Literally just bought 3 vapes and paid in cash never opened two never left the counter didn’t like the vape and tried to return the other two and they refused!!! I’m so upset I’m super picky. Hopefully tomorrow I’ll go talk to the owner/ manager and he’ll fix this.

I want to say the service is impeccable, however I feel as though the prices are a little bit higher than I am accustomed. Maybe I have not been to a shop in a while. Really helpful staff. Treated nicely every time Im in there. They seem to have the flavors I want more consistently than the other vape shops around. They are a little bit pricier though.

I am a combat veteran who suffers from PTSD. Veterans, or anyone who suffers in this regard, I promise you this is your go to shop if you lack experience in the power of marijuana to relieve this disorder. My main guy is Zach, ask for him by name. This kid is knowledgeable, profoundly respectful and intelligent (especially for your long-haired hippy type), and has just a dynamite sense of humor. The kid radiates positivity in a way thats not annoying. Just a true light inside a dark day. The whole staff is wonderful though. Every product you can imagine and really magnifies the experience. Cant say enough about Happy Dayze. Except the way they spell Dayze. Thats kinda dumb.

They have the best selection and prices in town. We drove around Reno checking out other shops like theirs, but they are the best. They are friendly, knowledgeable and have the most competitive prices. I wish we had stopped there first. I definitely recommend this place.

Unlike other smoke shops hear that sells fake things. My go to is the rug pod strawberry mango and what’s great about it is that everyone that works there seems to remember it all the time.

Visited this store for the first time right before Christmas looking for a pipe for my hubby. Was warned by several others about the poor customer service.Figured id decide for myself.Was browsing about 20 minutes, not sure what I was looking for. Was never asked if needing any help once.The guys that work there are more interested in socializing with their friends than doing their job, which makes it extra hard to ask for help as it is somewhat intimidating. My son went in 3 days later and the same thing happened to him.:(Its too bad because the shop has a lot of stock and could cater to people looking for an assortment of things. How about the clerks saying hello, if you need help be sure to let us know.At this point I will not be going back. There are a lot of other shops in town that would want my money.

Good selection affordable if your a rich man. Even the employees roll their eyes about the high prices. Items priced 2 or 3 times, inflation possibly or confusion? Be clear its always the highest price. Example: a product I buy online is 20 pieces for $13.99. This place priced them at $1.99 each. However $4+tax out the door. Invisible price tags I guess. Get it together folks. The price gouging is extreme.

The store looks amazing.Original Post: Too much product in the store for store size. I really recommend a huge clearance of all those clothes where you place them in rented pods and let those who want to shop for clothes do so outside the store. Give us space to see the inventory. Dont put items in glass cases behind items that are behind more items. Cannot see all the available product. Back to clothing. There is so much clothing. So much that it makes the aisles so small that you get Walmart aggro even though there is only 3 customers besides you and the 2 employees working. If someone is browsing through clothes they block anyone going through to look at product. Placement of products also strange. Plates and dishes for cone incense are on the other side of clothing down a bit from the cone incense

The customer service of one of the gentlemen today was all but nonexistent. I asked a question and was given short, rude responses instead of assistance.I would have spent a lot more if I didnt want his attitude and energy out of my space asap.You would think small businesses would want locals to feel comfortable and build a loyalty and relationship with their community, but what do I know?

BEST PLACE TO GET AFFORDABLE QUALITY KRATOM!! they have at least like 10-15+ strains and alot of different sizes (talking about powder, not sure about capsules) i like the 5oz thats only $20. but they have kilos for only $90. Im actually really impressed with the quality, ive tried at least 6-7 different varieties now and ive really enjoyed them all. this place also has the biggest clearance section of vape juice! going from 2.99-5.99 and the good stuff mixed in too! and all the nicotine strengths available as well, 0mg-12mg. there hours are awesome they open early and stay open late also i really like employees too, there hella cool and on top of things. this should def be anybodys go to for anything vape and kratom related, ive been to a TON of different vape shops and this one really blows most of the competition out of the water!!!

I first went to the shop weeks ago and walked out with a vape and a bottle of juice. All I requested was the medium range potency. Well a week later I was back looking for a different intensity and flavor juice and was happy with what I bought. It wasnt until my third/forth visit that it went south. I bought another vape (a different brand) and asked about return policies. I was told that I could take two weeks and if I wasnt happy with the performance of the product I could return it. Well here we are again, I went into the store looking forward to the local-friendly service I had before but instead walked into a confrontation that lost my business for good. I wasnt happy with the product and wanted my money back. Then the clerk began to dispute my claims by saying he would never say that and returns are only a timeline for unused product . I just think it is unprofessional and CHEAP for a company to present to a customer as, sorry, your $40 bucks is down the drain what else would you like to waste money on?I wouldnt spend my money here if I were someone looking for a local shop to invest in.

They have a racist employee by the name of Zack a white guy with horrible customer service and who is only a cashier but if you try to make it a regular stop he will try to pick a fight with you so that he can call the cops on you and get you kicked off the property!

Cool people, cool selection. And by selection, I mean they have EVERYTHING. Glass (like the usual glass and TONS of local pieces), vape, clothes (and not flimsy cheap clothes). It gets kind of busy when people run in on their lunch breaks for juice. Staff was really good at answering all my questions for me and also helped me find answers about some mods that we both didnt know everything about.

Nice Selection but wouldnt help me find the shirt I wanted in the size I needed. Gave me a hard time ringing out. Did an event with them. Came back treated me like a stranger. Felt uncomfortable going back after last weeks purchase.

This is my go to smoke shop. They sell everything from bongs to vape juice. Also the stoner merch is on point. They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The employees are amazing and the vibe is chill. 10/10 recommended! Not to mention that they are open till 11pm.

Ive been going there for my Vape supplies, I got a dope jacket that everyone wants and its one of a kind Ive had it five years haha! And the staff is so helpful and amazing and hot plus good music!

I was trying to ask some questions about a scale and I wasn’t even there for more than 3 minutes and did end up buying one just because I didn’t feel like going to another store, I was mad enough I thought about it though. The guy kept texting someone on his phone and didn’t even look up from it to answer my questions. When I asked the difference between 2 models he actually sighed loudly and got them both from the case and dropped them on the counter and didn’t even offer any input. I read over the back of the packages and he was like “just get that one it’s the best one” to rush me out of the store. I was going to buy a couple other vape things but I was over it and just left.

I just stopped in to buy a couple of products when my friend tried to buy something the guy Iovercharged him $1 and when was confronted about the price gave a lot of attitude towards my friend then I tried to buy something and the other guy thats working there also try to add a dollar to the original price of the product so at this time which is 934 on Friday evening they have employees charging customers a dollar or more over the set price. Im not going back there to purchase anything ever again and neither will my friend and we spend at least 1000$ a month there. Guess they dont want our $$ anymore...

Vape juice isn’t really a great bargain. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I bought a pack of coils and 4 juices and it was over 90.00. Need to offer buy one get one like the other vape shops in the area.

This place was pretty busy for a Tuesday night at 9:30 PM! The employees were very helpful, attentive, and friendly with all the customers, many of whom seemed to be regulars. I will definitely stop here next time I’m in town!

I was looking for a particular vape mod so I gave them a call before I drove the 20 minutes into town to see if they carried it and for how much. I was told they did have it, but they dont give prices over the phone. Usually I dont shop at places when they tell me they dont give prices over the phone because I think its rude, and that they must not have a good price on their items. However, since I had to wait an hour for all the rest of the vape shops around town to open I figured that I would stop in to kill time. I drove all they way down there and saw the mod I was looking for. I asked how much and the kid behind the counter told me $100! Everywhere else in town sells the same one for $45-$60! I guess I should thank them though. They did after all reaffirm my reasoning for not shopping at places that wont give you a price over the phone. I had just enough time to write this review afterwards before I head to another vape shop that is finally open and spend my hard earned money with them.

Ive been coming here since they opened, lack of commitment to their customers is ridiculous... Talk me into to buying something more expensive than I originally wanted, then when that product no longer works due to one piece, they offer no resolution...Cant just buy the replacement piece, they WANT you to buy the entire product again just to get what you need... Not impressed, I wont be coming back and thats a shame...

I had a few that were bad out of the box on my last purchase, so Jassi gave me a smokin’ deal on a bunch of pop extra and some CBD gummies. Jassi even pulled out all kinds of new inventory so I had multiple flavors to choose from. I appreciate them making good on products that failed, to no fault of their own. This is the place to go for all your smoking and vaping needs. Im talking everything you need to get your smoke on. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Their selection is unmatched in sparks.

If you are going in for e-juice, amazing place. Coils on the other hand, not recommended. I have gotten wrong coils from them too many times. They sold my mother in law an e-go battery and tank, but everytime she goes to get coils, they give her Kanger Tech coils. 3 times in 2 weeks, despite her telling them they are the wrong ones. This has happened with my wife as well, twice, trying to get coils for her TFV12 Prince. I am sorry to say, this was probably my last visit to this store. The employees are awesome and have amazing attitudes, but that can only keep a customer so long. Too much time and money wasted going back to try to get the right coils for the vapes they sold.

Usually reputable shop for regular tobbacco products but reading the other reviews it looks like they lack a lot in vaping products. Not selection, but in my experience I went to get a simple pack of Juul pods. They were fake, and their return policy makes it impossible to return after you open it and find out theyre fake. Ill go back for a blunt but I cant trust them for something as popular as juul pods. Buy your vape products somewhere else, I already lost $17, dont let it happen to you

Wife bought a bucket (30mins-1 hour ago.), Got home, heated it up, did a dab and noticed a crack. We called and they told us that they refused to replace it since it had been used.

Nice people, but they do not have a very good selection of e-cig / accessories and e-cig juice. They are more of a head shop than anything else.
