Salted Peace

Extremely disappointed... I booked a 90 minute massage and a facial. Both services lacked not only in skill and quality but in basic service standards. Massage did not even touch the lower back, top of back legs, arms at all and what was said to be a scalp massage was just time spent running hands through my hair. Half the time I felt I had to move to see if she was awake to keep moving. The aesthetician did not go over my service ahead of time or look at my skin to make recommendations... nor did she offer to do extractions which are $5 more apparently but as this was my 1st time, which I told all providers, I didnt know that. The point of a facial is to get extractions done to clean the skin and reduce pore size. Never was offered or when I asked it was apparently too late and I should ask next time. No water was offered after either service or at the end. When telling check out, I was told well next time you book ask for this person who is stronger and tell the aesthetician to upgrade you ... what?! No offer of compensation or apology nor care that they are asking me to pay for this and book again to try and get what I was supposed to in the 1st place. I have been in the service industry for decades and oversaw many Spas and salons ... this was more than disappointing and their lack of concern in this economy makes me upset anyone would spend their hard earned money on this place

I felt the need to write this review....I had such a positive experience. Not the first massage Ive ever had but it was the best Ive ever had! Thank you Joe for the wonderful massage! I was visiting relatives in the area & this appointment was a Mothers Day gift to me. I asked you to concentrate on my sinuses & upper & lower back...I normally have chronic neck pain but have been pain free for over a week now!It also helped my sinuses tremendously. You are a great asset to Salted Peace. I will see you again when I am visiting the area for another massage.

I’ve had 2-3 massages here and have really never walked out and thought “that was great”! For what their prices are, you really should feel that impressed. They do offer a list of different services but from other places I’ve gone they could be more affordable and better massages. I did have a facial there years ago that was great, so a lot depends on who’s offering what service.

I LOVE Salted Peace. I left the salt room feeling so relaxed and peaceful. I cant wait to try their other services! I love doing things to pamper myself while also feeling they are affordable. I will be back!!❤️

Great massage experience twice (different therapists) and love relaxing in the salt room. However, they offer many more services. Definitely check them out.

I went into Salted Peace for a therapeutic massage with Jon. My pain level was pretty high. Jonathan (Joe) was thorough in finding the source of my pain and was amazing at treating the muscles that were causing the pain. So thankful for the relief!

My first time to Salted Peace and it wont be my last!Tranquil setting and a fabulous massage from Joe.Went in with a painful knotted shoulder and came out relaxed and refreshed.

Went here after hearing great things about one massage therapist for deep tissue but he was horrible. For starters, I was his 1st appt, 10am, and he was almost 10 mins late; the gal upfront said “don’t worry he’ll be here, he always comes in at the last minute and you’ll still get your full-time”.So now he’s rushed, I’m a bit irritated that he didn’t have respect for his clients, Not a way to start off a relaxing massage, And then he really just didn’t know what he was doing. Just because someone can apply firm pressure does not make it deep tissue! I would not recommend this place when it comes to massages the other options , I couldn’t tell you.

Salted peace is an absolute treat! Best spa in all of Spring Hill! I was blown away by how I seemed to have transported into a whole different world when I stepped into the himalayan salt room especially. I’ve noticed they take extra care to get to know their clients by name, and their products they use in the spa and up for sale in the lobby have such clean ingredients in them however unlike some other holistic products, these WORK. The staff are so friendly and the owners Rose and Sonia are the sweetest people ever, I always look forward to seeing them! Check them out, they will treat you like royalty. (:

I’d never had a massage in my life. I was pretty nervous not knowing what to expect but they were very nice and really did a thorough massage and helped me figure out a few things that had really been causing me discomfort.

Couldnt have asked for a better experience. I was well overdue for a deep tissue massage and Chloe did not fail. Shes strong yet gentle. She alleviated pain in my lower back and between shoulder blades with ease. Front desk services were kind and professional. I will definitely be back.

My husband and I visited here on a whim and we were blown away. The benefits of the salt room were immediate! The staff was so warm and welcoming, the amenities were unique and even the atmosphere was so inviting and warm! Definitely a must-do for anyone, local or out-of-town!

It was amazing! This was my first time getting a facial and lash lift and tint. And it was the best thing I ever experienced!!!

Did not have a good experience with Chloe. I blame myself as I shouldve known better than to book a massage with someone same day opening and LOTS of other availability. Theres a reason for that. Everyone has an off day, but Id call her technique lazy at worst and distracted or inattentive at best. Ive had WAY better massages at Nashville Massage School & for 1/2 the price. Will not return here to take a chance with another therapist at that price.

Its interesting that every negative review on this page the owners will respond with we dont see you in our databaseLooks like accountability is lacking in this business.I had a facial scheduled and the night before my appointment I got a call that they needed to reschedule. When I couldnt make it to my rescheduled appointment, they charged me 100% of the service cost. They canceled on me, when I took time off to be there.Sad. Also was told the owner would contact me and it’s been over a week with no communication. Will never come back.

Friendly helpful people and positive energy. The salt cave helped my allergies- breathing etc. Clean and good ambiance. Thx!

The owners are very delightful to talk with. We had the Halloween special which includedsalt therapy, infrared sauna and vibration frequency table and throughly enjoyed ourselves. We would definitely return.

Katie is who you want for a facial for sure!!!! There have been a few ladies that work/worked there that werent very friendly. But the shop itself and all the Himalayan salt rooms and amenities they offer are great!! But if you go for a facial, definitely ask for Katie!!! You wont be disappointed 😌

Great massages with Terri and Joe. Very friendly as well. Both did Swedish massages focus on the very tight areas. The lobby, massage rooms and restrooms were pretty clean.

I kidnapped my husband after a long day and brought us both there for the salt therapy room and a 30 minute massage with Derek.It was so relaxing and so worth the price.Everyone there is soothing and genuine, that now I even go there for my eyebrow wax. Which by the way, is so much less painful at Salted peace and my skin isn’t irritated afterwards.So worth a visit!

Salted Peace is like nothing I’ve experienced before. This place reminds me of the TV show “Cheers” where everyone shouts your name when you walk in the door and is genuinely happy to see you. The owners Rose and Sonia have made Salted Peace a true place of escape from everyday life. I really love that the salt room is designed as a beach! I think the salt caves seem a little cheesy and a beach setting makes so much more sense! The staff explain everything thoroughly and treat you as if you are the only guest in the spa, regardless of how busy they are. I met Eden on my very first visit to SP and her smile and spirit were so encouraging. She really made an effort to make me feel comfortable and explained all of the services they offered. All the staff seem truly happy. I think I would love to work here. Thank you so much Salted Peace. You will definitely be seeing me on a regular basis!

My grandson was heavily congested and on meds, took him for salt therapy 3 days in a row and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!!!! He absolutely loved it too and was so relaxed afterwards! The staff is phenomenal and made us feel comfortable! Absolutely love this place!

What a wonderful little gem! I had the best, most relaxing time at this spa. These folks are on point with customer service and giving the full SPA treatment! Definitely returning when back in town. Mysha S. was the best in her craft and I am confident that her colleagues are as well.

Love this place so much! Staff is super friendly and accommodating. I came in for a salt session to help with breathing issues I have pretty regularly, and not only did it loosen the pressure in my chest and made it easier to breathe, but it was so insanely relaxing! The atmosphere of the room is amazing and I’d spend several hours in there if I could. Salt therapy really isn’t talked about enough, so I highly encourage everyone to try it out if you’re suffering from asthma or any respiratory issues and relying heavily on meds! This really may be what you need!!

Im so happy to have discovered this amazing spa! Clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly relaxing! From the moment I stepped through the front door, I could feel the calm and zen atmosphere washing through me. The salt therapy room felt like an evening watching the sunset on the beach (the BEST in the area)! I loved not only the feel of the salt in my toes, but the calming and serene feeling of breathing in the salt was amazing! I also really loved their infrared sauna. Very relaxing. They also offer foot domes with massage chairs and their one of a kind VFT tables. I also experienced a Thai Massage with Teri. Incredible experience. Definitely a 5/5!Unlike other spas Ive experienced, Salted Peace was SPOTLESS! So clean! Its obvious, not only the owners, but also the employees take great pride in making sure every person that walks through their doors is treated to the absolutely best experience possible! Its no wonder that they were voted Best Spa in both Spring Hill and Maury County!

Met the owners the week they opened. They are the best!!! I then Had a team building “meeting” in the beach room… ever since then I’ve been hooked!! I have been back several times for massages which can’t be beat! Derek has magic hands!Make sure you do yourself a favor and stop in to see this place and meet the great people working!

Waste of time, money, and energy. Got a one hour deep tissue massage, with Chloe, and she worked on “targeted areas” with absolutely little to NO pressure. I asked her to apply more pressure, and still, nothing. When it came to my hand, she literally just spread oil around for 5-10 minutes. Like, come on. I’m not even licensed and I know where the pressure points are in one’s hand. When it came to my feet, she caressed my heels the entire time. The foot has 2 THOUSAND pores and MANY pressure points. Why are you caressing my heels? I’m very disappointed because this is the CUTEST little place ever. For $100 (with tip), I would have rather spent it on anything else. I was in a great mood walking in, and walking out feeling frustrated and annoyed, is the worst. My energy was GOOD walking in, and I feel like that got taken away from me. I wanted to leave a great review, I really did. But this is the second time it’s happened within days. My fiancé, had the same issue with another message therapist. I couldn’t understand his frustration, until now. We will continue our hunt for a CONSISTENTLY good message place since we like to get up to 4 messages a month. It’s not cheap, so spend your money where it’s appreciated and people aren’t zoning out or nodding out on you. There is a young man there that’s really good. Ask for him. For me, I will be going elsewhere TODAY to get yet, another massage. For someone whose in a lot of pain, all the time, I would have appreciated more effort and energy. My only recommendation, is the owner find and hire individuals that have a relentless energy and passion for healing others. The vibrational therapy table was alright & the salt cave room was BEAUTIFUL to experience. Did notice better breathing after walking out.

Was having severe shoulder pain and booked a last minute appointment today. The original therapists I booked with could not make it in today and the owner called and booked me with Jill. Jill was AMAZING and really took care of my problem. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left my experience was far beyond expectation. The owners are incredible and really care about their customers. They even cracked several jokes and you can tell they take pride in what the have built! The atmosphere is relaxing, bright and comfortable. I am super grateful for their hospitality and booked my next appointment for 2 weeks. Thank you for getting me out of pain!!!

Highly recommended for several reasons! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, so that is major bonus points in my book. This place is super clean and the decor is inviting. I love the main group room best, but I just did the sauna yesterday and I think I found my calling. Can’t wait to do the vibration table and get massage. Definitely come check the this place out!

Salted Peace gives you a zen feeling as soon as you walk in the door. I have used all the services and I can honestly say there isnt one service I dont like. They have the best massage therapists and estheticians. The salt room is like an escape to the beach with the waves crashing and the salt on your face, The ladies that own it and employees always make sure you have a wonderful experience. Also they have an awesome selection of products. Do yourself a favor and take the time to have your own relaxing escape.

Oh my goodness, I love this place!I’m skeptical in general and I’ve been to salt “caves” that seemed a little gimmicky, but this place is legit and I can see myself actually incorporating it into my regular wellness routine. I felt so refreshed after my session in the salt room and my foot treatment. The staff also is so kind and accommodating and I honestly can’t wait to come back!

Very nice, welcoming environment! Loved being here and getting to look around. The staff were very inviting! I bought a handmade candle from them and was not disappointed! It smelled lovely and was very nice addition to my room. I would recommended this place highly.

Wow, tried a quick 30 minute focused massage and the results were amazing. Terri used a combination of different techniques and I felt immediate results. Owners are super nice, atmosphere is relaxing and the prices are very good. Going for a longer session next week.

The atmosphere is so relaxing! The knowledgeable and experienced staff is always so eager to assist and help you to understand what of their services will benefit you the most. No wonder when you walk in, you see the accolades, best day spa in Spring Hill/Thompsons Station, etc., etc. Salted Peace has CERTAINLY made a name for themselves. Teri did an awesome job with my massage! Usually I leave a massage with a headache and sore, but I do not have a headache for once and my back truly feels refreshed! Cant wait to go back and try more services!

A must visit! Support this place so it has a forever home in Spring Hill! Salted Peace was so mindfully created- it can be seen in all the details from the beachy decor to the kid’s room (bring your kids if they have sinus issues!). I love that the social room is just that, social. You can talk and unwind while you do your salt therapy. I can’t wait to try their other services like the infared sauna and foot dome/massage chair combo.

Mind, body, spirit......Salted Peace covers them all! The minute you walk in the door the vibe of this place sets you at ease. Unlike other salt rooms that have a “cave like” setting......this is a day at the beach, no really, the room is set up like a beach. If you lean back and close your eyes, listen to the crashing waves, and breathe in the salt air- you’ll think you’re at the beach.The owners have really done their research and it shows!With cold/flu/allergy season coming, do yourself (and your sinuses) a favor. I can guarantee you’ll fall in love.

What a wonderful experience! Kristen was so helpful and explained every detail about Salted Peace. Its a great place for a girls get together, a date night or even going it alone.

This a wonderful newer SH business with massage therapists. The owners and staff are so friendly and accomodating. Derrick does excellent work with shoulders and upper back tension from extended computer work.

My girlfriends and I come to this spot weekly. We love the social room, and the gift shop is great. I am obsessed with all their products. The customer service is stupendous. Cant rave enough about this place!

Visited recently as I was all stuffy, couldnt breathe out of my nose and by the time we were walking out the door, I sneezed and my nose started running. My nose ran all night and I sneezed all night. Definitely a visit to remember and I will return. Thanks so much for the experience, cant wait to return.

Nice place, but awful massage. Was supposed to have 90 minute, deep tissue massage. What I got was waaay far from that.

My wife and I went here one weekend, and we loved how many difference sessions they offered. Clean, cozy, and very relaxing. 5/5 will return!
