This is our go-to spot for couples massages! We love the choice of aromatherapy, heated beds, relaxing music, and talented masseuses. We were both asked about pressure and points of concern. Afterwards, you have the option to relax in a steam shower, which makes you feel amazing after a massage. Facility was clean, robes were big, fluffy, and soft. Front desk staff is friendly and efficient. If we had one complaint, its that we wish there were sizes to the non-skid slippers they give you- They are too small for me and way too big for my wife, so its always a challenge not to fall over when we stumble to the showers in them LOL. That small thing aside, its always a treat to get massages at this casually luxurious spa!

I was looking to celebrate something personal that was a big event. I was able to book only a couple days out. A spa day would be a typical choice for me to relax but needed some accommodation for health reasons. I was unsure of how it would go. The front desk was happy to address this as was Angela who handled my mud wrap and massage. She listened and made adjustments as needed so I could enjoy the experience. Highly recommend booking with Angela and this location. Positive atmosphere and kind staff. If you book a discount, tip on the full price. They deserve it.

Such a pleasant experience! I received a no chip manicure in the color strawberry smoothie. Reminds me a bit of the Hailey Bieber nails once finished, very pearly. All the tools were sanitized, and gloves were used. Definitely will return back to the Schaumburg location.

Don’t be fooled by the bad reviews!Purchased a Groupon for a couples massage & we were accommodated beyond expectations. There was a miscommunication with scheduling, but they were so quick to fix it and get us taken care of. An amazing relaxing experience, Linda and Vale were amazing. My husband bought me a Groupon for 60 minute massage. My masseuse Angela did an amazing job. She listened to how much pressure I wanted and delivered. I felt so relaxed and she worked out the knots I had in my back. Would definitely recommend!

The massage was good but they didn’t give me the full time. When asked, they said it’s 80 minutes hands on but what made it worse is that they ran late getting started and didn’t make up the time difference so they gave me even less time. I paid for a “90 minute massage” but only got 70 minutes. They said that they would talk to their masseuse but did nothing to rectify it. Disappointing.

Fabulous mani/pedi done by Monika! She spent a lot of time and paid very close attention to detail. I am DEFINITELY coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great mani/pedi option!

My husband and I had a couples massage, he said his massage was good but mine was poor. There was no techniques it felt like someone was pulled from the street with no experience or training and just thrown in. I will not be back. There was also no consult in the beginning to discuss where to focus on and level of pressure.

Went for a couples massage and it started late we were assured that we would get our full 90 minutes but that was not the case . My massage was not great. The massage therapist didn’t ask what to concentrate on and the pressure was very light . The neck and shoulders were not targeted and afterwards felt rushed because it was closing and we were there late due to the massage starting late .

Brought my mom to a mini spa day for her 55th birthday. They placed us in a big room together and we had such a fun and relaxing time. We will definitely be coming back!

The environment is good and when i went the service was good too. Please know they are busy so make the appt like 2 weeks ago. I had a mani and pedi done last week, paid 70$. It was regular (not the no chip kind). The person helping me out was very kind and polite and sweet. You might be wondering that why the 3 stars then. Well i had a party Friday evening to go, and i got the mani pedi done in morning at 10. Came home, did some cooking and it started chipping off. By the time it was evening half of the fingers already came off. And not like rubbing off but like peeling off all the way, which is crazy coz even without top coat if i do regular polish at home its stays good for atleast 3 days. So yes the three stars is specifically for the service, producs not so much worth

I was fighting with myself about writing this review, but I just cant get it out of my head. I had a mini spa day in Heavenly massage with a massage, mani and pedi. I wanted to have a natural pretty nails. Well, on the pictures my nails after the manicure (same day and the day after). Unfortunately, it was better before. Im very sorry to say that, but Ive never had a manicure like this bad..The good thing is that the stuff is very polite and I enjoyed massage. Also, pedicure looks ok.

They gave me a pedi in a bowl. 😡🤦🏽‍♀️ Then spend 15 mins trying to get off my no chip nail polish with a nail file. They don’t have nail drills. After the 15 mins of getting the nail polish off she attempted to get the dead skin off the bottom of my feet and really had the nerve to say “YOUR FOOT IS DRY” She never soaked it 😡🤦🏽‍♀️. She even sliced my skin with her file trying to get my polish off. I got a mani also and it’s only been 2 days and my polish is already coming off. WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD!!!!

The service was for either deep tissue massage or Swedish massage. Neither the massage therapist performed. I came out, not feeling relaxed, nor getting my money’s worth. Not only she basically just patted me, but she did not give me the full experience.. it was supposed to be an hour massage, but she really shortened my time. I got in the table around 115. What a delightful experience to have a comforting facial done by Maria‼️ She was excellent and explained everything clearly. She was interested in what I wanted and aimed to please. I have made more appointments with her! Heavenly Massage is beautifully decorated and has a very peaceful atmosphere. I have also had very good massages there in the past.👍🥰👏

At first glance the place looks clean and chic, but once I got to the steam shower after my massage the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. My massage therapist also ended my session 15 min early…. I didn’t want to say anything to be rude but the massage itself was adequate. I’m still pretty sore. Just not as satisfied as I’d hope for the price. I’m studying to be a massage therapist so I can kinda pin point where some areas need work. Like the language barrier, communication between rooms, overal cleanliness, and comfortability of overall clients.

We had couple massages here already 2 times. Its really nice, confortable and very welcoming place with very professional massage therapists. Recently a lady named Linda who did my massge was amazing. She went to exactly those spots directly which were very painful to me, without me even mentioning them.just by checking with her hands, i think thats what you call the experience. I was so relaxed the entire time cant even express. My husband got a massage from Alyssa (may be spelling wrong) and she was also good. Its been already 2-3 days since our massages and I still feel no pain in my shoulder neck back which are really painful for me always. After the Buffalo Grove location closed, we now go to Schaumburg, which is a little smaller. The front desk staff is attentive, the massage therapists are fantastic. After the massage, you can opt for hot towels or steam shower. We always pick the steam shower; so relaxing. Overall a great experience!

Wont be back. This place is probably one of the worst places to get a massage. The rooms are cramped, loud, their ten minutes of consult doesnt exist - its only a way for them to nickel and dime you. My masseuse was great for what it was but I doubt she did even 60 of 90 minutes. She was more concerned about the sheets laying flat (way beyond being private, privacy was 11/10 stars) and everything being perfectly lined up. I would have no problem paying her directly but this is a business that shouldnt be around.

Amazing place! I get deep tissue massage and Daiva is doing a great job! Front people are nice and they always try to find the best schedule, so it can work for everyone.

Was a little unsure about this place after reading some reviews, but I was proved wrong. I went last week and it was a very much needed massage. They were able to get me in the same day I called. Nadia was fantastic. She asked what areas were bothering me and then during the massage she made sure pressure was alright. I was worried it wouldn’t be a deep massage but when asked if she could give deeper pressure she did and it was perfect. The rooms are a little small so it seems a little troublesome to move around to get all the right spots but she still managed well. Will definitely be going back.

I had a wonderful relaxing experience at this day spa in Schaumburg. ANGELA was my massage therapist. She was excellent and I highly recommend her. I had a 80 minute full body massage, it was a aromatherapy massage. I have been to several day spas but this was the 1st time ever that I could select the essential oil that I wanted to be used so I chose lavender. I was very pleased with the massage and Angela. I definitely plan on coming back.

Just finished my massage with Daiva (hopefully i spelled her name correctly?)! She was excellent! I would come back to get another massage from her. I really enjoyed the relaxing music and the dimmed lights. It really set the mood for a great experience! The front staff were very pleasant. I was running about 10 minutes late. They were nice enough to still accommodate me.

One of the worst pedicures I have gotten. Had similar experience to other people where the pedicure was in a bowl. It was rushed, and she kept talking to her co-worker the whole time. I also experienced a small cut in the middle of my big toe and 2nd finger. When I called back after couple weeks of being out of the country and explained what happened, the store manager was rude and doesn’t have regards to good customer service.Highly wouldn’t recommend to others and won’t be returning.Update: When I called you and tried to explain to you what had happened where it was cut, you were rude, and I wasn’t even asking for a refund. I didn’t realize it had cut until 2 days after and I was already on a plane away for 6 weeks. Also, when I was leaving that day, no one was at the desk- so again, rude, but also poor customer service.

I got a gift card for my birthday and finally had some time for a pedicure. The receptionist greeted me right away, even though it was busy. She was able to change my regular Pedi to a Spa Pedi without a fuss. I was so lucky to have gotten Renata to do my Pedi. She was very skilled and pleasant to talk to. My feet look great! It was my first time there, but I would happily go back!

They took their time to listen to our needs and provide excellent service. Katie was very kind and was inclined to do the best for us. Angela was excellent! She was very aware of the physical and health concerns I addressed regarding my mom and provided her a gentle massage. Thank you both very much!

Treated my mother to a “mini spa day” at this location. She had an overall great experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating.She could not remember the massage therapist’s name, but she said it was the best massage she’s ever had. It completely made her day.

Was nice to be in the same room, and the steam shower was excellentWas freezing during the Pedicure as people were frequently coming in and out of the place, there was no buffer and all the heat would escape.My fiance said the facial was excellent

I went for prenatal massage 1 HOUR and paid 110$, and actually, time massage was only 42 minutes ( Massage was too soft, rarely I felt only stroking. In the shower, they did not provide the hairdryer, so in winter time, you leave the salon with wet hair. Left salon with full of disappointment 😞

The massage was mediocre. I didn’t feel much pressure at all, and was not asked about any knots. The therapist did way too much talking and she only stopped because I barely responded. Also the front desk was polite, but not friendly if that makes sense. When I walked in they did not say hello or look up. I had to say something to her first and then she looked very stoic and matter of fact. I was hoping for a better experience, but I will find another place with a warmer environment and a more skilled masseuse.

They provided a wonderful, relaxing experience! The massage was great and addressed the soreness I was experiencing in my upper back/shoulders. I also loved the steam shower after the massage!

I tried two different services at this place and I was very disappointed with the waxing experience. The esthetician was very rough and left me with some bruises from all her tugging and hard pulling, even when I did tell her many times to try and work in small patches to avoid all that. Also, what normally takes about an hour or so, took only 30 minutes with her. She was rushing and didnt even bother to prep me before waxing. When she was done I was very sticky (she barely wiped some oil on me) and just told me to rub some aloe vera myself, if I needed any. I was very uncomfortable and the entire service was rushed and Im still sore and quite bruised (2 days later now). The two stars are really for the friendly receptionist and ease of scheduling; and they gave me 20% off the service, so the price was good. Their facials are not bad either. Stick to those and avoid waxing there.

Had an amazing massage! Valle was my massage therapist and it was just what I needed to unwind from a stressful week. The steam shower after the massage was the cherry on top of this amazing experience.

Very antiquated way of doing services. Didn’t even know how to remove no chip polish. Still using bowls with soap and water to do pedicures. No massage or scraping the feet. I had to go the next day to get my nails done at a place where they knew how to remove existing polish. I could go on and on about how inadequate this place was. Not to mention my 90 minute massage was not even 70 minutes. 🤬🤬🥵😡

Fantastic experience at Heavenly Massage Schaumburg! The locale is very clean, they took me in promptly, and they are always running great specials. I have been here before, and every single time Ive had an excellent service from all the different massage therapists that Ive seen. Today I saw Daiva, she was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and gave me a perfect massage. Highly recommend this location, all of the therapists are top notch!

Masseuse was good but my 60 minute massage was truly only 45 minutes. Having had massages before I understand it will not always align to the complete time but 45 vs 60 minutes are two different price points so I expected to get at least close to a 60 minute massage.****** Response******1. There was no consultation. I was just ushered to the room quickly that was my first clue that there was no interest in providing full service.2. Massage started at 11:10am, concluded at 11:55am. Definitely short-changed overall.

The massage therapist was amazing 10/10, however the ambiance wasn’t there. You can hear everyone walking by, phones ringing, etc. its hard to relax in such an environment. Moreover, the restroom was not clean at all.

First visit at this location and had a full leg wax with Audrey and a pedicure with Renata. Audrey was thorough, friendly and followed all sanitation above and beyond. She even showed me where the lotions and things were to help myself to apply any lotions for sensitivity before I got dressed. Renata was great, I havent had a pedicure in over a year and its showed. She was gentle and thorough and gave the best foot massage. Usually after the foot massage, Im left unsatisfied, but hers left my feet tingly and relaxed. Will definitely be going back.

Great food no matter the time of day/year. It’s always consistent. If you order to-go make sure you check your food if you modified anything. There’s always a sauce missing or side that was not substituted correctly. Staff is very friendly

Everyone was nice & the receptionist was very accommodating. The manicurists did their jobs well. The only problem I had was that my massage therapist was too hard on my neck, shoulders, & upper back now it’s all sore. She never ask me what kind of pressure I wanted & I could feel her elbows & knuckles digging into my shoulder blades which hurt. I know she could feel me tensing every time she went over it but didn’t acknowledge it & kept going. Maybe she didn’t know & I didn’t know if I should say something. Everything else she massaged was great. Maybe next she should ask pressure points or ask how hard or soft to massage before jumping into it like she did with me. She’s not bad masseuse just too rough on some parts with me.

So many great massage therapists. Ive been going there for years and I highly recommend them. Maria, Diva, Joann, and some of the other girls are top notch. The manager Steve is an incredible guy. They have a great atmosphere and nice deals if you get on the email list!

I just had a massage and facial. The massage was relaxing and enjoyable. However the facial was very disappointing! The girl was obviously a fill-in and not a professional. She couldnt even wrap the towel around my head, whatever she put on my eyelids to protect my eyes from the bright light didnt work and fell off, she put a glop of something on my lips at the end that I wiped off. The only nice thing I can say is that the girl was extremely nice. I would have asked to see a manager but I didnt see a lot of staff around. Needless to say, I wont be getting another facial at this HM!

Lady was nice. But it was a low quality massage with a misguided pricing for CBD oil that did absolutely nothing.She specified it was an extra 3 dollars. But turned out to be 30 dollars extra.It was not what I was expecting and I was very disappointed since it was also my birthday and I just wanted a good massage.A detailed view:She poured half the bottle of oil directly on me lol. It was cold and a bit much.When I paid, there was no tip area on the bill and she did not ask if I wanted to tip... how odd. Therefore she had to run my card again so I can atleast tip for the service I was given. I tip 20% even if it was terrible, because Im a nice person that understands not everyone can be great at things.I definitely do not understand how this place even got this many stars. Truly misleading.

Even though I had to wait 15 minutes past my due appointment, it was worth the wait for the 60 minute, $60 massage. With the massage, I chose an aromatherapy of eucalyptus. I told the therapist to focus on the neck and shoulders. All was good and will be back for more.

This experience was awful.The atmosphere was dominated by the sound of the HVAC system, the massage therapist was too weak for a true deep tissue massage, neglected my shoulders and neck until I asked her to focus on them, and used so much oil she asked if I wanted to shower or use moist towels after my session to remove the excess.I will not be returning.

I was gifted a 90min massage since my mother passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on July 24th and I was continuously, sore, and tense. The place is bright and well kept.My massage was VERY disappointing. Its was maybe 65min at most, she had a plug in clock that was flashing 12 as her start time. There wasnt much of a massage as there was just rubbing up and down my back with little pressure for at least 40min. All of my knots were ignored, my arms were left out, my legs and feet got maybe 2-3min each, and then the neck/shoulder massage was her rubbing my jaw and moving my head.This was the one thing I had been needing and wanting only to leave more sore, disappointed, and in tears.

Had a rough day at work and just needed a massage. I called them asking if they could take me in 15 minutes and they fit me in right away. Inga was awesome! The pressure was just right and extremely relaxing. Then to top it off with a steam shower was icing on the cake to a very relaxing massage. Just what i needed to start off my weekend! I will be back!

Place was clean and well kept, the massage and whole experience was excellent and refreshing. - I’ve had massages by multiple people and always a great experience and each masseuse has their own techniques that make them unique. Their membership is affordable and highly recommended.

I have been coming HMDS for years and OMG MARIA did an impeccable massage. She was professional knew exactly which areas to target and over all one of the best massages Ive had in a long time. I will be requesting and recommending her moving forward. Kudos to Maria.

The three stars are for the pedicure service which was lovely. My tech took her time and did a nice job. Im docking two stars for the space and overall experience. Im a regular at another Heavenly (in MP) and expected a similar experience. I love their massage chairs and that the nail area is in a separate room from the front desk. It feels like a true spa experience. Not here! I do not like this location at all!! I scheduled an organic spa pedi and was so surprised to see the chairs right by the entrance and they were just regular chairs with a bowl to soak feet. How lame! This location is not nearly as kept up as some of the others.

My mani and pedi massage was about 10 sec each, usually it is about one minute. Chipped after 1 day unfortunately. I brought my own essie color which usually last about 2 weeks on my nails. I tried this place for the first time and probably last time.

I started coming here for mani pedis because of a Groupon and never left. Best mani pedis every time! The girls take their time and are consistent with their work. It’s very clear they take pride and it shows. Reasonably priced and they run specials all the time.

I love the fact that a membership is not required, yet the prices are affordable. I am looking forward to trying facial, waxing and manicure pedicure next!

They did great. I got a spa day package from my husband for christ.as nd finally used it. I loved the manicure,pedicure and facial. They lady that did my massage hurt my back a little but next time Ill just ask her to be more gentle.

I love getting my mani & pedi done here. Steve who is at the front desk is so nice and I love the fact he knows my name when I come in. Ola does my nails and she does a FANTASTIC job every time. Their prices are very reasonable as well.

Worst experience! Non professional staff! They Scheduled my appointment under wrong group on coupon and when I told them that I’m ok to my new group on coupon for which I accidentally scheduled , at that time the receptionist told me that they can not give 60 min massage now instead of that they can do 30 min massage but the price will going to be the original. Even though they made a mistake in app schedule. Never suggested to anyone.

This place is real interesting I had a Groupon, spoke with them on three different occasions before my appointment not none of the times did they inform me that my Groupon had been refunded and I would not be able to use it. They waited until I got to the location to tell me that my Groupon was no longer valid thinking that I was going to keep my appointment I did not appreciate that

45 mintue massage for the price of 60. I was brought back at 10:09 for my 10:00 appointment and it finished at 10:53. I took all of less than 5 mintues to consult and undress. Did not appreciate paying for services I did not receive in full.

Yola was my massage therapist and she was easily the best Ive ever had. Ive had over 20 MTs and no one has done a better job at deep tissue. If you like a massage that actually pays off, ask for her. I showed up today for my 9AM appointment and they told me I wasnt scheduled until 9:30 and that they called me twice to confirm my appointment but I had no messages. This would have been my 1st appointment back after the winter season. I found another location for the same price and will never call Heavenly again. They lost a very BIG tipper!

As part of our 23rd Wedding Anniversary celebration, my husband and I visited the Schaumburg location on September 19th. My experience was very disappointing. During the entire one-hour massage the music was not only very loud but also the selections were not what I would listen to while relaxing during a massage. Drums and cymbals are not relaxing for me. I did express this to Paul, my masseuse and, it fell on deaf ears. I left there even more tense than when I arrived. VERY disappointed.

Was brought back 10 min after my apt should have started, I was roasting the whole time it was so hot, masseuse didn’t ask what kind of massage I was getting or how much pressure I preferred, and she got so much oil got in my hair from the head massage I had to wash my hair immediately once I got home.

I had an amazing massage today. A deep tissue 80 minute massage. This place always has the best service and results. Truly a must visit of you need to be pampered.

The massage is great, but starting ten minutes late and ending twenty minute early is a rip off. I felt bad not tipping but its kind of a scam.

I come here regularly for massages. I ask for YOLA or DIVA. They work out my knots. I feel so much better afterwards. I would recommend bringing a little essential oil to work into your experience!

Great and relaxing. However for the facial they didnt explain what they were doing and what products were being used or even how the state of my skin is. I used to be an esthetician so I wish they would have done that.

Out of towner here. Looking to relax and unwind and get out of pain. This was not was I am use to from a massage therapist. She talked the whole time and rub my body like when I ask a family member to rub my back, no muscle tension relief or pain relief.

Great place for a massage and the steam shower is great to use. Would have given 5 stars but the walls are thin and you can hear other people or doors closing.

Ehhh the covers they use to massage you were huge they dont do your chest or your stomach at all and the worst part at the end they do not wipe you down at all from the oil they gave me two little wash cloths and said here you go bye was not worth the 70 dollars

Went there because of a gift card I received.. Massage and facial was nice but the pedicure area was most definitely makeshift... I sat on a chair with wheels (.... Like at the Drs. Office) with my feet in a glass bowl Right next to what seemed to be their linen closet area...I dont know, but got the feeling someone messed up their info and they made do with the supplies they found lol

I called to set up an appointment massage, I asked to be explained the type of massage and she was annoyed by my question, and saying stuff to someone else near her, very disappointed to have such poor skills of customer service, when she explained I said I am sorry that is not the one that I like she just say thank you and hung up, there are other options that I wanted to explore but I guess they dont care to offer more options to customers.

Best 90 minutes of pure relaxation. Going back soon.

Polite service. Good massage and pedicure. Nice decor. They could use some pedicure chairs but the pedicurist did great.

Was given a price for mani and pedi and when I was going to pay they told me it was a cash offer and if I was going to pay with a card the price would go up. They never mentioned that it was a cash offer, so I walked out. False advertisement.

I had an absolutely amazing experience, and the service was top-notch.

Went for a couples massage and a Mani/pedi and it was highly enjoyable. First time I did the latter and I couldnt recommend it more.

I come all the way from Indiana to get my toes done here, not only is it the best pedicure around but it feels like a full service spa the way they treat you!

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a good massage therapist that actually knows what theyre doing, sometimes I could get a massage by rolling on the floor.

The Guy Charged My Card Twice & Said It Was Just A Hold But It Was Actually Two Transactions For 60$ & He Refused To Refund Me My Money Back
