Awesome staff here keep me coming back for all my vape needs. Shout out to Fez and Noah for being some of the friendliest and helpful people Ive encountered in retail. These guys genuinely care that youre getting whats best for you, not just pushing any of the store brand products. Regular sales and you build store credit when you shop. Highly recommended.

The guys that work here are amazing, they are quick to help you find what will fit you best. They aren’t there just to make money they want your vaping experience to be successful. They will help you find the perfect match mod, and juice that fits you based on what you like. The environment is always uplifting and mellow, I personally always feel comfortable and calm walking in and know I’m not going to be taken advantage of. A+ company that’s for sure!!

Great customer service. 2 weeks ago I stopped at Synergy because my Baton vape pen wasnt charging. They gave me a new one immediately. Today I needed some pods, which they had been out of and they gave me a pack of pods at no cost for any inconvenience because they had been out of the pods. I had not needed any until today, but that didnt matter. Impressed. I highly recommend Synergy for all your vaping needs.

I have been coming to this store for 2 years. Fezz and his staff are very knowledgeable. As a 10 year hobbyists I always try new devices. So far everything they suggest fits my style of vape. They take the time to learn what the client likes. For that reason I will continue shopping here.

Truly one of the best shops Ive ever been too. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.Great prices and Im pretty sure theyll price match if you ask nicely. One of the only shops that stands behind their products.They even carry lab grade liquid. Not that mix in house garbage that Ive spent so much money on trying to save a buck.

Staff is always friendly and helpful here. You will be greeted with a decent selection of hardware including options for cosmetic upgrades. The juice here is pre-mixed (read pricy) but is supplied in a nice variety of flavors. Comfy furniture and I even met a dog once. Would recommend.

First time to the North Scottsdale location. Place looks great. Very knowledgeable and patient employees (seems to be the trend in all of their stores). I was able to try out and get an understanding of the products before buying. Skip the cheap stuff at the gas station and go straight to Synergy.

Noah was working when I stopped in and that guy just had an awesome attitude! He had me cracking up the entire time and made the whole thing an experience rather than just walking in and buying a battery. He was very knowledgeable about batteries and CBD. Ill definitely be going back

First Vapor store ive ever been too, and this one sets the standard. Chill employees, large selection, reasonable prices, house made liquid, tasting bar. Definitely will go back!

Very classy and nice vape bar with a bad boy feel. I had just happened to be in the area and stopped in bc I was out of vape juice and was running errands. What a find!! I bought Blackbeards Brew, Hangmans Noose--which is a cereal flavored juice. They had about 6 different cereal flavors and so many other flavor categories with a large selection. It is a little expensive, like $20/30ml but the quality is great. Also---the pictures on here are outdated--its a nice bar with blue lighting. Sorry no pics to post.

Fez and his crew are the best. They are friendly, helpful and know their products inside and out. I highly recommend this place. This is the only vape shop that I personally go to.

Fez was awesome today when I stopped in. Changed my coil for me (I HATE changing coils!) without me having to ask and was well educated on all his vaping products. I will definitely be back and I appreciate the military discount!

Horrible experience purchasing a battery and would not recommend Synergy Vape Labs 2. The salesman, (Chase) advised me that the Koopor battery could also be charged with an adapter, however when I arrived home to charge the battery the adapter would not charge. I called back to Synergy yet to be placed on hold and no answer. Synergy Vapor Labs 2. 👎🏻

If I wanted to buy low grade vape juice that tastes like garbage then Id just go to a convienece store. This is basically the same thing. No variety, and not good customer service. Will not be returning

Ive never walked in and had that vape shop vibe, where there are a bunch of young people just lounging around. I like that. Now if I could just get my mod to work consistently...
