Becareful with what you order from this Uncle Ike location. Budtenders here will try to argue about price differences when things dont add up on the check out process. When you make your order online or in person, make sure you check the weight of the labels. I wont be coming back to a location with people who cant even correctly check weight measurements or maybe its just intentional based on the bad reputation I have been hearing from other people who go to this location. It must feel embarrassing when a customer calls you out for your mistake and you still want to argue with a customer over your mistake? Have your employee go back to school for math.Edit 03/04/2024I appreciate the manager reaching out regarding my previous review. It seems there was an accidental discrepancy between the stated product weight and the amount I was charged. While Im sure misrepresenting weight intentionally is not your policy, reviewing the scales and cash handling procedures could help prevent similar issues in the future. Providing additional staff training on reviewing products and processing returns may also be beneficial. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention so you can improve operations before it gets reported to the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board for not following state mandatory standard.

Great place BUT I do not like being told our debit\credit is down please use our in-house ATM with only a small fee 🙄🙄🙄 This seems to be a common theme in the pot shops Ive visited on the hill & in u-district & they get all weird when Im like oh ok Ill run & get cash back at Safeway I did see people waiting in line to use the atm to then buy pot so i a good hustle to make some extra cash, & im guessing most people go to the same pot shop every time like its their new dealer... So they dont see its a bunch of the pot shops not just theirs. Ive never been to a store in Seattle that had debit issues like this 😂😂 its 2024 I think weve worked out the kinks -- so as soon as I can use debit they get 5 stars 🤩

Had a great time last Saturday night shopping, the girl with green hair(Emma I think, ngl I forget peoples names a lot) helped me pick what weed I wanted. I just got back into smoking after moving to the area from an illegal state and she was super knowledgable about the different typed of flower and the effects they had
Emma was wonderful! She listened to what I was looking for and made recommendations based on my likes and dislikes. I have never come across someone so helpful and genuine. I would go back just for her!

I have come to Uncle Ikes three times now. Everytime everyone has been so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! This last time I was there, the ever awesome Luis Castillo greeted me at the door, checked my ID, and never makes me feel bad for talking his ear off by asking questions about his family, plans, or deepest desires for his future. I am usually already a little toasty when I get there, so I order online and everyone makes sure it all goes smoothly. Only downside is no veterans discount, even if you are service connected disabled. Love it here, love the vibe, love the peeps!!
While maybe seen as the big chain, the people at this store are always helpful and insightful. They truly care about getting you the best product for your needs and helping out the customer. Joel for example helped educate on RSO and proper techniques to making homemade edibles. Really love to crew and keep up the good work!

Ever since moving to Capitol Hill earlier this year, Uncle Ikes has been my go to place for marijuana. They are very knowledgeable of so many different strains, and generally want to make it a pleasant experience for you. Theyll also let you look at the product to really make sure its something you want. I think by now many of them kinda know what I enjoy, and so theyll quickly have a few different options ready to go.On top of everything, every single bud tender Ive dealt with has been quite pleasant and has provided great customer service. Hope theyll stick around for awhile!

Does not honor posted ptices for products. Pre-ordered an item and at pick up they say we cant honor the price advertised on site, saying its an error. Go to the Reef instead they honor advertised prices and understand customer service unlike Ikes. Reef gives 20% discount to vets and active military.
Good selection, good prices, service is usually fast and nice... Though I have had consistent issues of being given different product than requested without notification, mis-labeling of products from the website and in-store, and receiving unsealed bags of weed.Update 8/17/22: Most issues have been resolved one year on. Bags sealed, information matches and prompt notices!
This is my regular shop! Krystal and her girls, Bella and M (blanking on her name; actress shorty with the glasses), make me feel like family every time I’m in. As always Uncle Ikes is one of the best dispensaries in all the Seattle. Budtenders are always chill especially Ted at Cap Hill. Plus pre-orders are always right and quick. Would recommend 100% to anyone who is looking for good smoke.
Some good deals occasionally, staff seemed knowledgeable all though some where unfriendly and often it feels as though you are expected to order or know what you wanted ahead of time. Parked in there lot to go across the street and then go inside and got a non window safe sticker saying I was going to be towed next time stuck on my window which deterred me from going this time and instead spent 15 minutes scrapping it off.... parking is sketchy apparently. Would have rated a little higher if not for the parking incident.
Very friendly, helpful staff. I came in looking for an indica for my chronic insomnia, and their knowledgeable budtender suggested Atticus Indica, which is great, because now I sleep through the night without waking up too early, and wake up feeling rested and refreshed. Its wonderful!

I was recently visiting Washington to see some friends. It was my first time in the area and I was told this was the place to go. So I stopped by and let me tell you, it was in fact the place to go. They have a very good selection and great staff. The manager on shift (Zach I believe - funny guy with long hair and a beard) was so helpful. His name should be Santa because he spread more joy than the upcoming holidays ever could. I will definitely come back next time I am in the area again

After visiting Uncle Ike’s you soon realize why they’re the number one shop in Seattle. Their bud tenders are the best in the business with a wealth of knowledge. It also helps that they’re super friendly. The best part is the conscience they provide with pre orders to help me skip the long line, plus they give you a discount AND they have an awesome reward program that gives me an opportunity to save a ton of money. Give them a try and I promise you won’t want to go anywhere else.
Decent prices, waiting on their manager to provide me with a license # read of the car that hit me in their lot earlier this week. The goods must be quite strong because most of their customers dont make it too far from the door, usually settling down on the sidewalk for an extended period. If youre willing to stumble across this, you should consider shopping here.
Its Ikes - great service, great selection, everything priced appropriately for its grade, just like all the other locations. Parking is available, not a lot but its there. You can pre-order via in-store tablets or you phone before you join the queue - if it is crowded and you know what you want it can save you a few minutes when you get to the counter.
Whenever I come to the store there is a great selection and the staff are awesome leaving me smiling and happy on my way out. Marvin who works security is one of those awesome staff that I look forward to seeing and saying hello to on my way in. He makes you feel welcome there☺️ This store is definitely one of the only shops I go to.
I came in to the shop with only a rough idea of what I wanted, which was a joint to smoke and something to snack on. The budtender (regrettably I dont remember his name) was amazing in the help that he provided. He asked me a couple of questions about each type of product I was looking for, and then came back with a range of options based on my answers. He was cheerful and engaging, and really helped make the whole encounter very enjoyable.Large selection, clean store, excellent location.
Best place to get cheap deals in the neighborhood, although the service by female bud-tender is not always attentive or helpful at all. My experience with a rude female bud-tender has imprinted a negative experience with uncle Ikes. Reminds when I want quality,price and professionalism to shop elsewhere.
Im giving this place 4 stars to keep its average rating. I havent been able to enter because I didnt have US-issued ID. I had my own countrys official ID card on me and explained that I was not from here. Visitors, beware, this place does not like us. (I ended up going to a different store instead, one that maybe did not have the selection that Uncle Ikes has.)

Was in town on vacation and visited the capital hill location. Had a lot of questions about edibles and controlling chronic pain. Great selection and some of the best prices Ive ever seen, but good lord are their employees miserable! Either Uncle Ikes will hire literally anyone with any work history or they treat their budtenders like human garbage. Im writing this after 3 different encounters where, to put it lightly, it was very obvious the person behind the counter wanted nothing to do with me. They just wanted me to get stuff and go. Nothing but one word answers and shrugs and such. I wanna keep coming here, guys, but somethings gotta give with the vibe in that place. Also, 2 out of 3 of the aforementioned employees were really sweaty... not sure if thats related or not but it definitely stood out.
Being a regular I have probably spent thousands by now, Im stopping because I noticed how slimey the ownership was being...discount use to be 15% then they made it 30% and raised everything up by 15% so it can offset and after that made the 30% rare af with everything now costing more than it ever did. I paid less with 15% discount just last year than I am now with 30%.
I came in earlier this week to get my regular Dabulous cartridge like I always do when this long haired guy (I think his name tag said Zak) decided to educate me on the variety of quality I had yet to see, for only $10 more. I chose the London pound cake from MFUSED and couldn’t be more satisfied.

Cheap weed is the only reason to come here.This is a burn and turn store, they do what they do very well. They get a 2 star review because their customer service is spotty at best. Maybe it’s because they’re so busy. Idk. Idc. As a consumer I at least want the person talking to me to be knowledgeable, the budtenders here are kind of just glorified cashiers. I’m sure some of their budtenders are awesome, I just haven’t seen it and I’ve been to the store at least 50 times in the last 2 years. Being knowledgeable about every product you carry goes a long way for certain people ( like me)If you know what you want and want a deal this is the perfect spotIf you wanna have a conversation about exactly what your looking for and what suits you best you’re better off going to Wallingford/Fremont/ Queen Anne neighborhoods to grab your weed. Service is awful top to bottom. the door pleb, victor, tried to tell me how to cross the street (after i crosses legally at the walk with cara on both sides stopped safely for me)— and wouldn’t let me in when i protested habius corpus. it’s not your right to tell me what to do with my body, especially outside the bounds of your shop. disgusted with this treatment from a business i’ve supported since the beginning. i’ll make a point of never recommending ike’s, especially this location after today.
Shout out to the budtender Erica H. she was able to really help me find what I needed. Also I saw her signing ASL to another customer and its nice to see this level of care from an employee.
My only complaint is you took a near perfect simple online pre-order menu and changed it but not for the better. Your search options are limited They added huge photos of each item so you have to scroll endlessly and keep clicking for it to show more until you finally just feel like giving up. You cant search by thc % And now you have to use your full name which is right there on the shelf for all the customers to read. Thats weird. It didnt used to be this complicated just to pre-order some herb. I will check back to see if its improved but today I rate it a Buzz Kill.
Budtender referred to rosin as something they knew little about then proceeded to inform me it was just another extraction process then I asked how it was made. They had no answer but got offended. Interesting way to serve a customer

Very disappointed and disgusted with the lack of customer service at this location.. If you are a person that likes to pre order your product I would NOT recommend you coming here. They will give you a skimpy bag of weed and when you ask to see a different bag of the same exact thing they tell you no they will not show you cause you already pre ordered so you get what you get. A major rip off in my opinion and a great way to lose customers. Any other dispensary you go to and pre order they show you multiple bags if your not happy with the bag they have selected.. Was denied entry despite having multiple valid forms of ID. I was told this wasnt their rule but one from the liquor and cannabis board but confirmed directly with the board that there is no such restriction. Very fast and helpful staff for the most part, however when looking for a good, strong pre rolled joint a budtender suggested a brand called machine gun, I spent 9$ on a joint & it barely did anything for me. I really wanted to get blasted as I am alone om thanksgiving this year. I went to unroll the roach to pack a bowl with it and it didnt look like marijuana at all, it looked like pieces of green paper. When I went to smoke it it didnt taste like marijuana either, the taste reminded me of k2 which I smoked a few times back in 2011..... I doubt it was that but couldve been like filler paper? It didnt even look like shake. Even if it was shake I shouldnt be spending 9$ on a joint rolled with shake. I put a picture of google photos here. Also, I pre-ordered a cartridge for a vape pen, and I guess I mistakenly bought one for a new brand they just brought in, thinking all of the cartridges fit the one vape pen I already had because another store told me it was unnecessary to pull mine out to figure out sizes because theyre universal. They didnt mention this to me & I couldnt return it due to laws I guess. They sold me the new vape pen instead... Which I had to buy because I smoke to medicate myself.... It isnt their fault but it would have been great if they mentioned the cartridge was for a new vape pen that many stores dont have yet.
Selling old, dead weed that doesnt have harvest dates and you cant really tell looking at the packaging from far away. You dont notice until you leave and open it later to find it smells worse than oregano. And the manager was no help and refused to offer anything. Very bad business. Will not go to them ever again.

Told me they had the vape peice i needed, quotes me a price i was 1$ short for in cash....so i get raped at the atm there.....then the guy laughed after i return and tells me he was wrong and i needed to go to 23rd....where i wouldnt need cash.....he could have simply checked before telling me they had it knowing i was going to incurr fees....3 for their atm and 5 for my bank.....funny how bud cn cost you even when you dont buy anything......i this store was really busy and customer service seems to reflect their not needing individuals buisness....I will stick to my regular haunt on 4th for product and just go to 23rd for hardware....always had great service at 23rd glass shop....I wont be coming back to cap hill for hardware thats for sure..Make sure they have what you want before getting cash put their atm.. ...

I would watch it if youve never been here before..they try to unload the overpriced stuff on you. if there is something else you would rather have they try to slip you the schwag. make sure to check before you pay because they might sell you high price ditch weed. they get short with you if you disagree with them.
