Best vape store in town! I live over by 50(Cortez) & Mariner & I drive out of my way just to come here. They always have everything I need in stock @ any given moment. (which is a lot, I’m harsh w/ vapes lol). And every single one of their staff is extremely friendly & helpful!!

This place is the best! Staff is excellent! I live in Ocala , and locally I can never find my Innevape e liquid. Which is super depressing . I found this brand of vape juice to stop smoking 2 packs a day of Marlboro Smooths. I feel so much better and the cost of vaping vs cigarettes has been a huge financial saving.I made the decision to drive 75 miles to get some. Was completely worth every penny! Casey the store associate was super helpful, I was able to take advantage of store sales , spent less money at that store between the drive and what I bought than what slim pickings I can find locally . The juice was super fresh and full of intense flavor! I will definitely be a repeat customer! They had all the strengths of my favorite vape juice! And I was able to sample other varieties, and they had all the Accessories for my geek vape! I quit smoking in August and havent looked back. I will definitely be a repeat customer despite them being 75 miles from my home! Thanks Casey it was a fabulous experience!

Innevape has the best e-liquids and vape supplies in Pasco and Hernando County, Florida. When my wife and I moved here from Tampa, our favorite smoke shop chain closed its doors due to the new FDA regulations.When we conducted a Best Vape Store Near Me search, we spend the first few months reading vape shop reviews and trying them all out. Some looked like we were walking into their living room and the different types of e-liquids were good.When we walked into Innevape, we immediately knew we found our new vape store. The store was clean, looked like a real store, and the staff in Spring Hill know their stuff.Im a fan of fruit flavors, so their e-liquid custom label, Heisenberg became my new favorite. I dont mind spending a little over $20 for the gigantic 120 ml bottle, because it lasts me weeks. I ended up saving money buying a bigger bottle than many little bottles more often.My wife prefers the Whatamelon that comes in 75 ml. She uses her SMOK Vape Device more than I do, but shell go a couple of weeks before I head back to the store.Innevapes frequent buyer loyalty programs are always an excellent way to save money. I always have great service there, the employees are all so nice and willing to help and answer questions about anything you need to know. Great stalk and many things to choose from.

They where not opwn on time had to sit a hour before they opend. Their was 2 wlgirls working who could not help me and always says just buy new when my hank is new it was just locked and they had no tool like the guys do. They changed and sont have all the juice like they use to. They never want to help they need a man and a girl in their to help customers instead of always trying to sell new things when you just buy somthing the day before. I will no loger go here. I went somewhere eals ans they helped me with no problem.

I have been very happy with Innevape. They are the only ones with the Hiesenburg liquids that I love. They have reasonable prices on liquids, coil replacements and mods. I have taken advantage of the online store and their physical store for some time now. Both of them supplied the same great service.

This is my favorite vape shop. The store has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, which sets it apart from the typical vape shop/lounge. The staff is friendly, and they are quick to share their knowledge and expertise to help you find something that youll love. The prices are fair. The location is extremely convenient, located within a shopping plaza and easily seen as you pass through. A+ experience.

Definitely the best place in Spring Hill to go to for vape. All their house blends are spectacular and if you sign up for their memberships you get good deals. Summer and Emanuel were super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me and my partner who are just getting back into vaping after being out for a few years. Be sure to drop by and check things out at the very least and taste some of the juices there. We’ll for sure be coming back again as our regular provider for juice and coils.

Staff was very helpful. I bought Atlantis coils here. My only tiff is the price. Aspire Atlantis(the first one) came out a few years ago. The coils shouldnt be $16 when there only like $11 online. I get it though. They need to make their money somewhere. Thats why I only took off one star for that. Not 4 like some people on here. Also, they were cheaper here than any other store around.I really dont understand the bad reviews. All local vape shops are more expensive than online. Just like any other store(not just vape stores). Your paying for the convenience. What Im trying to say is, usually the 2 stars and one star ratings are bogus. Check it out for yourself!

So if you knew the owner Jeff you would buy your vape from him all the time. He creates the vape juice in a commercial environment and is very, very picky and passionate about its ingredients. Hes very mindful of peoples health and very fair about pricing. Well to have good, customer service oriented employees like Brian really helps with the whole experience of buying vape here. Prices are great too when you know the high quality you are getting in the product.

Juice is way overpriced and the selection is rather limited. No diy bar and last time I was there they had no coil station. The options of mods are very limited but most of the prices are only about 15% upmarket vs buying online.Ive also had high pressure sales tactics used on me while looking for juice. The associate said something about my batteries being rewraps. Which they were, but why she started going on about it being unsafe is beyond me since I told her that Im the one that wrapped them.While asking questions about the processes they use making the juice they just kept saying oak wood barrels, and pointing me to a poster about their lab. The associate then was curious how I knew so much about the processes to which I replied I make my own juices but Im currently out of VG. Then the lady basically starts scolding me about how unsafe it is and that lots of people die trying to do that and I would be better to leave it to the professionals.I usually dont review places on Google unless the place has given me a good reason too. I dont enjoy hearing about how everything Im doing is bad just because you want more sales. Ive read and studied all of the proper safety methods with handling nicotine and I understand what Im doing with it.

I’ve been a customer of Innevape for quite a long time, and I’ve never had a bad experience there. The staff is very friendly at both stores that I frequent (Port Richey and Spring Hill). Heisenberg is my all time favorite!!

The highest quality eliquids at affordable prices! Trained, personable employees. Great selection of mods, tanks and coils. Three locations in Florida and internet sales. Taste tester juice bar is by far the best around! I highly recommend this place for all your vaping needs!

Over priced compared to online. Sold the wrong pack of coils to a friend after being asked what coils fit his device. Refused to exchange them after they were determined to be wrong. Closing crew can be sketchy at times. Some staff members are very knowledgeable, others are just taking up space.

This place is nice, though I am a little partial to the Port Richey store. High quality e-liquids at a relatively decent price. They sell starter kits and different box mods and tanks too.

I like it, good quality products, but I dont feel so rushed & get more education in NPR store. I spent $10 in SPH were I gladly spent $180 in products at NPR. All based on service. With so many vape options I go because I choose to. I went 2x & felt the same so I kinda didnt go back.

Ive had 2 mods since I quit smoking; a Kangertech K-box mini and recently, an Aegis. Before that, it was pen-type vapes. Well, Ive had nothing but issues with the Aegis leaking and I was at my wits end and went into Innevape looking for a new mod. After explaining my problem to Kyle, he explained that I was running my mod too low for the coil I was using. He also got me set up with a new tank and coil combo that worked with my vaping habits, for a fraction of what a new mod would cost. Hats off to him for all his help. Because of him, theyve earned a loyal customer.

My husband vapes and he likes this place best. This place is very clean and looks really nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you have a problem with something. I just wish they stayed open longer in the evenings.

Wife bought a vaporizer which had leaking issues right from the start. She made three trips and they worked on it but still leaked. Finally, on her fourth trip, they replaced it with same vaporizer and set it up, and it, too, later leaked fluid. She went back and manager worked on it, and it started leaking again as she was driving home. She went back the next day for a sixth time and they then told her there was nothing more they could do for her and wouldn’t give her store credit to purchase a different brand of vaporizer. The original brand she purchased was either an inferior product or they didn’t know how to set up properly to begin with. When she said she would be calling the bank to reverse the charge, the staff member rudely told her “By all means”, which basically means ‘screw you’. Their leaking product ruined two of her shirts, lots of wasted liquid, and a tank of gas driving back and forth to resolve the problem, which never got resolved.UPDATE: Wife took same vaporizer to House of Clouds vape shop on Mariner Blvd near Cumberlain Farms store and they had the problem diagnosed and resolved in no time. Leaking problem due to improper initial setup at Innevape. One knowledge employee at House of Clouds fixed problem that three employees and a manager couldn’t figure out at Innevape. Her vaporizer has been working fine ever since. What was really cool is that they fixed it for free. We are now House of Clouds customers and encourage others to go there instead of Innevape.

I bought a coil that was dead when I put it in so I go back to see if instead of getting a new coil I could just get five dollars off a new ecig ( the price of the coil). They told me they dont exchange coils even if theyre dead. Only if they give you the wrong coil. I was gonna spend 100$ now Ill be taking all my business elsewhere. Five dollars to keep a customer.

The hours are wrong. Two times in the last 2 weeks Ive driven there during posted hours of operation and they were closed. After the 1st time, I mentioned to the employees that the hours were wrong - both open and close - and they told me it was too hard to change. I feel like they owe me gas money

Customer service here is awesome. Everyone knows what theyre doing, they actually carry a conversation instead of rushing you back out the door, and on top of it all the prices are excellent.

Horrible disrespectful people and they jib you! I am a new vapor and they completely took advantage of me and the liquids taste horrible I literally had people laugh at me when I told them how much I spend for a starter pen and had to pretty much was a piece of crap. I went to complain and talk to the manager and he wouldnt talk to me nor even look me in the face I am out raged and pretty much completely fierce on how I was treated do not recommend to ANYONE
