Ok so overall this place is pretty awesome it’s been my go to pot shop. Everyone has been cool until today one employee made a horrible impression. I parked facing backwards (yes they have signs saying not to) and when I walked out and employee was right in front of me and instead of saying anything to me SLAPPED (I mean as hard as she could) a sticker on my car saying not to park like that. She hit the car so hard my dog was crying inside. Multiple people in the parking lot saw it and all thought the employee was being extremely rude. I tried calling and speaking to a manager who really did not care at all until she could hear other people in the background talking about how rude the lady was. The response from the manager was “ok so is that it?” Eventually the manager did seem apologetic but this was a terrible experience for me and even more so my dog.

Used to come here pretty regularly to get dabs, wont be back.Im pretty sure the person who was working the door tonight is a racist. I tried to point out that they had a sticker with racist under tones (WASP, or White Anglo Saxon protestant) attached to their bike rack. The person got incredibly defensive, like theyre the one who placed it there.

The staff here are all so friendly and helpful! Yaz was especially patient with me as a beginner. She took the time to recommend good products and explain to me almost everything. I had a great experience and will definitely be back!!!

You BETTER NOT complain about your order, being messed up, because they will ban you for it. One of their melanated DEI budtenders is VERY SENSITIVE…So, be VERY Careful how you talk to her, Because she will get you banned for absolutely NO REASON!!

There are several very helpul staff people here and it is very accepting of alternative indentities. Lou recently was very helpful and spent some very appreciated time helping me identify specific strains that are best suited to my medical and lifestyle needs. As someone with more than a passing education on such matters I appreciated the tone, the words they used, their clear understanding of what I was asking about without complicating it with too many if/or choices and/or industry jargon. Felt like I was speaking to one of my favorite grad school professors about some vexing issue. As noted, there are three other staff members there who are also very good at doing this. Lou just really made my day.Only complaint is that as a pedestrian I always fear and dread navigating that very car-centric parking lot. Since they blocked access through the liquor store deck it is manifestly even more dangerous. Too many people pull in and out of it without thought to people on foot in this high pedestrain use zone. It can at times be very dangerous so be aware and cautious. I have brought it up randomly with staff and mostly I just get acknowledgement, empathy, combined with shrugs when it comes to solutions, hence minus one star.

This place is great! Weve been a couple of times. Great service; knowledgeable, patient staff. You get what you pay for - service comes at a premium, so do the quality goods. They stand by everything, and are very reasonable - we bought some glass that has outlasted anything else, we thought it was expensive then, worth it now.

Once again I have to change my review, uncle ikes updated website is impossible to use and offers very limited information about the products available and doesnt give an accurate price for anything. Get it together Uncle Ike, youre letting your customers down.

LOL, it seems like once a year this store/brand blows me away in the oddest ways possible. Adopting a “new price model” that increases the hell out of product prices just so the discounts look/sound better to the customer? Yeah, no. That’s corny af and I’m done after today’s purchase. Please understand how *crazy* you look to be the ONLY store selling a particular brands ounce for $522 when it’s still $380 elsewhere. Same brand, the eighths are now $80+ here as opposed to $60-$62 elsewhere… or I should say everywhere else. You can’t even price match at this point without losing money to the price increases you’ve put in place. Again, you look crazy and it definitely is shady business, which another customer pointed out. You can’t even blame wholesale prices going up—they’re only charging Uncle Ike’s more expensive wholesale pricing? Uhhkay.

I decided to make a online order for this location yesterday on 11/21/23 at around 9:00PM because I heard good reviews about this Uncle Ike location. As I walk into the store, the female security who was working the door was cool about me not allowing her to touch my ID. The security guard showed me how to scan my ID to proceed with picking up my online order with my friend who came with me. After the security guard let us inside, the male who was by himself working the counter was making small talk behind our back towards the security guard and I can tell it was in regards to not wanting my ID touched. After my friend pulled her money out of the ATM, we walk up to the male bud-tender who did not look enthusiastic after we told him we were a online pick up. After the male bud-tender handed our stuff back, he slammed the cash register and didnt even say thank you then proceeded to walk away saying something under his breath. I never had this experience happen at the Olive Way location, you might want to rethink who you hire, maybe the bud-tender was having a bad day but it serves no right to be unprofessional and disrespectful to your local customers. My friend was very uncomfortable with the interaction and service that was provided at this Uncle Ikes location. I will not be returning to this location.

Prices are good and service is usually good but they have messed up my preorders a number of times and a manager hasn’t been on site to fix them and since I paid I have no option to get a refund without waiting for a manager. Sigh. Should have gone elsewhere which I already know I should have cause you know, the politics.

I am a tourist and I don’t take my passport everywhere, cause it’s dangerous. Only my international drives license, that was not accept in this place, cause he said he can’t accept a document from Brasil, but this document it’s from an American company. My visa, that is a document official from the government, they also didn’t accept. So if you are a tourist in town, avoid this dispensary, cause they are just interesting to work for locals. Good lucky

I normally come in to buy, and was excited to see a 30% off sale today, however when I went in, everything was 30% off but they had raised the prices so much that almost everything cost the same or was more expensive?? Shady shady buisness...

Im still trying to figure out why the regular 8ths are so expensive compared to every other dispensaries ie mt baker goes for like 20 25 but here its 30+ which is strange

I didn’t feel great after my visit to Ike’s. I asked for a cartridge, and the budtender produced a surprisingly expensive one for me. I asked about the high price, and he assured me their prices are the best. Only later I realized that he sold me a 1 gram cart, which is double the normal size. I don’t appreciate this kind of stuff. And with plenty of other pot shops in Seattle, I have no reason to go back.

I’ve had a pretty consistent experience at Ike’s. Staff are always great and very helpful. Prices vary but you can get some good quality bud for not a lot of money. They definitely need an area for newbies who have a lot of questions they tend to take up a lot of time and no one likes to wait in a checkout line for a long time.

The best part about Uncle Ikes is Blair...she is so knowledgeable and friendly and helps me pick the right product. Also, I miss seeing her...she is not there as much, and I miss her customized, stellar service.

This store has one of the better selections that Ive found. The budtenders are top notch. Specifically, David, Luke, and Rae are extremely knowledgeable and give the best recommendations. Everyone is very helpful though!

Very friendly and helpful. The Brand is in control of several different niches in the same location. Ike creates a unique one stop shop. While youre there you can wash your car and stock your liquor cabinet too.

Very friendly and helpful bud tenders. They have several shops so they are cheaper than most shops with the same or, in my experience Better Products with Better Selection. Every time I have a question they answer the phone so delightfully and they can get me an answer with just a quick check. Fast response and always polite. Cash only, please tip your budtender, especially when they make your trip better and fast by being knowledgeable and having good recommendations on hand. I love Ike’s experienced and friendly staff. 10/10 they out perform every shop I’ve been to. My regular shop for a reason. Love you guys

My favorite shop and location! I’ve always made special trips for Ike’s. It’s a consistently great experience, and the budtenders are always friendly and helpful, and their prices are basically unbeatable. They also seem to like their jobs, which is rare to notice with customer service. My last couple trips, Becca was super helpful and makes me feel like I have a friend behind the counter. Small store with a nice section of different types of glass products with what I would consider average prices. The store was clean, pleasant, nice displays, not crowed and parking available on the side.The real reason Im rating them 5 stars is because of their employee Amina.She was simply amazing and wonderful!She knew more about the glass goods then anyone I have ever met before, besides of her super impressive knowledge of the products she also made me feel right at home.Friendly, polite, funny, smiling, relaxed, calm and ever professional.Because of this one employee, my first experience at your store was amazing and wonderful, this will be my only store for glass goods from now on.For other shoppers looking for glass goods...Stop here first, best costumer service Ive experienced in Seattle.I seriously doubt that you will find anyone else that is so knowledgeable about their products within such an relaxed, comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

I came to uncle Ike’s expecting an amazing experience, as recommended by some friends. Unfortunately it was one of the worst shops I’ve been to. Taigan was extremely rude and made my experience awful. I came here on vacation and was extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I always had decent service until today. Yes their prices have always been a tad high, but I thought the quality and customer service made up for it.However when I stopped by today for their one year anniversary I accidentally chose the wrong strain and realized so directly after paying. I asked politely to return the product for an alternative and was refused.There are plenty of other options, OZ in Fremont is excellent. Sorry Uncle Ikes, youve lost my business.

A great dispensary with a lot of different tiered options! The staff is friendly and will assist you with what products best fit your needs. I will say, the staff member I worked with personally was not the friendliest - but the other staff members seemed so enthusiastic and passionate. This is probably my favorite Uncle Ikes! I went here yesterday and Terrence and Blair far exceeded my expectations. They were very friendly and even just opening the door for me at the entrance created a great atmosphere from the start!

I used to love this place until things changed one day. The staff and budtenders are awesome; very helpful and friendly. But, as for the products, the price to value/quality ratio could definitely be better; especially for the concentrates. I found same products here for much cheaper at quite a few places nearby. The parking lot can also be a very stressful place too. Love the glass shop tho.

Cool spot with a fun vibe. They have what I would consider a decent selection. Nice staff, chatted with a girl from San Antonio that was super chill and knowledgeable about the different products sold. Although not my favorite spot in Seattle but work checking out the website to see if they have what you want.

Prices are good, quality is spotty. You have to make a choice when you shop here. Good place to stock up on some items but dont go with the cheapest options they have, as it wont do much. Maybe in a pinch though??My biggest issue with them right now is their owner. He has been involved with some shady dealings that I will let you guys research for yourselves. If he gets his way he wants to monopolize on the industry. So enjoy the low prices now my friends...You kind of get what you pay for here. The service is spotty and they arent knowledgeable about their stock. The mid/upper shelf green is worth a stock up trip though. Or used for infusing/cooking.They finally updated their online menu and it works very well now. Online ordering is a breeze and something I have used frequently.Their security is unprofessional at all locations, especially in White Center.

This is the only uncle ike’s that i visit. tonight i put in an online order. when i came to pickup the order they switched the order from what i originally ordered. i told the bud tender i will step out of line to review the order again. before i stepped out of line a different bud tender came and told me why i should buy what they picked. he said it was cheaper. that wasn’t what i was looking for. a third bud tender told me by calling my name that when i was ready i could come to them for help. when i got to them they had my original order but not the full quantity. i asked them if they had another brand to go with the brand i had originally ordered. they went to go check and had the original quantity and the new brand i asked about. when ringing me out i asked what happened. they explained they were trying to give me a cheaper price. i told them that wasn’t really what i was looking for. they cut me off multiple times while i was explaining which felt like they were trying to argue with me. i had a problem with the switch of order because it was completely different than what i asked for. while trying to explain that to the tenders they repeatedly cut me off and became confrontational. not sure if i will visit this location again.

I was on the hunt for a new dispensary because the one that is close to home wasn’t working out for me. Ike’s was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I went! I wish I knew the fellows name who assisted me, but he was so, so sweet and so wonderful to work with. He did not make me feel dumb or anything like that. He was also very nice to my deaf friend. Apparently they are ASL friendly at this pot shop, which is rare. Thanks guys!

Very friendly staff who are very knowledgeable. They are nice to talk to and I often find myself coming up with excuses to come buy things so I get to interact with them more. There is a woman with wavy light brown hair and glasses who always has the best attitude and is a great conversationalist. Easy 5-stars!

Great original Seattle spot product and lore wise, everytime Im there the staff seems dismissive and over-it Every other shop I go to in Seattle has ultra tentative and happy tenders except this place. And I will change this review if my next Ikes experience doesnt repeat for the 5th time.

I hate the goofy decor but I can always get the biggest bang for my buck getting flower, vape carts or infused prerolls compared to other shops.

Stopped by to have a look at their prices, couldnt even get in the door. My ID wouldnt scan with their fancy equipment and the bouncer guy wouldnt just look at my DOB, said he wouldnt let me in unless my ID scanned.Strange, whatever. I told him Oh well, your loss and he retorted Nah, YOUR loss. Man, these Ikes workers think pretty highly of themselves, huh? Like theres not another pot shop across the street...?Im more than happy with my local pot shop, was just swinging by to see if ol Ike could change my mind. Guess hes not interested in my money.

Favorite shop. The #1 place to take your tourist friends if you want them to be amazed. Love the separate glass shop, love the murals, the friendly staff. Haven’t really had any bad experiences there! They make pre ordering so easy, and their rewards system is pretty chill.

This was the perfect place to have my first experience. The store had more product than my eyes were able to comprehend. The service was phenomenal. The rad dude who helped me was super friendly, knowledgeable and had a great personality. Definitely would visit again when in town.

Has gone downhill in terms of selection and price. They recently kneecapped the loyalty program - its based on how often you visit, not how much you spend, and during a pandemic, thats just not good for the customers. With that change theres no reason not to go get better prices across the street at Ponder and support the little guy instead of the entrenched Seattle millionaire with a history of litigation against competitors.

Uncle Ikes has a great selection, and consistently good prices. Their bud-tenders are knowledgeable and helpful.They keep trying to change things, to decrease the wait, make it so you can pre-order and pick up, whatever. Every time they change things, they screw it up for a month or so. But they seem to be learning, and slowly improving.Expect to wait. Or go when you dont think others will be.

Its funny how it seems to me that place is like Uncle Ikes is great when you have money and not great when you dont have money. The latter being the case this time as I went with a friend for a Black Friday sale.That being said on a busy day youre really need to order online cuz as soon as you walk in the door you can head over to the cash register.So I didnt look around the dispensary much because it just showed me what I couldnt have but I went to the glass shop for the first time and that was amazing

Their selection is gigantic so its also good for people with more experience and blend preferences. Easy to get there by public transit. ATM outside. A bit on the pricy side compared to some other shops.

Weve been coming to Uncle Ikes in the Central District since 2017 .. it was actually the first dispensary we went to in WA State after relocating here from AZ where it isnt legal for recreational use. We even moved across the street to be closer .. however, product selection quality has gone down dramatically since about October of last year. This location no longer carries Elevate or Freddys Fuego brand .. or really, any top shelf lines. I was told this is because the demand for top shelf product is just not there. Im tired of going in and only being able to purchase low quality brands and product that is super dry and old. Ive gotten some product that was harvested 9+ months before date of purchase at times. Also, the website is a pain to use for pre-ordering and the discounts dont justify it. I just made an order for $105.00 and got a $2.50 savings. Safe to say I will be looking for a new shop soon if things dont change which sucks because we love the staff there but I do love quality weed more.Also, to the response below to an earlier review about the continuous price increases (which Ive also noticed in the last 3 years) being because Uncle Ikes gives employees medical benefits, I think thats super bogus. So in other words, Ian does not provide his employees with health benefits but instead his customers (we) do? Lord knows he has more than enough money to not have to pass these costs down to his customers.

Saw they had economical ounces on the menu at the Capitol Hill Location. Went in to the store and not surprisingly as I predicted they were out. They didnt offer anything of comparative price either. Another time I had a preorder and they said the price was listed wrong and would not sell it to me for the price they listed it as and then the lady just walked away from me. Terrible customer service. Then on 4-20 in 2021 they had ounces listed at 12 dollars (lol) online just to get people in the store and when I went in they tried to sell me qtr. oz for 25 dollars.. False advertising is a terrible business acumen. Sorry, I am not going to pay twice as much for something less just because you got me in to the store over something you didnt actually have.

The staff are sooo cool they can’t even help themselves, let alone help the customers without making them feel offput by the eletist hipster vibe. There have been just a handful of times where this wasnt the case. Prices are pretty good, selection is also pretty good. Wouldnt necessarily not recommend going there, but just be prepared to be made to feel like you’re privileged to be served by them.

I usually preorder, but today I got some help from Diamond, and she hooked me up with some great recommendations. Ikes is always consistent, and has competitive pricing and an awesome staff!

I used to let it slide, “we’re all stoners, it’s all good” but now they have been consistently cancelling, doubling, or changing my online orders, for months now. Made comments, was ignored, cool. Was a nice run, but I’m trading in my points, and making the move to Dockside. Uncle Ike’s, too big for their britches.

Online menu doesnt reflect prices and they never have more than a few of their specials on hand. I had to show them my phone with the price online to get them to honor the price. Had my ID checked 3 times- once at the door, once inside the door, once at the counter. Chick behind counter seemed completely disinterested and made it seem like I was asking too many questions. Walked out with a tiny bag of weed for my money and felt like I got totally ripped off. Dont give your money to these clowns. Support your local dealer.

Im a regular customer and its a decent store. They have great Bud-tenders and selection. Something that today Feb/29/16 happened changed my mind a little bit. Today I went to get a 1/8 like usual and this dude (Russian looking Security Guard) makes a bad call. I went with my girlfriend and she waited outside while I surveyed. I had no battery in my phone so she came in to say something of importance.When she opened the door the security guard instantly after asking her age (which is 18) started getting up in her space, instead of listening what she had to say. This guy totally avoided the fact that, they have a job thanks to the us, the customers and it was as easy as Miss wait outside Ill let him know you need to speak with him. What happened to having courtesy with people? Its completely wrong that theres people as dumb as this security guard that doesnt understand his role. First you listen, then you address. Its not the age and the policy its about being decent and not treating teens or even persons as scrawny dweebs.She cried for over an hour and said to me He made me feel bad. After this, I had to go back and say something. The Bud-tender Supervisor heard my thoughts and gave a ballot to fill. He was of help and yet, I have to take this here. Im not about to let anybody hurt my girlfriends feelings and get away with it. I wont forget this.

From the minute you enter this shop you’re greeted by a very friendly staff, Les the security was awesome and Ariana knew so much about all the different strains and how they affect you and is super patient with all your questions! Best overall experience, prices and selection in the city. 9 times out of 10 Ive had astoundingly knowledgable but humble bud tenders and the couple of times I havent they were not rude, just new hires - everyones gotta start somewhere folks! New face that served me today, Tyler I think, was particularly calm and knowledgable without coming across snobby. Though Ive never had any of them judge me or sneer when asking for the cheapest pot (of which they have a large selection) and they dont make you feel rushed either, despite the post office style line -which still manages to move surprisingly fast somehow!

Lanesha helped us out of towners and she was SO helpful. She was so kind and didnt try to upsell us but was still very knowledgeable about everything we were asking and made great recommendations. LOVE everything about this store!!! Also bought a Make America High Again hat and all proceeds went to planned parenthood! Great establishment

Horrible management, fire good bud tenders who were actually presentable and cares about the best deal you like instead of throw bunch of random brands in and expecting you to randomly choose 1. The new girl 2 weeks ago that was there seem the best, I was greeted and taking care with. Most of time I walk in the reg old tenders they do not greet or even take 1 sec to look at u. Disappointed how their management is,Website never works either, carelessy no body even apologizes or even help.They also DO NOT ALWAYS Check for your ID I witness people walk in and not even need to have ID checked and some customers get a 10% due to them being friends in front of regular customers who Just came in for first time that is not professional. I hope someone reports them to the cops due to this sad and highly careless management!Also the Hispanic budtender girl always speaking over me and doesn’t let me truly think which option I need. I always try to avoid her.I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I COME ACROSS.

This is my favorite place to buy, prices r lower. I always go to the one in the CD, the staff know what I like and are very knowledgeable about strains, cbds, whats hot , whats new etc. Add to that, every bartender is so friendly! This store is my #1!

So everytime I order online theres a problem. Today I received a text saying 20%off whole store....place my order and get the discount code receiveed text it was ready and BOOM NO ORDER!So they make it on the spot but I didnt get a 20% discount! My regular shop, deals are good and the friendly staff Pre-oders also make it fast

Ive mostly gotten stuff for pain here and have always had friendly staff give me advice that seems genuine, and based on their own experience, which Ive greatly appreciated. Theyve steered me to some good products!

Owner of unkle ikes. Why is all your oil 70%+ over 30 dollars. Outrageous! Your employees know me by name Im a regular here, well I was until I found another store on MLk way with much better prices. Please compete with their greener todays prices. Your reviews are lacking lately for a reason because you upped your prices.

I come here regularly because there is a wide variety of product and the bartenders are usually very nice. I had an exchange today...I accidentally got indica instead of sativa which I was on the fence about. Before I left the parking lot I decided I needed sativa. So I went to exchange. Ive only ever done this once. The lady was very rude in the whole process. I got the feeling like I was wasting their time. Nothing was explained to me I no longer have the original receipt. But I was charged more originally which doesnt add up because I only made a swap and they should have been the same price. I didnt want to be bother anymore so I just left. It didnt seem like she really wanted to help me anyways. Guess Ill just be shopping later in the day. The budtenders are way more welcoming during the evening than in the morning.

Great folks tending, but if you want to flaunt a pro developer agenda, I can just go to Ponder. Kind of a Denny Blaine attitude in the CD. Bold move.

Beware of server, some will try to pressure you to buy lower quantity stuff that you dont want, while another will tell you whats available same price, but better quality. Product menu is online, best to research before hand, know what you want before you get there because shopping space is so small, and its usually a line or crowded. So some will shuffle along, while others will be patient. These people are still salesman/saleswoman.

Just go to ponder! Ikes has bad prices and attitudes. I cant morally support this company after the dodgey business practices they do and the owner is a crook. Jacking up the price and focusing on profits is pretty much the story here. Sure there is decent bud there but ponder just up the road has better flower and oils for a way better price. Just go to ponder its a block away!!!

Great staff. Pretty good prices, especially during their sales. Preorder makes it super easy. Terrence and all the security guards are all awesome.

They make you line up in a queue as if youre at McDonalds. Once it is finally your turn after a 10-15 minute wait in line, you feel rushed to make decisions on what to buy because of the giant line behind you. The staff seemed like she could not have cared less about customers.

I really love Uncle Ike’s , their top shelf selection is always amazing and they have great budget bud selections as well . Everytime i go i they make me feel welcome and like i am apart of the Uncle Ike’s family 😊

Sadly this store seems to have lost the redeeming qualities it once had. I had made many purchases here over the years and about 20% of the time products failed to work or quit working within 2 or 3 uses, and dealing with products that until recently were considered paraphernalia I had come to accept a higher than normal failure rate for items that are considerably expensive, and the reason I spent upwards of an hour each direction back and forth to Ikes instead of buying much closer or even at a gas station for many of the items was that I had confidence that if an item quit working they would honor the lifetime warranty for the products they put their name on.. In October I bought a vaporizer there, an item I had bought there before and was told by the employees then, and the first time i bought the same vaporizer (which still works, I bought a duplicate because i had temporariliy left mine on my boat while stuck in town a few days) they informed me of the lifetime warranty and that no fault malfunctions would be replaced, and due to living on a sailboat where mail is difficult to impossible for me I ALWAYS ensure that returns can be done at the store..Well, upon making the 40 minute walk to the bus stop in Everett the day after christmas in the rain and the hour and half of transit to there today the cashier told me nobody has ever told me that, and that they could help me troubleshoot but that I needed to take up anything involving the warranty with the manufacturer, and I should go to their facility in Magnolia (?) Well, I guess Im done with Ikes, their integrity was the only reason I chose to spend money with them and when the employee started talking down to me, snapping that she was the manager and. sorrry if i understood wrong and then rambling something about i should have bought Their brand (which i thought i had, as it has their name on it and whats mwntioned above) then they would replace it but that i needed to take it up with the manufacturer ( Which Ive been calling since I left to no answer, and their email address is either misprinted or not accepting emails and their special warranty form refuses to load my info...so contact is not possible at this time) So I guess I will keep trying to call them as I dont have the income to just buy a new item when something breaks prematurely, which is what they obviously wanted me to do. Well now I have no confidence in Ikes Glass. Dont be the next person to waste upwards of an entire day dealing with this new managment.

The original location. You cant miss it. Theres a glass shop (headshop) and the actually bud shop across the parking lot. Parking is tight so make sure you are confident in your parking skills. Theres a lot of construction at this intersection right now so it may be difficult to miss from the street. The staff are very knowledgeable of the product and theyre very chill. Yes, very chill like all the time.

Recently out of the Military and a little timid because its been awhile. Thus dud Andrew helped me out, minimal questions but lots of answers. Great price and great service, thanks dude... quicker, better, happier and all around better than the pills the VA wants me to take. Semper Fi Andrew----

I walk in say to the guy I like hard dense potent stuff. So.tired of these stores with their fluffy trash. He goes and comes.back with 5 diff ones. 4 out 5 was very dense. Fast,easy, and was fire...

Friendly staff with a great selection! Theres also a nice gift shop a few meters away. We got some free matches and rolling papers with our purchase of glassware :)

3/8/18This is a new review of Ikes....what the heck has happened?? This is a store without an identity any longer! Lets go back to Dec 16 when they had daily holiday specials that were some of the best of year...fast forward one year and for the 17 holiday season you could get a $15 quarter of outdoor hay/garbage or a $10 gram of tane soup oil.They also used to have specials I would look for in the Stranger every week and that just all of a sudden stopped as well. Their inventory is ample and prices are very competitive but not the best and def not worth going to WC or 23/Union to pick up.Take for instance, Oleum Terpsolate which you have at $120 can be found for $110 at Dockside and $100 at Bel-Mar...both with discount programs as well..Your Freddys Fuego... close but not the cheapest to be found.. Phat Panda can be found at $10/gram in numerous locations. CannaOrganix terp crystals.... found them cheaper as well...Look, I like Ikes, dont love em, but nothing to keep me from coming back whenever I visit Seattle and they are on my way to somewhere I am going..

Customer service = A+ I brought in my broken vape pen that I had purchased here months ago, and the nice associate replaced it for me with a newer model free of charge. I had no receipt or packaging or anything and she still gave me a free new vape. They have earned my business for sure.

Best pot shop. On 4/20 they had petting zoo bounce house and free cotton candy amongst other things in their parking lot. Brought my son. It was awesome. Great deals always

Falcanna has turned into a regular purchase right next to diesel fuel for me... Hit me up for the blunt of gecko growers anytime though Ike, I’ll buy...

Terrance, melodi, and Blair are always cheerful chatty and enjoyable to deal with. Makes the purchase experience that much more relaxing before you get to medicate. Good pre smoking shopping experience every time.

Good selection, but they strangely force all their customers to wait in line until the last customer leaves like its some kind of pharmacy. None of the other shops do this. Doesnt help that there are only 3 salespeople. Can you imagine any other business telling its customers they arent even allowed to look at the merchandise until theyre ready to buy it? Go to Cannabis City or Ganja Girl if you dont want to be treated like cattle.

Meh. They advertise themselves as the home of the $8 grams but they dont really offer them, you gotta buy 2 grams minimum for $16 and its usually only one strain thats brown, leafy, stemmy, and extremely low THC %. Their prices are ok if youre not interested in quality. Personally, I have found many other places that have $25 1/8ths (almost $1 less per gram) and they always have several options that are high quality. Wont be wasting my time with Uncle Ike anymore.

Always a ridiculous line, dried out buds and today I bought an eighth of Dutch treat, their menu stated was 24% thc. I didnt think much of it until later when I actually read the package. 19.9%. A blatant flat out bold faced lie.Im not even sure what difference it makes, but a lie is a lie. How many people dont look before they go and trust what the menu says.I will never return to Ikes. I wasnt very happy with them before, due to varying combinations of rude security, rude and/or inept staff, price discrepancies and now I have to verify that what their menu says is actually what the package says.There are other stores, I will frequent them.

Make sure to be prepared for what your looking for while standing in line by checking out the menu, for this place has quick service. They have alot of various products that start at $5 grm tax included. Friendly staff, usually very busy.

Terribly run, waited in line for an online pre-order and they let people who entered after me get help first. Go across the street to Forbidden Cannabis Co so much better

Ike is not my favorite but the budtenders here are the best. Maybe Im here too often but theyre just incredibly nice and helpful to me.

Great prices great customer service and great atmosphere, the budtender couldnt be more knowledgeable unlike some stores, and couldnt be more friendly in finding you the exact strain youre looking for. If you work in the industry that you even have an amazing discount for you I highly highly highly suggest visiting your local Unkle Ikes whenever you get the chance.

I LOVe Uncle Ikes, a place of great customer service( I like Wezt Seattles better). Helpful, in getting what I would like, within my budget. Explanations on any questions of there products. You know youre walking into a special herb shop when there is a bouncer and line out the door. They provide every customer with a specialist who helps you pick out exactly the right product and Ive never had to wait long at all. Plus you can get a free car wash with any purchase.

The vibe & view of the shops from 23 & Union to the car wash, and back down towards chucks areas is classy. Gone there many times,. Most bud tenders there are not nice; with the exception of one or two. Although there are good deals. Be careful though most of there products; and flowers are old crispy dry and taste nasty.

Advised that I have a medical prescription. They said this is already marked down, we cant double stack this is bullshit. Nobody has capitalized (and I mean that as a compliment) on legalization like Ikes. This place has grown leaps and bounds in just the past two years and stands as the gold standard for wow factor to take tourists. Huge menu, friendly staff and deals aplenty. Sure the owner isnt the most beloved by Seattleites, but you just cant argue with the quality of the shop.

Solid selection and working with a weed nerd like Madison is a guaranteed way to get just what you need/want. He also had a great recommendation for some CBD dog treats for my pups.

The place was pretty busy when I went on 4/20 of last year, but the customer service found a way to be great and answer my dozens of questions. Great variety of products and knowledgeable bud-tenders for sure.

Staff is usually friendly, funny, and upbeat. Slightly overpriced glass, compared to other glass shops in the area, but the awesome staff make up for it!

I dont smoke, but the owners jank business practices have a bad effect on this city. He treats profit like a zero-sum game, and stymies friendly competition in the process. He sues other shops over stupid stuff just to make them less successful than his. People like him do not deserve your money.

Love Uncle Ikes....within walking distance, knowledgeable weedtenders, and great selection of cannabis products. This time I bought a new 0.5 gram cartridge of Dutch Treat Indica Hybrid. A smooth, mellow treat indeed.....

The OG Uncle Ikes always has a great selection and knowledgable staff. I often go to the Capitol Hill location but this one has a selection thats hard to beat!

Like the other guy stated. it would be alot nicer to let people see the products before meeting a salesperson. The salesperson wasnt even that enthusiastic to help me at all. I liked the specials though.

I used to shop here because it was close by but after finally learning who Ian Eisenberg is I just cant support his businesses in good conscience.If everywhere else is somehow closed and you desperately need pot then sure go here. My experience was horrible. Online prices dont match in store prices and I called to verify they had a certain strain like it stated online but of course I got there they told me they didnt have it. Waste of gas and time. Like most people I decided to get something while I was there anyway. The staff member I worked with said they only have $39 eighths. Another staff member heard me ask and told me they have $25 eights on special everyday. I also went to get a free car wash and the card did not work with the touchless wash . Went to get another card still no good just kept saying card disabled. It did work with a manual wash

I walked over 2 miles of hills to get to here. Very nice staff and organized. They had pretty good prices compared to street phamacists.

I havent gone to Uncle Ikes for years what I really like if I can get an ounce of weed generally for $60 the store is clean the staff are awesome they know their stuff

Ive traveled the world and Ive seen many cannabis shops but this, THIS has to be the best so far. INCREDIBLE selection, great prices, you will actually be glad theres a bit of a line because youll need time to go through the EXTENSIVE menu of flowers, concentrates, edibles . . . you name it they probably have it in grams, 1/8ths, and more.

I agree wit the ok ness of it im paying 60$ for my oil pen!!! Im doing everything they say do but my pen is leaking 24hrs later n I dont even smoke it that much smh could do better out of 3 I only had one cartilage that lasted me the 3days I expect it to!!!!

Friends and I have been given the wrong products on multiple occasions, some of the budtenders clearly know nothing about cannabis, and the owner clearly cares more about lining his pockets than positively representing the cannabis industry with a legitimate business. Start by paying your workers enough to get rid of the tip jars, you corporate socialist.

Ive lived in the city for 50 years I remember when that was Jack in the Box you better when was Phillies best but they do a good job app Ikes the only thing I had a problem with today the guy was making a sale and Ive stood there for 15 minutes now for five minutes while he was going to make a sale I wish you would just came and help with one thing and what about his business

Great little pot shop. And when I say little, I do mean that. Its very small, very cramped, and like all the pot shops Ive been to in Seattle a single room. Im not a fan of the lack of thought or design behind these places. Large room, some glass cases, and pot in them. Not very interesting at all.

Just visited Seattle... As a Floridian I was blown away when I stepped into my first dispensary... My only problem is that Uncle Ikes wasnt the first one that I visited... However, it was the best... I ended up trying a few grams of different sativa wax and a few edibles. I definitely recommend for tourists to stop here first if there are visiting. It was like a 5min uber ride from the convention center and the staff all really friendly and fed off of our tourist vibe (unlike a couple of the other places which were trying to get us in and out quick. lol.)

Uncle always provides!!! And they accept CC now!! They will charge your card a $2 convenience fee vs the $3 at the AM and a minimum purchase or $25 to use your CC.

One of the first pot shops in Seattle. Definitely probably the most popular one. If youre a tourist, definite check it out. The guy with the long hair with the gorgeous eyes is very kind. Youll buy anything from him.

Pathetic customer service. Instead of making me feel welcome as a customer, the door man yelled across the room multiple times for me to have my ID checked to “make sure the photo lines up” and that “the numbers are right” after manually checking it himself TWICE. After making me the focal point of the store the bud tender gave me little to no help. Dealing with crippling social anxiety and trying to get something to help turned into an absolute nightmare.

The Budtenders were extremely helpful, especially for someone that was like a kid in a candy store. Coming from a Southeastern state that will still put you in prison for possessing Cannabis, it was overwhelming to try and shop -- Uncle Ikes employees made it easy.

My daughter took me here because she said theyre very helpful. And boy howdy was she right. Wonderful people and patiently answered ALL my questions.

This is particularly reprehensible marketing IMHO. I visited a business two doors down the street from UI and now they are demanding I provide a review of their service. At this point I find it to be obnoxiously agressive, without ever stepping into their emporium.

I use to work there...They just want to increase profit margins while Washington is still a cannabis tourist attraction... If the product is popular the manager (Jennifer Lanzador) will raise the price on the product if enough customers buy it. Though the budtenders are all rad..contest sales are put on by upper management sometimes to get rid of stale product on the floor. Though they have quite the selection the buyer does not smoke weed often and the processors/vendors who is carried is often based on business affiliates than quality. Apart from the pot the glass store prices are a jacked up 30% often more especially with the Chinese glass pieces 100%+ profit sometimes. Even the expensive glass there is jacked up a 3rd of the price.

My guy Terrence at uncle ikes Central District holds it down with service and knowledge. Shows much love to the regulars and makes you not mind standing in line for a dime.

These guys were very rude and asked me to suffocate myself, would not even let me exercise freedom of speech in their stores! Would rate lower than 1 star, but unfortunately that is not available. Horrible customer service, poor attitudes.

This place is legit, probably one of the best in Seattle. With security guards at the front, and all their product, they offer very high quality goods at a reasonable price.

This was the worst experience ever the middle aged man was so rude I had parked and went to both shops his and the one next door and he put a tow warning sticker on my car that I now cannot get off my window and while I was sitting in my car pulling up directions to the hospital he came out and told me I needed to move my car. RUDE.

Quick and easy however the 2g bag I bought came out to 1.7g, I understand its a small thing to complain about however if I wanted that Id go to Eric on his moms couch and get my dub the old fashioned way.
