Called so many other places in the area all the way from Crystal Lake, Barrington, Lake Zurich, Palatine, and Hoffman Estates. No one had what I was looking for. I called here, and they did! They had 3 flavors in stock, mainly Two Apple, but I grabbed the last 2 of these they had. Was greated and helped out immediately when I walked in, and very fair prices too. If they keep more flavors in stock, I will definitely be a long-time returning customer. Thanks for all the help!

Used to be my go to spot when Johnny is here… have bought several large pieces and spent well over $1000 in the past two years.The older guy who now works the counter has poor customer service skills and needs to be retrained. If he continues to work the front desk this place will lose all most of the loyal customers it has built over the years.

Oh my goodness, although this is a fairly new shop, it really impressed me. Not only by it’s interior and environment, but the staff and the owner. They are clearly passionate and it shows. Prices are definitely not high (as one would expect them to be in cook county). Inventory is extensive and impressive. Definitely check them out!!!

Today I went in to jonny thinking I’m going to get a good deal and something that actually works, but when I went in there he sold me a fake proxy, so I go tell him if I can get a refund and tells me I have to go through puffco company. I was treated horrible and felt scammed that he sold me a fake product that doesn’t even turn on. I hope this shop gets closed down. Worst shop ever. Don’t go here.

Overall outstanding experience. Great and amazing artwork bongs with more than one honeycomb feature and ice catcher . Danny is a great person very very outgoing nice and chill to talk too. Kyle is also great guy learning the ropes. Definitely would recommend! 👍👍

Clean place, definitely has good product for various types of mods. Glass products as well in good variety and sorts. I went in not knowing exactly what Im looking for and the staff was polite, courteous, knew theyre product well. Gave me good suggestions, took them, vaped not long after and was not disappointed. As a returning customer here at Johnny’s Vapes, I can say I will never go to another vape shop. The owner Danny is a very pleasant and warm welcoming gentleman. I return because of his hospitality but he also has everything you will need in his shop! Try this shop once and I guarantee you will be back.

Service is excellent. The people working here are very attentive. My only issue is that everything in the store is overpriced by about 2.5x online prices. If you walk in and google everything they have on display, you will see that the prices in the store are 2.5x more expensive compared to online prices. I wish I had known this considering most online shops are now offering free shipping.

Honestly, it was one of the best experiences in a vape shop I’ve ever had! Daniel was crazy knowledgeable and offered a variety of products for hookah, vapes and so much more. Every time I have went in there they have greeted me and they are cool people as well. I asked for a recommendation on a flavor for my ovns and I fell in love with it. I dont live far from it so I keep on going back but even if I did live far I would still come back due to they are cool. They helped me stop smoking ciggaerts as well. Went in there for the first time tonight. Honestly only stopped because it was on my way go where I was going. I have my normal shop that i like going to but it was out of my way and it was getting close to 9pm. I had stuff I needed to do. I had lost my drip tip at work today, so i was only going to grab a new one and be on my way. I was extremely surprised when i walked in by the wonderful set up inside and the super friendly staff. Ended up buying some coils and a juice while I was there. I didnt need it but after talking for probably 15 minutes i said why not Im already here anyways. They in return gave me the drip tip for free! Granted they usually arent that expensive to begin with it was the gesture thats what counted. I will definitely be going here again in the future! Also for the first time in almost year I finally found a shop that carrys the first vape juice I ever bought and loved but cant find anywhere now. Been to several shops looking for it with no luck. Was super excited when I looked at their shelf and found it! I hope they keep carrying it because I will be back for it! Thanks again guys. Youre awesome.

I never leave reviews but I’ve never been so upset by a business in my life I purchased something from here that was defective the guy hung up the phone on me after saying he’s not responsible. Horrible customer service do not go here never have I had an issue anywhere else.

This place needs to get shut down. Over priced on everything they have. Fake glass not anything in the store is made by and artists. Charges 2.99 for a humidity pack that I can buy at sunny side for 98c the exact same brand and everything. This dude is a unprofessional and inappropriate cause my gf came in with me and all he did was look at her and try to spit some game. I will never step foot in this business again and be sure I bring it to Hoffman estates police station that he is selling all his products illegally cause he has no license to sell this stuff. Ill start by saying I had a bad experience at vape n glass. I was trying to quit smoking so I turned to disposable Vapes. I was looking for a reliable honest knowledgeable vape shop that I can be a loyal customer to.Then I found Johnny. Me being a big fan of Batman I was immediately drawn to the store. The atmosphere was nice and then I met Johnny. Very knowledgeable. I bought my disposable and went on my way. When it ran out I went back and was recommended an amazing flavor.I was hooked. Ive been going to Johnny ever since. I recently bought a mod from Johnny and I will continue to return to him.

My man HOOKED IT UP. Few places that actually care about you and not just pushing product they overstocked. Selection is very wide, and prices are good. I was actually picking an incorrect combination of devices and I was steered in the right direction, ended up saving a couple bucks and getting more Juice! Highly recommend!!

Stopped at this store randomly on my way home which is a little far from my house. Let me say, I will be driving out of my way to return. Ive been to a lot of different vape stores because I like to try new ones, its kind of a hobby for me. This is definatly the best vape store within a 20 mile radius. The customer service was A+ and the prices very reasonable. I was going to buy my regular go-to juice but ended up buying two new ones by the recommendations I was given. I just told the guy what type on juice i typically buy and he was able to spot on suggest two killer flavors that I love. To top it off he gave me a free bottle of juice for new customer appreciation. Bottom line is its an awesome store.

Owner was spot on. helped with any questions I had. He also was able to set me up on a solid set up. Such a wide variety of juices and glassware. Gladly coming back to get refills.

Danny helped me today get a complete set up for a vape. I didnt really know what I needed but have seen some friends with Vapes. He explained everything I needed to know and gave me a whole setup for what I needed. He even didnt want me to leave until he showed me all the features and settings of my new vape. He also said when I need to replace my coil to come in and he would show me how to do it for free. Really just an excellent experience from start to finish.
