I love this smoke shop, I buy all my incense there and theyre very reasonable with prices. They also are great customer service and welcome you as you walk in the door. I will keep going to this smoke shop as long as it is still existing. I cannot stress enough the great customer interactions that they provide for you. Thank you very much for your awesome prices and I will continue to purchase all my stuff from you

Today at 4:40pm, whoever was working had a horrible attitude. Also when I asked for a piece, he switched the one I picked out for the worst one they had, and I didnt realize it until I got home. I ended up paying over 10 bucks for this! (See attached photos)After years of coming here, usually Im treated really well by all the staff at all the locations. They even all know me on a first name basis!I really hate to give 1 star, but Id like this review to be seen and problem dealt with, then Id be happy to change my review.

The closest vape shop to me and they have everything I could ever want! Great glass section as well. Brewer is always a huge help and extremely friendly, love coming in here!

I went in with a goal and very little knowledge of what I was looking for. David was behind the counter ready for business. He was so patient and extremely helpful. This location always has the best customer service and is so well stocked thats its hard not to find what you are looking for!

Justin really knows his stuff! He was able to help me find the exact perfect vape for me. Delicious. And cool features! Yall gotta check out offstamp. They also have a great selection of smoke essentials in stock. Gonna have to come back after pay day.

Tyler was awesome , spoke with me for about 10 minutes in the shop and made me welcome and I was taken back by the customer service. Great time.

I am beyond disappointed. I have been coming here for years and today on a 109° weather day I was told I cant just hang out inside, which was me waiting not even 5 minutes for my uber tk get here, and after I spend hundreds of dollars here weekly, after this I am reconsidering bringing my business here. I may have to find a new smoke shop after being disrespectfully kicked out into the severe heat.

Sky High is great, their customer service is always on point and they have a huge selection of product to choose from. Tyler is always super helpful and he’s there all the time, always willing to help and suggest different things when you have questions.

Mini is hotter than the heat she’s packing , and also is amazing with customers . Very friendly and greets everyone with a smile! She makes the shop worth shopping .. Old Town Scottsdale’s best smoke shop !

Bomb staff - Tyler, in particular, goes ABOVE AND BEYOND the scope of his role to help me with my selections for vapes and recommendations on merchandise, super helpful, and very knowledgeable- has never steered me in wrong! Guys - go to this place - it’s this Shizzy!!!! They open early and close late! Woo hoo!

I have given this place a shot at least five times and every time out of what I am looking forToday was different because the guy working, who I patiently waited to ask about the product was less then helpful and rude on top of it. When I asked if he could look, he didn’t even try.

**EDIT** Sadly have to drop my 5 star review down to a 1 star.Bought a Sunkist along with my vape. Sunkist was completely flat, no carbonation whatsoever. Tried to return or exchange it on the spot and was told all sales are final, my return denied.Their only other solution? Give me a discount on another potentially flat soda.Avoid buying anything edible in this store if you decide to visit.**Old review: Great shop, lots of variety of stock and helpful staff!Tyler has been helpful each time I been in there!**

Joe is the man!! He knows where everything thats in inventory and very hospitable! He is absolutely respectful and very knowledgeable! Joe treats the store as if he owned it, this man takes initiative!

I went in with my vaporizer to replace the charger for it. I brought in my device to show the associate and they sold me a charger that was not compatible. When I tried using it on multiple vaporizers it did not work. I went back to ask for a refund or exchange with a receipt and they denied me. The associate sold me the wrong device and then I am held at fault. Terrible service I will not ever shop at any of their stores again.

This is my first time coming to the smoke shop. I’m definitely gonna give it a five star. Cool vibes, great product, amazing prices.

I got to this shop almost every few days. The service I receive from Mini and Tyler is exceptional every single time. I feel as though I need to make it known to whoever runs this brand/Company…. I drive past atleast 3 smoke shops including another “Sky High” location, just to shop with these two. Simply because they are alway helpful and even recommend products for me based on my buying. Most times it’s a great recommendation and I love the product. The also found my Wallet in store one night and made sure it got back to me asap! Super grateful for that. Alright! I’m updating my previous review from 4 to 5 stars! The new guy has stopped swearing like a sailor and he now is an absolute joy to do business with and Minnie is such an absolute joy to do business as well!! She has never steered me wrong in her recommendations for flavors as I only buy vapes here but I now have nothing but good experiences with the staff and I am very pleased every time that I go in to the shop! Prices have gone up, a tad, but that’s to be expected with the economy right now and inflation with taxes and everything but this place and the staff here are a pleasure to do business with! If I could work here, I would absolutely drop what I’m doing now to part time and come work for this company (Hint hint management, lol)!! Anyways, This location on Indian school just west of 82nd street is a great place to go for any of your needs, whatever they may be regarding smoke shops. I would absolutely recommend this location 100% of the time! Thank you for the great experiences, every time! You all are awesome! Thank You!😉🙂

Easily my “go to” Smokeshop!! Every time I go in there things are clean and presentable!! Their ejuice selection both (freebase and salt nic)is plentiful with a flavor to meet the “pallet” of even the pickiest of vapers!! Then you take a look at their glass ; they’ve got glass to every budget. LOVE these guys and WILL continue to do business with them 👊🏻👊🏻

It’s 9 and they’re not even open. Can’t stick to their own hours. Even when I’ve been in while they’re open the employee isn’t that friendly. Definitely a step down from the Tempe location.

Im still trying to shake how bad my experience I just had here was. The Gen Z bro working there was visibly annoyed because I asked a few simple questions and he had to do his job (minimally). He told me they didn’t have two different products because it would require him spending a minute or two looking…I ended up finding the two different products he said they didn’t have. He scoffed and his tone was very annoyed when I asked questions like “what is the cheapest priced torch” and “do you have comparable flavors of “X” vape in another brand?To cap it off, it was 9:20pm not 1 other car in the 12 other spots in the parking lot. I was unboxing a vape to try and on the phone when he came out and said “you can’t just hang out in the parking lot”… 1. I’m a paying customer, 2. I had been in the lot (after exiting the store) for a whopping 3-4 mins, and 3. I’m 35 years old, driving a luxury car and doing nothing sketchy.What just happened here was upsetting. Not coming back, at least not during that time/day of the weeks SMH…
