Chasing Clouds Vape and Smoke - Sioux Falls 2

Stopped here randomly because it was nearby and I think I found my new go to place. Super good vibes and nice staff and it’s way more convenient than the gas station I usually go to. Would definitely recommend.

I usually always go here for their good prices. recently i showed up, and an employee told me i wont be able to buy anything because they were eating lunch... seriously? you can put your fork down for 2 minutes and check me out, ive had a similar job before and it wasnt hard. that lunch wont be running away. i had to leave the store for 20 minutes, making a short trip there and back a lot longer.next time i came in for the usual, they upped the price by $15! i was shocked... it was only 2 days before that i bought my usual for about $8. i wont be coming back. they have the good prices i look for anywhere else, and people willing to put their forks down for 3 minutes.regardless of my experience, they have a very nice store, and a good selection of items. the staff is actually very pleasant, and its always very clean.

UPDATE: Noticed while searching for new vape store this one is now trying to drown out my negative review with fake positive ones lol.Was coming here twice a month since moving here in May.. carded for the 1st time just now which is fine but I said oh you guys are carding now and he got instantly mad and said we card every time I said well this was my 1st time being carded he said well that person should be fired I said ok well fire yourself then cause its been YOU every time.. he got even more mad.. I guess hes the manager.. Ill never be back. Prick, not gonna gaslight me like that cause you havent been doing YOUR job!!

Great place to buy from, friendly staff, and tons to choose from. Never felt more comfortable asking questions and Blu was professional and down to earth with helping me find what I needed!

Usually like this place but came tonight 1/22/24 around 6 and the employee left the store, open signs still on, with a note on the door that they left for food and will be back. Who does that?? Sat for 15 minutes, watched many people drive up and leave annoyed/angry. Just losing business left and right. Oh well. Will take make somewhere else my regular stop I guess. Bummer.

Terrible decision stopping in bought a little $20 cart and it doesn’t work on any battery I have and can’t even get my money back to take it else where the 2 Ladys in store weren’t educated on their products leaving me with no answers to my questions definitely recommend roll n smoke

Sarah I think her name was? Im pretty sure she said her name was Sarah. I was there a little over a week ago and OH MY GOD SHE WAS THE BEST! It was my first time in this shop and because of her I will probably never go back to any of the other places in Sioux falls. Not only did chatting with her while I was in there brighten my bad day, she was so knowledgeable and able to help me figure out what Ive been looking for! Also the fishes in there are awesome lol.

Last time I went it was amazing and they even gave me some recommendations hemp wrap choices. Like the twisted palms. And then I came today and was trying to get some more cause I liked them from the same store a day later and now I have to be 21 to buy hemp wraps. With a rude temper and fighting me over the fact that the legal age limit to buy hemp wraps is 18 Id never come back here again knowing thats how Id get treated.

Amazing selection. They have everything from coils and juice for my vape mod to glass and papers. I’ve also been experimenting with CBD/Kratom, they have tons of different options and were very helpful and knowledgeable on the subject.
