Great Therapists at this location. Kelly and Eve did our couples massage and made our weekend. I am no beginner to massage and Kelly spent as the perfect amount of time on my trouble spots that even days after I am still feeling loose and amazing. Thanks everyone!

I was in town visiting family and woke up with a terrible pain in my shoulder. I was able to make a same day appointment easily on their website. The receptionists were very welcoming and friendly at check in. Clara did my massage and was amazing. She really took the time to address my concerns and worked hard to making me feel better again. I really appreciated her willingness to adapt the massage to my needs. I would definitely recommend Elements Massage. The rooms were very clean and peaceful.

Ive had many MANY massages in my life. This one was by far the best in my life. Im not sure about the negative reviews, it definitely was not my experience. Mark was my massage therapist and will continue to be here on our. I am recovering from a complete ACL reconstruction so was apprehensive about someone working on that part. Also struggling with pain after a shoulder surgery from a few years ago. I gave him a short history and he knew exactly what to do. Highly recommend!

The best masseuse Ive ever had works here.Update: I cannot express how much I hate their website. I cannot reset my password and can never again book a massage online. Id happilydrive across town for a massage but trying to navigate their website is akin to walking on hot coals, but not in a good way.

I received a 90 minute massage from Morgan. She was very receptive to feedback and did an extrordinary job working on my muscles. The massage was 10/10. Will definitely recommend to anyone in the area who is looking for massage.

When I asked how much my wife and my couple massage would be for an hour they told me $119 so I thought that was a good deal. Turned out they were quoting me for one person for an hour and it was actually $240. The massage was only for 45 minutes (not 60) and they did not focus on what we asked. It felt like pressure points was a priority over massaging the actual muscles. Would never recommend or return to this place…

I have worked with 4 message therapists and they have all been amazing. I highly recommend Elements Message. They are the only place I will continue to use.

They are professional massage therapists, well educated in therapeutic massage, trigger point, sports, Swedish and can do Himalayan salt massages and Cupping...ahhh....relaxing, oh and they have 2 float pods with Epsom salts,( magnesium) for the full body treatment!

I had a very uncomfortable massage experience last year with Marty B., who didnt respect my stated boundaries and moved my underwear down without asking. I will say that management seemed to take my complaint seriously (the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1) and I would consider seeing a different massage therapist at this location.

Made an appointment for my husband & I to do a couples massage for our Anniversary. On the day of I got a text stating my appointment was an hour before the time I scheduled. Apparently they changed my appointment without my approval & now they are not offering to fix it. Horrible customer service

Steve is a therapuetic masseuse. He has the gift of ‘healing’. Elements is lucky to have him.

Again, a wonderful massage at Wandermere Elements. I’ve tried 3 different therapists, each with different techniques. Every time I walk away feeling relaxed and refreshed. Love them so much I joined their membership plan so I can enjoy a massage monthly.

10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend the Hastings Elements Massage. Theres a reason theyre so booked. The front desk staff is amazing and welcoming. They even went so far as to let me know that my massage therapist was very strong so that I was prepared. My therapist Sean was incredibly nice and listened well to my needs. He made me feel very comfortable and was indeed very strong! Lol! Which was perfect for the knots I have everywhere. I immediately booked again once my session was over and signed up for the membership pricing. Cannot recommend Sean enough and Im looking forward to my next appt.

Raelynn is phenomenal— as a person and massage therapist! She listens, gives advice for at-home care, and I consistently feel better both immediately and days after seeing her.

Staff is always helpful and pleasant. I have been getting massages my entire adult life and get the best massage Ive ever had when I see Marty. He truly has a gift.

Ive had quite a few massages in my day and honestly I can say Matthew was one of the best hands down. He asked the right questions and checked in to make sure I was doing okay. I tend to hold a ton of tension and trauma in my shoulders and he knew just what to do. Please please go see him if youre looking for a rad massage therapist!

The massage was not what I expected. I would have preferred to be asked what I preferred, soft, hard, or medium. I got mediocre. It was a gift, so no hard feelings.

We made it clear after a couple massages with a particular therapist (Marty) that he had made my wife extremely uncomfortable with his inappropriate conversation during the massage (I dont know if I can explain without tripping Googles filter but it had to do with children, animals, and doing things with the dog private are). After speaking with Kim about it since we were on their monthly package (which on sign up they had set her up with a monthly float instead of monthly massage so that mistake should have been a bigger red flag) we would try one more massage and if that didnt go better we would cancel the monthly package. We also re-iterated the physical issues my wife was dealing with and asked for someone that would be suited for that. Go in today and Kim is there at the front with her keys, purse, etc. ready to walk out and saying she stayed to ensure cancellation would go smoothly. We figured the effort would have gone towards making this massage go smoothly, not just ensuring the cancellation would go smoothly. Find out they have us with a brand new person, on the same side of the building as the inappropriate person - no effort to make sure today was a great experience, just effort to make sure the cancellation could happen. Its like they were hoping we would cancel instead of recognizing they made the issue.

Is someone post 2 months ago and the float pod is nice and full... Maybe nice have the same way for my wife.. I pay a lot for her to relax and she not the type of person to complain but I will. She has to more floats left.. This if not better the nice time this will be a 1 star. And never coming back...

What an amazing experience I had . From the moment I walked in it was so wonderful. The wonderful ladies at the desk explained everything to me and me all checked in . Then the magic happened. I met Sean my massage therapist. I have never had a massage before and I was in pain . Sean took the time to find out about me my injury and my needs and made me feel very comfortable about this whole process. When my 60 minutes was up I could fully move my neck and shoulders up and down . Witch was not an opinion before I got to elements. Thank you Sean and all the wonderful ladies at the front desk for helping me yesterday and getting me in to the wellness club . So excited for my next visit with you guys ! Just an amazing place to go . Oh and the massage tables are HEATED ! IT WAS AMAZING!!

The staff are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The massage therapists are the best. They offer aromatherapy, Himalayan salt stone massage, cupping and CBD too. There are float pots inside the studio as well. Definitely something worth trying!

Not worth it. You will pay for the hour, but will be worked on for only 40 minutes. You are required to wear a mask during the massage. If that floats your boat, then whatever - I prefer the massage places that let you breathe during your session. The staff was not as friendly as other places I’ve been to. I won’t go back, definitely not worth $109 for 40 minutes.

Got my first ever massage here and they made it comfortable for me-even being 9 months pregnant! It was hard to breathe when I had to go on my back, and I dont think the consultation should count against your time, but the workers are friendly and informative and overall I liked my experience.

Back before the pandemic, I tried scheduling a couples massage here. I had to book far in advance as there werent any openings for a couples massage, that they do offer. The day of our appointment we got a call that one of the massage therapists couldnt do it. Before we could respond, the other therapist called in sick hours before our appt. I called and canceled our membership as thats why we joined in the first place, so we could do monthly couples massage, and clearly that doesnt work. Also wanted our money back for the initial cost. Zach Im assuming the manager called and apologized, gave us back our deposit and offered 1 free massage. That is why I gave 2stars instead of 1. We did not use the massage but appreciated the gesture. The whole thing was a hassle. So if you are wanting a couples massage I would look elsewhere.

Karen is fantastic! Shes helped relieve shoulder pain I just thought I had to live with. I leave each massage feeling relaxed, less stressed, and less sore. Thanks Karen!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an appointment with them and they had to reschedule it because my therapist quit on the spot. I rescheduled and when I got there for my appointment time they said the one I was scheduled with quit also and gave them no notice. The person who was informing me of all this was extremely rude! She said they had been trying to reach me. No they hadn’t. I had just received a confirmation email two days prior. Needless to say I will not be going back and I will not be referring anyone to them! Two therapist quit on the spot within a week. Not a good sign. Probably shouldn’t tell your clients that in the future. People are not stupid!

The desk staff here are great. Kind and helpful. I came here for a float in one of their float pods. Really enjoyed my time. Will definitely return.

The atmosphere and decor in the waiting area were very relaxing, as was the music. The support staff were polite and accommodating, offering free water. My massage therapist James was very kind and knowledgeable, and I walked out feeling very relaxed. I even started a monthly membership.. so visit them! They good!

This was my first massage at Elements Wandermere and it was wonderful. Makenna was wonderful! I’ve had many massages by 20+ different masseuses and she was one of the best. Focused on the muscles that hurt and created a very relaxing environment. I’d definitely recommend going to her!

Efficient professional and got me in last minute when I needed it most

I was able to get an appointment the same day/week, I wanted. Not having to wait is a huge benefit when looking for a massage therapist! Shannon was my therapist and she did an excellent massage. She checked in often (this is the first massage with her) and gave me things to work on until my next massage. Definitely glad I found Elements Massage!

I had an wonderful massage with Clara. She is a very skilled therapist who really listened to me and gave me an excellent deep tissue massage. The front desk did a great job with scheduling and was very friendly and professional.

Awesome environment from the very beginning calling in and setting up the appointment, to the front lobby and checking in, through the massage and to the end of the appointment. Clean, professional, great massage therapists! Excellent service and very reasonable pricing as a member. I take visitors and family from out of town in for a massage, and they get the member rate the first time as well! I never realized how beneficial for my health a regular massage was until I made it a routine. Now I wouldnt go without every month! My husband and I highly recommend Elements Massage!

The staff here is very friendly and polite. Michelle was really great at making me feel at ease and comfortable. She was very good at massaging points of discomfort and providing relief from the pain I’ve been having. Definitely recommend this location.

I got a 2 hour massage from Rhonda at the Wandermere Elements and she did a great job! Shoulder pain that had been bothering me for months was finally gone. All of the staff at the front counter were very courteous and helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant and peaceful.Whenever I need a good massage, this is where I will be going. :-D

The girls at the front desk were very helpful and friendly! I really liked Michelle as a massage therapist. Her technique was great and she didn’t mind that I wanted to be quiet. All around a great experience!

Ive gone to Elements massage for the past 3 months and am really loving it. Ive been treated well every time Ive gone in for a massage. They have many options of massage therapists depending on what kind of massage you like prefer as well as pressure level. It is great to come here and relax for a bit once a month. They always communicate well and give me reminder calls the day before my appointment.

I work here, its awesome. In August there will be float tanks for post massage therapy. The workforce is incredible! The management flawless, the receptionist are welcoming. The owners create a great environment to work in and it appears that they truelly care about their employees. The therapist are the backbone of course! And we are like a family. Trust me its great! Come in and relax.

Danny is one of the many massage therapists at this location and he is just phenomenal. He is trained in a broad range of techniques and knows how to use them well. This was one of the best massages I have ever had. The young ladies behind the counter are friendly and efficient and may the entire experience very pleasant. I will definitely be going back.

Signed up for a Swedish massage, and told Judy Jones my goal was to relax... I havent felt so relaxed in ages. Definitely recommend her. It was absolutely wonderful. I definitely recommend them. Plus, the office smells wonderful.

I went to elements wandemere to try the float spa for the first time to get some much needed peace and quiet and to relieve some back and neck pain. It was exactly what I needed! With 1100 lbs of Epsom salt to help float in the Warm water my muscles felt way more relaxed when I got out! My only wish would be that the water was a little bit warmer and that I could choose other durations besides an hour. I actually felt like a quicker 35-40 mins would be perfect!

Staff and therapists are all very friendly and helpful and accommodating. They are open 7 days/week with good hours. I have seen almost all of the therapists at one time or another and have been impressed with each one of them as far as their skill level and professionalism. I have been going regularly for some time for a medical condition as well as for MVA injuries from several months ago and have had very good progress with my treatments from Elements Massage.

Lisa was the best! Its been too long since my last massage, so I was happy to get in so fast. I had the hour massage with hot stones and orange essential oil. Cant wait to go back!

The ladies at the front desk we very sweet and carried a calming vibe the moment I walked in. The music really allowed my mind and body to relax. The masseur (ken) was very professional and informative about what my personal goals may have been and how he was going to help me reach that goal through out the massage. The pain that I was feeling that day in my lower back is completely gone!

Staff is always courteous always willing to help you be comfortable and ready for the best massage of your life. Massage Therapist are excellent at doing what you ask and what you need.

I have been going to Elements Massage for about 5 yrs. now and have recommended it to 4 friends who receive massages from there as well. There are many great, competent therapists there that always listen & provide instant pain relief. I have my favorite therapist so definitely try them all, you never know! Front desk staff are also friendly and wonderful!

I loved it here so much at first because the prices werent too much and they had a masseuse that was incredible. I decided to get a membership and then went to schedule but the masseuse I liked had left and they would not tell me where he went to practice. After this I cancelled my membership and decided I would just go every once in awhile but when I went to reschedule I found that they had raised there prices quite a bit. Now I wont go and will not buy gift cards for others from them because they are overpriced... which is sad. 60-70 dollars plus tip a massage is reasonable but more then this is just silly. Please reconsider your prices.

I followed Jessica to Elements, she gives a good deep tissue message and has been my misuse for several years. I visit her weekly; it is the one thing I do for myself. She is kind, interested in helping, always asks if there are any areas of concern before we get started, and if there are any areas that need more work before turning over. She has worked wonders with my rotor cuff issues. I appreciate the cleanliness and the atmosphere at Elements. There are always 2 to 3 front desk staff who are generally friendly, welcoming and efficient. Deffinetly recommend visiting Elements.

Overall great experience, i was looking for a massage for tense muscles due to work. I stopped by to ask a couple questions and they were very helpful, the next day i had an appointment with jessica. I was nervous about being so vulnerable laying on the table in just my under garments and in the back of my head there was a possibility of a swift karate chop across the back. She laughed and said i was safe, 58 minutes later and karate chop free i became a member and have weekly visits. Jessica is great with asking each time which part of the body needs attention and adjusts during if needed. The front desk employees are very friendly and make it easy to check in/ set up new appointments also they remind me of the monthly specials and new products.

My sister gets me a lovely Christmas gift of a couples massage for the two of us. The day of the appointment they call to tell her theyve double booked us and have to cancel. Not a week in advance, not a few days ahead, the day of. Of course this was the only day that works for us in over a month but thats OK when we do find time we will be sure to book with someone who values our time. Sorry Elements but I will never recommend you to anyone.

I came in with really bad back pain could barely move, left walking a little better. Woke up this morning feeling amazing! The massage therapist I had was amazing, she made me feel very comfortable! Thank you Elements Massages for making my first massage amazing.

Elements Massage has great service. One of the most calming environments going in and out. It is all about being able to take that little bit of time out of the day and truly be able to relax. Heather and Tracy are the two that I use for my massages. Both of them take the time to understand what you want out of a massage. I love Elements Massage!

Mixed (but mostly bad) experience. I called to find out availabilities for a couples massage, and the info I got from the gentleman about massages was great. I figured out a time with my friend to go, then made the appointment. They didnt ask what types of massages we wanted, therefor booked me with someone who couldnt do a deep tissue massage like i wanted, Which was irritating but ok. (A good massage is a good massage right? Wrong.) at arrival they had us fill out charts about our history, how I hold stress, where Im okay with being touched and any extras I want in the massage for an additional price. Yeah all great until they dont pay attention to those things. Therefor my friend got her feet rubbed when she didnt want those touched,her painful surgical scars were touched against her wish and i didnt get aromatherapy or deep tissue like i wanted. It was a decent massage but not what we wanted and a bad experience over all. they have these things set up that should create good experiences until they dont use them. Not worth $150

Ive been going to Elements for almost a year now. I just recently moved up to north Spokane so switched from the valley to the north branch. I made an appointment with James I believe. His intro said he was deep tissue so i figured why not? Was not a fan. When I laid down on the table he spent a weird amount of time rolling up a towel to put under the middle of my back (no idea why but that was the most uncomfortable thing to lay on top of a towel in the middle of your back). I expressed multiple times I wanted a deep tissue but he either just barely applied lotion with 0 pressure or dug his elbows (not forearms) bony elbows into my muscles. I nonchalantly asked him how long he had been working as a massage therapist and he starts slowing the massage so he can tell me about his career... halfway through my massagehe starts giggling under his breath which made me super uncomfortable and it went on for so long I had to comment whats so funny because he was giggling to himself for so long it got weird. When I asked him, he immediately busted up laughing because he could hear a musical instrument playing in the other room? Who would laugh at that..? He thought it was the most hilarious thing. After stopping the massage for the second time to catch his breath he started again. After a week I am still so upset I paid $80 for this massage. My back wont stop hurting after he dug his elbow in. And to go there to relax and get this treatment? Beyond upset. Lifelong customer and this one person made me want to cancel my membership and go elsewhere.

Went there for the first time and was very satisfied by the quality of massage. The staff were very friendly at check in, the masseuse was knowledgeable and did a great job focusing on the areas I needed attention. Would highly recommend.

Very good Masseuse ... i have knotted muscles and they are good at listening to your wishes.It hurts for deep massage, and takes a day or so to feel better. But Then i’m ready for a gentle massage!little speedy, but when you’re hurting it’s worth it

The people are nice, the setting is relaxing, but the massage I had left a lot to be desired. My massage therapist was 2 months out of massage school, and it showed. I wont be returning.

Your massage therapists are great. The CBD massage is one of the most relaxing massages that I have had. You should sell the cbd oil separately too.

Elements Massage in Wandermere is clean, warm, and inviting. They take some insurances and offer a great overall experience in a spa-like environment. Danny Montague was the LMP delivering a professional and healing massage to me this evening. I would definitely recommend him and Elements. This is my third time at this location and Danny was the third LMP Ive worked with their. All have been great!

Massage was great. But, the front desk was a bit cold and preoccupied with things other than greeting the guests. Doesnt make me want to return, especially when it is on a contract basis. Not sure if I will return.

They were prompt, precise on pressure and communication. I also added oils to my massage and they are not skimpy with them! I was given a sash with the oils when I left too!!! I highly recommend Elements!

This place left me a message to remind me I had a massage never once telling me I would be wearing a mask when I got there told me I put a mask on I said no and walked out. And then tried to charge my wife $30 this is on them be aware you need to wear a mask while getting a massage many of the last places I had massages no Mass required they were rude

I have been there multiple times since it opened as has my daughter (who actually goes there on a regular basis). I can only say good things about ALL staff - both therapists, and office support. They combine professionalism with genuine personal caring.... I could not recommend them more.

Therapist was great. Management can go strait to hell. Still forcing everyone to wear masks. Very snippy and rude at the front desk.

Booked our Valentines day massages and when we showed up they had double booked our room. They offered us separate rooms however that is not what we booked. Now the wife is upset as she has been counting down the days till our massage. What a horrible way to do business.

The therapists at Elements are so awesome and make sure their customers needs are met. I have been seeing a few of the therapists after a car wreck earlier in the year and with the massage therapy I was able to stay away from narcotic pain killers during my recovery.

Judy & Brandon are my favorites. I always feel so great leaving!

EDIT: after I posted this review, the owner removed their whopping $4 tip. Rather than learning a lesson from this message, they chose to be petty. If this is how this business treats someone in a suffering service industry, a disabled person with a horrible chronic illness - with unbridled arrogance and entitlement - do you really want to give them your hard-earned money? I know I sure dont.I work with Instacart doing grocery shopping and delivery for clients. Recently, I accepted an order to shop and deliver to this business, at their South Hill location, from Costco. The order included 10 cases of bottled water, totalling out at about 450 pounds all together, along with a few other things, including a large case of commercial paper towels.I loaded all of these cases from the store to my car, and from my car into this business, and then stacked all of them by hand. Not a single employee offered to help. On my second trip, a *customer*, not an employee, actually got up from her seat and opened the door for me.See, Instacart has a prerequisite for a heavy order when they calculate payment for the shopper. That payment is not a sliding scale. There is no difference between an order for 1 case of water, and an order for 15.If you were staying at a hotel and asked a bellhop to move 10 cases of water from your car into your room, that would warrant a rather large tip, dont you think? You probably tip your masseuse or masseur when you get a massage here.The owner of this business thinks otherwise. They think that amount of labor is entitled to exactly $4 gratuity, delayed by a week of deliberation, of course. I was just offered another order for this location on Hastings Rd. Ive attached a picture showing the items requested and the payment I would expect to receive. This business will continue to do this, to take advantage of people who are already in difficult situations, as long as they are allowed.This behavior is saddening and horrifying, and I hope that anyone reading this feels the same way. I have a genetic disease which causes severe chronic pain, weak ligaments, and muscle spasms. But I will NEVER give this place my business, nor will I ever deliver to them again, and I sincerely hope no other shopper ever will. I will do my best to inform everyone in the area of how this business operates, and warn them to steer clear.If thats how little you think of the men and women who navigate through the miserable hell of Costco, with a cart weighed down by 500 pounds of water, deliver it to your business, and stack it by hand, then I wish you good luck when you do it your DAMN SELF! Because youre going to need it. 🙂

My husband and I enjoyed a 90 minute couples massage at Wandermere Elements Massage. My massage therapist Marty was easy to communicate with and my massage was effective AND enjoyable. I tried the cupping which was a new experience and I really felt it was helpful! I also want to try the himalayan salt stones sometime soon!

As a triathlon coach I look for the best products and services for myself and my athletes.Isaiah did an outstanding job. The massage I received on Saturday the 8th was the best massage I have ever had. I had raced in Santa Cruz Cal. that morning then got in a car and drove and hour back to the airport then sat again for several hours getting back to Spokane. Once I arrived to Elements my legs, back and shoulders were very tight and sore. His massage helped me recovery quickly and got me back to training sooner then normal. Thank you Isaiah!!

I have not visited as a client, however, I called to ask questions regarding covid-19 precautions in advance of making an appointment. The person on the line was helpful and incredibly informative about all the precautions that are being taken. Out of all the other places I called, this one was the best.

This place is terrible they charged my card even after i told them not to and that they lied to me about the membership telling me it was free and that being a member would get you cheaper massages...when i found put they tried to take $69 from my card i called told them no and i was told i would recieve and email and that a block would be put on my card...this was in May, now its june and they still charged my card $69 because of this i was left $5 on my card i didnt realize that they charged me AGAIN i found that out standing in line at the grocery store with my 5 year old daughter being told that my card was declined. I literally went hungry because i was told they cant do anything for me and that i will have to wait 7-10 business days for the refund, sense we couldnt get groceries i went without food so my daughter could eat. This place is horrible i have never had to deal with something like this being lied to ignored and stolen from...do nit go to this place unless you want to be robbed and lied to

I have had hip pain for years, Melissa was able to identify the root cause and focused on it. Then made sure I was well informed with stretches I can do at home to continue to remedy the issue. I will be making a regular habit of seeing Melissa!

My wife and I both go here. I like deep tissue, she likes hot stone and gentle massage, and they cater to each of us. They also offer cupping which did quite well for me.

I dropped off a referral (the gal took copies of my referral and insurance card) for massage therapy (I broke my leg and the doctor suggested massage therapy for the swelling). They told me the insurance specialist would look it over and call me in a day or two. That was on mlk jr day. I waited a week and I never heard from them. When I called, they had a copy of the insurance card but no referral and ahe didnt know what happened but didnt think the insurance specialist got any of the information

Scheduled an appointment online and chose a time that they claimed was available per their online scheduling. Got there 10 min early and they said they called me and said that time was already booked. Will never come back to this place. Get your website scheduling fixed!

Love my 90 minute massages

While my therapist was excellent, I cannot believe I was charged $99 + $10 tip for a 50 minute massage! I will never pay that again!
