Its important to approach any business and its staff with openness and understanding. However, the service my wife and I received during our most recent visit tested this philosophy. Having previously enjoyed a wonderful massage session, we returned with high expectations. We booked a pair of 2 x 1 1/2 hour massages, which were satisfactory, albeit not exceptional.The true disappointment came at the conclusion of our appointment. After extending an 18% gratuity, we were shocked when an employee suggested this was insufficient and harass us for more. I provided another 5% to which they were still unsatisfied with. Their presumption did not end there; they proceeded to question our satisfaction with the service, implying our tip reflected dissatisfaction.We were understandably perplexed and chose to depart promptly after a polite but firm thank you. For those seeking a stellar spa experience without feeling coerced into excessive tipping, I would recommend looking elsewhere. This establishment, unfortunately, seems to prioritize profit over customer comfort and satisfaction.

I enjoyed one of the best massages of my life here @ Sunrise Massage Therapy. The gentleman who did my hour session provided just the right amount of intense massage that eased so much of my neck, shoulder, and back tension. A truly superb experience!

Ive been a regular customer there for several years. Always had good and consistent massages. About a month ago, I paid $15 as a tip on a $25 charge. I was harassed by the manager in front of the masseuse, with him telling me I didnt tip enough. I wont return.

I have been going here for a few years. The owner is a super nice person. The staff are professional. I would Highly recommend it. The place is clean and very relaxing. Personally i tip $30 on 1&1/2 hr.

After being on my feet constantly from December 23rd to the 25th doing grocery shopping, prepping and cooking for my family for both Christmas Eve and. Christmas Day, I ended up getting lower back pains and cramping on both thighs at the end of the day.Today, December 26th, I decided to go to Sunrise Spa to get a deep tissue massage and I’m glad I did. Yuki, the massage therapist assigned to me is highly skilled. She has strong and firm hands yet gentle when she runs her hands on my back and other sore areas of my body. The best part was when she helped me did some leg and hip stretching. That was such a relief!! Thank you.

The massage was good but was ruined when Sophia tried to extort me and slapped my hand last week. In the middle of the massage she offered me hot stones, and I politely declined. Then at the end she starts massaging my hands for a very long time, and then tries to use that for me to tip her $30. But I gave you a deep tissue massage. Was the massage not good? The problem being, I never asked for a deep tissue massage! I settled on a $20 tip to be nice but she still started slapping the back of my hand in frustration . They clearly value money over customer satisfaction

Clean and spacious rooms and excellent massage. Ive been here a few times and each time I receive excellent treatment for my back pain and sore muscles. Good value for the time and money spent. Sunrise is a well-managed spa and the masseuses are all well trained and versed in massage techniques. Spa is also very quiet which helps with the relaxation and enjoyment of the massage. They specialize in deep pressure pain relieving massage. Ive seen a few of the masseuses atSunrise and all have done an excellent job and take their craft very seriously.

Had the most amazing foot massage from Sunny. I was having a lot of pain in my left foot and he really seemed to know what he was doing and what the problem was. He listened to me and his hands were magical. I will definitely be coming back.

Great place for massage and they are very flexible on scheduling as well. You can make same day appointment without any issue.The facility is nice and clean as well. They give great massage each time and I always feel relieved in my neck/back. Highly recommend this place!

This place is so peaceful & tranquil

Being a Diabetic I am always worried about the circulation of my legs and feet. Over the year I found the best way to solve this issue is massage. The therapists at Sunrise have always provided me with an excellent massage and work wonders on those sore muscle problems that arise from time to time. I highly recommend Sunrise Massage Therapy.
