The staff is great, very attentive and helpful. If you’re looking for anything specific the workers got you covered with their knowledge of different products and the devices you should use with them, the cigar room is the biggest I’ve seen and has options from local to the different corners of the globe. Thoroughly impressed with the selection and service, 10/10 would recommend for anyone from beginners to those well versed. They got what you need, and if they don’t they got something as good if not better!

Awesome store!! Great customer service, everything you need, great prices, there isn’t much you can ask for. One of the coolest things they do is take customer requests, so if you don’t see the product you want there, just let one of the employees know, they’ll be happy to help. Definitely recommend!

I can’t begin to express how professional the crew that Roll’N Smoke has is. They knew exactly what I was looking for when I wasn’t 100% certain of the products name and just described it to them.It’s genuinely one of the cleanest smoke shops I’ve been to in recent memory. The glass prices are the lowest I’ve seen in the state let alone the surrounding states. Definitely going to be a returning customer to them!

I brought my Carta 2 in to see if someone could help with replacing the atomizer. I explained the problem I was having to their, “techy guy.” So then that guy proceeded to tell me what products he recommended using when I clean my (MY) device. My favorite part was when he suggested I use alcohol, as it’s a good cleaning agent. That’s solid advice guy! Thanks so much! He was totally serious. He tried convincing me I didn’t know what I was talking about and didn’t need what I walked into the store to buy. I just wanted a little in person help, but wow I got so much more! Wow.Two to three guys quoted me $30, and then I got to the register, and it turns out, they all quoted me incorrectly, as it was $90. The cashier was so rude I actually didn’t think he was serious when he started laughing and smirking at me, suggesting I was stupid when I told him I was informed it was $30 just a moment ago. He didn’t believe me and went ahead and ran my card for the $90, even though he’s fully aware there is a pricing dispute, and then he hands it to me and says, “well it’s yours now, you paid for it.” The guy should not be in a customer facing position with y’all or anyone else, maybe he’s better in the stock room….perhaps inventory? He was awful.But wait there’s more! The final bit of advice I was given, unprompted? I should have gone thru the manufacturer, because they know best. What?! I should have thanked him for his invaluable service and advice.I just wanted an atomizer! Gah!What a joke.

No doubt best and largest smoke shop. I have visited my entire life. Not only was it stocked to the brim but the customer service was superb. Had zero issue tackling my list there!! If I lived out here surely. I’d come by weekly!

Great selection but watch their prices. Delta 9 THC with 5 grams is going for between 45 to 60 dollars... Full THC can be bought for same or less... Prices arent always consistent between stores and other smoke shops sell same brand of the D9 for less. Regardless, still my go to store as the guys are always helpful and the stores themselves are awesome to begin with

I came for a vape since I like to drop mine in unretrievable places. The guy that started to help me let Alex take over and seriously helped me with opinions of each one I had questions on ( which if you know me was several ) after 30 mins asking questions found the one I wanted. Great service great hospitality very friendly and fast !

I went in to get back into vaping and stop smoking. The knowledge that the staff had on the new technology and safty specs on the new products was top notch. Shared some stories and was very happy with my service. I’ve been in sales for a bit and absolutely loved the way they handled themselves. If you have and questions or want to stop smoking cigarettes I would highly recommend walking through the door and asking for help. If I could have given 6 out of 5 stars I would have!

I love rolling smoke. Im a huge vaper and I know alot about the hobby. Once in awhile I can talk shop but lately everytime I go to the vape bar its manned by someone whos never smoked anything a day in their life and they admit they have no idea what Im talking about when I ask for a specific juice flavor or do they have something they recommend to try.

Decent prices and decent customer service. Disappointed not to see my regular salesman today. The man with the long hair facial hair and hat was always very helpful and gave excellent customer service. It also seems since the past month or so they’ve been losing employees left and right which is alarming because it makes me wonder if the business is going to be going out of business.

Traveling for work and this place happened to be the closest to my hotel. Let me say, Im glad they were. Amazing selection, super attentive employees, decent prices, everyone was friendly. I would recommend driving past other shops to check this place out!

I come in for roll your own cigarette, supplies. These are the folks that taught it to me and its even excellent.Rolling smoke offers a lot, things I dont even know about- but they are always helpful, respectful and willing to educate on anything they carry.I also got some great help from them, getting CBD oil for my pet!They have an awesome points program that allow frequent visits to give a nice savings and I appreciate that!

Big inventory on cigars, very pricey however. Don’t like the fact that employees frequently follow me into the humidor only to watch for theft. Tried returning multiple faulty items same day with no success. Going to order online from now on.

These guys have way more items then most of any places. My only complaint would be that one employee seemed to have more important things than to wait for you to make a decision. But everyone else was really nice and helpful. Thank you to all the people there to help us! Help goes a long way.

Large store with A LOT of variety. If you vape. They have the largest selection of flavors in town. BUT, not the cheapest prices. My vape here costs $27, i can get it for $20 at herbn legend.

Every time Im there Ive gotten good service and able to get in and out quickly. They have a huge selection of pretty much anything youd go there to look for. If I had to nitpick Id say the parking lot of the one on louise is always packed because its a busy strip but not their fault of course. If you go I recommend the delta 8 gummies, Great for treating anxiety and a good sleep aid.

I love stopping in here at Roland smoke that always have what I need to a great place to stop by and just see the new stuff that they have they always have a wide assortment of everything you might need for your cannabis or other smokables. Usually a great cheap place to buy vape but they have gone down hill sense they opened none of the good employees are there anymore the guy grabbing the vape always has an attitude problem and they wouldnt let me use the points I stacked up on a vape juice and a coil its ok though I went to third eye by olive garden and got great customer service I will never go back to rolling smoke again

Lots of staff, they have areas they work in like a zone defense. If the guy in your area is tied up, just ask another employee. The manager gets visibly frustrated when employee isnt prompt to a guest. Knowledgeable, friendly and busy the entire day. Good store and Good people.

Very good selection of product whether youre into vaping, cigars, cigarettes, pipes or more!! Very nicely laid out store design. Every time we turned around, someone was asking if they could help us, which was a nice change of pace!! Very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff. Large walk in cigar humidor was nicely laid out as well. Great selection of incense & burners too. And to top it all off - a truly beautiful, cool & wicked glass tobacco pipes selection!!

Not the best experience. They make you pay extra when they don’t have the exact match (picture wise, same item) in stock even an employee agreed with me that it was dumb. Not very happy with the experience.

For my very first step of walking in the door my experience was amazing. Staff was very helpful. And didnt pressure me into buying something I didnt need. The variety is beyond amazing and the prices are cheap for glass! This is definitely my new #1 spot!

Every time I go in roll n smoke I wish I didn’t have to. Would literally shop at any other smoke shop in town for this one reason. Every single employee at both of there locations is rude and make you feel awkward, they all don’t care whether you get the right stuff or parts for your stuff. Smoke shops should have an inviting environment and they very much do not.

You never allowed a return or replacement on any item. Not one, much less twice in a row. And if the warranty goes through manufacturer then you witheld the option of replacement without ever risking losing a dollar. Been shopping here since they opened literally 40 50 bucks a week but after getting sold 2 bad batteries back to back then being told they cant do anything because a piece that comes with the new battery is missing or I dont have a receipt even though, ITS STILL OBVIOUSLY BRAND NEW has caused me to no longer be a customer. Shop common sense for much better prices. Breeze 2 for 30. Yocan products start at 20 instead of 40 for the same stuff. No batteries were replaced at any time even once as I stated in store multiple times. Both times were due to manufacturer defect and not misuse or age. I cant help it if the button does not depress right out of the box. Ive used Yocan products for years and know exactly how to care for them. Neither battery was ever able to be returned neither had even a scratch as both were less than 3 weeks old. the initial $70 unit failed in 2 weeks and I PAID for the replacement which also promptly failed. So I purchased the exact same unit at common sense for $28 Lost a loyal customer.

We talked about my price range and my long term goals for the device.There is an incredible amount of different devices here so I am thankful he took the time to ask me questions and answer the questions I had for him. The best selection of glass art and prices for any budget. Not to mention a cigar selection that is out of this world. Friendly people and a great environment. Theyre ok, I buy all my CBD and kratom there. I did buy an open bottle of kratom and didnt find out till days later when I needed the bottle. I had no receipt and almost a week went by. Make sure you open the caps on ALL products to ensure nobody took anything out. Other than that, great place to shop and the staff are always willing to help or give samples if youre unsure of a product.

Super staff, Charlie got on it right away. I was having problems with my vape and he had it done in minutes, it was great. Thanks a million everyone! Also, a special shout out to Ferris! (Spelling) helped me out with a few vapes as I was having issues. Either he fixed them or made it right another way. More than fair...a great way to do business. Two roll & smoke stores in Sioux Falls and the Louise store charging more money on vape devices than the east 10th store , i went in to by a u well havok today at the Louise store and they were priced $13 more than the east 10th store , I do believe that the Louise store is Price gouging and it’s not good for business , Buyers Beware and definitely check both stores and find the best deals before buying at the Louise store in Sioux Falls

Exceptional customer service and inventory. Even when they didnt have a newer coil in stock, they took my phone number down, and called me 3 days later to let me know they now carry it and are now holding one for me. Had never purchased D8 before. Asked a guy working there what he recommended. He said 3chi is popular but Id personally go for this brand which was called SmartCart. Got home and began searching online - come to find out this is a widely known fake cart with no company, no website, no nothing behind it. The QR code on the box leads to nothing. Many sites urge people to not smoke these.So pretty much I got taken advantage of my lack of knowledge on the product so they could push some bunk carts that regular people would never buy. Wont be going here again.

They worked together.. all on the same vibe and worked to make my daughter and I have a great experience.. they welcomed us, helped us with a smile, kept us smiling until long after we left. Edit to respond to owner....the guy who helped us literally had facial hair/beard. I also know it wasnt mine since I saw it before opening the bag and I have very long hair. Impossible for it to be mine. It was already in the bag. Maybe its from the bag manufacturer then. Either way, less hair in the bags would be great.An abundance of the good stuff but the massive beard hair in my bag was not only disgusting but super disappointing.

To be honest. I love this place. Every time Ive gone they are super helpful and seem to be happy to help. They have alot of things from cigars and hooka to cbd strains of legal weed. They have vapes and vape juce of all different kinds. They just have so much there... there glassware is epic. They follow fads really well and keep up to date on alot of things. The only issue I have is if its not 100% common they dont have it. And there hooka section is rather small... other than that there 100% worth going to

I dont usually leave reviews, but this place deserves it!Passing thru Sioux Falls, I called ahead to ask if they had shisha (hookah tobacco), and was met with nothing but helpful employees, both over the phone and in person.As I browsed the enormous collection of shisha. Hookahs, cigars and vapes, 4 different employees (young guys) asked if I needed help finding anything. We all chatted it up. I received tons of help and left much happier than any time in my past smoke shop experiences.Would give 10 starts if I could. Terrific business.Cheers! Mike

Bought a vape battery and its having problems holding a charge and working only when it wants to ...less than a week old bring it back there with receipt in the hand less than 7 days old to see if they could exchange it or something and the guy tells me you dropped it theres some scratches on it I cant warranty it.. its got a metallic finish and of course being in your pocket with other things its going to get a scratch or two.. so if you buy from these guys dont buy anything metallic or expect a warranty cuz youre probably not going to get one . guess I wont be doing business there anymore

This is so FUNNY. I asked for six packs of smokes. This guy 🤣 grabs them and they go flying in the air and on the floor. Im dying. I asked if I get a dented can discount 🤣🤣🤣 he is young doesnt know what that is. So he does one better he wraps my smokes so they dont get damaged in transport!!!

This place is pretty busy, so sometimes it takes a couple minutes to get a representative to be available. But they are always friendly and knowlegable. Plus there is always something new to look at if I do have to wait a couple minutes.

Okay for a smoke shop in town these guys have everything. From tobacco smoking, storing and grinding needs to vape pens, enailers, and cool clothes and apparel. They even have food and toiletries! Love this store.
