The service attitude of this shop is excellent, the staff is very professional, and the massage techniques are on point. From entering to leaving, I felt their professionalism and warmth. The therapists skills are really amazing.

I was doing shopping at the small plaza and noticed the Cozy Spa.The place is nice and clean. Gilrls there are professional. The rate is fare. Parking is convenient since its at plaza. Overall experience is great. Definitely will visit the Spa next time I am doing shopping.

I want for back pain, but the service was pour , the lady was texting first 20 minutes and 20 minutes poor massage, iam still missing my other 20 minutes one hour ,, she argued to pay extra?please make good service to get fat trip.

I just called to see if there was a wait and the ladies act like they dont understand English. I hung up.

I would like to get an appointment for next week. Whenever I call, the woman pick up the phone and always says, busy, busy, busy..... I think they should hire a person who can communicate atleast. I live in Southwest and it is very important to communicate for a growing community.

I think this is the best massage Ive ever had. Very skillful technique and considerate service. The environment is very good, making people feel very comfortable and relaxed.
