Just wanna say what a great store to go to the employee in there Thomas is very nice and friendly loves to have a great conversation everytime I come in there even one time I bought a Vape and tried it in the store and it didn’t work and he checked it out and exchanged it no problem or issues I love this store would definitely recommend

This was my first time going into this specific store I have been to orher vape n smoke shops and never had an issue but this one on portage rd in south bend is a joke I bought 2 geekbar vapes from them when I opened the first one it started auto hitting and used up the juice so then I opened the second one and that one did the same thing but wouldnt stop so I turned it off and back on and now it dont work at all I brought it back to rhe store with my reciept told them the issue I was having and all I wanted was to exchange them he told me there was nothing they could do and that I should have opened them and tried them before I left the store and the person and manager that was there on the day I bought them never told me I had to do that I dont recommend anyone to go to that vape n smoke on portage rd in south bend unless u like buying stuff that dont work and wasting ur money

When U Walk Into The Store U Notice Immediately The Clean Environment!! The Worker Is Attentive , Personable , & Knowledgeable About The Products. He Is Extremely Helpful Which Makes Spending Money Easier With That Type Of Great Customers Service!!

Nice place chick that runs it is helpful friendly and they have a great selection of juice ez to get to from pilot you can get a full truck n trailer in the Walmart but it’s tight best to bobtail. Well worth the trip price’s fair there brand new so got a great deal on juice. I will be going back!

Such a wide selection of products especially vape juice! Yall gotta try those Delta products. I didnt know anything about them until the guy Ray explained everything to me. (Very detailed guy btw) My new fave vape store!!

Friendly and helpful customer service. Good selection of products. I have been going to ecig works for several years but after finding this location I will never set foot in ecig works again.

Arrived around 11:30am 30 minutes after they opened and the clerk was being rude to the 2 ladies already in the store and was complaining the entire time about he should of locked the doors after he arrived because it was too early for him or something. Just over all was rude and not helpful.
