Deonne is excellent. She always asks if I have any areas of concern before my massage. She checks to make sure the pressure she uses is good. She is very kind and pleasant. She visits when I ask questions. She gives great recommendations. Just awesome!

Actually I want to give 3 stars. But now my neck is still very painful. The lady is very nice. She said she has 8 years of work experience. To be honest, she works very hard. But it seems that she doesnt know how to work on the customers neck and shoulders. I feel very stressed. But I dont feel comfortable.

Bobbie did a wonderful job. Very relaxing - no small talk which was great with me. Checked in to see if the pressure was good. Wanted to make sure I was comfortable temperature wise. Great 1st time experience with Bobbi.

I love going to massage envy and meeting different massage therapists who all do things a little differently. A.j. and Madolyn were some of my more recent therapists who were really able to dig into my sore spots. They also did stretching and/or cupping while massaging and it was phenomenal. Cant wait for my next session!

Lesley is an amazing therapist. She knows physiology well and uses that knowledge to massage & relax sore muscles & joints. She has a fun personality, is energetic, respectful & caring. She is an amazing, fun person & highly skilled therapist.

Melissa was incredible! She eased the muscle possible I had after a long trip home from Greece! Ive now got six months worth of appointments scheduled with her!

Across locations, Massage Envy has always provided great service for me. The Sioux Falls location is very nice, and Stephanie was a fantastic massage therapist yesterday. I’d been having nasty low-grade headaches, and Stephanie did a great job on my neck and shoulders to rub those tension headaches away! Thank you!

Kelsey is amazing! I’ve been going to her for years. She has great technique and I always feel better after my session. She has built up her clientele over the last couple of years, so I book my appointments out 6 months because she is in such high demand.

Micki gives great massages. I look forward to every single one. My old body relaxes and loosens up in stiff or sore places. She knows how to express tired muscles and stretch range of motion in my arms and legs. High light of each month.

Very open communication on what I wanted and didn’t want. Kallista delivered a very intensive and deep massage, which is what I asked for! I’ve never had a masseuse massage as hard as I’ve needed until now!

Amazing session with Addison! First ever Microderm Infusion and it was exhilarating, relaxing and just wonderful!! She was very knowledgeable. Explain details and provided me with valued information.

Once I found Lacey, I haven’t left her. She is FABULOUS! Her method is by far the best I’ve received over the years. She is intentional and uses deep pressure that feels so good. She has such a way of fading in/out of the pressure so well; it’s so relaxing yet gets all the knots out, and I feel soo much better when I’m done! Thanks for the great massages, Lacey!

Erin did my massage and I would highly recommend her. The other staff was amazing as well. I have been overly stress for a month and left feeling so relaxed and less stress in my mind. Slept like a baby. Which I have not been able to do for a long time.

This was my first massage with Kurt & I’m thrilled to report that it was the most thorough massage I have ever had. He worked out a lot of tension in spots that I never knew I held tension! He’s a professional & knows how to give relief to his clients! Thanks Kurt!

Satara is the best! My shoulders get so sore and tight from sitting at a desk all day. I’m sure I’m a challenge but she digs in and gets me loosened up. She’s so friendly and always has a smile on her face. You want a deep massage, she’s the one to go too❤️❤️

Tina was great! Kept the perfect amount of pressure the whole time and treated my soreness very well.Interesting they take time out of your massage for undressing, so you only get about 45-50 minutes instead of the hour. Undressing takes 30 seconds to a minute, so I really didnt feel it was necessary to take that much time off. If it wasnt for a gift card it probably wouldnt have been worth the price.The front staff was excellent and very friendly.Ill give 5 stars but overall would rate it 8.5/10. Expect to get 45 minutes, and a lot pushing to join the member program.

Marie-Claude is a superb masseuse. Her touch is confident and precisely what is needed and what was requested. She asks for feedback and responds, as well as using her experience to ensure that the massage is effective. Loved her technique and manner.

My massage was great, and is at every visit. Sometimes I do not know how soar I am in some places Melissa finds. If I tell her about certain places I have pain, she gets to that area, and spends time at that area, just like I needed.

When you see Lindsey, you see the very best. She is so knowledgeable about the ways the body works, and finds the problematic areas I may not even realize are problematic. I always feel better after seeing her. Shes also exceptionally attentive to the clients needs. Im one who likes to talk during massages. Shes a great conversationalist, but again, follows the lead of the client. I know people who love Lindsey and like to be silent during their massages.

I always had a great experience with the message therapists, this rating Id for their membership. I requested to cancel my membership 2 months ago & since then they continue to charge for a membership I no longer wish to have. Last month I called & they credited me and guaranteed my credit card information was removed from the system. Today I received another monthly membership charge. I dont know what to do to cancel this & I wont ever recommend anyone to their membership program, there seems to be no way to cancel.

Kelsey, just is the very best therapist. She just has the best touch, and always makes sure to ask the right questions regarding how you the client are doing and if you have areas of concern that she should apply extra focus on during your session.

I couldnt schedule a massage (it was a last minute thing) but I was able to get into a stretch session and added the percussion massage option (sorry I cant remember the exact terminology they used). Thea was amazing with keeping all my paperwork and other office details organized, and Megan was really a calming influence on me when I really needed it. (I fell on the ice and just had bruising, but ouch I needed to relax.)Thanks everyone! Oh and I totally arrived in my Saturday clothing (basically sweat pants and a t-shirt) and I didnt feel like I was being judged.❤️

Kurt I had a tingling in my thumb for a month. Better after the first session gone after the 2nd. I compare every masseuse to him.

Absolutely perfect! Kimberly was wonderful! My shoulders were so tense from a sewing retreat and driving for days. Kimberly did what I thought would be impossible and relaxed me so much I was dozing off. It was heavenly. Loved the customer service and the help picking out an aroma lotion. I will be making an appointment next time I drive through again.

I had a very sore neck and Erin did a great job helping clear up the tension working back and forth. Pushing and retreating. It felt much better afterward.

I hadn’t had a massage for years. I had AJ and she was wonderful. Also, Courtney was wonderful at explaining the services and contract.

She used the correct amount of pressure I asked for during the massage. Then massage felt great. I only wish the time had been an hour from when the massage started. I felt a little cheated since the massage time was getting undressed and then the time included me getting dressed at the end. So really my massage was only 45 mins instead of an hour. As much as the massage cost I feel it should be the whole hour.

Not happy with Massage Envy. We have been members for a lot of years. We are very frustrated that we cant get in. We want deep tissue and cant get reservations, and when we do, they sometimes get cancelled. We understand from the therapists that they save time slots for new clients and so, not enough time slots for those of us who have been faithfull paying clients. We cant quit because we have around 10 hours of massages each on our account. We love the therapists we have had. Our complaint is with management.

Paige has an amazing touch and technique to her facials. A great personality as well.

Kelsey is the bomb! Medium-hard pressure. I For acute and chronic neck pain generated via a muscular organ, she does a great job with therapeutic active stretching. She is knowledgeable about location of pressure points and the optimal amount of force applied. I usually try to zone out and meditate during my massage which Kelsey encourages with a purposeful quietness.

The monthly membership was the best decision I ever made! I never miss a facial with Paige (my esthetician turned friend), or a massage with Kelsey! Everyone is so amazing and welcoming, the space is relaxing and it’s always the best part of my day when I’m there! I keep myself scheduled out a couple months in advance to always stay with Paige & Kelsey :)

I look forward to my appointment every month. For me it’s not only relaxing and a luxury, it’s therapeutic. I have chronic neck pain and since going to Beth, it’s been a godsend. It took me a few masseuses to find the right one for me. She is AMAZING. She’s intuitive and finds those knots and areas perfectly every time. She’s professional and respectful. She knows exactly what I need w/o any words. I truly believe that she has addressed a lot of pain that I experience. I know it would be worse without her. I would recommend Beth to anyone in a heartbeat!

I always enjoy Micki’s skilled massage. She is superb as a therapist. A very experienced professional with a full career in the field before settling in SD. My neck aches are gone and I sleep better than ever. M-Envy is an investment in my good health.

Ashley was Great! She loosened up the problem areas without leaving me feeling bruised. Shes fun to chat with and I was relaxed and comfortable.With my unpredictable schedule, I do have trouble getting in to use my membership credits. I have to rely on cancellations, or guess months in advance.

I always feel great after going to Kelsey for massages.. I had first prenatal massage over the weekend and I felt so relaxed after and my hips felt a million times better than they did walking in!

I appreciate the bodywork AJ is able to do on me - it has infinitely improved my day-to-day life! The administrative staff is always friendly and helpful- I have to book out a long way to stay on AJ’s books, but the desk crew always helps me move appointments if needed.

The massage was ok, but I had a gift certificate from my bridal shower for 125 bucks. thats for 1 hour. then i go to check out and they told me well theres only 63 on here so you owe 17. I said no it is 125 and said that on the certificate. she said thats weird only 63. but honestly if it was only 63 shouldnt I owe 62? I was super confused. not cool. Will not go back.

Renan has been my massage therapist for years now and she is hands down amazing. There is a reason I book months in advance to be sure our schedules line up.

ReAnn has to be the best massage therapist I have ever had work on me. My first time at massage envy I requested a deep tissue massage and they set me up with ReAnn . I had my doubts that this little girl was going to be able to get down deep enough to work out my tight muscles. But ReAnn is no joke she was able to get deeper than any other massage therapist I had seen
