go again though.

Definitely the best hookah catering services in Schaumburg, IL! Theyre employees are so great at packing hookah heads its amazing. All the hookahs were hitting perfect all night. I have tried other places in chicago and Schaumburg but this guys are best that offer nearly as good catering for hookah. Definitely the only hookah catering service ill use from now on. The best spot for hookah..The service is always awesome and the atmosphere is really soothing. They have the best selection of flavours and they not only sanitize their hookahs but also give disposable hoses to everyone which is great. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, me and my group only come coz of them. Will be back again!!!

Extremely smooth hookah, Variety of top flavors, Relaxing ambiance. The hookah was extremely smooth, no harshness, no coal changes required even after smoking for nearly two hours without a break. And they use disposable pipes each time. This is my NEW hang spot with friends. Love it! Cant get enough of paan mint flavor!

As I live in Chicago, I Have been to all other hookah lounge in my neighborhood, but I dont like it anywhere else. Shiva sister gives us the best customer service and always treats us like her family member. I always have a wonderdul time here at xhale hookah lounge with my friends.

The number one thing for a hookah place is to well have smooth hookah. The smoke was thick and never got too harsh on my throat, definitely didnt want to part ways with the pipe among my friends. My favorite flavor Double Apple was on point! The Sulaymanin Tea was fresh and absolutely enjoyable. Looking for a joint in the Burbs- XHale is the place to be!
