This location has become my favorite vape shop. The opening manager is incredibly chill and professional. Super knowledgeable as well. The Friday discounts and rewards are crazy. Easily the best shop Ive been to in the 7 years Ive been vaping. Definitely keeping my business.

CIERRA ROCKS!!! This is the kind of employee you want working for you! She’s always smiling, very knowledgeable of the products, patient, and very personable. Always my go to location. She even helped me out when my purchase was faulty, they DO NOT take returns. But she did what she could and that’s all I ask :)

Honestly this is the only place I go for anything vape or battery related, especially on Fridays when things are discounted for loyalty holders.Went in this morning with a pretty tight budget and the manager Cierra (sorry if I spelled it wrong 😅) literally took the time to help me find even more than I thought I was going to be able to get but still on my budget. They went above and beyond to help me out today and honestly every time Ive been in. Nothing but good things to say, tysm!

Definitely recommend! Not only did I get hooked up on a new Mr.Fog for half what I usually pay, but I got some glass for half off. Every Friday they have some sales that I couldnt say no too. If you stop by, the girl in the mornings is so sweet! She had an answer for any question I asked and knew what she was talking about.

The vibes are so friendly and welcoming everytime we go. We were helped by Cierra. She had all the answers to any questions and gave great recommendations! A great spot for anyone looking to elevate their smoking experience.

Stopped here this morning and got me a Razz vape, never heard of these before. The girl that works there suggested them and hands down was the vibe. She was cool enough to not only sign me up for the free membership so I could get a discount, but she let me try it before I left. This is one of the better tapes Ive gotten and for only 15 bucks was crazy. I dont know when they got her started here, but I hope she doesnt go anywhere. Shes so bubbly and positive, girl needs a raise compared to these other workers these days

There was a lovely person with glasses who helped me and we literally had a time just talking for 5 minutes, still managed to let me know some sales going on and helped me find my vape. whoever she/they are give them a raise!They always have good deals on their vapes and this is the one location I actually like to stop at, no matter what staff is on site, you guys are always helpful

This is my new place to go for any and all of my vape needs great prices for my juice and coils and the best staff friendly and helpful with anything you need but the best part is that when you buy stuff you earn points for money off stuff you buy and its not just a few cents oh no its DOLLARS OFF!!! Purchases an Aegis Boost from here 4 months ago. Very knowledgeable staff and helpful. Today I went in because unfortunately the device malfunctioned and no longer took a charge. Nathan there helped me out through it all making sure to see what we could do about it and get me the very best help and deal he could. After some talking and with help from the store manager (Emily), I was able to walk out and get the very best deal I could on a new Vape. Got the Zero pod vape kit. Couldnt get it replaced but was able to get the best bang for my buck with a new system. Thanks you guys for everything!

I started going here about 5 years ago and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone here is super friendly and knowledgeable. It’s only gotten better over time and the staff know what’s up!

Go in to get a vape battery soon as I walk in the dude is on the phone standing there as he’s walking back and forth talking about how there’s no salesmanship in that store yada yada the whole time I’m standing there trying to make a purchase he’s just talking away like I wasn’t even there so I left went down the street to top smoke now that’s where it’s at way better than any vape n smoke lol

If I could give a minus of five I would but since I cant I will tell you my very first experience in this store. I went in to get me some Black & mild and I found them they were $0.79 a piece which is cheap I started to feel them for freshness and they were rock hard they were very very stale I mentioned this to the large blonde haired lady and she seem like she didnt give a care that they were fresh or not. I will never go back into this store since this was my first time it will be my laugh

Not my favorite experience and was definitely not given any level of priority when being dealt with as a customer. I came in looking for something to buy for a friend but ended up being put on a waiting list when another young lady came in after me and was made to wait until she was done being helped. I was not impressed with the customer service I received but I did get what I came for which was the gift. If you are a woman this should be the perfect place for you to visit if youre a guy prepare to wait while the women are helped first.

Small selection, high prices and mainly rude staff. Very dismissive and not willing to look for what you’re looking to buy.

10/10 the pieces avaiable along with prices are very reasonable. The gentleman working was very customer oriented and knowledgeable of products. Very welcoming and would not hesitate to drop by again

Love the staff super friendly. It was super hot during my last visit 86 degrees I even have a picture of the thermostat. I feel sorry for the employees I only stay for my short time they are stuck there. Excellent staff. The Ac needs fixed it 86 degrees.

The staff is so knowledgeable about their products and also older products. They know the processes used by the manufacturing companies that make the products they offer. It was an encounter rich with applicable information, not to mention VERY reassuring to see such dedication to the consumer. If more retail establishments engaged the customer this way and displayed exemplary aptitude toward product knowledge, then I would succumb to financial ruin! To the crew at Vape and Smoke South bend, I tip my hat to you!

Very neat place. The staff is very friendly and informative. They have an extensive variety for your smoking or vaping needs. However, everything here is quite expensive. I cant stress that enough. Perhaps it is with good reason. Just if you plan on buying good quality grinders or water pipes you should plan on spending a good chunk of money.

Staff is always super helpful and friendly!! My choice is usually the disposables and there are plenty to choose from. The staff is always willing to help me pick out something Ill really like! Its the only place I do my shopping for vapes.

My boyfriend and I were greeted nicely as we entered the building. We were there to purchase coils for his mod. As I looked around at all of the unusual items thru out the shop, a nice young man was assisting my boyfriend. He was timely in retrieving the items he was wanting to purchase. The young man was inquiring about the types of juices that my boyfriend had used in the past and suggested a few different flavors for him. The young man was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products as well. The visit went very well, just as always. 👍😊

They sold me a display item for full price that didnt work, I asked for a reduced price cause the one in Niles always Knocks like 10$ off. He told me no and when I called to tell him it was broke he said that he cant help me cause it was a display item and I can come in and buy something else. Poor service.

Never had a problem with these guys. Theyve helped me find the right vaper for the job, and good juice flavors. If you want consistency ask for the same person to make it and its the exact every time. Go to another employee its different, but thats the best part you can find which version is your favorite. My first time there they made a custom juice for me after a few minutes of research, they helped me pick out a good vaper( it broke due to falling out of my car but not their fault.) I came back in explained I wanted a stronger tank and hit. Set me up with a cheap and very good tank. Next week Ill be back for my new box.

Well Im a newbie, but I was not impressed that half of the flavors in their book they didnt even have. Lol... So why then are they being advertised? Glad I got my setup and all and they were kind but they definitely need some work. So I was appreciative of that.

Staff was wonderful to be around. They were super helpful and genuinely knew what they were talking about when it came to the items they had available.If youre into vaping, or need any kind of glassware this is the place to go.

Stopped in to give this place a go. Have to say,Great Experience and the guys were great.Wanted to get a strawberry milkshake.Had it whipped up for me in no time and was vaping it right away. Chatted about an issue with a box mod switch problem. Gave me some great advice. Lovin the juice and will return. Check it out if you are in the area. Worth the trip.

I normally only buy my cali burn pods at vape and smoke, usually in South bend unless theyre out of them then I purchased them at the vape and smoke in Elkhart. They were burning up too quickly and I had to replace them every couple of days, so I question Matt at the South bend location who assured me he was upper management, he informed me that they had a shipment of bootleg pods, and they were just trying to get rid of them.. I paid $20 for a box of 4 pods.. and they knowingly sell this garbage too hard working customers.. I no longer go to vape and smoke for anything.

Just visited with my fiance while she was getting a vape. Please was well organized, clean and had plenty of items in stock. Nate the person Martin seem very helpful and knowledgeable about products and juice

Went into this establishment today. There were 2 young males working. They were both sitting behind the counter talking with what appeared to be friends of theirs. After being in the store roughly 10 minutes we were finally acknowledged. Ask for 2 could out of the case. After the coils were gotten out of the case the young man walked backed over and sat back down. After we were finished looking to see if there was anything else we wanted we walked back up to the front counter where we stood for another 15 minutes before they decided to ask if we were ready to check out. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS EATABLISHMENT AGAIN!

The employees were super knowledgeable and beyond helpful. They have CBD, vape juice, and tanks. And one girl there had awesome bright pink hair! 20/10 good experience.

We are from out of town. I liked how honest the staff seemed and very knowledgeable, but then I got home and 2 out of 3 of my juice bottles were only filled up a fourth of the way. I peeled off the label and they werent even filled.

Prices are crazy unless you pay for black card memember. The worst one is the on in Niles they never have the juice we buy twice a week and have gotten many bad coils, but if we open them cant get another with the receipt. However we have been Driving over once a week to the one on Ironwood. If it wasnt for the young man Jose that works there I would never go back that the only reason for 3 stars is because of that store.

I only stopped in for batteries, but they seemed to have a decent selection to fill your vaping needs. One guy was helpful & knowledgeable. The other employee...well not so much.I cant comment much on their juice, bc Im a diehard for my Indigo, but my brother bought it before & I tried his a bit, and both our conclusions were that it was better quality and works better than that one local shop with the radio ads. (bc lets face it...its foreigner owned ghetto gas station made in china bad). So if you use that one places juice I would def suggest trying Vape&Smokes.

A good overall experience although they didnt have RBAs for my Kangertech K20. I wasnt even asked for a cigarette by the ubiquitous homeless person on guard

The staff was super nice and willing to help! Giving 4 stars because they didnt have any kind of filters for rolling cigarettes.

Ridiculously over priced ... Their ejuice prices are by far the highest around and their equipment is even more expensive. in order to get normal prices on stuff you have to pay for their bs membership. I wouldnt shop here again if my life depended on it.

I went in with my boyfriend so he could buy a vape and I ended up getting a pen with cbd oil as well, they also have cbd tea which Im super anxious to know if it works or not. The staff was nice and very knowledgeable and showed me how to use my pen because Im a noob.They also built a custom vape for a friend that came with us as well, I was only half paying attention at this time because I was honestly getting bored.But, I will be returning here for my future cbd needs. Thanks guys!

Went here for a rig, wasnt sure they were goin to have what i was looking for seeing as its a vape shop, they had all the smoking equipment i couldve asked for. Definitely found what i wanted and was on my way to easier smoking 😃

I will never purchase juice from this place ever again. They sold me a bad batch of juice and would not exchange it!!!!! The juice destroyed my coils and would not do anything to work with me. Horrible customer service and hung up on me!!!! Stay away!!!!!!
