TAKE ALL MY MONEY! I got Botox for the first time and I’m hooked! I had a previous consultation with another facility and just didn’t feel easy about everything. I contacted Skintastic and just on the phone, I already felt a million times better about the consultation. Consultation day came, and I was visually shown all the spots for injections, thoroughly talked to and very well educated by Kelsey. She did all my injections, and I am completely obsessed with my skin. She is absolutely amazing and I will never go anywhere else. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Highly recommend this spa.They always offer specials every month which is a plus.I have found getting my wellness shots with Danielle every 2 weeks has really helped me.Also, the BBl treatment I will continue in the fall with Danielle.My facials with Brianna are awesome.If you haven’t tried this spa you really should.Jessica at the front desk is so friendly she makes you feel very comfortable.Beautiful spa. I honestly miss the days of JANIE.. Im sorry but she was the ABSOLUTE HEART of this place! She brought you in and made you feel welcome no matter if you were spending $ or $$$$.She threw parties that made everyone feel happy to walk in, get greeted, talked to like your a person not just a wallet.those parties were festive and you can tell she put EFFORT into them! She put herself into EVERYTHING! I dont even know her personally but she always made you feel like a friend and if you had a complaint she would answer personally, now though....is that a bot that answers??Just exactly how many years has it been since this med spa won an award??? That slogan is over I think sadly....Now your lucky if they even bother to give you the 15.00 g/c you are promised let alone give you any sense that you are literally a regular customer.......Im sorry I had to leave this review...I honestly used to love this place when JANIE ran it and now all Im left wondering is why the company is still using the slogan voted best med spa 5 yrs in a row........

My experience was great from the confirmation call to friendly goodbye after my appointment.Botox was not something I had ever really considered as a male in my 30’s. However, after learning more about the benefits of preventative care, I gave it a shot.Katie was my injector and she was great. She did a great job setting expectations and making the appointment comfortable. She was meticulous in her work, and the results reflect that. Plus she was super nice!If you’re looking for an upscale, clean, friendly place, Skintastic is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back!

I wait a very long time each time I go in. So the one time I didnt show up 15min early, I was talked to in a very uncomfortable way at the front desk, and talked to again in the back. The staff were very dismissive even though I explained that Im always early and Im tired of waiting 30-40min to be seen each time and that day was not the day I could take that much time off work. Im not at all impressed with the outcome from getting Botox. They missed the spots completely (from two appointments) and Ive had to go back in to have them fix it but its still not fixed. Also not at all happy about my filler with Donna. She spent a lot of time giving me a stern talking to about not coming 15min prior to my actual appointment time. She wasted a lot of time making me feel absolutely horrible. At first I was angered and I said I would like to leave but Donna said she could fix my Botox and that she would like to talk to me about filler then I was in tears. Whats messed up is I ended up apologizing for getting upset and feeling uncomfortable. I explained I was having a really rough day but Donna scoffed and said she was having a really bad three years. Then she stood there several more minutes giving me details about her personal issues while I wiped my tears. Honestly I didnt want to be there anymore. I was just relieved that she wasnt scolding me any further about showing not up 15 minutes before my appointment. Donna totally rushed through the part I was trying to explain what I wanted and really rushed at the tail end of the filler. She said I made her run behind because I didnt show up early. If she didnt waste so much time scolding me, shaming me, and then venting about her personal life, she wouldnt have been making the other client wait. My filler turned out very uneven and not at all what I asked for. I mentioned that it was uneven and she said it was swelling which I knew it wasnt and she rushed me out. Im so disappointed. Staff arent nice like they used to be and they dont do a good job to make you look and feel beautiful. I really do not want to go back to get my filler fixed as the staff drama are not what I want to deal with.

I visited Skintastic a few weeks ago and got a body scrub and facial with Brianna and I absolutely loved it! It was an amazing experience, very relaxing and soothing. I would totally recommend it if you just need so slow down and relax. Brianna was amazing! I went back a few days later for a consultation and was seen by the owner who took her time to listen to my concerns, evaluate my skin, and recommend the best treatments to address my concerns. Decided to have a girls day out with my sister in-law and her sister Skintastic was our first stop. What a beautiful and clean spa. I had the special of the month and it was great. Brook did a great job, it was so relaxing and made my skin feel so soft and clean. I felt like I had glowing skin. I had never had my hands waxed before and that was marvelous. The warm wax treatment made my hands feel softer and made my arthritis feel great. I am looking forward to my next visit.

She went over the services that were best for my skin and listened to all of my concerns. Clean, serene, highly personable and skilled staff. IMO, you wont find a better spa in the Tampa area. You get more than youd expect with this place - its been open for years ergo some of the staff have been there a long time. Every person with whom I had a procedure with seemed deeply knowledgable, accommodating and personable. I have a deep respect for the women owners who have built this place into what it is. I really like the fact that they have monthly specials that truly do give a discount to their already fair and comparable prices and the customer outreach is fantastic.

I went in for my first lip filler, and I guess the results were fine but the experience wasn’t. The women who did the actual filler made me feel rushed and unimportant didn’t want to discuss anything with me came right in the room and started. NEVER asked me how I wanted them to look or asked me anything for that matter. I was put off by that and the only thing she did want to talk about was selling more filler services. I won’t be back.And yes as per the owner is curious and finds it hard believe this this the review is honest and it absolutely i. It was my first time getting fillers and I just went with it but after having experienced fillers somewhere else I realized how poorly my first experience went. Sorry for the honest review I guess
I love this place Donna is amazing person and she speak spanish very good, this point is very important for hispanic people.The best spa Ive ever visited is a beautiful aesthetic place and wonderful care. I travel two hours to get to this place but its worth it. Im so happy to have found them and the prices are very good for the quality of products and services. Ive seen Carla Cole for injections and she is one of the best injectors Ive ever seen (note to all.. Ive always hated botox because I found it painful, but now my experience is so pleasant). Carla is so sweet and kind. She took the time to answer all of my questions about botox and any other procedures I inquired about.Ive also met with Janie on a consultation for a different treatment and she was so kind and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions.
I have very high standards and quiet frankly are rarely met in this area until this wonderful place. Jamie is amazing and really cares. They don’t try to up-sell you on treatments you don’t need. I had skin removals done that were painful but they did their best to minimize as much as possible. Very clean and professional yet welcoming atmosphere. I haven’t met anyone there I didn’t absolutely love. You can tell the staff actually loves working there. A gem in SpringHill!
My experience began with Cool Sculpting followed by 4 Vanquish treatments. The results are amazing. My husband stated he noticed a considerable difference in my appearance. My stomach is not only much smaller but it is also more firm. It is a painless procedure and I will be getting more Cool Sculpting in the future. I also went for consultation for the face. I had a medium size freckle on my eye lid which my eye doctor stated if removed would result in the loss of eyelashes. However Janie told me she would remove it with no loss of eyelashes. What a difference! I am no longer self conscious. This has been a great experience for me and look forward to many more treatments. The staff is exceptional.

For myself owning a hair salon I look for the 3 P’s (professionalism, patience & people first attitude) and let me tell you they have it all. Janie the owner was so sweet and personable. Jamie is so knowledgeable and broke down everything that she was doing before she did it and I’m loving the results. My last apt we did the new RHA collection (RH4) in my temples which has longer lasting results up to 15 months WOW! The week before Emily gave me a fantastic facial and it was super relaxing! I made sure before I left I was scheduled for my monthly facial. Looking forward to my next apt with them.
I had my first visit at Skintastic two weeks ago. Glad I did. My girl Jamie just started working here and she is the best so I knew she would be at a top notch spa. I was thrilled skintastic offered much more than just skin care. Coolsculpting!! Permanent make up! All the latest new procedures Etc etc.. the list is endless. I am ready for all of them!! The spa is beautiful and the staff is wonderful and very informative. The owner is gracious and took the time to go over a lot of the procedures they offer. I could not be happier. 9/19/2022 Update - Went in today and got the PDO Threads done by Donna (and Donna is fricking amazing as well!!), OMG AMAZING!! The results are instant and they continue to get better for the next four weeks and last up to 2 years. Cant go wrong with results like that!!I have been going to Skintastic Med Spa since moving here a year ago. It started with Carla who is amazing, doing my Dysport and fillers. I then decided I wanted more information on other treatments and had a consultation with the owner Janie. She laid all the information out for me with pricing and really took her time with me. Since then I have gone on to do several other treatments there and am nothing short of amazed with everyone there. Everyone from the front desk staff to Carla, Tess, Danielle, Jaine, Emily, Faith, Katie that I have worked with is awesome. And their pricing is better if not better than anywhere else. And their Monthly Specials are AWESOME!!!

I got the facial of the month and dermaplaning - I feel like a new girl! I just got a facial done at Skintastic by Jessica Martin. Let me just say, I am beyond impressed with the service I received! Jessica was amazing! I went there for the Meyers cocktail and i was poked in both arms and hands. They sent me home black and blue. They were not able to get my veins. Which had nothing to do with not being hydrated.The owner tells me well, we are human and we are not perfect And not properly trained. The owner has a bad attitude.I had their botox injections and I found them to give shots where I didnt need them. Not in the muscle Total waste of money.The parking situation is terrible. The nursery next door will overpower the parking lot.Dont waste your money or time here.Unfortunately the owner is not honest in her response. I never said I would go back for more treatments because I had no intentions of doing so.I wasted too much time and money there already getting nothing accomplished.I never said anything negative about other spas.I spoke to the owner privately and she suggested I come back to see about getting the botox touched up,Thinking that would happen I came back only to be met with the owner again with the technician in a room only to be badgered by them both at once.Very unprofessional.I was never offered any additional units to fix things after paying for 62 units. Total of $620.00.Thats not how you should treat an unsatisfied customer. She should not be trusted. Watch your back.
Had a facial with brook, it was relaxing and delightful. Went back for a massage today with Alex Fantastic and I am EXTREMELY picky . He is a great massage therapist. Beautiful place. Wish it was more of spa but it is a med spa. Facilities are lovely and very relaxing. Ladies at front counter very accomadating. Will be back
Kelsey is AMAZING! i’ve gone now 3 times, first time we did kybella, botox and dissolved my previous migrated lip filler. second time we had to dissolve a little more. And just went back today to get my lips refilled finally. I can not say enough good things about kelsey! she makes the process so smooth, she’s easy to talk to. I’ve been to a lot of injectors and I’ll only go to her from now on. I even scheduled my next appointment with her! loooove kelsey and skintastic!
Excellent services. Reasonably priced.I really like Alex the massage therapist. I typically have massage every week. As you may have guessed, I had come to know many massage therapists. Alex by far is the best one. He listened well and kept patients notes. He applied just perfect pressure, not too much so that I have too much ache next day, and not to little so that my aching soft tissues might not generate sufficient anti-inflammatory responses to help me to recover quickly from various sports/exercises. Alex has the proficient human anatomy knowledge beyond a massage therapist into a physical therapist. Many of his techniques are rarely applied by your typically ran-of-the-mill massage therapists.
I surprised my mom with a facial. When mom came out of the room she couldn’t stop exclaiming it was the best facial she has ever had. She went on and on how Brianna worked on her face and was so thorough with each part of the treatment. She said her face felt so clean and rejuvenated. She couldn’t stop talking about how great Skintastic is affordable to come to. She definitely is a fan of Skintastic now. Mom made it clear that this is the go-to-place. Skintastic is my go to place for all things beauty! Jayne is a true professional! She’s so knowledgeable, honest and genuine. She explains everything she is doing during the procedure to make you feel comfortable. The staff is so caring and the studio is cozy and relaxing. I love that they are always offering the most cutting edge services and their menu covers pretty much anything you could ever need or want! If you’re not sure what you need, Janie will give you a consultation and her honest advice. Always a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience for me. Highly recommended!!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I really wanted to like this place. It is a beautiful facility, however, their customer service is really lacking. 2 out of the 3 times Ive been here, they have been extremely late in taking me for my scheduled appointment time. When I booked my most recent appointment I was told the last 2 injectors I saw no longer worked there. That is usually not a good sign when they have high employee turnover. Today at 5pm when I asked when I would be seen for my 4:30 appointment I was met with attitude from an assistant. She snapped at me that I was scheduled at 4:30 with her and not until 4:45 with the injector. When I book a 4:30 appointment for Botox, I expect to meet with the injector at 4:30, not an assistant that brings back to a room to wait some more. She did offer me a sparkling water that she never brought. When it became apparent that I was still not going to be seen in the next 15 minutes, I left. I will not be returning.
My daughter and I walked into skintastic, without an appointment . Janie was kind enough to consult with us about some skin care issues. We have been in for a couple of laser treatments, and are very happy with the results so far. Janie and the staff are very personable, and easy to talk to in a comfortable environment. We will continue to support this wonderful med spa.

I had never been to a medical spa before, but Janie and her staff made the entire experience flawless!!! I went in for a free consultation, and walked out extremely happy with a treatment plan in place and some sample products to try (which are amazing, btw!). I had my first treatment for minor skin irregularities done today, and I can already notice a difference! I cant wait for my next appointment, and to see continued progress! (on a side note, I brought my mom along for my appointment as well, and now she also has a skin treatment plan in place thanks to Janies expertise!)

I went in 2 months ago to get some help with my acne. Im 29 years old and it has been the worst it has even been in my life. Janie explained the treatments we would do. Extractions, peels, UV light therapy. I was super nervous but ready to get this taken care of. After 2 visits me skin had dramatically improved. Janie even texted me on her vacation to make sure I was healing okay. I just had my 3rd treatment and cant wait to see the results. The spa is so welcoming and relaxing. The staff is very knowledgeable. I would recommend Skintastic to everyone. I cant thank Janie enough for helping me. :) I will be back very soon!!

I had a zo peel facial done today & I had to come on and write a review because I was so satisfied with the whole experience. I have been looking for a local medspa who checks all of the boxes and I finally found one who does! Heather was the young lady who did my facial . She was so sweet and really made me feel so comfortable and pampered. She was extremely knowledgeable and informative about all the product . That is so important to me when it comes to my skin! I love how the owner goes out of her way to introduce herself and always has the customers best interest at heart. That is rare to find these days . The employees are always professional and if their a issue the owner takes care of it and makes it right. The interior is updated modern decor ,always clean. I am new to the area and decided to try electrolysis at Skintastic. This turned out to be a terrible experience. Having compared a past experience with electrolysis, I would rate this as the worst, the reason being my upper lip is now black and blue and it was a very painful experience. I have not been on blood thinners and don’t bruise easily. I feel this is due to inexperience and my next appt has been canceled. Two friends were interested, as well, but after seeing me they have reconsidered coming here. I do not recommend.On a positive note The place was very clean and everyone at the front desk very pleasant.
I have to say, this place is amazing!!! The office is beautiful. I have never been to a spa before. So I came here and had two procedures done, and I am blown away. Jessica did a facial for me and I was in shock how detailed and thorough she was. I really did not know what to expect when it came to a facial. My skin looks so much better. I wish I would have tipped her more as I only tipped her 15%, but quite honestly I have never done this before and wasnt sure what the protocol was for a procedure like this, plus I was still in shock at what all was entailed with a facial. I am definitely going back to her, and I will make up for that tip!!! LOL Thank you Jessica! You are incredible!!!!

I have been going to Skintastic for about 3 years now. The owner, Janie, is amazing! She is so kind, personable and friendly every time I see her. To say her new location is amazing is an understatement! I visit here at least once every two months for modulator (Botox, Dysport) injections and at least twice a year for dermal filler (Restylane). Besides injectable treatments, I go regularly for spa services. Its basically a one stop shop. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone. Ive never received a treatment I was dissatisfied with!! Getting ready for laser hair removal in the next couple of months.
Ive been coming to Skintastic for many years for my botox treatments as well as other dermal filler injections and its always quick and painless! I feel very comfortable there and I love the beautiful atmosphere! Jessica is an excellent and talented injector! I will be back soon!
I had my final Sculptra treatment at the end of April and was very pleased. Now a month later I cannot believe the difference. The deep lines around my mouth and chin are far less noticeable, every week the deep lines disappear more and more.
Amazing med spa. I have had many services from this facility and can honestly say I am 100% happy with everything about them. The staff is amazing and the services they offer is top notch. One of my very FAVORITE is the Myers Cocktail. If you are looking for something that will put the pep back in your step, then this is a must have! I am a fitness enthusiast and own two gyms. Even with my regular exercise, eating right, being hydrated and taking high quality supplements, I was still not feeling at 100%. After having the Myers Cocktail I felt AMAZING and have been seeing a major improvement in my performance. My endurance has doubled (at least) and my energy has drastically improved. Im able to get up for my early workouts without having to drink several cups of coffee or relying on an energy drink. I am definitely keeping the Myers Cocktail as part of my regular routine. If you feel you are missing something - definitely give this a shot.

As a man, I was skeptical to go to a Medical Spa to have any treatment done. But after seeing my wifes great results with BioTe hormone treatment, I decided to try it. I have a condition, PCOS. This has caused me to grow facial hair. Its something Ive lived with for the past 25 years and Ive been so self conscious because of it. After only one visit to have laser hair removal at Skintastic, I was born again in a way! The facial hair was nearly all gone. I cant tell you how amazed and grateful I am with the results. It only took about 15 minutes for the visit. In and out. I urge any woman who suffers with embarrassing hair growth anywhere on your body (men too), schedule an appointment with Skintastic. The office is beautifully decorated, very clean, and lovely staff. You are instantly welcomed as you walk in. Today, I actually had my second session. Truthfully, I had very little hair growth since my first visit, which was 4 weeks ago. Im am beyond pleased with the results. Also, the pricing is very much affordable. You will be amazed at all the different services they offer.
I cannot say enough about Janie. She is a true professional who explains everything thoroughly to you about any procedures you will have. I have had excellent results with the laser hair removal. After the first treatment, the hair was reduced at least 80%. I am almost completely hair free from the problem areas on my face.I have also had microderm abrasion treatments and facials with Janie and have always been completely satisfied.I was unsure about going locally for hair removal and thought maybe I should go to a larger advertised business in Tampa, but am so happy I gave Janie the opportunity first. The sessions are private, comfortable and Janie is very thorough and ensures you are satisfied.The atmosphere is friendly and everything is very clean and sterile.It is wonderful having all of my needs met locally and not having to travel. After years of contemplating Botox I finally took the step to visit this beautiful place. From the moment I walked in I felt at ease. This staff is just precious. Warm, cheerful, laidback, humorous, and absolutely professional. When I was brought back I had a moment of anxiety. I have a non life threatening arrhythmia that can be very uncomfortable and is most definitely triggered by uncertainties. The calm medical assistant put me at ease and after I met Carla I knew for sure that safety is of upmost importance. Not only is she highly trained and knowledgeable on aesthetics but she has an extensive cardiology background. She covered everything I wanted to know about treatment and options with ease. I have been a client of Skintasic for a few years and it is an amazing spa. The services are the very best. I have had massages by Alex and he is absolutely amazing! I have had an amazing facial Brianna(the monthly facials are amazing). I have had botox/dysport by both Jessica and Jamie and could not be happier with the natural appearance I end up with. The entire staff is friendly and the location is very warm, soothing and inviting. Janie, the owner, is wonderful. Not only is she so nice and welcoming, it is very clear she wants to ensure each client is happy with the service they receive there. I do not spend a massive amount of money there but I am treated as if I spend $10,000 a month!Janie holds a number of fundraising events throughout the year. These events help local families with food, school supplies, Christmas gift etc. always with the chance to win a very inclusive spa package. Pre COVID events were hed to support other small businesses. Janie would have food/drink and always a drawing during these events. I mention this because not only is this an amazing spa that provides the best, by far, spa services in the Tampa area at absolutely amazing prices, but Janie also gives back to the community in so many different ways. There is somethiing for everyone here and by supporting Skintasic you are also supporting so many other local businesses as wwell as families.
I had a bad. Couple of week s. Went to the salon. Have been a customer for years. Had a treatment, was ok . I wrote a grumpy critique. Which I thought was going to the spa. It went to Google. My error. Service. Is usually very good. I had Ultherapy. ?? 2 years ago. Read the brochure. Pamplet read, LITTLE discomfort?!! I was SCREAMINGIn pain. Could not turn my headCould not go to work. Could not drive, it was an expensive treatment for meAND I had NO skin improvement. My only bad experience there. Janie very knowledgeable
I had a free facial once at this place. The building and decor is beautiful and very relaxing. My facial was great however even though my facial was free I gave the esthetician a tip and she looked at me with an attitude and said, “It’s a little ripped.” The corner was a little ripped but it was still money. She should have been thankful I gave her anything.

The past few years I’ve been driving over an hour to Tampa and now I’ve found something closer to home in a spa that is even more beautiful with the same services at a fraction of the price! I came in for injections and I sat down to explain my concerns and the very nice women suggested things that I’ve never even heard of! I’m happy with my results and can’t wait to explore more of their extensive menu!
Melissa Clark at Skintastic is simply the best. I regularly get asked what magic sorcery is allowing me to age in reverse and look better than I did in my 20’s. I even have Botox but with Melissa’s light, strategic touch, my face still moves. I have filler in my nose, lips, cheekbones, nasolabial folds, and jawline for reference! I have had three chemical peels with Emily, who has done an amazing job and is amazing when I bring my baby in as well. She is super friendly and kind!! Eventually I will try the microneedling with PRF (which was recommended that I alternate between that and th chemical peels however I am trying the peels first). Great place and highly recommend!!

Today I had Ultherapy at Skintastic preformed by Janie Rushnell. The experience was amazing and explained to the most minor detail as to what to expect during the procedure. Not one detail was left out and there were no surprises. With just a few times you may have felt something, it was over in a second. I cant wait to see, in the next week or two, some of the more noticeable results and really the end results in a couple of months. After six months of chemotherapy, I was distressed at what had happened to my skin. Being a snowbird, I came to Florida to get my life back and feel better about myself. I met with Janie and have had several appointments, she has made me feel so much better about myself. My red blotches and dark skin spots are gone! I have had problems with rosacea for quite sometime and tried many products out there but nothing seemed to work went to this office and Janie introduced a new machine that would actually get rid of my rosacea so far I have had 2 sessions and my face is almost clear of all the red spots I have a special glow thanks to this office I can actually walk around without make up. This was my first time coming to a medspa so I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but as soon as I came in I was blown away at how beautifully designed, decorated and clean the building was! The staff greeted me immediately so I knew I was in good hands. I knew I wanted a facial but wasn’t sure what type so after talking with their esthetician Jessica, she recommended the Dermalinfusion facial. I’ve never had anything like it! My skin felt so smooth & hydrated after as well as all the gunk in my pores were cleaned out! I added on a jelly mask after the dermalinfusion which felt so cooling on my skin which was my favorite !!!. I give 5 stars to Skintastic Med Spa. As soon as you enter you are greeted by a warm friendly staff asking you to sign in and fill out the forms. I did Dysport, fillers on my cheeks, fillers on my lipline, Prf with fillers under my eye by Jessica. She was so gentle. She was talking to me telling me as what to expect. she was guiding me through the whole process. I did not feel any pain. I absolutely adore her and loved her work. the results in a week was absolutely great. I got so many compliments that I asked Janie and her staff to my house to be introduced to my friends. It was a successful day of fun and beauty treatments by Skintastic. A month later, I got Prf with microneedling for my whole face with Janie. This procedure makes your face look much younger and I could see the results in 2 months. My skin looks rejouvenated and soft. Janie is the owner of the spa. She is a social butterfly with the most beautiful smile. She took the time to take care of me personally with her busy schedule. I did threading with Jessica and I am quite happy with it. I do recommend them because you go to a place where you will get the best treatments and you will come so happy. The staff give you so much attention that it will make your day. I have been coming to Skintastic for a while now and I have to say I am beyond satisfied with the services I have received. I have been getting my dysport (Botox) and am perfectly injected with the correct amount each time. I just received a microneedling with PRP facial and it was such a pleasant experience. The owner Janie is such a lovely, pleasant and caring human. Jessica has such an eye and is so knowledgeable with all the procedures. I feel so comfortable coming here and they have my complete trust! I have found that she has amazing monthly promotions too on dermal fillers, dysport, lasers and more. (It’s varies monthly). I cant say enough about this office. I felt like I was talking with a long time friend not a stranger. The office was spotless, very clean & relaxing. They didnt try to sell me on anything, just addressed my concerns and help me find the correct products for me.I had lip filler to only my top lip to correct the appearance of an under bite I was insecure about and I am so happy with the results. It looks very natural and I already feel better about the way I look! The swelling went down after just a few hours and I was able to go back to work next day without feeling uncomfortable about the appearance.I also had a little Botox in an area and though I was afraid (I always heard you cant move that area anymore and people look expressionless after words) I assure you thats not the case. I can move the area and it is in no way obvious that I had it done (other than the amazing smooth look it gave me) I wanted to leave this review because I think we sometimes are afraid to admit we want or do get work done even when we really want it. Please dont let misconceptions stop you from at least considering it. The consultation was free, they didnt pressure me at all and gave me an honest assessment. I feel and look better as a result of the work done. I will always use this office in the future. Thank you for helping me glow!
I’m new to the area and I was really hoping to love this place based on all the great reviews. Sadly, I was disappointed. As soon as I walked in, there were 3 employees at the front speaking to each other so I was not acknowledged right away. Once they finished talking, the receptionist gave me the new patient paperwork and said they’d be with me shortly. Around 20 mins after my appointment time, Jessica finally came out and got me. There was no apology for me having to wait. She asked if I’d had Botox before and asked me how many units I normally had. She then told me I needed 26 units instead of 25 I was used to getting so I said ok. She had me frown a couple times, raise my eyebrows a couple times and was done treating me in 3 minutes. She was not gentle with the needles at all and if you’re looking for any kind of “bedside manner,” look elsewhere. As a new patient I did not at all feel welcomed. I felt rushed and like my personal time didn’t matter. When I checked out, the receptionist was in a huge hurry and seemed annoyed that I didn’t know how to activate my brilliant distinctions reward. I had never done it before since my previous doctor always assisted with that. She also never bothered to ask if I wanted to schedule a future appointment. It’s hard adjusting when you move and finding new places and people to trust with your face. They definitely didn’t add anything pleasant to the experience and I wouldn’t return here.
I got a facial done with Brianna. She is so sweet and gentle. Very knowledgeable about skin care. She was happy to answer my questions and gave me great advice on how to help my dry skin.

I have a few health issues that make it difficult for me to feel comfortable and safe when even thinking of visiting any type of spa. I can you with joy I have found my spa. The Employees are Wonderfully Amazing from my CBD MASSAGE 🥰 PURELY GLORIOUS 5 stars all on its own but I had a Wonderful facial. I am allergic to citrus I was Shocked to find they had other products with aloe to do my face. After what i though was the end... Nope I got a cup of CBD TEA! CAN I TELL YOU I WAS SO RELAXED NO MORE MUSCLE SPASMS AND I SLEPT BETTER THAN A BABY that night and the two nights that followed. I will definitely be going back.. ... they have *Membership packages. In my first appointment I really didnt know what to expect since I was looking desperately for an acne treatment. I have been going to Skintastic Med Spa for almost 2 years. I have enjoyed all the treatments I’ve received from their wonderful staff! I have been doing Biote hormone replacement therapy with Katie. She is wonderful, very professional and explained everything! One of the reasons I started HRT was the fact that I have severe osteopenia and even have developed osteoporosis in some areas.After receiving the results from my recent bone density exam I was thrilled to learn my numbers have all improved! Skintastics is the finest Salon Ive ever been too. They have many services to help to improve your small facial flaws. The staff is very welcoming and upbeat. while there Janie noticed some small facial imperfections and explained what they were and how they can be treated. I had cool sculpting done in the beginning of June at skintastic. I know I was told that results can take up to 3 months to fully see, but within a week I was able to tell that it was working! I’m so excited to see my full results! This place is wonderful! Can’t wait for my next one!!!

I Went to this place as a last resort after years of dealing with facial acne and no help from dermatologist or any and every expensive skin product out there! I was hesitant because during these tough times money is tight but even during quarantine with no plans or anywhere to go for months on end waking up with acne every day is depressing and crippling... I feel like a lot of my questions were answered with facts!Although there are multiple causes of acne they try to address your exact problems and skin type to the best of their knowledge! I got my first DMK facial with*** Brianna🥰 and she is just so gentle soft spoken and genuinely sweet! I am really hoping the facials and the at home care works out for me today is just the first day so it’s too early to tell I am just very pleased with the nice calming experience I had and am hoping my acne Journey will soon end and I can start a self love and pampering journey instead of focusing on some thing that’s so ugly and depressing

I had the February facial of the month with Nano-Microneedling today with Jessica. It was my first facial ever and although I have nothing to compare it to it was so fabulous and relaxing . It was an hour long and I could have stayed 10! It was just what I needed, microdermabrasion, steam, massage, heated blankets, paraffin hand wax etc..... so worth the little I paid. Then off to Jess for Dysport. She always does an amazing job! ❤️
