Wonderful experience! I feel relaxed after my full body massage with Jen. The jacuzzi is everything! I highly recommend taking yourself and your best girlfriends to this spa. There is so much to do, and the beautiful female staff members are kind and attentive. I included a picture of the area in front of the spa. Please note that the spa is far from the front entrance of the resort, so definitely ask to be escorted via golf cart to the spa.
A complete Day Spa Destination with all the amenities to fill your needs and desires. There are three levels to satisfy your inner self and your inner being. From a whirlpool, to a sauna, Swiss shower (water pressure very low), inhalation room, steam room, cold therapy pool, swimming pool and much more. The spa attendant, Maria, exceeded our expectations with Exceptional Service.
It was my first time coming here in January 2024 and is now the best spa I’ve ever been to. My mom and I got the Sisley Phyto-Aromatic facial and the Sisley Harmonizing Salt Stone massage. Both of them were so amazing and relaxing. All of the products they used smelled really good too and felt great on our skin! Before our treatments we had lunch up at the rooftop pool. We had chips and guac, salad, and Asian chicken lettuce cups. All of it was great and the macarons in the Sisley spa were too! My mom and I thought they could have been sitting out for a while, but they were actually really fresh! We could tell they really pay attention to every single detail at this spa. It was very clean too and had a nice eucalyptus inhalation room, steam room, and sauna. There was also a plunge pool, jacuzzi, waterfall area, fitness room, and shopping area. I will have to try the aerial yoga class there next time! Every single staff member we interacted with was very kind and helpful as well and wanted to make sure we had a great experience there. It was a perfect spa day and we will definitely be back!
I was a member here for a couple of years and continue to come back. The service is unparalleled. Everyone is so kind, warm, always remembers you, and makes it such a special experience. The massages and facials are great, as are the many amenities and workout classes and fitness center. The crown jewel however, is the team of Jamie and Alex who work at the rooftop pool. The drinks are amazing, the service makes you feel like you’re the only person there, and they take great care of every single guest. I cannot recommend this place enough! It’s impossible to have a bad day here, it’s my absolute favorite place (and every friend I have taken with me agrees!)
A group of us girls went to the Well & Being spa on a busy Sunday in February and the experience was awesome. On this day, while the hotel seemed quiet, it seemed like there were many regular members and other groups of out for a day of relaxation. At mid day there were no spots by the pool, and the locker room was quite crowed at times, but because of the relaxing environment everyone just seemed to make room for others or spread out when possible. (There could be more room between the lockers, and this is my biggest gripe). I love classical music and spa music, but if this is not your jam I could see it getting repetitive. Some lofi or indie acoustic could mix it up (but of course, its a well and being spa so classical and wind insturments are optimal :))Other than what Ive mentioned above,I have only poaitive things to say. The staff were outstanding - from the quiet, professional, and information woman who welcomed us and and showed us the facilities, the women who checked us in for spa treatments, to the locker room and shower attendands (i can only imagie how many times the towel bins needed to be emptied that day, but they were always empty and the towels well stocked!!), and from the gentlemen tending bar and poolside to the spa professionals. My friends all enjoyed their massages/reflexology.I decided to take a chance on the aromatherapy scrub and 10/10 would choose this again. I loved the process of selecting the scent profile for the lotion and enjoyed the sugar scrub as well (the options were bamboo, sugar, or salt scrub). And whats not to love about the robes and sandals provided (!).Clean. Welcoming. Relaxing.
Usually love this spa and frequent it often as a local - it’s been my favorite in the valley until today. Today, the pool was incredibly packed and a (one) spot never opened up as people were saving seats. I then decided to order lunch at the front desk and was told I had to go to the pool. My next favorite amenity was the steam room which was closed. Instead of a relaxing day, it was spent without lunch and killing time not enjoying the amenities. Again, I’ve loved this spa but beware as today was not worth the $$.

Really had a nice time at Well & Being Spa! We scored a decent price via Travel Zoo and it was a special experience for Wifes birthday. I had to choose a treatment to have access to the Spa, and opted for a Pedicure. Therapist was pleasant - maybe a little too chatty - and atmosphere was relaxing, but I really was not overly concerned with the pedicure, I more of less wanted access to the facility. The pool is amazing. However, it gets crowded, so we had trouble finding covered spots until the afternoon when it seemed like everything cleared out. Very refreshing pool and they have these awesome floating beanbags which were unique and fun. On the first floor there is a covered waterfall hot tub which is also amazing. The courtyard is very tranquil. Inside Mens locker area I really liked the Aromatherapy room, the Sauna and the hot tub. There is a wet sauna, but no controls for the steam, so it was not really used. The Swiss Shower is also neat if you like that amenity. Truly, the hot tub was one of the best. Perfect temperature, lots of space to spread out and amazing architecture. Wow. Also, there is a machine to ring out the moisture out of your swim suit and a really nice spa spray in the showers. The only suggestion I would have is more options on the snack bar and a simple coffee machine. The muffins at breakfast time were it. Throughout the day, there was just mixed nuts offered. Also, the coffee machine is complicated. It seems like they are trying to be upscale, but only having option for shots of espresso or an Americano was sad. A simple Keurig machine with different K Cups would have been nice. However, the selection of tea and mini honey containers was cool. Hot water is easy to find, even in mens area too, so this was a plus.
Great place for spa day. Massages and facials are some of the best Ive ever had. Lots of other amenities to enjoy while you are having a treatment. Including food and drink, fun for special occasions.
Brought a loved one here. We each had Aromatherapy massages. Mine was with Robert S and theirs was with Andrea S.We arrived before our treatments, parked with Valet (a courtesy for Spa visitors) to enjoy the spa amenities. To start, we were given a full tour of the facility, which covers 3 floors. We were taken to the locker rooms and introduced to Maria, who has been with the company for almost 30 years. She took excellent care of us. This was the first visit for many of the women in the locker room. Everyone was just so happy to be there.I would say 99% of the spa is divided by gender. The only co-ed spaces are those that are outdoors, such as the rooftop pool and the waterfall grotto.Theres water, tea and coffee, along with light snacks on floors 1 (the main spa) and 2 (the lobby). I recommend bringing a swimsuit (or two) for your stay. No need to bring a robe or flip flops (or shower shoes). The spa has you covered.First stop? The Waterfall Grotto - B-It was not bad, but since it is co-ed you have to worry about who or how many could end up joining you. The biggest reason for B was due to it being outside. Since the outdoor temperatures were cold, it lowered the waters temperature making it challenging to enjoy.Second stop?Inhalation Room - B+I liked it. It is a small space with sofa like seating and lots of pillows. Theres a diffuser filling the space with relaxing aroma. The space was indeed relaxing, but since I can buy the same diffuser on Amazon for 20 bucks, I just wasnt impressed.Third stop?Plunge Pool - A+It is cold, folks, but do yourself a favor and plunge in it. Submerge to the neck or shoulders and then get into the hot tub (or jacuzzi). You will feel the healing sensation running throughout your body.Fourth StopJacuzzi (or Hot Tub) - BI actually want to give this a lower grade, but I found that sitting under the fall and up against the jet ray right beneath it was satisfying. My issue was due to the lack of intensity with the jet rays. None of them give medium or strong pressure. They are all light pressure, which can be a bit frustrating as you move from one to the next searching for one to hit the spot right. Jacuzzis are typically where people like to pile up to socialize. Unfortunately, this jacuzzi has a 6 person limit, so it gets crowded quick.Fifth StopSteam Room - A+This became one of my favorite spaces. I loved the intensity of the steam and the nice downtime in between sprays. It is one of the biggest spaces in the entire spa, as it can easily accommodate 10 people (maybe more). I love that hang you can hang our robe outside the door to grab as you leave, along with a a cold wet towel to bring in some relief before moving on.Waiting Lounge - A-I arrived at the lounge 15-20 minutes before my service was to begin. This lounge is in the open. It has a nice warm fireplace, a few plunging, cozy chairs and several zero gravity lounge chairs along the back wall. This space is equipped to put you in the proper mood prior to your service. There is a clock just about everywhere in the spa except this space, so when Robert retrieved me, I asked (more so to remind myself) how long was the treatment (50 vs 60 minutes) and if spa policy indicated that the treatment began when I was retrieved or when the service started. It was the latter.GymWhile I brought clothes for the gym, I didnt use it nor did I partake in any classes, so unfortunately, I cannot speak to any of that.SuperstarsOur superstars were our massage therapists. My companion touted that Andrea gave them an out of body experience. Our other superstar was Maria, the spa attendant. She foresaw many of our needs and looked to find ways to make our stay enjoyable and more comfortable.Final Stop:Rooftop Pool - A+That brings me to my final superstars, Jaime and Alex who served us poolside. It is a salt water pool and there is a food menu with a wide array of options.I have been to quite a few spas all over the world. Well & Being rates at the top of the list.
Well & Being was able to accommodate a same-day request for a 60-minute massage. Courtney at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick when she checked me in and took me on a tour. The facilities were clean, beautiful, well organized, and plentifully available. My massage was with Jeanne and was one of the best experiences. Jeanne was friendly, kind, communicative when appropriate, and a stellar technician.
I went to the spa while on vacation at the Princess and I received the desert facial. The aesthetician, Brandi, was fantastic. She asked me what my concerns were, offered a scalp and a foot massage in addition to the facial, and explained all of the products she was using along with their purpose. She also put a list and basket of recommended products together for me at the shop once my facial was over. I was surprised that the prices of the products in the shop were the same as prices online. I noticed an immediate difference in my skin once I got back to my room at the resort. Now, it has been a week and a half since my facial and there is an immense difference in my skin from using the products that were recommended. Thank you Brandi!!Overall, the spa was very clean and offered many amenities that I did not expect. Every staff member I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this spa and wish I lived closer so I would be able to visit again!
We had a wonderful time here. Arrived at 8am, enjoyed the inhalation room, had a magnesium massage, sat in the sauna, took a cold plunge, relaxed in the grotto, lounged at the rooftop pool and ate lunch, and finished the day with champagne pedicures. We left around 3:30pm and both felt like we could have stayed longer. The lounge chairs at the pool get swooped up quickly, so the sooner you can claim a chair, the better.
Beautiful spa where you can easily spend an entire day enjoying the amenities - steam, sauna, Swiss shower, waterfall pool, hot pool, and cool plunge pool. For paid services, I enjoyed a 60 minute arnica massage and 75 minute champagne pedicure. The only disappointment was the celiac friendly options at the spa cafe. Despite being marked gluten free and discussing cross contamination with the staff, the chicken lettuce wraps tested positive for gluten with the Nima device.
Best massage of my life by a country mile - Jeanne is amazing and I cant wait to go back. Ive been to high-end spas, but the massage here was far superior to others; Jeanne pampered me for every one of my 60 minutes. The spa itself is beautiful and amenity rich; it is exactly as advertised, and the online photos are accurate. I ordered a Spicy Tuna bowl by the pool and it was excellent. My only critical feedback is that there isnt a truly quiet place to relax or meditate. There is a small lounge area inside but its intended as a waiting room for a few minutes before your treatment and only has 4 reclining seats (all of which were occupied every time I walked by). Overall a great massage and a beautiful facility; recommend, especially with a Groupon or other discount.
Absolutely no question 5 star service at the Fairmont Spa. Facilities are second to none. Staff is over the top friendly, welcoming, and go the extra mile to make sure you have a fabulous experience. Deep tissue massage was therapeutic. Champaigne, macaroons, gourmet coffee, and other treats were icing on the cake. This spa has it down to an art. We will be back and I cant say enough about the people who make it happen here. It is apparent from the minute you walk in the door they are both competent and want to create an unforgettable experience for clients!
Tried to buy a gift card for my wife, but they couldnt tell me how much the spa treatment would cost. Their dynamic pricing varies with the time of day and experience level of your masseuse. Shouldnt all of your staff have a certain level of experience? The desk offensively suggested I get a gift card for $100 over the cost of a normal massage. Panhandling is performed on the street, not at luxury hotels. Transparency goes a long way. Who wants to visit a spa that makes up their prices as they go along?
Ive spent several birthdays and lazy Tuesdays here and havent found another spa in Scottsdale at this level. The amenities are amazing (I love the dry sauna & rooftop pool). Make sure to get there a few hours before your session to try everything!
Have been here a few times and have never been disappointed. Excellent service and very relaxing experience. The Himalayan sea salt massage with Darcy was the best I’ve ever had! Would recommend again and again.
I was a huge fan of this spa for so many years. I am local and having been coming here once a year for 25 years. Today was the worst experience. I came with a group of girls for a spa day and it was awful. There wasn’t anywhere to sit outside at the pool. We came early before our treatments and basically sat on 1 lounge chair waiting for more to open up for 3 hours. Guests are apparently allowed to save chairs all day while they leave and get spa services done. I left this spa feeling more stressed than when I came. Very crowded and not at all the luxury we were used to. So incredibly disappointed.
Amazing amenities, I want to go here seven times a week!! Very friendly staff and good drinks! The rooftop pool was not open but they gave access to the hotel pool instead, it was lovely!
Second time visiting the Fairmont Well& Being Spa. 10/10 this is a true day spa experience like no other. I started with Ariel Yogo, then a light snack, 90 min Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, sauna, then lunch poolside (light salad). Next an amazing botanical facial, inhalation room, and water! What a day! Thx Fairmont!!
Disappointed at management! My mom and I had treatments and lunch here - overall a great experience - until we were leaving and noticed our stuff was beyond ruined. The only place we went with swimsuits on was the hot tub and it completely tarnished my mom’s Tiffany ring and my very nice bathing suit (pictures attached). We are in contact with management and because they suggest that the chlorine levels were “normal” they are comping only our lunch after we had spent over $700 and there is damage to $1500 of our items. Clearly the damage done was not due to normal chlorine levels. Makes you wonder what the chemical imbalances could be doing to your skin but don’t worry, management will cover the cost of your turkey wrap instead! Disappointing, won’t be coming back and if you’re considering going, I would be very careful with your stuff as it clearly will not be relaxed!
Was really excited to spend the afternoon here with my wife at the spa and getting massages. The set up is really nice and I will give them credit they do have it setup to relax, I would think they check their spas and pools for safety of the users. On the way out of the hot tub I cut my foot on broken tile and it was a pretty deep slice. I expressed the concerns to the staff and they didn’t really seem to care which makes me hesitant to visit there again.
This review is for the staff at the Spa. We were given the phone number from the Fairmont concierge desk at the Princess Hotel. We tried for two days in a row to reach the spa, and they never would answer the phone. We left several messages to call back and never did receive a call back. When we went over there to inquire about a treatment for two days later, they said they was nothing available. There were four employees standing around yet no one would answer the phone for the past few days. I still have not received a call back
Wow, has this place gone downhill over the last 20 years. The remodeled co-ed water fall is growing mold and is filty. The gal that did my pedicure left my feet hurting for weeks. Go to the Phoenician!
Amazing Spa! The rooftop pool is amazing. Bartender Jamie was so attentive keeping everyone drinks full on a busy Monday. 90-minute massage with Tommy was one of the best massages I have ever had. Everyone in the whole facility was so nice and helpful. The inhalation room was so peaceful.
This spa was fantastic. My wife and I went and got two massages and we both agreed they were the best massages we have ever had. Our therapists were so nice and accommodating and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire experience. The amenities are also very nice. They have a cold plunge pool, a hot tub, sauna, a coed outdoor hot tub and very nice showers. The spa area can be a bit maze like so make sure to get a tour. We will definitely be back and will try some of their other services next time. Great spot!
Heaven! The perfect day with my best friend, we took one of their classes, headed to the spa pool, had lunch, went down to the spa enjoyed the sauna, steam room, etc. Then prepared for our services which were AMAZING! Everything is so great, they provide you with all your needs as well. What a beautiful spa.
Mike for a massage and Alysa for a facial: perfect spa day! These two providers were amazing and the amenities are lovely. I recommend both Mike and Alysa, they’re so talented!
I have only been to this spa so I cant compare to others. I had a lovely experience a day out. The massage was nice and relaxing. The pool side is busy but I was able to get a spot in the sun, which I wanted.
You have to make sure you take the time to spend the entire day here. The staff are amazing, the spa amenities are beyond incredible and so are the services. Anything and everything you could want. Snacks, cold towels, everything smells amazing. Wish I could live here!!! The rooftop pool is great (can get full quickly) and the food at the pool is absolutely delicious.
This spa was extremely high end. After an incredibly relaxing massage, we took a dip in the massaging waterfall spa! That felt so so warm and felt like the waterfalls were soothing our shoulders. Then they have another more private indoor spa with cold plunge option as well as a room sauna, steam room and a room just for sitting and breathing in essential oils and peaceful aromas. Their showers afterwards had amazing water pressure and everything you need as far as high end products shampoo, body wash. They even had razors and shaving cream. Their ropes felt so luxurious and they had several shops you could buy products afterwards. We ran out of time but you can also go to the gorgeous rooftop pool that’s only for spa guests…have a drink and light lunch! I don’t think I’ve been to a spa that had a more high end feeling and the actual massage was just what I’d hoped for! He even offered some extra treatments and you can have them open the back door of massage room for a more fresh air experience. Valet parking is free is you have a spa treatment booked. Just go! You won’t regret it!
I have been visiting this spa for years. Love the superb amenities. Service by the pool is top notch. Disappointed that the tranquility of the space has diminished. The congregation of large groups makes for loudness and chaos. I recently left some items in a locker as weather caused a sudden closure of the rooftop pool. When I returned the next day, I was told that the lockers are emptied at night and security would need a description of the items left but nothing found fit my description. Fortunately, I had to time to return to examine the locker, and my items were found IN THE LOCKER, just as i had left them.
Wonderful Spa Experience! We went to the Well & Being Spa to celebrate my husbands 60th Birthday. My husband, grown daughter and son, and I all had massages. We each were very satisfied with our treatments. We spent most of the day at the spa- by the pool, waterfall, steam and sauna, etc. We ordered lunch by the pool. The pool area has towels, cold water, sunscreen and a few floats. Some chairs are shaded r havThe staff was very friendly and accommodating. The retail areas were nice.We look forward to returning.Warning: it is a battle for the lounge chairs by the pool.
Oh my gosh, so much fun. I came here in the summer with the summer deals on Travelzoo. They are amazing. The service is impeccable. The amenities remarkable. Its the best spa Ive been to in AZ. My massage therapist, Letty, gave a great deep tissue, ave she also does the Sisilea (sp?) Experience. My favorite is the regular spa side. There is a roof top pool with food available for purchase. The food is very good. Your can hang out all day. I came by myself one day and with family and friends the other times. There are so many things to do.I highly recommend coming for the experience.
A little piece of heaven! For a great price with just one treatment!!! I will go every time I’m in Arizona from now on 🌴!!
This place is beautiful and a little overwhelming. It is a bit of a walk to the spa from my parking space. There is staff available with golf carts to give you a lift, though. Its almost like a small village in here. I didnt end up actually having my service, so I can only talk about the location and the friendliness of the staff. Very, very welcoming.
This has been the worst experience. I woke up sick the morning of my appointment and called the spa to cancel. They said I would still have to pay for the full service or I could still come in. I told them I was really sick that I didn’t feel comfortable coming in and exposing their massage therapist and employees. I then tested positive for Covid19 then next day and called to speak to a manager. I have now been told 5 times that a manager would call me back and I would get a return call. No call… I offered to show proof of positive test results and they didn’t care. I am shocked that this spa would disregard the health and safety of their employees and tell me to still come in while SUPER sick and get the service or no refund. There are no safety practices going on here!
I had a spa appointment for a massage yesterday and it was magical! From the reception to the amenities it was perfect. The massage was really good. The facilities are very clean and well cared for. The rooftop pool is reserved for spa guests only and was so peaceful (no children allowed). They also provide the hot and cold pools as well as secure lockers and clean showers. I highly recommend this place.
I came on a Tuesday as a treat to myself. The facilities are beautiful and well attended. I had a body treatment given by Vanessa - she did a wonderful job, explained every step, and left me feeling amazing. I tried almost all of the amenities and they thoroughly relaxed me. I love to spa and while there are many good facilities in the greater PHX area, I would definitely return to Well & Being.
Ive had one of the best massages with Eucalyptus and lavender Ive ever had combined with reflexology.
Enjoyed this slice of heaven. I’ve always wanted to try out a cold plunge and the other amenities are endless- hot tub, Swiss shower, aromatherapy room, steam sauna and dry sauna not to mention the beautiful rooftop pool. It’s a steep price but if you go the entire day it feels worth it.
Sad to say this was the worst spa experience Ive been to. I came for a birthday celebration. The massage therapist was the worst Ive had. I felt so uncomfortable and could not relax. His fingernails were long I could feel them scratching me and he was kept talking even though I was trying to be short in conversation so that I could relax. He just did not seem on his game with little things like forgetting to put a towel over my eyes or doing different things for each side. I could not wait for it to be done. At the end I had gone to the front desk to express how I felt, with tears in my eyes. The front desk staff did not do anything just said that I could leave a lower tip. I had asked for the champagne glass that was supposed to come with the massage and then she brought one out, so I am assuming if I did not ask I would not have gotten one. Contrary to other resorts, if you are not staying there you can only use the spa pool. It is very small and nothing special. The best part was the amenities within the dressing rooms.
Amazing experience! Gretchen my massage therapist was very intuitive and had a smooth flow. She was sure to check in on pressure and explained everything with great detail. I highly recommend this spa for anyone looking for great relaxation or deep tissue! Will definitely be back!
I have received many massages and also being a massage therapist in my past, I can critically state, Dan A.K., is a fantastic Massage therapist! I would highly recommend requesting him. No joke!. You can tell he is passionate about his work, and has healing intent with his touch. He was by far the best at providing the up most professional massage etiquette, as most therapist are taught this but loose it over time. Dan, and the incredible staff, absolutely made my experience at Well and Being.Beautiful spa, all day access to spa amenities. My Sister and I had a lovely experience and would deffinately return to Well & Being. The staff was helpful and amenities first class. You can definitely spend a few hours here enjoying everything.
Very nice amenities, more than most spa’s, including a slightly heated rooftop swimming pool, adults only. You can also get limited lunch and drinks there which is nice. Great treatments too but also much more pricey than most. If it wasn’t so pricey I would give them all 5 stars.
Ive loved my experience at Well & Being Spa for prenatal massages during the pandemic! The spa is gorgeous and relaxing. I will say that I feel it is more of a spa than a salon, because I wasnt happy with the quality of my mani/pedi. It just didnt hold up, and there was no option to do gel polish on the toes. As things opened up more in AZ it also became quite busy, which did make for a less relaxing environment. Overall still a great experience and I will be back. And parking is valet which is a very nice perk.
Beautiful spa and the staff was all very nice. They have regular people who go to the spa daily to use the amenities and someone complained that we were too loud at the rooftop pool. Its a beautiful place but if you want something more low-key, relaxed this is not your place.
Absolutely had an amazing experience here! The champagne pedicure was just the best. The service is incredible, and the access to all spa amenities with any spa treatment is wonderful. The spa amenities are unparalleled! Will absolutely return, and highly recommend to anyone.
This is quite possibly, the best spa experience Ive ever had. I needed a me-day, and after running into a woman at a local restaurant who -raved- about this place, I had to come.I managed to get a _truly_ deep tissue massage (with Rick) and an amazing facial (with Thanh). After the end of both, and a tasty lunch, I was complete mush. Both therapists absolutely know their craft, and I really came away feeling healed and refreshed.During lunch, I got to sit out on the rooftop pool, taking in the beauty of the Arizona skyline and mountains, before I did a quick dip in the waterfall pool. The whole day was magnificent and I was sad that I had to go home and return to the real world.I will absolutely be making a return trip, and telling my friends how awesome this jewel of the desert really is.
The facility is beautiful and the detox mud wrap is fantastic. However the front desk staff seems flustered and behind. It took over a week for someone to get back to us to get appointments booked. I had to correct the reservation twice, my original reservation stated that someone in our party was using a Groupon and nothing was mentioned. Then when we went to check in a huge deal was made and the staff acted as if this was the most inconvenient thing they had ever heard of. The food was ok but delived in paper boxes with plastic forks. Had I known that ahead of time I would have just eaten at the rooftop bar rather than reserve a lunch ahead of time. The $75 worth of champagne we ordered was delivered in small cheap plastic cups. For what we spent I would have expected more. We did however enjoy the pools and hot tubs and spa treatments.
From the moment I walked into The Well & Being Spa with the eucalyptus scent beckoning me in for a day of leisure. I was greeted by the staff and scheduled my service, Deep tissue massage, and made my offered the lunch menu. I glanced at it and zeroed in on the Super Food Salmon!Everything was superb, the lunch, the massage, the music at the roof top pool must be what you hear in heaven! Love the beanbag pool floats. The staff was so friendly and professional, I am joining as a spa member a have this experience weekly. .Love it can you tellKaren
When my wife and i went we were treated like royalty! Was fantastic! All the employees were happy, friendly, courteous and so professional. I honestly cant think of any more positive adjectives that encapsulates our experience there.
Make a day out of it. Go there for your message, class or service and stay for the day. The lobby has snacks and beverages and the amenities are very nice. My wife had a massage and I had the stretch therapy and they were both pretty amazing. We enjoyed a relaxing time by the pool and soothing time in the steam/sauna. We will be back!
My husband & I eloped in Phoenix back in June because our wedding was cancelled due to Covid. While we were in AZ my sister in law brought me here for a girls day before the wedding. I had the absolute best day here! When we arrived for check in we were greeted with champagne. We proceeded to our designated areas to change & take a dip in the heated pool before getting our facials. The facial was by far the best I have ever had. Afterwards we relaxed by the pool until we were ready to go home. I left feeling like a princess. My husband & I recently decided to make the move to AZ & as a massage therapist myself I will definitely be sending Well & Being my resume. This place is a dream!
Very relaxing spa experience. Enjoyed a deep tissue massage. The eucalyptus spray in the showers is a nice bonus. Wonderful eucalyptus Steam room too. My favorite part is all the waterfalls very relaxing environment. The spa pool is tranquil with yummy food too.
The Ambiance is amazing. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The drinks at the Spa pool are not strong and a little pricey. The spa services are amazing other than the pedicure treatments; my wife said they upcharge for things like french tips or callous scrubs, so just be careful of that. A $130 pedicure should include everything and no surprises.
I loved this spa! First class all the way! I had the smore holiday scrub which was on special. I also tried the inhalation room which ward great. I would come early to enjoy the spa resources beforehand. Nice tea and a few healthy snacks. Great for vacation.
I celebrated my 30th birthday in Scottsdale, Arizona in February. It was me and group of 14 girls. We wanted a relaxing spa day, and based on various reviews we came across the Well&Being Spa. I was put in contact with their coordinator Brittany, who did a great job of reserving the massages for the Sparty. She was very patient, and quick to responded throughout the month it took planning the event (I commend her because it was not easy getting 14 women to confirm the type of spa option they wanted...so their were various changes). The spa is very nice, peaceful, and clean. We were given access to the amenities, and a quick tour of the place. Everyones spa was on time, and every enjoyed their experience with their therapist. We ate lunch after everyone had completed their spa, and then wrapped up our day up.Just a few things that I would like to point out:1. I am not sure if they are use to hosting such a large party, but we did not feel completely welcomed. No one from the management team, or even staff came to us to greet us or follow up on how our experience had been.2. One of my friends found a hair in her lunch box, and when the food was taken away, they returned with half the portion of food she originally started with. Also, no one came to apologize for the hair being in her food, or see how she was managing with the new food presented to her3. When we were heading out, someone from an office (the manager, or whomever...they provided no introduction) came out to sssh us. Yes we were using inside voices, and may have needed to decrease it to a whisper, but his delivery was not appreciated. His delivery should have been better, because we are paying customers, and it is his job to provide good customer service.4. Some of the patrons seemed a little bothered by our large group, and their facial expressions showed it. I am not sure if it was a noise thing or that we were a large group of minority females.Overall, the massages were excellent, and I would recommend getting a massage here for individuals who enjoy massages. I probably would not go back because I do not like feeling unwelcomed in an establishment where I am a paying customer, and I think everyone deserves great customer service. I will just leave it at that.
Came here to a massage in early June, right after quarantine. Boy did a need a massage after the stress of March - May! Good safety measures in place — staff and therapists wore masks at all times, social distancing encouraged, etc. David was my therapist and was a very talented professional. Lovely experience and can’t wait to come back. Thanks David!
Willow Stream Spa is my favorite place to spend the day. The amenities are top notch. They have complimentary specialty teas and the muffins/cookies are superb. Ive had deveral services here and I highly recommend the massages and facials. As for the salon services, manicure and pedicure, well its good. I was hoping for a more special experience, because Willow Stream does such a great job, but it was just an average manicure and pedicure.
Well & Bring spa is a beautiful tucked away haven on this resort property. Treatment providers are sincere & masterful in their trades, which makes guests feel welcome & comfortable in my opinion. Exploring the spa is like walking through a looking glass into spa wonderland.Spicy tuna and falafel were both delicious.
UPDATE 10/2021: WAS FINALLY CONTACTED BY A SPA REPRESENTATIVE AFTER POSTING MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT AND THEY OFFERED TO REPLACE MY MISSING SUIT. IF THAT ISNT CUSTOMER SERVICE??! BESIDES THE FACT I HAD TO CONTACT THEM MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THIS ISSUE BC HOTEL SECURITY DID NOT DO THEIR JOB TO RETRIEVE IT AND SEND BACK TO THE CORRECT PERSON, THIS SPA HAS BEEN WONDERFUL. I WAS ABLE TO TRY THE SISELY SPA AND IT WAS SO PERSONABLE AND A SPECIAL ADDITION TO THE GREAT AMENITIES THIS OFFERS. I WILL BE COMING BACK.UPDATE: 9/2021 WENT TO THE SPA TWO WEEKS AGO IN THE EVENING AND LEFT AN ITEM. THEY DID NOT RETURN IT AND ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING TO HELP FIND IT EXCEPT PUT IN A LOST AND FOUND REQUEST. WHEN I NOTIFIED THEM ORIGINALLY THAT I LOST MY SUIT, THEY SAID THE SECURITY WOULD CALL. THEY DIDNT. I DIDNT HAVE A CHANCE TO CONTACT THEM UNTIL A FEW HOURS LATER AND BY THEN THE SECURITY SAID THEY SENT A SUIT WHICH WAS FOUND THE SAME DAY I LEFT MINE TO SOMEONE. WHEN I ASKED IF TI CAN ID IT, THEY SAID OH THEY DONT HAVE INFO ABOUT THE SUIT EXCEPT PICTURE. I HAVE A FEELING THE CLEANING STAFF AT THE SPA THAT NIGHT TOOK IT OR THREW IT AWAY. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL SPA BUT IF YOU LOSE AN ITEM THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU TO HELP YOU GET IT BACK. SHAME ON THEMWhen you think of diamond star quality spa, the Well and Being spa is really what you should picture. Beautiful facility set at a gorgeous scottsdale resort. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Tamiko. Locker rooms were adequate and had many name brand appliances including dyson hair dryers, one time use hairbrushes, curling irons. They provided robes and cute slippers (not like regular clunky spa slippers) to walk around in. Refreshments including water, teas, and coffee, spa water, nuts in the atrium. Amenities were plenty, clean, and provided the best atmosphere for relaxing. During the pandemic they were fully committed but I never felt crowded or uneasy. At most there were like 10 people in the locker room and it was spread out. The grotto was relaxing. Didnt spend time in the rooftop pool because it was too hot, but enjoyed the privacy of the atrium. Gym has modern equipment including aerial yoga! We ordered lunch which was mostly good, did not recommend the fish torta though. I also scheduled a deep tissue massage, and was quick to be brought back, which was nice, however didnt really receive a deep tissue massage, more like a swedish massage with sometimes firm pressure. The masseuse also didnt focus on the area I wanted, upper back. The foot scrub add on made things better. They kept the back door slightly open for me so you could enjoy the massage with sounds of the waterfall from the grotto. My mom got a facial and she did say it was very nice. However the open door waterfall sounds isnt standard, so if that is your thing, make sure to ask. Overall though it was exactly what I expected a diamond star resort spa to be. They also have spa parties and happy hour specials to use the amenities. I cannot wait to be back!
Every staff member was warm, friendly and accommodating. The spa is one of the most relaxing environments Ive experienced and the food is healthy and fresh. The minute I left I was planning my next trip back!
I have enjoyed many spa services and classes at this spa and the facility, staff and overall experience is of the upmost quality. I totally recommend for s relaxing spa experience that leaves you feel pampered and refreshed in luxury. Allow time to enjoy the amenities!
Terrible service for the price. Spa pool was under construction and they didn’t even let us know when we booked it or when they called to confirm the reservation. They also only offered a gift card for me to pay for my wife’s treatments and said it would work for the whole resort when it would not. There are much better options nearby like the Westin Kierland or JW Marriott.
The staff is wonderful. The view from the pool is nice but the water was really cold. The waterfall pool was divine. I had a really nice massage. Great spa day!
I love The Fairmont resort and this spa is beautiful however, I had the worst massage of my life here. Honestly massage envy has been way better and with this spa charging 3 times as much you’d expect them to be much better. In fact my worst massage at Massage Envy would still be better than the ones I received here. And to make it worse the massage I received Saturday caused more pain than helped...my shoulder blade area is still hurting from my massage 48 hours ago. It makes me sad because I love the Fairmont Princess and I love the pool and waterfall at this spa but I’m not sure the services match the price and quality you’d expect. ☹️
Had the deep cleansing facial and the deep tissue massage. Ohhhhhhh my God! Yes, it was THAT good. Enjoyed the other amenties before appointments; hot whirlpool, eualyptus inhalation room, wet steam room. Im pretty OCD when it comes to cleanliness and this place is clean. Be prepared to be well pampered! I will certainly be back.
Fabulous spa and awesome services! You cannot beat the rooftop pool! Highly recommend for their services. My only complaint is that they serve suuuuuper low quality wine for very expensive prices and they just changed their food menu and it is not as good as it used to be.
My 90 minutes aromatherapy massage with Gretchen was marvelous.. champagne pedicure with Olga.. wonderful..
This was a lovely treat. Joy was absolutely the best at the massage and I love the spicy margaritas out by the pool.
Not one negative thing to say about my spa day here and Ive frequented most of the valley resort spas. The grotto hot tub with waterfall was my favorite. Cant wait to go back!
Facility is great but the rooftop pool is just plain boring. They missed out on the Mountain Views. Girl at the desk was giving us some attitude the entire time bc I guess we’re young and don’t fit in with the 40+ crowd
If you can get them to answer the phone and make an appointment, then you will probably have a nice experience. There were 5 people behind the desk when I checked in for my appointment, 2 looked like they were capable. No one was on the phone or busy, so I am failing to understand why they cant pick up the phone!
One of the best spas I have been to by far. I went twice while I was in town! Beautiful setting and well thought out amenities. Plus they have Sisley!
Did not have a good experience here. I booked back-to-back treatments and when the first treatment went slightly over time, they advised me that I missed my second appointment. I was having a message, so how would i know the time? They are the ones who schedule me for back-to-back treatments, so shouldnt they also make sure that I get out of treatment on time for the next appointment????
Amazing facilities, first rate treatments and went above and beyond to correct a couple of small errors and a client experience mis-step. Thank you and I will definitely be back!!
Always love a day at the Princess. I had the most Amazing massage from Jeanne, highly recommend!! Will be back often:)
Amazing. Will go back. Massage was fantastic.
Took my 3 boys here to experience a simple pedicure. Staff was extremely nice. I really enjoyed my time.
Service was nice but they sold me a $200 lululemon jacket that retails at lulu for $129 rip off.
Mike and Dani were amazing! The staff were friendly and inviting and the whole experience was perfect.
Ah-mazing! I totally underestimated this place. Far exceeded my expectations. Got the Hot Toddy for the Body and it was glorious.
This spa is fabulous! I had a purification ritual by Stephanie and she was awesome! I will definitely return again and again! LOVED IT!
Great amenities, service and a nice cold plunge pool ! My favourite spa in Scottsdale.
The best decision becoming a member here. I work out and enjoy the amenities. Its beautiful and relaxing and the staff is super.
Amazing facility and amazing people!! Services were top notch and we were very well cared for. Will absolutely go back!
Breathtaking. Had a great time here, and what made it the best was the level of professionalism and keen attentiveness the staff provided. Will definitely be returning in the near future.
Great service, clean, and so worth every penny!! I left feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Great service. Very clean, everyone is accommodating, professional and nice. Mason at the front desk is the best!
Dylan was Fantastic! The Best Facial I have ever had! Can’t wait to return!!!
Awesome spa and great services! Make sure you spend the whole day there as the amenities are fabulous!
Amazing!
Rick did a great job. I totally enjoyed my massage!
My wife went and seemed to have enjoyed it. Which gave me a few hours of free time which I certainly enjoyed
For rich whites! I am Middle Eastern and fell out of place.
