I DO NOT recommend shopping here. First time shopping, and I was ripped off for a $270 vape that only retails online for $57.99. Second, the owner refused to give me a receipt for the overpriced item that I purchased. And last but not least, the vape I purchased broke and the store owner refused me a refund or an exchange only after a week’s time. The lady was rude and unpleasant. She said her store is not responding for the manufacture warranty

They sell 0.99 labeled cigars for $1.79 then tell you taxing 7.7% keeping your $2. The cigar clearly says $0.99. The tells me their receipts arent printing out. How convenient?!? You guys are ripping people off and then had the nerve to be rude when i said taxes is actually 6%. Do not shop here. If you do count your coins. They are skimming pennies off customers. Is this even legal??

Thumbs down for me. In these vulnerable times for small business owners customer service is essential and their customer service is rated a one. You would think a small business owner would have A+ customer service towards the buyer. So the buyer will return however; in this store’s case I will not be returning plus there is no need.I visited this place because I am new to the products they sell and needed to know more about the product. On the contrary, the lady that was in store was not informative at all nor was she or the man friendly even after I told her I was new to the product she just pointed to one product although the store is full of an array of merchandise.Now because I did like the product that I did buy I decided to do my own research and found out this store is way overpriced and since their customer service is not inviting I can simply cut out the middle man and get better priced products and better customer service elsewhere.Had their customer customer been on point I would have returned. Business owners 101 there is always someone else who is selling what you sell. The essential difference is your service skills.

Went here to purchase some wraps. The individual ringing me up tried to be slick (in my opinion) charging me $2.00 more a pack than the price listed on the box. Even if it was a raise in the prices due to the pandemic you tell someone that before check out preferably when they ask about the product. Not as I’m about to slide my debit card. Thank God I looked at the price before I swiped. I won’t be visiting again I don’t like feeling like I’m being taken advantage of

This shop has a really good collection. Extremely professional, friendly and experienced staff. I would highly recommend this store. One staff over there Sabina she is such an amazing person, she makes us feel like home. Please visit this store for a wonderful experience.

Overcharging is the game here. They charge more than any of the surrounding stores for the same exact products. The woman here was very dismissive when I asked why. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Too many places selling the same exact items for much less.

The owner of the shop is a really helpful cool guy. Never a time I come out empty handed. They have a Variety of options to choose from and they know their stuff. I promised I’d make a review and as a loyal customer had no problem doing it💯.

Beyondd is so great. My sister and I went in the store just looking around. RJ was so helpful to us. Took the time to explain everything about the different vapors that were could try . They have every pretty colors for the ladies. Me and my sister left out very satisfied. Thanks RJ for the great customer service 😘

Don’t waste your time shopping here. They overcharge. You can get the same products anywhere else for half of what they are charging. And they will lie about not having a contract. These are thing you buy in bulk and resale.

I have visited this place about once a year even though it is across the street and my most recent visit reminded why- they grossfully overcharge. How tf does 3 Swishers and a 99.cent hemp wrap total $6+??? ASK FOR PRICE AND CHECK QUALITY. Both the nearby Shell and Valero (especially for cheap atm fee) have actually fresh product at the CORRECT market price on tobacco product. I dont bother with anything else there based on this alone. No more visit s though after this time because living is not getting any more affordable especially in this area.

WIsh I read the reviews, got ripped on a vape (RPM 4) for $90, can get it online for $30 and choose color. Just bad and predatory business practices that preys on peoples ignorance.

Prices are never posted and getting the same thing everytime will be a different price .Not just a little difference but alot. The same vapes are cheaper in other shops and gas stations. Minors keeping them in business bc they just dont want to be carded.

I bought a brand of CBD gummies by a company called Legals. These are Delta CBDs at 50 mgs per gummy. The first to cover is the taste...they taste horrible...HOWEVER...taste isnt most important thing, its does work? The answer is a most definite YES!!!. Its a good thing that taste isnt good cause if it were it would be a problem eating a jar of gummies believing its like a fruit snack...one gummy does me very well for hours and two will last almost the whole day. It gives me focus, energy and it helps with my creative productions...if youre like me and you need to be in Valhalla ( in your head) these are pretty good. I like them and get them every chance I get...which is almost every week 😎

I came here as soon as I found out there was a vape shop near my home. RJ was there and answered all the questions I had. He was very knowledgeable of the products, super helpful and had great customer service. The store had a good range of products and the prices weren’t jacked up like some local shops. I will definitely be coming here again!

Very friendly and helpful employees, very nice Delta 8 and 10 collection with a very cheap price for Thanksgiving specials we will be coming back here. We would definitely recommend!!

This place wont give you a receipt and will rip you off on everything in the store, all the way down to rillos. Also lady is rude.

Bad experience! First they charged me $2 for rellos and the pack clearly says 1 for 99 cents, also i asked for a receipt and she said no receipt , will NOT BE COMING BACK!

This store is amazing. They have a wide selection of Pipes and vape juices especially CBD products. Anything you need theyhave. Rj the manager here, is a great helpful and he’ll work with you if something is not in store he’ll order for you! I highly recommend you go and visit!

Wasn’t even in there for 1 minute and the lady asked me 2 times if I needed help. I told her no both times and she said that there is ‘no soliciting’ allowed cause I didn’t want her help. I told her I came in there for a purchase but since she was acting weird and imposing I left. Why kinda customer service 🤣 👎🏼
