Had a great experience. Staff very friendly. He was able to explain the the products very well and was helpful in helping me choose the best products that I needed. They even have a nice place to sit while you wait for then to help you. Yes was very busy at the time I was in the shop. Its in a great location. Very easy to find. So take your time here as they have so many different things in the shop. Also if you love crystal, this is a great place to find some great stones and crystals. As a repeating customer and because of their 5 star point system the more you spend with them the higher the discount you get and they have many option on how to use your points.

Zack who works at this store is one of the most freindliest workers Ive ever experienced wonderful customer service.

I go here because the people are super friendly and I love their brand edankest.The prices are great and theres always something new to try. I prefer this place over all the shops Ive gone too. Being new to Sioux Falls its wonderful to have some friendly faces!

Hands down the best vape store in town. 3rd eye has such a high rating for legit reasons. The vape juices are half the price of anywhere else in town, and great... Both salt nic and regularHellpful and friendly. When I asked Zack for the best value, lowest price mod, thats exactly what he showed me. They dont do the hard upsell, and aways appreciative of your business.

Great shop! We were passing through SD which we do on a pretty regular basis for work. We needed juice. Found the shop and was pleasantly surprised. Nice shop. Nice people. Great Customer service and EVERY FLAVOR you can imagine OR create! Yes, I said CREATE! They mix flavors in house. Loved the juice. Great prices. We will DEFINITELY go back. Thanks guys!

These guys really seem to love their job. And I get why. 1. The place itself is very clean and trendy. 2. They offer a wide variety of flavors. 3. Product is exceptional. 4. Customer service is ten out of ten. 5. They have a squirrel friend with his own condo, and comes every morning around ten a.m.

Reasonable pricing but it the education of the customer could be improved. It took me a couple visits before I fully understood how to use my device. Also, itd be great to have someone have sample flavors readily accessible for new customers. I purchased bubble gum and I wish I had been able to try it before. It tastes like banana flavoring.I love the flavors I know, dragons blood, zombie blood, strawberry etc. There is so much to choose from that itd be cool to have someone offering samples. Cool place. Id still shop here. I just think there could be some improvements.

Great flavors, but so far every time Ive been in there the dude at the counter has no personality and wont talk to me. People come to these stores for more than just your juice. Its supposed to be a friendly and inviting atmosphere, make the customer feel as if their business is appreciated.

I always enjoy coming in to the shop. There is a wide selection of clearly displayed goods and the staff is well informed of their product. The guy with the big beard helped me with all my questions, and I ended up really enjoying his recommendation. I send all my buddies here!

Best prices in town! Personal attention great service and high quality hardware no need to go anywhere else great location. Recommend the back way in by Kiwanis... its hard to turn across traffic when you exit if you need to go west on 41st street. Ask for The Beard.

Friendly and knowledgable. This place has never let me down. The parking lot can be a little crazy during weekends and busy times, with all the businesses packed in here, along with Olive Garden traffic. I recommend going at off-peak times for that reason.

Initially had a bad experience with customer service. After some communications with management, was very impressed with their professionalism to make I right. I have been a customer for many years and hope to continue for many more.

Loved their juice but the customer service is absolute drivel. My online orders have never been correct. When I called to discuss it, the kid that answered the phone immediately talked over me, didnt ask a single question, and straight up lied to me. You have two different marshmallow flavors listed on your site, I expected the correct flavor. I expected the order to be fixed, not this. Go literally anywhere else for better service.

Staff is helpful in figuring out what you need, I almost always have a great experience here. My only complaint is that sometimes the guys try mixing a flavor without looking it up and they screw it up sometimes. But if you go back in they will definitely take care of it and swap your bottle out if you want.

Moved out to South Dakota from the Twin Cities just a few weeks ago and had been going to a different place for my supplies. It was the standard damn near $20 for a 30ml bottle of liquid. I found this place and went to try it out and lets just say I will never go anywhere else. Super nice staff, great price on 30ml bottles at $7.99 plus tax and you can mix and match flavors to make your own. I would highly recommend this shop for all your ecig needs.

VXC has been my go-to vapor shop for years--best juice Ive ever used, fun & helpful staff, fast service, great pricing & deals for the quality. Every in-store experience is great, plus the website is easy to use so I stay stocked up when Im out of state. They even drew a picture on my invoice when I asked for it; I love this place!

Not bad but everything they have is overpriced. I can get higher quality D8 carts, and all carts online for half the price. Probably the best option if you want to buy locally though.

If I could give negative stars, I totally would! Worst experience Ive ever had in a vape shop. Spent WAY TOO much on a delta 8 disposable and then the disposable didnt work. Went back for help with it and all I got was it works. No help, no offer to exchange the product, nothing. After getting the disposable back to my hotel room, the device will still not work and will not take a charge!

Vape Connexion is a place that I want to keep coming to, whether its for buying liquid or a new mod or just hanging out. Vape Connexion is very kind with its customers. The employees are helpful and are always there to answer any questions. They are always up to date on the latest mods or builds and I think thats good to show they care. I like that Ive seen it change from one room to two to now one big place. The atmosphere in the shop is always great. I already feel like its the perfect hang out space.

This is the only place in Sioux Falls that I will purchase my juice. Great quality juice, best prices, and the staff is great. They welcome me in the door even though I was going to let them get robbed (inside joke).

So I was just waiting for a bit to be completed next door at Platos and thought I’d check this place out. I used to LOVE head shops.I was impressed with their merchandise for their main product. Lots of glass behind glass. I was disappointed there wasn’t very much extracurricular merchandise. Like, idk, bumper stickers, candles, carrying cases, clothing, etc.I was also not impressed with the staff. No one greeted me. No one approached me to ask if I needed assistance. But they didn’t ignore me but rather hung back a lil bit like creeps. They did this to all 3 of us customers in the store at the time. Weird. I felt out of place and left after only a few min.

I partialy owe having successfully quit smoking to this place. I had a lot of fun trying all the different flavors, and creating my own blends. The variety is insane, and the blends are limitless. Add to that the super reasonable price of liquid and you cant go wrong. The guys that work there are very experienced, helpful, and friendly. I have since quit vaping due to a medical problem that doesnt allow nicotine, but I still stop in every once in a while to say hi, and see how the guys are doing. They also always have a good selection of gear available. Highly recommended!Chris

For Sioux Falls its pretty rad. Has some neat occult stuff and even witchcraft or satanistic type doo hickies. Employees are really aware and courteous and give you space to be a weirdo. Had a blast my first time perusing and will absolutely be back repeatedly.

I’ve been to just about every vape shop in Sioux Falls, but since I’ve been to 3RD EYE VAPE that’s the only place I’ll go to. Great staff, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. If I have a question or need something the staff are right there and ready to help. They also have a great selection of vape juice and glass. I highly suggest this place.

Ive always purchased my juice online until I came here for some coils, and let me tell you the options for juice here are second to none and the pricing is too. My custom made juice has more flavor then anything Ive ever had before. The staff is so awesome and helpful that it felt like Ive been coming here for years. Customer service is the worst! The first time we went in we spent 180.00 and the next day we noticed that one of our spinners had a dent and scratch. There was no way we caused it. The next day we went to replace it since it was clearly a defect that we didnt notice right away. No exchange. We bought another one. Third visit was to return two of the spinners because the buttons got stuck. They were fine with exchanging them then but when we got home we noticed one of the spinners the thread was striped. The deal with this is the guy put it together for us and had to have noticed this when he put it together. He also ended up scratching our Aerotank by taking a tool to it. He replace the defected spinner with attitude. This is not the first time I went in there and the guy had attitude. He also try to keep our receipts saying he needed it for his records on the first returns. When I went back because the one spinner was striped he dug out my original receipt out of the trash the same one he said he need for his records.Stay away from this place there are other places in Sioux falls who are really nice.

I’ve been going to vape connextion for years. I always enjoy the employees working there. I had a time crunch getting of work at 7:45 and IM’d Jay and Nick if they could make me a big bottle of juice up quick and I’d be there before close to pick it up. 5 minutes later I arrived and my bottle of juice was ready to go. Painless and cost effective. You guys are awesome.

Not a bunch of pretentious douche bags who think there douche flute is better than you. Guys there will educate if needed, set you up with the right mod, make sure you comfortable with your set up Staff are genuinely nice and pleasent human beings to be around. And with the rewards program you cant go wrong!

Used to go here all the time but fill levels and flavor have become so inconsistent. Customer service has really fallen off. Most of theses guys are too busy arguing about who has the movie quote right or building coils for their own mods to be bothered with a paying customer.

Vape Connexion is the best spot to fill all your e-juice needs! You have total control of the vg/pg blend, nicotine level, and any kind of crazy blend you can imagine-although the staff designed flavors are amazing!! You cant beat them on price, either-$7.99 a bottle!I went on vacation and found out just how sweet these guys are-I payed $12 for a bottle half the size of Vape Connexion and I had no choice of blend-everything is premade, branded and limited in selection and WAY overpriced.There is just no place that can compare to Vape Connexions friendly service and funky atmosphere, selection, and price!

Very nice shop! Went in to look at different mods and not only did I get to see some nice mods but got taught a few things as well and dont get me started on the prices holy cow I couldnt believe how cheap they where compared to other places I have gone

Juice is mediocre house juice but its cheap. Flavors are hit or miss. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hardware selection is very limited. Store is nice, good atmosphere.

Great place for all your e-liquid needs many many different flavors and nicotine levels also many different PG/VG blends the only thing they dont really carry is a variety of pre-built coils but if you need a battery or are just looking for a new unit this is a good place to go it has a knowledgeable staff and they seem willing to help I havent had any problems.

The staff is always awesome, and knowledgeable, I had such a great experience that I went out bought a Subaru ,and only wear monster shirts now.
