New You Oasis

The sensory deprivation tank is the best combination of body and mind healing. So relaxing and I truly felt like I had one of the best meditations I ever have in there. I was hesitant to do this therapy method because I have anxiety and was terrified of it being dark and closed in but this tank is an oversized enclosure (more like a 8x8 room instead of a pod) and they accommodate to individuals with anxiety by offering a salt lamp so it’s not pitch black. Reasonably priced and well worth it! I would do this weekly if I it wasn’t an hour drive from home. 😀

This was my first time at New You Oasis & I had an AMAZING experience! Shannon gave me a tour & provided me with so much excellent information of all the services that you have to offer. Being an athlete as myself, these definitely accommodate my needs. I had the deep tissue massage & she was incredible!! Not only is she very personable, she was able to meet my every need that was asked. I will definitely be back!! I loved the atmosphere as well!

Friday was my first experience using a float tank, although Ive thought about trying it for years. The staff were friendly and professional. They explained the process in detail and answered all my questions. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and booked it again for next month. Id also like to try some of their other therapies like massage and cupping in the future.

I have been to New You Oasis twice now for a massage with Shannon, she does an excellant job and I leave feeling very relaxed! Everyone there is very nice and makes you feel right at home! I visited for a 90-minute massage in early July. I have had several massages before at various places and the massage I had at New You Oasis was probably the best Ive had. Shannon was my massage therapist and she was extremely friendly and did an amazing job. I was slightly sore the next day from how good of a job she did - never felt that way before after a massage! She really put in work on relieving my problem areas and it felt great and I overall felt 100% better after leaving. I am looking forward to coming back for another soon!

I just went and received the BEST massage I have ever gotten! I knew my upper body needed some work, but I didnt realize how bad it was till Shannon started working on me! I feel so relaxed and cant wait to go back. I only booked 45 minutes, and now I wish I would have went longer! As for the atmosphere, very clean, fresh and so inviting. Shannon was absolutely great! All three of the employees were very nice and welcoming. I went in for a 60 minute prenatal massage and I left feeling so much better and my mood was even 100% better! Definitely going back after I have my baby!

Had my first ever sugaring experience here. Anita did a great job. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable when she was performing the sugaring. She explained the process well and gave me tips on how to manage any discomfort. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the price point is very reasonable. I will be returning for follow up sessions.

Yesterday I experienced a full facial from Anita. As a man I really never thought to highly into my skin care routine. Anita had tons of helpful information to help with my beard care. Ill definitely be back. The spa has an amazingly friendly staff with a great atmosphere!

I had tried floating twice before at another place and did not have a good experience. I was pretty bummed about it because I knew there was no reason why I shouldn’t enjoy floating, it’s so in align with my own business. I’ve now done 3 floats at New You Oasis and am so glad I tried floating again. Floating at New You Oasis is exactly what I had initially anticipated floating should be. Such an awesome tool to deal with the immense stresses in life. I’ve also had massage from Shannon and she does a very good job. Going to have to try the facials soon. You won’t be disappointed by the owners, staff and their services. Go float! It’s very much worth it.

I wanted to treat myself for my birthday & New You Oasis was the perfect place. I got a Swedish massage from Shannon that was beyond amazing. I also floated in the sensory deprivation tank that was so relaxing. I had the some of the best sleep ever for at least two days. The employees are so friendly, nice & accommodating. I had my first float session not too long ago and can honestly say that Ive never had an experience quite like it. Firstly, the facilities were clean, comfortable and secure; the staff were extremely friendly and I had a chance to speak with one of the owners who is clearly passionate about the benefits of floating.As for the float room, a lot of care and thought has clearly gone into its design and construction. The water and air temperature are the same as your skin and there are underwater lights and a very tranquil soundtrack playing through the underwater speakers (reminded me of the band Hammock). I sampled these and decided to turn everything off and try it in complete darkness with no sound.For me, the feeling of floating in a sensory deprivation chamber is that for the time that I was directly aware of my surroundings there were moments that I couldnt discern where I ended and the water began. And it was no sooner that I closed my eyes that I was opening them with a strange sensation of being completely aware of the passage of time. Upon getting up, I was thankful for the handles that I was shown in the tank because I had a few moments of vertigo. Once I had my bearings I took a moment to examine how I was feeling. Not only was I extremely relaxed, my joints felt incredible from being able to relax in a state where there were no pressure points! I also noticed that my posture was better too. Emotionally, I felt immensely peaceful and content; a feeling that was notable for more than a week despite day to day stress and tension.Overall, my experience was incredible! I would recommend this to anyone as Ive never come across anything quite like it. The feeling that you are completely decompressing all at once is something that everyone should experience and is perhaps one of the most positive experiences Ive ever had.I will definitely be back again!

The staff is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in and passionate about your wellbeing. The prices are very fair (tip well, they deserve it!). I’ve floated and that was sooo relaxing. Shannon’s massages always leave me relaxed and they help SO much with my back and neck pain. Anita’s facials leave my skin very soft and moisturized, and the sugaring is amazing too! They also have CBD bath bombs that I like to use at home after long days. Highly recommend!!!

I love new you oasis. It gives me the me-time I need after a long week at work. So far I have only done the float tank, and its incredible! Its so relaxing and it takes away my stress and my pain, and helps me with sleeping that night. The staff are so friendly and are invested in making you feel as relaxed as possible. The only thing I’ve done there was use the float tank (my first time) and it was awesome. The owner, Kyle, explained everything in great detail and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the experience. Floating was definitely unique and something I’d recommend everyone do. I’d love to go back and I’d love to try their other services as well.

I brought my boyfriend here for a couples float session. First time for both of us. I cant remember the name of the woman who took us through everything, but she was amazing. We felt completely comfortable and educated on the float experience. Prices are extremely reasonable and they seem to always have a sale of some type. Clean and Calm environment. Friendly and attentive service. I was really nervous and feeling brand new again to waxing since it’s been 2 years since my last Brazilian, but Anita kept my mind busy and distracted with continuous conversation and encouragement. I was able to pull through the ENTIRE wax without taking a break. Although I am super proud of myself, I DEFINITELY couldn’t have done it without her.My Above and Beyond:On top of Wipes given to clean before (of course those are a staple), I super appreciate the clean up after! This is the best float spa I have ever been to! This is the 4th float spa I have been to and it is by far the best I have experienced. The float room is soooo relaxing! It has a modern luxurious design and every little detail has been thought out and put into this place. I have never floated in a float room like this one and the added space just helps me relax even more. I also just got a massage from Shannon. I have never been with a more friendly masseuse in my life!!! She did an excellent job.

I had my first sensory deprivation/float session today and what a unique experience! I highly recommend trying it. Kyle did a great job explaining each step of the process and put my concerns to rest. I was extremely relaxed and calm at the end of my 30-minute float. Next time I will go in for an hour and perhaps a massage afterwards. The spa is beautiful and squeaky clean throughout.

I received a cupping session from Shannon, it was amazing! Relieved a pain from underneath my shoulder blade that I had been dealing with for 25 years.....however, I was uncomfortable with the personal questions I was asked and being a disabled veteran, I certainly did not appreciate some comments about disabled patrons made by the owner Kyle Griggs, definitely reccomend to my Veteran brothers to go elsewhere!

New Headaches and frustration is what youll get. Make sure you write everything down for your apts, as they might move apts around to help. But they dont tell you about upcoming appointment after you are there. Or even give Coutsey calls. granted they get paid upfront, to let you know your appts coming up. Doesnt seem to difficult, or that you missed an appointment even. But youll know once you call to check for open dates, they will be chipper as ever to tell you some of the dates you already paid for were missed and they money they kept. :) have a great day!

Can not begin to express how much I love this place. I have been wishing for something to open up on the south side that offers these services, and Im so glad its New You Oasis. I have been here a few times and each time I come it gets better and better. I walk in and they know me by name! Shannon is an AMAZING massage therapist who knows exactly what she is doing! I have searched high and low for someone who can really help the areas I need working on, and trust me when I say I have been about everywhere and no one has been able to help me as much as she has! Also love the flexible hours working six days a week its usually hard to get into somewhere that will even be open that late. Will recommend New You Oasis to anyone I know!

Would highly recommend for anyone experiencing pain or tightness. The massage therapist was kind and ensured I was comfortable throughout the massage. Additionally, she was kind enough to let me pick the music I wanted to listen to which created an environment where I was able to be fully immersed in the moment.

UH-MAAAA-ZINGGGG! I got my wife a 30 minute float therapy and a 60 minute full body massage (her first ever massage in her life) and the people there were just so welcoming and made her feel at ease right away. She was really nervous about the float therapy at first but she loved it and Shannon did such anamazing job when it came to her massage I jus couldnt believe the look on my wifes face after she was done. I went to New You Oasis for a bikini wax and Anita was really nice...Due to COVID I hadn’t been back for a few months but finally got in for a second one and ended up in the ER due to a chemical burn. I contacted Anita right away and came back the next day for her to look at it. All she could say is it MIGHT BE because it was hot outside my skin probably reacted. They did change to a new vendor so she’s going to check into that. She gave me a little powder to keep the area dry and two antiseptic wipes. She also wanted me to BUY some teatree lotion from them for the burns and never offered my money back after seeing the damage the sugar wax caused. Needless to say I am very disappointed about that and I’m totally scared of getting waxed again. Enter at your own risk!!!

The float room is wonderfully relaxing! Not just a float pod, but a spacious and inviting room. Pop in ear plugs and just float on in peace and tranquility. There is calming music played thru underwater speakers, and there is an in-room shower. They also offer massages and have a salt therapy booth. If you need Serenity Now, this is the place to go!
