I’ve been coming to this shop since I moved into the neighborhood six months ago and even though their prices are slightly higher than some other spots, they were always nice and it’s convenient. On Sunday 1/29 I went in for some liquid and coils. One bottle of liquid and a 5 pack of coils cost $66.85. I was distracted so I paid and went to my car. Then it occurred to me that coils should not cost that much. Liquid is usually like $33 and change! Sure enough, I looked at the box and it said $6.99 I went back in and politely said to the clerk that I think he overcharged me. He said no, the price is 6.99 PER COIL—but assured me he only charged me 5.99 per coil. I told him that’s not correct. Market standard is not to charge for “loosies”. Then he yelled at me that I was being rude and demanded to know why I think he overcharged me. I went back outside. Looked up the standard price and went back in to show him. I asked him to refund just the coils, but he demanded I return the liquid as well. I said, no, I want to keep the liquid but if you’re charging $7/coil I’ll go elsewhere for that. He refused to refund me, said he was just an employee and said I have to come back when the owner is there. He would not tell me the owners name, or when they would be in next and proceeded to go back to his seat behind the counter and ignored me. Honestly, it felt shady as hell. I will never go back and everyone else should watch it when they come in here. Coils should not cost $7 a piece and I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to charge 5x the sticker price on anything. Listed prices need to be honored. They should also provide itemized receipts. I don’t write reviews and I typically don’t make complaints that would get a fellow working person into trouble but this guy was super aggressive and flat out ripped me off. Either this kind of thing is store policy, or this particular person is running a scam. If it’s the store then this is beyond unacceptable. If it’s just this guy he needs to learn about not screwing over your neighbors who also work hard for their money.

Mohammad helped me choose the right vape. He was very kind and friendly and provided excellent service. The location was actually perfect too! I came from the freeway exit, ran in to get grab a vape and hopped right onto 99. will definitely come back!

Clerk makes great recommendations. Mostly good products and competitive prices. Saw some bad vape reviews but I don’t vape, and I’ve been really happy with my purchases. I drove by many times, and regret not checking it out sooner.

These guys are freaking awesome!! They are so friendly, knowledgeable, and truly care about their customers and have a huge selection of vapes and vape juices along with pipes, bongs, etc. Jordan is great and really makes a point to become friends with his customers! I bought a vape last week and said I dont need a receipt but when I got home and opened it up, it didnt turn on. I went back a couple days later to return it and a different guy, Mohammed, was working. He called Jordan immediately and fixed the issue by letting me exchange the vape which I really appreciated since I didnt have the receipt and I was worried I would be screwed. They really know their stuff and helped me set up the vape and show me how it works, and always recommend great products! This place is really popular for a reason! Hands down the best vape store in Seattle!! Dont judge this little place based on the outside. The inside is amazing and is much bigger than it looks on the outside, a vapers/smokers paradise. Check it out!! The store is great on its own but the staff is what truly makes the experience a place to come back to over and over. Sometimes I come back a day or two later because I have a question and they are more than happy to help! These guys are the best and I am proud to support their business.

Had an awesome experience at greenlake smoke! Came in to buy a new vape mod and Muhammad helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even called his boss to help me as much as possible, when I got home and opened my device up it did not come with batteries and the guys at greenlake smoke were kind enough to throw in a discount for me having to travel back to the shop plus a free beverage ! Good selection of vape products as well!

The guy that works here is awesome, definitely born to be a salesman, he took the time to look through his products and even opening brand new products just so i can see how they work. Awesome attitude. Always a pleasure to come in

I called in to check if they had my specific brand of juice, and the owner was very kind and sought it out for me. Less than 24 hours later and I was able to come in and pick up 2 bottles of my brand of juice. I have purchased from here before and was always very pleased but this especially amazed me. I wasn’t even charged extra for him going out of his way for a random customer. I’m very happy with my experience here :))

This place had a great selection, at a great price. I found what I was looking for, and ended up leaving with three very inexpensive glass pieces. The man who was working was extremely helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

My experience at the shop is with his UPS SERVICE. I had a package that was supposed to be at this location, stopped by twice, and the owner took it upon himself to help me get my package. UPS uses this location as a last destination, and it is an excellent location for a UPS pick up. The few minutes that I spent asking for help were more than I expected for being a nuisance. If you need a last destination pick up for your UPS, this is the best place for that. Drew

I cannot say enough about this place. My experience started out with me calling to see if they had a particular product in stock. I usually buy this product from another place, but they were going to be out of stock for at at least a week. Sure enough, Greenlake Vape had it in stock. I don’t get off until 6pm but this place stays open until 8pm, which is great for people like me. When I went in to buy my product, I was greeted with the most helpful gentleman. I’m not sure if he is the owner, but he was willing to go the extra mile for my continued business, such as with price matching to competitors. He was also very knowledgeable and recommended a better device than my current. I will definitely be returning for my vape needs in the future.

Great variety here 👍 I get all my salts & pods here - big selection- but I come for the kratom 🙏🏻 this is the only place in town where Ive seen Kick Kratom for sale (and good kratom matters!)They sell a variety of brands of kratom here (Krave, OPMS, Whole Herbs, Kick...) available in capsules, and powder if thats your thing, and a few different kinds of kratom concentrates as well 🤯But the stuff in the black bag is way stronger than Krave or the other brands Ive tried.They sell OPMS brand kratom concentrate shots for $5 - $10 less than all the other shops sell it.Really they have everything here, large selection from whip its to mods, e-juices,bongs, bowls, grinders, disposable Puff bars- and snacks! 😛 - everything you could possibly need at a smoke shop basically- at lower prices 😎

Came here to drop off my uhaul as instructed from my reservation email. Store owner said they’re not taking uhauls due to them being shut down due to covid19. If you’re “shut down” why are you still selling your merchandise without even wearing a mask? Terrible experience.
