She’s the beautiful woman with black ring nose piercing and cool hair); any back to my original point, as long as they worked there I would pay any price. Matt you run a great shop with great humans!

Best Vap/Smoke Store in Spring Hill. I went inside and they were VERY KIND and Helpful! I WOULD recommend this Shop to ANYONE that is over the age of 21 to go inside and Explore! They allow you to taste different brands of Vape Juice to your liking. Hope they’re around forever! Love you all and Thank You for my concerns!

Lauren and Devlin @ the Anderson store are awesome. I went in today for the 4/20 sale to hopefully replace a broken Vape MOD that I bought from them a few months back. I was sad to find out they sold the one I was looking for. But Devlin and Lauren assured me they can order me one in the color I wanted no issue, so I happily agreed. To take advantage of the sale while I was there, I mentioned to Lauren that my backup mod was also going on the fritz and I might want to replace it as well. She could have easily up-selled me but she recommended a replacement that actually was surprisingly awesome. I cant tell you how relieved I was leaving the store knowing I got a great deal on a mod that will last me. One of the most well stocked, informative, and awesome customer service Smoke Shops in the area. If you cant find it in the Yellow Lemon then it dont exist !!!

One of my favorite shops in Spring Hill. Go check out Devlin & Lauren! They are always recommending great stuff and they have a great vibe about them. Im so happy that they have added more metaphysical things to the store. I added some photos for those that dont know that they carry more than vape and smoking supplies.

The first two times I went in, I was impressed by the excellent customer service from both ladies that helped me. The third time I went in, some guy was so worried about IDing me (mid 30s) before he even greeted me and was in a sour mood like I was bothering him. Will take my business elsewhere next time

**UPDATE - March 2024**Stopped in again with what I wanted to purchase in mind... Dev took the time to understand my needs and suggested a different product. He hit it on the head! I love my new device and happy I made the switch. Dev is really friendly and knows a lot about the product. Also, the product I bought was on sale that month so score for me!Top Notch Shop! There are lots of options around Spring Hill but this place is the best. Don and Dev are super nice, knowledgeable and provide high quality customer service. I would recommend seeing these dudes for your needs! Prices are also great :-)

I always come in and get my two banana flavored fume vapes and Devlin is always great. He is very attentive and remembers me when I come in. Great addition to the staff and it keeps me coming back to this location to be honest. I keep saying great, but he is more than great, he has wonderful customer service skills and knows what to say and how to treat each customer. I have seen him with other customers, and he is wonderful with them too. I enjoy that this location has the product I like at a good price, but I can get that anywhere to be truly honest, but I come back here every time whenever I need to because of the staff. I tried a peach banana flavored fume today and it isn’t what I usually get, but it’s pretty good. They keep the flavors you like to get if you keep coming back when it comes to the vapes, they listen to the customers and order accordingly. I appreciate that 100%. They have cool jewelry and eclectic things in a small section I have purchased before. I don’t get much else from the store, but I am a repeat customer and I do not buy vapes anywhere else except here. Thank you, Devlin, for making this my vape shop to come into and for always being a great person.

They’re my favorite shop in Spring Hill. They always have the things I want in stock, and really treat you like family. I was having a rough day one day and the woman working was so sweet. I guess she could read my energy and gave me an awesome pep talk. It meant a lot. The little things like treating customers well sets them apart. When I explain the flavors I like, they always hit the mark! I have never left unsatisfied! The other workers are also great!

Don, Dev, and everyone here is amazing! They always remembered me, pointed out new products they thought I would enjoy, and genuinely put the customer first. I just moved away from Spring Hill and already can tell the shops in my new area pale in comparison to their deals, standard prices, and most importantly customer service. I visited yellow lemon smoke shop yesterday, as I always do ( I’ve always had good experiences there ) but yesterday my visit was exceptional. Both Veronica AND Dev were both awesome! I was going in there for a totally new vape device and was totally lost. On top of being greeted and offered help immediately after arriving, they truly did go the extra mile to make sure I was happy, satisfied, and informed. They were both extremely knowledgeable, informative, and professional. They truly do care about their customers, and the needs of that individual customer and at no point were they the “typical pushy sales person.” They took the time to explain everything to me in great detail, and even set up my new device for me! Also, they asked to check back in in a couple of weeks to make sure I’m liking my new system. I highly recommend you go see Veronica and Dev, you will not be disappointed!

Im not a smoker, but my boyfriend is, and he was looking for a new vape setup, so we came in. I was immediately impressed with how immaculately clean the store was upon entering. We were promptly greeted by Donald who was incredibly personable and proved to be an invaluable source of experience, knowledge, and advice. Dev, his fellow associate, was just as friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The level of professionalism Donald displayed while providing stellar customer service made us feel like family. He listened to our needs, and recommended a setup for my s.o. that was both high quality and incredibly affordable. It was crystal clear that his main focus was providing us with the best possible product without trying to upsell us on a bunch of unnecessary extras we didnt need. I dont even care that we live in Land O Lakes. I could not have asked for a better shopping experience. Ive been coming here for a good while now for vapes and kratom and I have never had a bad experience. They have a great selection of disposables and juices and the best customer service if anything goes wrong. There is a certain flavor Vape thats been difficult to find in the area. They were fast to respond to my DM and definitely had what I needed in stock. I stopped by this afternoon looking for a new glass piece and was happy to find they had a large selection of excellent quality American blown glass. I came into the shop for a butane refill canister for my torch. I have been to many smoke shops, and this is one of the best. The shop is clean, welcoming, and has good lighting. I could smell the wonderful incense as soon as I walked in. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. They had a WONDERFUL selection of vapes and juices, pipes, papers, incense, etc. They also sell gifts like jewelry and clothing. I will definitely be back!

But I was in the area of the yellow lemon for work and having donald help me get a few things based on what was going to be best for me not best for the shops revenue. I will absolutely start planning trips to the shop around my work schedule. With a vape shop on pretty much every corner, it’s hard to get quality products with a staff that actually cares whether you or not you’re satisfied... but that changed for me today when I went into the yellow lemon. John, dev & another guy (sorry forgot the name) all greeted me and helped me out with a smile. Deff gonna be going back, esp because of John’s willingness to keep me a customer by fixing the issue I originally had. 😃

Asked for a suggestion on the fume vapes. I tried a lot of the flavors before and the register lady told me the strawberry cheesecake was one of the best sellers. Found out after trying it and looking into it that she was just trying to get rid of it. Tastes like vomit. Dont ask for recommendations there.
