I got these terp balls from this location about a month or 2 ago and the one have been using is melting and they were 44.99$ and they refuse to refund me

Terrible service.The owner also sells pot illegally out of this shop I’ve been waiting a month for a phone call about a purchase and never got back to me (probably under the influence and can’t do there job correctly)Upcharge on all products that you can get down the road 10$ cheaper.Would not recommend anyone to use this place!!!

Why pay more, well let me answer that for you guys they have a clover point system that justifies a 25% mark up (they also do point resets idk if its the system or them basically you spend close to 100$ for 10$ off had mine reset a dozen times), yellow lemon smoke shop down the road has the same product for literally a fourth of the price cheaper, if you want comparative pricing lets say a vape is 20 at four other smokes shop less than 9miles around the same exact products would be 15$ so I say avoid the clover point system from this establishment unless you have money to literally burn. If the owner wishes to contact me feel free to Ill respond with comparative receipts, mom and pop liquor stores sell the vapes cheaper and same basic glasswares than this place and they also use the same exact vendors for the products. I say keep they can keep the point and just give me the same price others do, was a regular probably not going to be anymore. The customer service portion is fantastic but the prices are a joke you want spend that extra five dollars come on down to this place (for higher end stuff same principle applies mark up by 25%).
