I had a pedicure done today by Kennedy. She did an outstanding job. I was a little nervous that my pedicurist would make fun of my weird feet, but she didn’t! She graded those dogs like a block at parmesan at the Olive Garden. I’m definitely recommending her to all my friends and family.

I got my nails done 2 days ago and i was pretty disappointed about it. She could have done better on triming cuticles and getting a color coat on my nails. While my nail body is not wide, she made it look even smaller.Oh also, the chair was super uncomfy. There was no foot rest, and there was not enough space to place my feet becuz the nail techincian’s feet were just right in front of mine. The setup is quite weird.Definitely Would not recommend.

I got a lash lift & tint before going on vacation, and had a great experience! Samantha was super friendly and made sure that I had comfortable experience. I especially appreciated how she explained what she was doing throughout certain points in the process and she made it a point to check in with me to make sure I was still doing okay :) Thank you so much Samantha!

Friendly staff and has become my go-to.Though at times,Ive noticed my service are sped through and the aftermath is visible less than a week later.My manicures would last at least 3 weeks looking decent but nowadays its sometimes sloppy.🤷🏾

I’ve been going to this place for a few years now and Antulio is the best therapist I met. My neck and shoulder feel a lot better after getting massage from him. I have to drive 1-1.5hr for appointment but it totally worth it! I’ve been many different spa places not only in WA but also other countries. Hands down he is the best. So lucky to have Antulio and InSpa team in this town!!

Helen gave me a great signature mani/pedi at the U Village InSpa. As usual she was professional and gave me a great and relaxing mani/pedi.

I had the weirdest facial of my life here. The girl cleaned my eyelashes for a uncomfortable amount of time. I’ve never had my eyelashes cleaned during a facial, so that was already weird, but this went on for some time. She also gave what I assume was a masseter massage on my cheeks very aggressively. This was really uncomfortable and also lasted quite a long time. There was no communication to tell me what she was doing like when she, I think, started using a microderm tool and started attacking my face. The end results were good but the whole experience was terrible and uncomfortable, will never return.

I went in for my first facial with Erica and was a bit nervous, as I was hoping for the price that I would see good results. Thankfully, it was a success! She was kind, put me at ease, and was knowledgeable about what my skin needed and even used her past knowledge as a makeup artist to consult me on piling concerns. The price is high but with the high quality products and how good your skin looks after it’s well worth it! I will be going back and will ask for Erica!

Nails technician Helen was friendly and service was nice. Place is clean and easy to book online and last minute. Easy parking due to the location.

Had a last lift done here about 5 years ago. The lady didnt seem to know what she was doing, the treatment was painful, and the result was some of my eyelashes being creased in half with even more falling out. Horrible. I called a couple days later to let them know it didnt take, after they said to me dont worry that you dont see any curl right now, it might develop in a day or so when I was checking out of my appointment with no results. They at least offered to put a credit back on my account in the amount that the lash lift was for.I moved away for college and so I did not have many opportunities to utilize this credit right away, but I was specifically told that it wouldnt expire so I didnt feel rushed to make it into the spa again. However, I now inquired about the credit on my account wanting to use it to book some kind of service, and I just was told they couldnt find anything in my file about a credit, or even any kind of note regarding how terribly the lash lift service went for me (they did, however, see that I had the lash lift done. So, no one thought to leave a comment in my file about how badly it had gone..?). I asked if the credit had in fact expired, they said its possible. No offer of a solution to this or any interest expressed in wanting me to be willing to try InSpa again.I wish I had insisted on getting reimbursed for the trash service I received here 5 years ago, but I made the mistake of trusting that the credit would remain safely on my account. Now I have no desire to ever give this place another chance since I was robbed of $115+.

The service was fine, but at the end the nail technicain felt my toenails and said they were dry enough to leave the salon in my regular shoes, not the provided flip flops. Apparently they werent and my pedicure was completely destroyed within 15 min. Thats an honest mistake and had they fixed it I would have still left a very positive review.I returned, as soon as I noticed (within 30 min of my appointment) and politely asked them to fix it. The person at the front desk flat out refused and told me Id have to wait over an 1.5 hours. Thats not acceptable, I have a life and I had other appointments I was willing to wear the disposable shoes and was told I wouldnt need to. It would have taken less than 10 min to repaint them. I told her I would accept a refund instead as I could not wait around, I had other appointments. She told me she was also not able to issue a refund. She seemed rather unapologetic about sending the message I was expected to pay full-price for a totally trashed pedicure unless I had nothing better to do than wait around for when someone happened to be free. Apparently no one at the front desk has any actual authority to do anything and they are totally unmoved if you are dissapointed in your service. I really regret tipping 20%, this place is already way more expensive than the competition and they dont provide the customer-oriented attitude to back it up.I was told someone would call me back, no one ever did. We had to call them again, and they flat out refused to give a refund. Offering to have me drive all the way back after Ive already left is not sufficient. They were SUPER unapologetic and they do not warrantly their work. They straight up told me shouldnt have trusted the nail tech. Go elsewhere, they dont care if you are happy with your service or not and for the price they really should care.

Laurel is such an amazing massage therapist!!! She is so knowledgeable and really takes the time to ask me how I’m feeling and what I’d like to focus on in my massage. She is an expert at relieving tension while maintaining comfort. I highly recommend seeing Laurel for massage!!

Had a great time for a facial. While the producer was on my face waiting for it’s effect she massage my neck and shoulders the whole time. It was perfect.

I loved the massage. The deep tissue massage is super good. The therapist Derek was super friendly and professional in his technique. The only thing that I would complaint is that this spa store is a bit pricey and it has high prices. Other than that, the massage is good. If the price gets a bit lower, I can come more often. I wish to come more. When I made the appointment for today and talked with them, I wanted to add the Himalayan salt stones, but they said they do not have Himalayan salt stones. I wish I could try the Himalayan salt stones

Derek gives the best massages. He finds the muscles that need to be worked on. He is very professional and does exactly what you ask for. I always leave InSpa feeling very relaxed.

Just got my lashes done by Jade and she was amazing. Super nice, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and was just really fun to talk to! My lashes look stunning!

By far the worst and most un relaxing pedicure experience of my entire life. Such a disappointment.I specifically chose this place for Mothers Day to treat my Mom to something nice, and booked us reservations weeks in advance. The building looks very nice and the prices are sky high so I assumed we would be getting the ultimate comfort and relaxation experience.Oh my gosh, you would be FAR better going to any traditional hole in the wall salon. I cannot even fathom why I chose these outrageous prices to1. Not sit with my Mom, but in an isolated chair across the room from her. They dont even give you the option to sit by your guest.2. Stick my feet in a bowl of hot water. Thats it. Its just a bowl of hot water, no jets, no foot massage, nothing else to it. LAME.3. The most uncomfortable chairs EVER!!!There is no place to even rest your legs and you sit there, basically in a non reclining office chair with your legs scrunched up like youre here for a Pap smear. I cant even believe how outrageously priced this place is. It was a horrible experience !!!Oh and their color selection sucks!!! I had to chose a color I didnt even like because theres hardly any to chose from.By the way, my nail technician did a fantastic job!! She is the only good part of this experience. But shame on the owners for price gouging customers just to give them such a low budget, uncomfortable experience.

Such a bad massage experience. The person felt super inexperienced (though very nice!), and I walked out so disappointed for the money I spent. Won’t be back. Very strange vibe inside as well. 😫

If I could I would give 6 stars to their customer service. I had booked my appointment online incorrectly and in-spa was fully booked but as soon as I told them this manicure and pedicure was supposed to be for my wedding they went above and beyond, called other customers and managed to accommodate me. I really really appreciate their understanding and amazing customer service.

I was given a standard facial by my son for a birthday gift. I had to change the original time. When I called, I upgraded my facial from 60 minutes to 75 to get more extractions. It would be $25 more. That is what I wanted. Gwen, the esthetician, said I would do better with another type of facial without even looking at my skin. I got like three extractions and noted at the end that it was only 60 minutes. I found Gwen phony and a product pusher. When asked about it, the receptionist said that I got a better facial meaning the product was higher grade I guess, but it was 60 minutes and more money. I was so confused. I felt swindled. I called when I got home and was told I could get a discount on my next service. Worst customer service - refund the $25 at the very minimum! The place is dated, products for sale don’t look inviting and there’s an area as you walk down the hall where they’ve just thrown a bunch of furniture and other stuff. Looks awful. Not UVillage standards. And that was my first and last time at In Spa.

The staff are very professional and they take good care of me. I’m usually stressed when I get there but feel so much better when I leave. In Spa is my go to for relaxation!

Ive been looking around for a really good facial spa and this place is the real deal! The heated sheets and warm towels were heavenly, I noticed a humidifier in room as well soft music was playing in the background and the lady helping me was such a delight easliy exceeded my expectations I scheduled 2 more visits after the 1st and Im elated to go back I just found my new happy place the prices are unbeatable as well all around 10/10 experience.

I was the ONLY person in the salon the Monday before Christmas. Helen did a great job, didnt rush, did my full services and stayed a bit over to get my mani and pedi done right. I have come her before and will continue to come here. Great experience.

I came to the u village in spa for my first ever facial. It was the “quick” facial. I had a great and relaxing experience! The woman Jayed was super nice & a great people person! I definitely recommend Jayed when you visit this location!!

Great place, went for facial but ended up having dermaplaning as suggested by the beautician, it was so worth and result was great! Jade was very friendly and she explained all the process and what is best for my skin.will visit again!

I had a really bad experience here last month. A facial was recommended by the esthetician which left my forehead covered in small itchy bumps for weeks. I reached out to Inspa twice for guidance and no one bothered to return my messages. After seeking medical care, it turns out it was an allergic reaction to their products. I definitely will not be returning.

My favorite place for nails and massage. Went here for many years while I lived on the west coast. I live on the east coast now and always look forward to scheduling appointments at InSpa when I’m visiting the west coast.

I went in for a relaxing facial and will NOT be going back. I had to hear about how wrong my skin routine was, how I needed to see a dermatologist, that I was dehydrated and then total pressure to buy their products. For $105.00, I just wanted a nice way to treat myself on my birthday. Nope. Ill be looking for another place.

I have been a customer at InSpa since 2000. The spa is clean, and all of the technicians work very hard and do a great job. I usually get pedicures at InSpa and I highly recommend them to your family and friends.

I totally love this place. Great InSpa Signature pedicures and facials. They also have services for men as well. Their prices are fairly reasonable and you can usually get in/out fairly quickly. I do reccomend scheduling your appts, however, they also do walk-ins as well.

The technician who I was scheduled with was NOT vaccinated against Covid and I was not told this. Fortunately I asked her before spending 30 minutes in a small room with her breathing over my face and rescheduled with someone else. If you schedule with InSpa be sure to ask if your technician is vaccinated cause they arent offerring that information up front.

Helen is the most professional and hard working nail technician imaginable. It is such a treat to receive treatment from her. Her attention to detail is unmatched!

Big thanks to Nina who did great job to my feet before New Year Eve: I have perfect pedicure now! Will be coming back for sure!

This salon is one of my favorite spots in Seattle. They always accomodate my schedule and the results are marvelous. The nail technicians are very friendly and professional and everything is clean.

Jayde at U Village Inspa is a gem. Shes friendly and considerate. Go see her, you wont regret it.

I wanted a simple toe nail clipping at an affordable price and found it at Inspa. The place is clean. The people are great. She did a great job.

I usually just have my eyebrows waxed. Jayde is amazing. They are perfect every time. The wax is never too hot and it never hurts me.

Mediocre pedicure (got the Classic) with messy uneven polish that chipped the next day. The nail person forgot to apply the finishing/drying top coat. Definitely not worth $42.

Good customer service. Have gotten eyebrow waxes, pedicure and massage. They’re great and online scheduling is nice too. Free parking in U Village!

I liked this place.They were so helpful and lovely to my 13 year old daughter. She listened and took their advice, about her skin. Clean and professional.

I came here after getting a toenail fungus at one of the neighborhood salons. This is a place where tools are sterilized after every use and the health and safety of patrons and staff are of highest concern.

Happy wife happy life. They also have seats for visitors (aka husband) to wait 😉.

I’ve gone there a few times now and all the girls have completely butchered my nail shape. I can do a better manicure myself at home
