Chasing Clouds Vape and Smoke - Sioux Falls 1

I specifically asked questions so I could avoid being SOL on a cart…my only response was “just pick one” from one of the workers just to pick one and leave the store not even an hour later it’s giving me problems and clogged three 3 second hits still practically full too so it’s not that what the heck. Not going back!

The good reviews on here are as big of a joke as this place is... and that is saying something. The employees have no idea what theyre even selling. Its a joke to have an EMPLOYEE talk you out of getting the product you came in to get claiming that this more expensive product was so much better only for it to literally not work. The best part? They dont offer refunds and instead try to get cops involved if you even ask for one. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO AVOID OVERPRICED PRODUCTS AND LIES.

It sucks that they don’t sell Carts anymore or disposables. Stupid noem.. this place is pretty nice. It doesn’t sell zigzag original papers nor great blunt wraps. Love the flower n pre rolls. Sometimes one of the workers just stare at me like I’m going to steal something. Understandable since they were stolen from many times

Quite honestly, I have loved chasing clouds for some time. Usually nice and knowledgeable staff, decent prices etc... The reason Im giving a 1 star is, the house products. Namely, their electronic vaping devices from Delta products to nicotine products. They are hit or miss, some work flawlessly, some have quality/workmanship issues. For instance, the Benji bar can have a problem where itll not turn off. Id say 1 out of every 3 I purchase has this problem, which literally destroys your new vape. 15$ isnt cheap for a gamble on an unreliable product. You will take a drag, and it will keep burning. It destroys the flavor and quality of the product. Sometimes theyll turn on in your pocket, when you set it down, any amount of jostling can trigger a faulty device from them. The Benji bullets can be problematic where they burn up way too quickly. They dont have the same issue where they dont turn off, I feel like its an issue with too little juice in some of them (Like I said, not all are affected). Problems with their delta vapes include leaking and clogging even when you have barely used them. Quite honestly, I should have learned my lesson a while ago. I just prefer support small business products, and I gave chasing clouds the benefit of the doubt. I thought they would really work on the quality. Its a shame that I have to go back to other national brands to protect my wallet. I have burnt a good amount of money on faulty house brand chasing clouds products. Ive spent thousands with you guys over the years, I imagine others have too. Ive talked to multiple employees who admit there are issues with the house products. Where I find my beef is, if you guys cant create reliable house products, why dont you have a 1 day guarantee, a disclaimer that you might get a faulty product, in store credit or something? I listened to your rules, test it out in store. It worked fine. Driving to work, it starts having issues, same day! I hate to say it, Ive referred many people to the Benji brand. Going forward, I will no longer recommend them to anyone. In fact, Ill discourage people from buying them. I just cant get over the fact that chasing clouds is aware that their products have issues, and they still sell their faulty units without any sort of protection/regard to the consumer. Ive had Raz, Evo, Elf, Breeze. Every single device from all of those companies worked as promised. Benji, fails to hit the mark 50% of the time. Its not right, and sorta scummy to be honest. Im switching to roll n smoke, at least they seem to carry reliable merchandise. Chasing clouds, you have lost a long term customer. Im done supporting you guys, even though its been months since Benji bars came out, they still have problems. The final nail in the coffin, you guys dont even stand behind your products. No refunds, no warning of potentially faulty products. You just take your customers money thinking its a long term solution. Its not right, but the only thing I as the consumer can do is stop buying your products. Ive been burned too many times.

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give this place zero stars I would. They sell fake mushroom and thc gummies, and all around bunk products that cost WAY more than their competitors with actually GOOD products. Go literally anywhere else.

I have anxiety with severe panic attacks and I go here because I dont feel pressure to make a choice and I dont feel judged the second I walk through the door. Oh, yeah, they have all the bells n whistles and are super great about answering all the millions of questions I have!

The store is always clean and smells nice. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the lights are very attention getting. Not to mention the fish tank is a great touch. I can always rely on chasing clouds vape shops for reasonable prices and good customer service.

The staff working greatly determines your experience. One night I had a female help me and my experience was great. Another night it was a gentleman and he made me feel stupid because of a question I asked. His tone of voice and demeanor made me feel as though he was talking down to me because he thought he knew more then me. Another example of staff being the reason ill never go back into a business and also tell others to go elsewhere. They have a great selection of vape, glass and delta 8 products but Ill spend my $ somewhere I feel welcome.

Saturday 9/16 @ 6 pm guy mid 40s rude, disrespectful, will never return. After my purchase went back to chilin outside. I would fire that guy ASAP (he also made several rude comments & insulted me on the way out after I stopped to look at the poster and help wanted sign) all unprovoked, angry for asking questions and unable to provide minimum details. Looking at other poor reviews I suspect we are talking about same guy as this was my second and last negative interaction with this character. More than happy to take my business elsewhere.

Its a chill place to talk, look and vape. The juice is awesome priced and some with the hardware. Only place my girl and I go to now that we started he got me started vaping.

First time in the store. I usually ordered my e-liquid and supplies online, but now it can no longer be shipped to SD, which sucks! I tried another store in town before going to Chasing Clouds, and was less than impressed. Walked in to the store today, and was greeted by Mac. Super professional and nice. A lot of the stuff I used to buy online they didnt have, so went with Macs recommendations, and wow! The new flavors I got are so awesome!! You really never know what you are going to wind up with when buying online, so I have a whole stash of e-liquid gathering dust right now. I was super bummed that companies can no longer ship to SD, but after today I thought, why wait for something for days and also pay shipping which just keeps getting more and more expensive, when there is a great store just down the street?! Chasing Clouds has a great selection, the store is clean, bright and organized well. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about what they are selling. Just got a new loyal customer!!

The staff always welcomes you with a positive and helpful attitude. They are invested in their customers experience, not just making a sale. Chasing clouds has a great selection of juices and mods, but the staff is what makes this a phenomenal store.

Just wanted to see if they had hookah stuff went to buy some sheesh just to try bc the person told us was 20$ go up to the register it was 50$ a Can when you can get that same sheesh online for 15.99 beyond ridiculous. Shocked they are even open with up charging that much.

This is a super cool place. The environment is super chill and the staff ar great. They dont have romany options but it seems they have only the best for every price range of each product. Ive gone to other vape stores and they have more stuff but the display and quality just isnt the same. Come check them out at least once for sure.

I have never had a bad experience here. I’ve been to many vape stores across Sioux Falls and none compare to the customer experience I get at Chasing Clouds Vape. The staff is always knowledgeable about their products and are very helpful at determining what products best suit my individual needs. Special shoutout to Will. He is by far a superior worker.

If i could give 6 stars, i would. CC has the best selection of vaping & kratom products in SF & the folks that work there are very pleasant & knowledgeable. If u havent shopped there, def give them a try.

Dont shop here! Bought the nano aegis. Before buying it I asked the lady if the pods were easy to get and find in stores. She said yes. I went through the two pods it came with. Now I need new pods and they dont carry them nor can I find a shop in town that sells the pods. So I spent 50 dollars on something that I can no longer use because no one sells the pods! So again shop some where else where they may be more honest about the products they sell!

Compared to other vape shops in the area, very robust selection of hardware, I think they have a nice selection of well-made juice(seems light on added sweeteners, which is a good thing), and the guy running it is both knowledgeable and really, really nice. Thankfully, hes not that fake customer service nice, he just seems authentically nice, which is rare enough to run into.

Wed-Thurs my guy Jake is there, really knows his stuff. Wont pick on you if your newer at it like me. Every suggestion hes made for me has been spot on. Very happy customer, Chasing Clouds is my go-to local shop.

I visited Chasing Clouds for the first time today and had a great first experience. This place has only been open for a few weeks, but already has a good array of devices and eLiquids to choose from. During my visit, I was most impressed by the customer service and friendly staff, and will definitely return in the future.

Most guys in vape stores are overly nice. Not this time. Rudest vape store worker I’ve ever had. My products were defective and I came back two min later and he wouldn’t return it. When I was leaving he yelled “you’re welcome” and I said I ain’t coming back. Roll n smoke is going to take all your business.

Love the store and managers, but the lady who was working today just lost me and my friends business. We were told on the phone by the manager there was discounts on certain brands of pods only to be shutdown by the lady and charged full price. We drove across town for the deals and she didnt even give us the time of day just charged us full price while talking to her friends and shooed us out the door. Disappointed

Bought a device from them a month ago. The tank cracked and was told when I bought it that they stand behind the products they sell. They told me to come in if anything goes wrong so they would make it right. Went in this morning right away and they said no I would need to buy a new device. They wouldnt even replace just the part. Not going to pay for a new device when I just got it. Bunch of liars. They were good until they did this. Wont do business with people that say one thing but do the other.

Very disappointed in this business. I will not recommend anyone to this place. I bought a vape pen and was told that if anything goes wrong to bring it in and they would fix, replace, or I can return it completely. The next day was when it turned out to be a horrible product. It was leaking uncontrollable and no matter what I did it would not stop. I have been vaping for years and know how to take care of them and to fix. Never have I had a problem until now. The air flow as well was little to none with the thing all the way open. To top it all off the device got severally way to hot to fast to even touch. I tried to take it back for my money back. The guy working there at that time said no and walked away, went to the back room and sat down at the table vaping. That was the worst 40$ I have ever spent in my life. And the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you want good quality and customer service I suggest you go else where.

I would say that like all shopping we do it would be best to always do your research and be smart at what you purchase no matter what it my be as some things may be lower in cost but could be older and there maybe some stuff that is priced fairly but also look and remember to shop around and know that sometimes those reviews make a difference in what where you end up going after starting with one vape shop you may find you end up liking another better especially in a world where not everyone wants to pay 27.99 for a bottle of 60ml ejuice when they can go to Rolling Smoke and pay 14.95 for all 60ml bottles at prices you pay off internet. My advice is look around do your best research and go from there.

I came in not knowing a thing about vapes and I was helped right away with choosing one that worked for me. Later that day the one I had decided to stop working, I called and they replaced the device the same day. Never seem to have my e juice even after I call and verify they have it I get there and here a different story shocker 🙄 its the slammin peach 6% always out and just had an experience the other day where I called at 930 at night was told there was 4 bottles of 6 percent and get to the store next day was only told you had the 3 percent and the lady had some tude and looked at me crazy when I explained that I spoke to some one just the night before.
