I have been going to Spa Concepts for over 15 years now and have never been disappointed with any service! Michelle colors and cuts my hair and is amazing! She always listens to my thoughts on what I want and I trust her to lead me in the right direction. Love everything about this place!

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage with Melissa T. She fit me & my family into her busy schedule & accommodated each of us with a 60 minute aroma massage. She did an excellent job making us feel comfortable & easing all the tension in our bodies. We felt so much better afterwards & will definitely be back. Our goal is to book an appointment with her once a month. This was our first time visiting Spa Concepts. I cannot speak to the other services, but I recommend Melissa T.’s massages. Thank you, Melissa! :)

This is my second time getting my hair cut by Amanda, and she is just amazing. Never before have I booked an appointment for a haircut at the time of finishing one, but I plan on continuing my haircuts with Amanda. She is so sweet and really takes her time to make sure your hair is just as you want. It is clear she really cares about her clients.

On Saturday the fifth we had a video zoom conference. Call my sister Dawn and I had the conference call. My niece was not there at the time, we made 3 appointments 2 for 9.30 and 1 for 2.15. So at 9:11 this morning they called us to cancel my sister dawns appointment because the hairstylist was sick. So I gave up my conditioning appointment so she could get her hair done while they never even had. My nieces appointment scheduled. Then we spent four hours there. Not a happy customer not a good Recommendatio.

I came in for a curly hairstyle cut. I had a look from a picture I was going for. Michelle cut my hair exactly how it was pictured. So excited to play with my new style!!

This was my first time with Esaiah and Spa Concepts. I hope I spelled that right! My husband got me a gift card for Valentine’s Day. It is a little more than I’m used to paying for highlights but let me tell you it was SO worth it. I plan to make an appointment with Esaiah and my daughter soon as well. I won’t go anywhere else from now on. He was worth every penny!

Mary has been doing my eyebrows and an occasional facial for years. Always on time. Always professional. And she is one of the sweetest people I know! Salon is always clean with friendly, helpful employees.

Michelle did a great job with my hair. She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that!

I recently visited the massage center on Youree Drive and had a less than satisfactory experience. The staff, particularly courteous, fell short of expectations. Although I paid for a one-hour massage, I only received 45 minutes of service. The massage technique itself was not up to par, leaving much to be desired. Additionally, the prices seemed quite steep for what was offered. Given my experience, I would prefer to explore other massage places in the area for a better value and quality service.

Yolanda does a great job of cutting my hair in a style that works with its natural ‘attitude’.

I Look forward to going to purchasing my hair care products!! Aveda has changed my life! I have scalp psoriasis these leave my hair feeling so soft. The professionalism and the knowledge of the staff is stellar. I am thankful.

Megan takes her time, and understands function and style for my needs. A true gem.

When I arrived for my appointment I was told that the tech “doesn’t take dip off” and wasn’t able to have my appointment. I’m not sure how you are a nail salon and “don’t take dip off”.

I got a new look! I wouldnt have let anyone else but Shannon cut it so different. I love my hair and her!

Michelle was very patient and knowledgeable about how to get my hair back in to condition. Really appreciated her pleasant and calming demeanor.Looking forward to my next appointment

I went on my birthday for an hour massage and an hour facial. I was greeted upon my arrival and my masseuse, Melissa, started my massage soon after. When I tell you it was on the THE BEST massages I’ve gotten!!! Melissa’s hands and techniques worked wonders. Afterwards, Mary did my facial. It was so calming and rejuvenating! She was so gentle, I almost fell asleep. My experience was great and I am so glad that those 2 ladies helped make my birthday a great one.

I have tried a few different places around town for massages and Melissa gave me the best I have had! She was so pleasant yo talk too and instantly started working on the problem areas discussed beforehand. The message worked all the places I needed while also being very relaxing.

Everything was really nice and the people were very professional. The massage I received was very nice but I had mentioned to the masseuse that I held my stress in my neck, shoulders and lower back. She never once massaged my lower back even after I said something about my lower back is still really needing some attention. That part was very disappointing.

We went there for a pedicure recently with Cookie. Great service! She does a great job and is friendly and efficient. I can see why she has so many repeat customers. Will definitely be back!!

Katie is a fantastic stylist! She gave me some of the best highlights/lowlights that I have ever gotten from a salon. She patiently takes her time to place each highlight perfectly. I also appreciate how professional and kind she is. I’m a perfectionist about my hair, yet Katie has me leaving the salon happy every time!Also, my husband sees Shannon at this same location. She is really talented and always gives him an excellent professional cut that looks great on him. We both love Spa Concepts!

As always, I had a wonderful experience with Jasmin!!! She’s always so sweet and professional. She always does a great job… an amazing job!!! I have never been disappointed. My only problem is that I wish I went more often but that’s on me and I will do better. The location is always clean, the mood is calming, and the experience is very good. I am always treated with respect and with just as much importance as the next person. The customer service skills of everyone who works there is A-1. Spa Concepts has been my #1 choice for an extremely long time and I do not predict it will change.

So happy with my last cut and color which lasted the whole time! I had so many compliments on my hair! Thank you, Michelle, for helping me on this journey.

Such a wonderful experience! I got a haircut and blow out with Katie. I just wanted a trim to clean up my ends and she made sure to not cut too much off. She also gave me an amazing blow out! I will definitely be back to see Katie!

I had a massage yesterday with Melissa and it was THE BEST massage I’ve ever had. (I’ve been to a LOT of different places for massages.) she was nice, only talked a little bit at the beginning, and used medium-hard pressure just like I wanted! There’s nothing more disappointing than a patty-cake massage, so I was so happy with her level of deep-tissue work. I’m sore today but that’s a GOOD thing. 🖤

I got my first lash lift here with Tiffany - she was amazing!! I hardly ever do reviews, but my experience here was too good not to! I have very sparse eyelashes, and I was blown away at the result! My eyelashes look so much longer and fuller than I was expecting - I rarely have time for makeup, so the mascara look without the mascara is awesome!Tiffany will definitely be seeing me again!

Cookie did an amazing job with my spa mani / pedi and very accommodating to special requests. She kept me right on time for my hair appointment that followed. Katie handled my salon appointment and did a total transformation on my hair. It came out wonderfully! i feel like a new woman. Ill definitely be back!

Spa Concepts was easy and pleasant to work with. I called and they got me scheduled in less than a minute for my appt. the next day. When I came in, the front lady was so nice and offered me seating and water while I waited. Katie cut my hair for the same price I would go anywhere else and she washed, massaged, and dried my hair. She had a very friendly and sweet personality and I cant wait to revisit her for my next hair cut! Thank you for making me feel pampered and giving me the exact cut I asked for!

I really enjoyed my aromatherapy massage at Spa Concepts. My massage therapist, Christin, was very kind and professional and made me feel so relaxed, which is just what I needed! Best massage I’ve had in a long time. Already booked another appointment with her!

Katie is AWESOME especially for blonde hair. She takes great pride in making sure you get the color you came in for. I have grown used to hairdressers telling me to just accept yellow or orange hair etc but Katie does an amazing job of getting the color I came in for without stripping or damaging my hair. She also is meticulous about foil placement. She’s the best.

I use Spa Concepts for all my Spa needs. But yesterday was for a hair appointment. Shannon Schilling always does a fabulous job and goes above and beyond. She makes your experience very relaxing and a makes my hair look red carpet ready everytime. Great job Shannon, I appreciate all you do for my salon needs ❤

I was very disappointed by the massage. I told her I wanted deep tissue and she said she didn’t do that on people with fibromyalgia. I told her that I knew my body and I at least wanted an intense massage. I got a rub down. Just when she gets to my neck area which is where my problems were, she says “your time is up”. The next day I got a pedicure and the massage chair gave a better massage than this person did. Very disappointed!

I always receive the best of care at Spa Concepts! On this visit, Michelle Z. went above and beyond to give me a true spa experience. Extra special touches included a bergamot oil along with scalp massage after my highlights. A perfect trim ended my experience... Ill be back!

If you are looking for a clean, professional place to get a massage, this is it! I felt SO relaxed after my massage. Ask for Christin. She is amazing!! I will most definitely be coming back to her for every massage. I love that we have this kind of spa in Shreveport. Thank you, Spa Concepts!

My first time going to Spa Concepts was on yesterday where I had a horrible experience with Mary. She left tons of hairs, and when I ask if something could be done she said no. She did not let the wax harden long enough to catch all the hairs nor did she offer to tweeze the hairs that were left. Horrible experience!

Anna is fantastic!!! I just got one of the best haircuts of my life. She really listened to me, made some suggestions and then worked her magic. She is awesome. Highly recommend. The product is great too. Its not cheap, so you really have to view it as an investment in great hair!😀

Katie M is my stylist, I love her professionalism she is easy to talk with, great customer service and lovely personality. She is awesome with color and techniques. She is an asset to Spa Concepts. She makes me feel comfortable and pretty when I leave!

Nice atmosphere. Cookie, the nail technician is great. She takes pride in her work and makes her clients feel comfortable. I take my mom to her because I can trust Cookie to treat her with extra care because of diabetes.

Amy gave a fantastic massage this past Saturday! She catered to all my special requests and needs throughout the massage! Just what I needed! Ie had several massages by different masseuses at both Ashley Ridge and Bellemead. All have been amazing!

As always, Spa Concepts Salon & Spa in Bellemead are very kind, welcoming and helpful. Katie consistently does a great job and is so personable. Shes definitely the person to see if you want a shorter/bob haircut.

Kaley Jaid was able to help me fix a mistake that I had made in color with my hair. She done amazing job!! It looked so natural and healthy!! I love the atmosphere and the relaxing feeling. Awesome place and I love my stylist!!

Shannon is a fabulous colorist who excels at cutting short hair! The salon is clean, quiet and relaxing. Great front-desk staff. I’ve also gotten wonderful massages here.

Omg it was Amazing. Mary is the best. I have never had a Brazilian Wax before and she was so nice and understanding at the fact that I was a chicken 😂 I was scared as hell. The whole staff was great about it. Loved it cant wait for my next appointment.

Disappointing. had a mani/pedi and facial the day before going into the hospital for surgery. after 6 days in the hospital and back among the living, noticed how sloppy the manicure is. pedi ok. facial relaxing. for the amount of money my son spent on this i kinda expected some type of massaging of my hands and legs with the mani/pedi - none received; simply - french manicured. still have a massage due from package son purchased and am debating using it or just calling it a loss. like i said - disappointing :( unless i decide to come for the massage, which is already paid for, last visit to Spa Concepts.SHERRIE NORDENdate of appointment 1/13/202011:15 am
