Get the players card especially if you are a veteran. The extra discounts are great. Also, it is rare to go somewhere that being a veteran is so appreciated. I will make it a point to go back. From the valet to the convince store people ,probably the best hotel/casino I have ever been to.
It’s kind of in the middle of nowhere, but I guess that’s why you come here to enjoy the resort style establishment. The room was kind of small even though I reserved a king size suite, the casino was nice, everything was clean. The staff was nice and helpful too! Too bad I didn’t try any of the restaurants, they all smelled delicious walking by them! We’ll have to visit again to update my review.
Outstanding customer service!!! Our bellman was amazing, so knowledgeable and friendly, I wish I could recall his name to give him kudos. The valet drivers were all super friendly and polite, what a great staff.My friends and I felt like we received The Royal treatment from all the wonderful staff members and vow that well be back again for another exciting weekend stay.
We had an absolute blast. The casino was non-smoking and that was one reason we stayed so long. I like breathing and will be coming back strictly because of this non smoking policy. Winning was nice too. 😅😀
Nice hotel overall with a few little squeaks.Check-in was friendly and easy.Rooms were nice overall. Lots of windows and a spacious (if very noisy from AC plant) balcony. Nice bathroom, with a cool (if somewhat impractical) rain shower. Bed was comfy, but pillows were tiny and not very good quality.Hallway ls have a cool floor to ceiling windows that give the appearance of being open to the outside.A little hitch with their check out system (errors on the TV interface and then later prompted to checkout via web, and again more errors.Also, prior occupants belonging left in the room. “Jake”, your electric toothbrush is probably still there. We didn’t move it 🙂.
Good luck getting a drink at a slot machine. The servers walk really fast by you, and you cant even order, that is, until you hit a big hand pay jackpot, then they cant remember how to walk fast to get your drink! Or they stand right next to you and say they will tell the server in your section. Take my money to her and tell her where I am since you can find her so easily! Just go to the bar, or play at a table if you want service.
2nd time Ive been there we went to play the slot machines and it was great both times! It wasnt super crowded like most casinos. You have you wait for a machine, and its slim picking on the ones that are available. They also have a nightclub, which Id like to check out someday soon. Its very clean, the staff is friendly and the vibe was great!
Slots are my jam and theres plenty! My husband enjoys the black jack tables. Very professional staff and its nice to be able to enjoy this experience in a smoke free space!
We stayed one night over a Saturday and the room was very nice with a large bathroom with a very nice shower. Dining scene is Orange Sky on high end (I have not dined there), Coyote Cafe is ok, so is Coyote Cantina, which is a bar with a limited menu. There is a small grab and go cafe (usually crowded with limited seating), and a small seafood specialty restaurant on the main casino floor. Casino itself is nice which large selections of slots and other video games. There is a recently opened sports book with an area with automated craps, black jack, and craps. Casino also has live card games and craps. Nice place to spend a weekend day if you like gaming.
Fun but lost some money, great atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and it felt as if they wanted everyone at the craps table to win.Drinks took a little long to be delivered to the table but it was pretty busy, I would recommend taking a break from hitting 6’s and 8’s and head up to the bar yourself if you are looking to get drinks quick.All in all, a great experience and I will be back next time I’m in the area
Mother Day getaway with 87 year old mom. Shower was walk in but no support bars for elderly in shower, only handle was on door which opened out so in a quick grab would make falling worse. Liked outside patio by pool. Was relaxing. Bistro in casino reasonably priced, and eatery on main floor for breakfast was excellent!
This place was absolutely amazing. We flew in from Ohio and got checked in with no issues. The hotel front desk was super accommodating and so was housekeeping. Everyone in this casino has been so friendly. The two pools they had on site were so clean and barely many people out using them making it very nice. The location of the resort is great. Very easy to navigate to and from. Plenty of parking. The food here is absolutely amazing. I can honestly say this is the best vacation my husband and I ever had and we will definitely be back to the Talking Stick Resort. The room was incredible for the 5 days we stayed. I wish we could have stayed longer but time to go. The slots were tight we won some and lost some. But overall it was an amazing time. Cant wait to come back. Everyone go stay here wont be disappointed. Clean rooms, awesome hospitality, service quick, smoke free as well inside the casino.
Its a fun place to do a stay cation. Many outlets for food and drink. Huge pool and hot tub. Cabanas on the west side for more privacy if thats what you are looking for. They keep the place clean. If you like to gamble, they have many tables and machines. Will be back.
It was really busy and friendly atmosphere and offering drinks. My husband won on the slots machine. Parking was comfortable and peaceful. God bless
This resort is absolutely stunning. The pool areas are so nice. We had a ground floor so we could just walk right out to the pool from our deck area, very secluded area. The food there was so good. Room service was awesome, but expensive. The casino was fun. Machines are a bit tight. But lots of variety to choose from, same goes with the tables. A beautiful classy intimate concert venue at the Talking Stick Resort Casino. The employee service was so professional. You add the Outlaws, a spectacular southern rock band of over 50 years. this is a band that plays for anybody and everybody that still digs good, solid rock vocals and equally polished high-caliber guitar solos. The latest six member Outlaws line-up is probably one of the finest incarnations of the band since its inception.
The hotel is easy to get to right off the highway. It is close to a lot of things a short distance nearby. There are things that are walkable nearby, but not during the summer when it is 110+ degrees F. The hotel itself is very clean, modern and has several amenities (restaurants, pools, casino, spa, etc.). Had fun by the pool, but was hoping for a real DJ. Also, they told us we had drink credit, but apparently that doesnt apply to buckets of beer. You have to read the fine print on the resort fees being waived. This is only if you are a resident (which we are) and book directly through them and not a third party app like Expedia. I also wish we would have gotten an East side view. The East side view was the better one, but the sunset on the West side was ok. Overall, it was a pretty good experience and would most likely stay here again and use what I learned for next time.
Visited Talking Stick Casino earlier today and a cocktail waitress was pretty rude. I paid too much for a dirty martini and it wasnt that good! I was disappointed to say the least. We also ate at the Black Fig and order the roast beef grilled cheese. I was unable to eat the roast beef because it was so tough. My experience there today was not great, it will be a long time before I visit again.
Had a problem with our room, payed a lot of money to stay.. front desk could care less and was extremely rude about it. Pool is very nice.
This was our first visit, we had a poolside patio room and it was really nice. The property is very very clean - AND everyone from the time you walk in, during gambling, dealers, service, dining, cashiers were all amazing and super nice, friendly and helpful!There was a good selection of slots plus they had all the other fun Vegas games - BJ, Craps, PaiGow, Roulette.My only cons are these: Look Im here to have fun, gamble and get a little crazy. All their drinks are measured and poured out of these little guns - 1 oz ONLY... $12... a double is basically what you get at any other establishment for the single pour 2oz... $23.Boo on that...Food - Ate at Tosh and it was decent (Manager was great) but Im thinking for a Casino there would be an upper high end cozy place to eat and spend our winnings at... nope. There wasnt any really good food items that were outstanding that would make me come back there to eat. Even Breakfast area was small and nothing special. Pool area looked really basic as well. They have a seafood place, which is more of a walk up bar then a sit down for good food.All else said, we had a great night there. Thank you, would recommend for sure - just fix your drink/food issues for 5 star.Thanks!
Would not recommend this casino unless you want a slot machine to eat your money and you stand there waiting for 15 minutes, ask for service on machine 3 times, and eventually have to leave and are forced to leave your money behind because they won’t come to service the machine. The light went off twice and I had to hit the service light again. They count on machines eating your money and you giving up, I’ve been 4 times to this casino and will not be back after this.
My group had the most memorable experience. We spent the whole day there! Got our massages in the AM then relaxed in the hot tub and pools in the evening time. They have bars near the pools too so that was nice to be able to have drink options so close. Our massages all went well and we left feeling super refreshed. My favorite part was taking a shower with the views! So much fun.
Junior suite over looking the golf course and pool with an oversized balcony served amazing views for sunset and to wake up to.The renovated poker room is the best I’ve ever been to. The drinks are a bit high with beers at $8 (even when gambling), but still highly recommend a visit.
It was one of the best hotels that Ive stayed at. The room was awesome and had an awesome view. Wish we could have spent another day there and we will some day. Also if youre a veteran, if you sign up with their reward program whish is free you will get 15 dollars a month for free for the casino which isnt too bad.
I have been in Scottsdale for 3.5 Years. My Friends & I have been going to the Talking Stick Continuously that entire time. The Casino was Good @ paying Jackpots up until the Last 1 Year & 1/2! Im concluding that the New Management has decided to Tighten up the Machines & along w/ the New Construction/Additions & have Greedily taken everyones Money because U cannot hit anything @ this point! The Machines are now HORRIBLE! In fact after Last Night I am Officially Finished w/ the Taking Stick! (Thats the New Nickname for the Talking Stick!)That Casino went from being the Best in AZ to Now Officially the Worst, in my Opinion! My Friends have been going to the Talking Stick since it was a Tent! They have Never seen it this HORRIBLE before! All of the Out of Town People need to Beware! Because of there Location, they Think that can just Screw everyone & Get Away w/ it! Have not had a Hand Pay in a Long Time! When Casinos dont pay out anymore then they do not keep Good High Limit Customers! The Regulars are Now No longer frequenting the Place. Obviously the Management does not care about their Original & Good High Limit Customers! So Therefore I will not be Leaving my Hard Earned Money in there Machinnes @ the Talking Stick!
Wow, this is a beautiful hotel and casino. Hubby decided to surprise me with a last-minute stay cation, and it was well worth it.The only reason I gave lower ratings for service and the room is because I reported that the room reeked of a bad cheese smell and was told just thanks and hung up on. I had my own room spray, but it only worked temporarily. Hubby called back and got ahold of management the next morning, and they were very apologetic and let us know to let them know next time the minute we recognize an issue.I know we will be going back for sure.
The resort is great. Pool is open 24hrs. The rooms are pricey, but if you have it, I would recommend an executive king w/ balcony and north facing view. They are impressive!
My wife and I went there for our wedding anniversary 💕 the room was outstanding very clean. The restaurant took some time to get our food, but it was great. NOW the bar in the center was disrespectful to my wife it was hard not to show them some manors. She asks overall not to bad.
I play here every year in a golf tournament for the Arizona Wireless Association. The 2 courses are nice and greens roll fast. Its always a good time. People are friendly. They remodel the casino main building often. Always new & up to date as far as aesthetics.They have some nice resturants, and a good vibe. I live in the valley, so I frequent the casino and enjoy myself when I visit.
I stayed at the resort yesterday. I havent stayed for a few years so a lot of changes were made. I figured I would check out the new pool. I was disappointed to find out it doesnt have any food/drink service. They expect you to walk to the Coyote Cantina and get drinks/food there. It seems like a disaster waiting to happen by having wet customers walking through a restaurant. They could at least leave some drinking water out. The new casitas seem like a good idea but at 700 for the day they seem kind of high priced. You might as well rent a pool level room for a cheaper price. I used the staycation package and they charged me the wrong tax rate. They were very rude about it and i just let it go because i didnt want to create a scene. Overall, it was a good price but its not Scottsdale resort quality.
This place is so beautiful and welcoming. Very modern and clean. The staff was amazing! Always ready to help. And the soap they have ong, leaves the skin so smooth
Nice place with great hotel rooms. Simple dining and retail opportunities are a little limited. Very nice upscale dining is more available. Golf courses are well maintained and very playable. Not all that challenging, however, and maybe a little pricey compared to other courses in the area that offer more intriguing design.

Only reason I didnt rate a 5 was due to the cleanliness of the larger pool and the jacuzzi and other pools on the property were immaculate, cant wait to stay again
I just left the resort after a 2 night stay for a business event. When I walked out front I asked the employee outside (who I thought was a valet but now know was a Bell staff) how I would go about getting a taxi to the airport. He asked what kind of taxi and I said like a yellow cab or something. He went to his coworker, who was in the shuttle for the resort, who told him something along the lines of hes on property. After which he told me they had a taxi coming. A large black SUV pulled up with TAXI in the front window. I said this is a taxi? as the employee took my bags to load them in the car. I was assured it was a taxi and they put me in the car. When we arrived at the airport I found out it was costing me TWICE AS MUCH for the ride. I had no choice but to pay the extortion fees. I called the resort and spoke to Tony who informed me that it was a ride share driver they use as they dont have taxi cans on site. I had 4 hours before my flight. I would have been HAPPY to call a cab if given the number and wait for them. Instead I feel like I was screwed badly. To top it off, since I was on company business I will put it in my expense report - but since it is way above the standard taxi rate I will be forced to pay for it out of my pocket. Im just blown away that this kind of scam still exists.
Spent a night in the RV lot here and all staff were fantastic. We had a gentleman walk us to the gift shop where you purchase your registration for the night. Which is where we met Viviana, who helped us around. Walked us to the different locations we needed to go to get checked in and gave us a rundown of the place. She was so kind and patient! The Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale is, in reality, a 35 to 45 minute drive to the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre, which is in Phoenix out by Tolleson. The hotel in Scottsdale was full of folks staying there specifically to see bands at the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre, believing that the venue was in the resort. Everyone found out the hard way that the Amphitheatre was not actually in, or anywhere near, the resort. Complete waste of everyones time and money. No notice, apologies, etc. from the hotel. Employees said they see it all the time.
Nice getaway close to home. Pool area crowed. Laid outside of the main area. Had chicken nachos and a 4 beer bucket. Fair pricing. The ambiance was cool with a DJ playing music. Hotel room new, quiet, and new. Dinner at Tash was good. My wife and I split their Paella Mixta and Tiramisu, and both were excellent. Our server was not. Other servers helped him out. They were great. First time playing slot machines in over 15 years. Its a bit confusing, not so simple any more. We didnt know how to use the rewards card for free money to play. Not much luck. We lost. Live music was nice afterwards. I had a long Island ice tea. I ask the server to have less ice cubes. She brought a small glass. I poured the contents into my original and it was well below the top. I was a bit disappointed and spoke to her, She knew I was upset. I could not hear her response, the closed out the bill. We will definitely come back for dinner at Tash!
My wife has a gambling addiction. Losing everything. I found out she took our rent to the casino so I went to request she leave. She called security and they made me leave after the situation was explained to them. They did not make the addict leave. If there is addiction in your household, they are no help.

Everything was great except when I brought a cup of ice down from our room and the man at the security desk said I couldnt bring it into the casino.... I told him we were going to our car to go to dinner. Whats that about???

Talking Stick is my favorite casino in Arizona, and Ive never had a bad experience there. In fact, Ive won $22k on slots alone in the first four months of 2024! Last year was just as good—I was up $33k on slots by the end of 2023. I dont play table games, only slots, mostly in the high-limit section. However, when I do play outside of that area, I usually bet the maximum denomination on whatever slot Im playing.Do I win every time? Of course not. Its called gambling for a reason. I understand the risks and have had losing streaks that seemed never-ending. But in the end, Ive been able to maintain my profit margins. Maybe I shouldnt be saying this (Talking Stick might tighten their slots), but who knows. Do I have a system? Sure, its called shoveling in $100s and hoping to win as much as I can.The recent gaming floor renovations are outstanding, and parking in the garage is rarely a problem. The size of the gaming floor does a great job of accommodating the number of players during busier hours. Ive eaten several times at their restaurant, Ocean Trail. The food is outstanding—pricey but good. The service could be a bit better, but the staff is always friendly and the food is served hot.I love Talking Stick! Good luck, fellow gamblers!
Great Casino but why is there no soap dispensary to clean hands in the casino area? it would be nice to have some around the casino to clean hands. All the other casinos have them as you exit. Also, there is no restrooms. on the west side area with the new slots and poker room. Have to walk quite a ways to the other side of the casino to use a restroom
Great place to gamble but lacking good food. They keep remodeling adding bars but no sports bar where you can get food and watch games. Lots of tv’s but no where to park my husband with food,drinks and games.
Honestly I’ve never had a terrible experience until today the older bigger lady at the front desk is incredibly rude the way she speaks to people on the phone and the way she spoke to me and others at the counter. She’s extremely condescending. I was just asking if there was an update with a room ready because my coworker was able to get in earlier when we arrived together at 11 am so I figured to ask since it’s 1:35 pm now if there was any movement. Since I chose to wait for a room with a view from my conversation with the other younger gal. I’ve never rolled my eyes at someone like I did with that lady the level of rudeness is outlandish that they let it slide and her on the phone with people “well I’m telling you so” yeah I hope I don’t speak to her again.
Know this... Ive noticed that the machines are loser on Thursday or at least I win on Thursdays and lose on Fridays. Great atmosphere. When you get a players card for the first time they load it with $25.00! Downside is that you have to pay for your drinks even if youre playing and they are a minimum of $9.00...
Table limits are that of a high scale casino, but Casino doesnt match it. Payouts were pretty bad. I play table games only, so Im not talking about slots. I didnt see a Baccarat table. I will give the poker tables. I might give it another try, and see if its a better time.
Adrianna at the front desk was very disrespectful and refused to apologize for messing up our room. After the manager corrected her she still wouldn’t give us basic customer service. I have never experienced something like this at Wild Horse Pass Casino in chandler and will be taking my business and money there from now on.
Doesnt worth the price. Beds are soft. Room is not very clean. No breakfast included, charges a little extra for fees fee. Pools are not great. No sauna, stream room for extra 50$. No complementary at casino. Nothing special...
Location is great. The golf course is fantastic. I love the food. My favorite thing about the room was the shower and the bathtub. The bathtub will fill up in under a minute with hot water and is big enough for a tall guy like me. These guys did it, right
Talking Stick was very expensive for us, but wanted to stay where the show was. We were not let down!! Every single staff member was polite and helpful! The rooms were clean and quiet. I actually won money off and on all day! We ate at The Blue Coyote Cantina and the food was excellent! Our waitress, Olivia, was friendly and helpful! We ordered coffee and muffins at The Black Fig in the morning, and everything was great! I cant recommend this venue enough! What an amazing experience!!
I’ve only been here 10 minutes and I’m already annoyed. Check in staff is trash! If I went through alllll the trouble to check in ONLINE hours before I arrived. Paid and everything. Got my digital room key. I go up and ask for DIRECTIONS to my room and explained that I had already checked in and received my digital room key. It’s my first time here, I just need directions. She needs my ID my phone number and I don’t know, I guess CHECK ME IN! 😤 then proceeds to ask about room keys and adding stuff. Listen I just wanna get to my room! She said she miss understood after me telling her over and over I just need directions to my room. This place is beautiful but she just made me ready to go home. How did you not understand I checked in online and I just need directions to my room. Bags in hand 😒 the bell staff guy completely ignored me. He took my boyfriend’s bag!! No problem! He literally never acknowledged me. My boyfriend took my bag and gave it to the guy. I was still never acknowledged. He didn’t apologize he didn’t say hi. Nothing. SMH
First off I didnt stay here, I only visited to gamble. Im sure everyones experience is subjective, based on the outcome of your visit. Did you find games you enjoyed playing? How did you do? The casino is very nice, roomy, plenty of games including seasoned favorites as well as the modern stuff. I like the parking here it being an attached multi level garage, makes the walk in never too far, and the openness of it feels safer to me. You can look out across the cars and see everything which makes me think our cars are safer with all of our eyes looking out for one another. So I had an unfortunate night, but it wouldnt be fair of me to judge this very nice casino on my bad luck and emotions. Careful not to let your emotions talk you into visiting the ATM more times than you should.
Never stayed here but the casino is not smoky at all. Its truly a breath of fresh air!If I had to give it any negatives it would be the cocktail people dont come around often and 2 didnt say cocktails as they ran by us. People who work the floor dont seem to smile or say hi either, that could use a bit of improvement.

I love playing 4 card Cleopatra keno at the back bar next to the high limit room. I start out with $200 and after playing about an hour I leave with over a thousand dollars.

Out of all of the casinos in Arizona.I prefer talking stick. Ive noticed that ever since talking Stick resort opened. All of the other casinos started getting Stingy. I no longer go to those other casinos. I only go to talking stick. I drive lyft full time. Everytime I drive a customer to talking stick. Ill clock out and go into the casino. 90% of the time, I walk out with more money in my pocket than I spent. Their machines have a lower algorithm that allows you to win more. Thats why I prefer talking stick over all the other casinos in AZ. This place is five stars Because of their algorithm. I will continue to keep going to Talking Stick resort. I love this place.
Spent the day dining and in the casino. The place is very nice and clean. Service was great and food delicious. Valet parking was an added bonus.
Place is very somber. Staff looks like they don’t want to be there. Cold and dark feel. Feels like a money grab. There are friendlier and more upbeat casinos.
My bf and I had VIP tickets to see Ron White. We couldnt find which door to be dropped off at closest to their showroom on their website. So when we arrived my bf asked an employee who sent us on the longest route! Then we get where they scan the tickets, when my bf mentioned the tickets were VIP. We were told to go downstairs, then we were told to go back upstairs, by the time we finally got to our seats, we were late and I was sweating! The seats were very close together and the man in the seat next to mine was practically sharing my seat! The one star Ive given this place was for the absolutely wonderful show by Ron White.
The new poker room is beautiful but the design of the tables isnt good. Also, the lack of any restrooms would be a health code violation is it werent on native land.
Do not pay extra for the executive corner room with balcony without making sure you will be on the north end of hotel tower. South end overlooks convention center roof and multiple LOUD hvac units, making conversations impossible
The service throughout the entire resort, but especially at the casino and poker room needs to be worked on thoroughly. Every time I visit the poker room I have something to complain about and usually it’s the dealers and the servers.Last night ‘Daejoon’ the poker dealer, totally ignored my bet and didn’t give me back the needed change. I had to explain to him what he did wrong which was obvious to the other players + had to insist he fixed his mistake twice because giving me back my change he tried to short me and I noticed. What an embarrassment.

A luxurious resort with a decent sized casino, delicious dining options, and a variety of amenities. With a large pool area that gives the illusion of exclusivety. The resort can get crowded at times, but thats because its a popular place. Talking Stick Casino is a great option for a luxurious getaway in Scottsdale. However, if you are looking for a more intimate or budget-friendly experience, there may be other resorts that are a better fit.
The games were ok but if you have a disability and have problems walking around they do not have any wheelchair to accommodate. They used to but according to them they dont have to. Valet was nice and helpful. This was our anniversary too
A staycation that you will enjoy to the max! I say get the room with balcony, kinda expensive but if you live in AZ you save on travel which can be spent in one of the more expensive room. The food is great and the surrounding area has plenty to do activities.

Me and and my wife went hear for the second time with 1500 dollars and played a lot oh slots and everything was super tight I never have a problem at Harrah’s Ak chin our gilla river casino I won’t be going back to this high way robbery casino .

Just felt like I was being scammed.Checked out yesterday and got charged for something randomly today… we didn’t order room service, we cleaned the room so I’m confused as to why I’m being charged more. I called and the lady who answered transferred me to automated line, said I have to email and should hear back in 24 hours… this is supposed to be a upscale resort but I had a motel 6 experience… this is unacceptable.Reviews and online conversations can have a big impact on business as we all know… maybe shape up the way your establishment is ran
Decent for a casino, I would go again probably if had a few hundred 6⁶6 I could throw away. You gotta play to win and you never know when a jackpot will hit, but when it does you best believe its gonna have you coming back for that fix!
We run a YouTube channel named“Slotbonusclips” . We travel all over the Phoenix valley and Arizona wide recording bonuses at the various casinos. We have recorded many bonuses and jackpots here. The slot play is good when it’s rolling but sometimes it can be pretty disappointing. So, gauge your enthusiasm when come to play. The players card may give you a few discounts but the free play is sparse (unless you spend a lot). The casino is clean and neat, and we like the updated rooms. The casino itself was great. Didnt get lucky, but it was a fun time and great atmosphere. One of the restaurants in the casino was horrific, but overall, it was a good experience.
Rooms and pool were very clean. Casino was great with a smoke-free environment. Restaurant at the top had great views and great food.
Talking Stick was a nice resort with plenty of gambling options and lounges. The service was friendly and kind. It was a little difficult to navigate at first, so a map or instructions at check-in would be nice. Rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. Bed was very comfortable and I slept very well! The Coyote Cafe staff was not so friendly, though, and treated me as if I was a burden and rushed me along. I was not very pleased with that at all and I hope that is not everyones experience. Overall, it is a great place on the outskirts of Scottsdale.

This is by far the worst Casino in Az. Their machines never pay out and you’ll waste all your money. It’s so awful! Don’t waste your time here, 100%.
I have never stayed but can only imagine the way the casino is absolutely my favorite casino in the PHX metro area absolutely amazing vibe nice and respectful staff friendly which is huge to me to treat others the way u would want to be treated they have that here
This hotel was more than we could’ve asked for for the price. We ended up booking the view king and it had windows everywhere with a view! The shower was bigger than my room at home. The casino was clean and loved that it was non-smoking. The room service food was amazing! Everything was incredible and I can’t say enough good things about this resort! We will definitely be back!
So check out is at 11 o’clock in the morning and we are sitting at the café on the ground floor waiting for our food to come out so we called for a 30 min extension to checkout. we were told that we needed to go pack up our room and check out even though we were still waiting for our food to be delivered to our table
It’s a casino. But overall seemed like an easy going crowd. The staff were friendly and it was very clean and not too packed for a Saturday late night.
They gave me a room on the 3rd floor right next to the construction going on at the pool, which is closes to the 4 floor parking structure. They started construction at 7 a.m. Its ridiculous that I paid over thousands of dollars for that room for 1 week and thats the room they gave me. I made my reservations 4 months ahead of my trip. Terrible room for a returning traveler.

Went to a concert, in the ballroom, didnt stay the night or gamble. As a venue, its OK. Sound is just so-so, but its a smaller and intimate space, no need for telethons. Oh, drink or bathroom lines are so small and quick. And they pour a fair cocktail. Its not theatre seating, just chairs on the floor, so hope someone too tall isnt directly in front of you. And parking is easy, and they also have shuttles that go al through the lots.
New pool is fabulous. If you don’t like the drunken club scene of the old pool, this is much more relaxed, quiet and modern.

Thank you for hosting the GCSAA Golf Tournaments this past week. The Grounds Staff need to take a bow because courses were in fantastic shape for the events. The facilities are top notch and service from every department hit every touch point.The resort and casino were very clean and lively with live music every night. The food was also outstanding. Well be back!
Love staying here. Only thing this tome was sharing the wall with elevator. The shushing sound drove me crazy until I figured it was the elevator 😉
Been coming here for years. The promotions they offer are decent. Location is great outside of Scottsdale tons of things to do if you are from out of town. This is the closest to a Vegas experience you can get in Arizona. They have restaurants that are of varying levels of quality if you want a fine dining experience. Poker room is now a separate area like it was when Stick was first built. Poker room is huge and always has tons of games going. Utilize Bravo app to check real time. Table gambling games rules are probably not ideal or best in town but great limits and fun.As of this post , some areas of casino under construction.
I have no complaints about this resort. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and professional. Our room had pool and mountain views and it was so nice to open up the windows to the view in the morning. The showers have waterfall heads and are spacious, no bench seat though. They have employees driving golf carts around the large parking lots to pick you up and take you to the front if you have long walks. The place as a whole just has a fun mood and energy as a whole and definitely has my husband and I excited to come back in the future. I will be recommending this place to those I know!
My mother and I came into town to visit a close friend and daughter who was graduating from ASU. First time in Phoenix and at this resort and casino. We absolutely loved our entire stay. Everyone was so nice, kind, helpful - from the valet to the front desk staff during check in to the staff at the gift shop to the staff at a couple of the eateries. We loved the variety of restaurants and places to eat and drink. We loved the cultural center. Everything about our stay was awesome. We will definitely be staying there in the future!

Place is like a party spot for all the younger crowds. Im not that old but all the craziness going on made me wish I checked into a Hampton Inn instead.
I wasnt there 3 weeks ago as Google states, but Ive been there one time. Back in 2019, I went to Talking Stick of Scottsdale AZ to see a well-known comedian. Ron White is my favorite comedian, and he rocked the Talking Stick crowd!My daughter had never heard or seen him even on tv. So I took her there (she took me because Im disabled and seldom drive), but it was my treat to her. A perfect dad daughter dinner and comedy act. It had been over a decade since we were able to get together, and it was awesome!There was plenty of free parking, the food was great, the staff were all very wonderful to both of us. Professional, friendly, great sense of humor, and extremely knowledgeable of their jobs.A huge thank you to Ron White, Talking Stick Resort & Cassino management (because youve obviously trained your staff to do their jobs intelligently, professionally, friendly, and kind). As well as a special thank you to the non management staff and security. You are all great people, and you all made our night perfect!I also never gamble, but I took $50.00 out of my bank to try the quarter slots. The first pull was $5.00 bet, and I won $50.00 dollars! Being disabled that money came in handy! After collecting my $45.00 winnings (not really $50 because I spent $5.00 to win the $50.00), we walked around, and my daughter showed me around the place. It was a great time. Then we grabbed an Uber and headed home.I highly recommend the Talking Stick for adult fun, gambling, comedy shows, and even concert venues!Even the other customers were friendly and kind, we had a great time!

This particular casino is a lot of fun, atmosphere is terrific. Rooms are clean and stylish. Probably one of the most trendy and exciting casino in AZ. If your looking for a more relaxed kind of fun I suggest Casino Arizona.

Worst casino I’ve ever been to in my life. Been gambling here for over ten years. Used to get comped and was treated decently. Now a days they are the worst casino in the valley. Spend your money elsewhere. They will cut you off for winning to much and kick you out before you even reach that point.$50 minimum on the blackjack tables on a Thursday. Who are you!? No casino in Vegas charges that much.BEWARE!!! Don’t waste your money. Go to Vegas.
Nice place smoking areas! It was rainy for two Days they Had portable propane heaters available but seems nobody could call maintenance or who ever was in charge of the heaters. Steady off and on rain 48hrs later after complaining to five or more workers at all the places suggested by employees, fix just was my breath
Haven’t been here in a while and went this past weekend on Saturday afternoon and it was very quiet in there unusual for a casino it has changed so much not sure if construction has anything. To do with it but it was ehh. Definitely better casinos in the area
We came out for the Aaron Lewis concert. It was a great venue. We have seen a concert outside here but this was the first time to the inside venue. The sound was great. The seating and standing areas were great. The way they set up the bars were efficient and didnt get too long. The stage was well places. We has front ro as seats but I can assure you that there wasnt a bad Seay in the whole room.
Terrible service at the Blue Coyote. Never asked to refill any of our pop & water. One order was wrong & instead of remaking the dish, they just brought out the item missed & the fish stunk up the table when brought out. The casino was, quite, enjoyable & the resort looked nice
I won I lost I won then I lost but then I won and left. At least this time I was able to stay for hours and I had a blast. Last 3 times I lost $300-500 within 2 hours of being there and although Im not a sore loser it does get irritating losing my money that fast and not hitting anything to allow me to stay a little longer so I can enjoy myself. 5 Star - Absolutely! I was impressed! This place has been amazing. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were extremely nice! They have a few restaurants on the resort and Every one of those resuturants were so good! This place was nicer than most Casino/Resorts that are in Las Vegas! I highly recommend this place. They have a spa, golf, 3 huge pools, casinos, food, shops, and so much more! Also, the location of this place is near shopping centers and the Arizona Boardwalk too. So many things to do and its not far from the airport and many other amenities and attractions!
While driving from DT Scottsdale, Talking Stick Casino was on the way, so I decided to stop by to walk around, and I ended up having a late night snack/meal. The interior was artistically designed, so I had to capture📸⏺️my fav one. To conclude, for a Thursday night, it was a very chill atmosphere -- not overly crowded nor too busy; as a result, service was fairly quick.

If you wanna get your money stolen this is the spot to go to. Have seen the digital roulette use magnets on multiple occasions and out of all the casinos this one lets me win maybe 1 out of 10 times if im lucky. Where as when playing others i win 6.5 times out of ten, sometimes much higher. Ive literally put money down on every number except one with roulette because it seemed no matter what pattern or style the numbers were so erratic. They only give you half the time to pick your numbers as the other casinos, and guess what the ball landed on out of all the.numbers i put money on. Yep the only one i didnt manage to hit. These people scandalous cheating thieves, player beware. Diamond is prob the best.

Im regular black jack player here. I took my mom to play for the first time and told the dealer it was a first time player and to assist if needed. Pit boss came over dealers cant help players Wowwww usually dealers love teaching people the game. My mom asked why the dealer burned 3 cards before dealing, dealer said Every house has their own rules My mom doubled her money and tipped the bartender and the cashier on the way out. Dealer gets zero for zero help. Pit boss gets zero for being rude to my mom as a first time player
Never tried the rooms just the casino. Dropped alit of cash of here left with half of it but had some real good times here and enjoyed the time. Left here frustrated as hell also but nothing to do with the casino on day Ill hit and get a room completely for the wins Im having that day, or how much I lost that day/night/dusk/ or other hours off luck going on during that time. If your playing the casino, they recently invested in a bunch of automatic shuffling machines that are extremely shady. i would never sit down at one of those tables. it’s rigged to rob all there customers
Stopped in to watch the Yellow Bird Dancers perform in the Fire Garden. The performance was both beautiful and educational, but I wish it were in a no smoking location: people would come outside to smoke right there, and theres insufficient air circulation for people with breathing challenges.

Went for Mothers day weekend. Pool was nice. Played a little slots. No need to go back. It was nice.
Honestly, my wife had her knee replaced just down the street. We got there early and eventually got her checked in, and they took her back to prep her for surgery. I then got to go back and sit with her and talk with the surgeon. Then, I was sent back out to the lobby. Now I had 2 hours to blow, and that early not much going on or open, so I headed to Mickie Ds and got 2 sausage Mc muffins for 5 bucks. Now I had 1 hr 45 left, so I went into talking stick casino about a 1/2 mile from the casino. I had been there before but apparently had not received a players card, so I got one, and they gave me $25 in free play. I went to a poker machine. And played 1.25 a bet and loaded all the free play. The game went up to $29, then dropped to nothing pretty quick. I then was headed out and saw this Buffalo game and put a $20 in and played $1.60 spin. My total dropped to under $10 real quick, so I changed my bet to $.80, and within a few spent , it went into a bonus round with 4 coins. The 4 coins then convert to the number of white Buffalo added. The 2 of the coins added 15, each, and the next two added 20 each for a total of 70. The meaning then proceeded to pay me $108.75. So I quickly cashed out, drove back to the medical facility, arrived in the waiting room, right when the Dr office texted me and sId time to head back to the waiting area. I was gone a total of one hour. Got breakfast, made a $100, and supported my wife on this important medical day, win, win, win.
I booked a room here rather than traveling for Christmas and it was great. Room service food was excellent, their chicken wings are delicious. The casino is non smoking and plenty of games to play. Their staff was always friendly to me from the check in to the room servers. I will be back!
Booked a scenic double queen room for our vacation. Went to check in and was told I had reserved 3 rooms! It took awhile for reception to fix the issue. I was charged for an extra room and they said it would fall off my cc. For the inconvenience we were told that they would send up a fruit platter. We ordered room service and were told the fruit platter would come with our order. It didnt. Told front desk that we didnt want it since it was bedtime for us. They said it would be delivered by 9am instead. Never happened.Room service was delayed a bit because of how busy they were. Ordered from their Chinese food menu. Which was mediocre not great but something to fill us up. Chinese food came with fortune cookies and soy sauce. The room was clean and nice I loved the wooden window shutters. The TV didnt have many channels and the room comes with hdmi, av, etc... hookups if you are prepared to hook those up. Stuck to my tablet for online streaming. The beds are comfy but felt smaller than a standard queen. Loved the rainfall shower but beware if you have the tub faucet on full stream you will get a lot of backslash and create puddles on the bathroom floor. Room was pretty quiet and the outside flashing lights werent too bothersome. When checking out there are a lot of fees for staying here let front desk know to cancel the fruit platter at check out. They apologized and said they removed some fees. $276 room for one night was $416 + 100 for room service after all said and done.For 4 stars expected better service and food.

So much fun here. Usual casino but very enjoyable. Also had drinks on main level bar that was also music venue. Had a meal at the Mexican restaurant that was pretty good and drinks at upper level restaurants and bar that was a nice treat.
Most horrible night at the bingo room. First of all went and got my reward card went and stood in line to get the paper slip to purchase my packets for 25 minutes slide my card INVALID number three times so I had to walk back to the other side of the casino to reprogram my card went back to bingo room stood back in line for another 30 minutes to get my packet. By now my foot is killing me so now I got my print out. Stood in a different line to make my purchase after standing in line for another 20 mins. A female working walked up toe and said I could go to the last window called me right up Im thinking finally then all of a sudden they announced no more machine sold out. The cashier told me I had to look for one laying on a table. At this point I just wanted to go home. A female worked found me one told me again to go to the last window get there the cashier put up her window closed sign up and she said you gotta go go to the end of the other line at this point Im started to get upset my foot was killing me I said Im done I just wanna go the only reason I didnt leave I had my friend with me.so I stood in line another 15 minutes.unbelieveable all cause there cashier didnt program my card the right way. I felt I shouldnt have had to keep going to the end of all the lines over and over.Now my foot is hurting so bad Im trying to hold in the tears come on Im not going to cry in front of a couple hundred people by this point my foot is on fire so I just go to the restroom and hide behind closed doors. Then I went back into the bingo room. Worst experience ever.

ORANGE SKY is a must visit. Call ahead and make a reservation so you can watch the amazing sunsets behind Camelback Mountain.The wild horses come in at dusk, and it is a sight to see from the balcony of Orange Sky.The food is AMAZING. the staff are very personable and too off the experience, so the night will be a 10 on a scale of 1 - 5.The casino is nicer than others in the area. The hallways are so cool. At the end of each hall it is floor to ceiling glass and feels like you can walk off the edge.The rooms are very luxurious for the price. Comfy bed, perfect pillows.Fabulous pool parties make this more fun than Vegas!
This is the best casino among the few in Maricopa county. They just expanded and have great food, a bougie cigar bar, the newest slot machines, a large poker room, and plenty of tables. Its a must!
No smoking is a huge reason to keep going there and not to other casinos. The staff are also very friendly, especially the cleaning staff. Like the new update. They need more trash cans on the casino floor. Maybe people would use them instead of leaving the trash for others to clean up.
I didnt like the atmosphere there at All and I will never visit that casino again . The worst time ever at any casino including casino Az .. both casinos suck .

Nice place. Hotel rooms were good but I dont like a rain shower head much. The water didnt get cool for my other family members in the shower. it was either hot or super hot.the ocean seafood restaurant was pretty good. the Mexican food was decent as well.the players card does not offer much in terms of benefits vs places like MGM.like most casinos in this area you have to pay for drinks even when gambling which to me just rubs me wrong. If you ask the Pit Boss to buy you around though you might get lucky though.

This is my first time coming to this location. I planned a little stay-cation with my wife and got a deluxe room. Once we arrived we checked in and went straight to the room, in the room we were on the 9th floor with a great view and the room was very clean and neat!! The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are quiet and it has a great shower!!. Went down to enjoy the pool, got some drinks and later that night did some gambling. Over all we both had a great time and can not wait to go back!!

Nice local resort. Enjoyed the live music on Friday night and the food at the restaurants. Prices werent that out of line. The gaming however was a bust. The machines eat $20s as an appetizer. It loves $100s too. No joy I must say just watching your money go down the drain. It doesnt matter how colorful the machine is..

I was looking forward to spending the night at Talking Stick but unfortunately never got the chance. Upon check in the agent warned that the room I booked was near significant construction noise (like that was a category or something) but that rooms were available on higher floors. I said sure but was then told Id have to pay a fee to upgrade. So $349 is not enough to get away from your construction noise? I objected and said that was unacceptable. She insisted so I said no thanks, cancel my reservation. Then her supervisor texted her saying they would waive the fee. No thanks, me and my $5K in cash are leaving. To add insult to injury, the gentleman being checked in beside me was offered a no charge upgrade to get away from the construction noise. This place will be in serious trouble when Caesars Republic opens up.
Walked in and right back out. Didnt spend a dime. Went to get a players card and the old woman with the witch hair was so rude we decided right then to leave. Where are the supervisors and where is the training? Lady if youre THAT unhappy, get a new job please because you ruined our night and youre costing the casino money. We will never go again.
If you want to get away and get a little vibe of the casino life in Phoenix, this is where you go located in Scottsdale not too far from Old Town. I really love this place. I came here because there was a U.S.A social gathering. Unfortunately that didn’t happen, but we were able to experience the food the service happiness to singing. It was just a great good time definitely a four-star visit.
The tightened up the slots so much its a complete rip off. First off I gamble a lot 10-15K per session. Back in Feb of 2023 it was fair I was getting the random up and down large and small payouts and over all it was good. The past THREE times I went there spending 10K plus I got literally no jackpots. I though it was dumb luck then I went again recently spending another 11K and same thing, on three different machines in the high limit room with max bet over 4 hours I got 3 jack pots all less than $1500.Wont ever go back. Spent 30k last 3 times and got zero. Will take my money else where they are way too greedy ALSO I emailed them many times trying to contact my casino host assigned to me and nothing. When they are making money its good but as soon as you want something forget it. Terrible Casino.
Very nice, first time, will definitely be back. Casino was clean , beauitful.
Just went in to play a couple hands of blackjack. Was a quick visit dealer took me out in about 15 minutes. I won 1 hand and that was it.Parking is far from the entrance. Valet parking next time. I just dont like anybody else driving my car. FYI if u have the players card you get free valet parking.
This place looked beautiful at night and I won $900. I went back next morning, looked boring and was under renovation, and I gave all the money back!
Beautiful casino! We had a blast! Super clean.
I was winning hit payouts after payouts! Had hand pays adding up to 10,000 for the day . I stayed in the room for a rate of $135. The next day lost all my money. The room to book again was going to be $300. Tip to any professional gambler. Don’t stay the next day if u win they will get there money back
Fun clean Casino. One of the better casinos in arizona for sure
Came to gamble a bit with the boys. Had a really good time during the week. On the weekend it was hard to find a seat at a table. Website says they have baccarat, but they do not.
Nice casino. Players club staff are very friendly and attentive. Saw a few winners while I was there. Did well myself also.
Fantastic resort. Beautiful golf course, nice casino. I recommend the Cabana package down by the pool. Great value if u have between 6 and 8 people to rent one
