Dont buy vape pens from here!!! other than that they are nice people I dont EVER write bad reviews but both locations recommended vape pens that SUCK total waste of time and money.

I wrote a bad review 6 years ago on this place and it was mainly about the prices!Well since then it’s the only place I will ever go from now on!I love the staff!The girls are amazing,friendly and very helpful! I ask them to special order certain things and they will do everything they can to get it in if they can get it,and it’s always within a week!I was just there and I read through my reviews after and couldn’t believe how rediculous and hypocritical everything I wrote was so I had to change it!Thank you Glass Chamber and it’s beautiful ladies for having my back!!!❤️THE MURDOCTOR!

I pass many a smoke shop , but love the variety and knowledge at this shop. If you have something you are looking for and they dont have it, they will order it. Very helpful and personable employees .Incense variety, quality and price are a must to pick up along with beautiful incense burners. Also cute tchotchkes for your favorite smoker. I also like the cute boho bags. All around fun shop.

I purchased a vape on 4/27 for $67 dollars. When I got home the top of it wouldn’t fit in the device right. So I brought it back and the owner told me she would order some and I could pick one that I wanted. OK! So I go and pick another device only this one almost blew up in my face! At this point I have just had it with their products. She told me I could purchase another one and they would give me a discount! 🤣 LADY ARE YOU SERIOUS!!?? You just sold me 2 broken devices and tell me there’s nothing more you can do for me. I’m taking the loss on this money, but I just wanna warn people that these mods that they’re selling most of them are opened. I can see one or 2 opened to show a customer but they literally had 2 of the same device opened but just different colors. That tells me something isn’t right with these mods. As soon as I caught on to this she had asked me to leave. Very suspicious to me!!! I hope this helps someone. Don’t make the same mistake I did!!!

Love love this place and all the employees! They are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My ONLY complaint is not being able to test e-liquid before I buy. The staff does a great job of giving me info and letting me smell as many as Id like, but its not quite the same.

So I cant think of enough good things to honestly say about this place. The staff here are absolutely AMAZING and are so welcoming and friendly every single time I come in to buy my vapes. They always have an awesome selection of the newest flavors available for the HQDs, and theyre constantly offering great sales and member discounts on their products. You cant go wrong shopping here. 5 stars dont really do them justice. Thanks Jess and comoany!

This is my favorite place to shop! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They also have so many cool products to peruse, the only drawback here is I spent too much time looking around! I’m so glad there is a place like this in town.

Love this place just found the original proto pipe the best pipe you can ever buy, solid brass screen less has a poker and a stash spot for your tobacco! I had a wonderful experience in this shop! I did not catch the ladies name that helped me but she was kind and showed me exactly what I needed.I had a terrible experience at a competitors shop, and was already frustrated when I found Glass Chamber. But when i walked in I explained what had just happened to me, and I was met with understanding and information. I walked out of the store much happier than when I walked in, and I would recommend Glass Chamber to anyone.

Love this place. Great selection on pipes, bongs, and 1 hitters. Also a decent selection on Kratom.If your looking for some info this is the best place to go to get educated. They always have a great answer or suggestion.

Went here not too long ago to get some things sadly they seem to have a combination of quality products and ChinaGlass knockoff products, i did end up leaving with everything I had came to get, and the price was fair and the girl behind the counter did a excellent job helping me, even though the stuff behind the counter was arranged like a deleted scene from the Labyrinth, either way good shop.

This place never fails to be helpful! The young lady who assisted me was very patient and helped me find exactly what I needed. Been here twice so far and definitely will continue going here in the future :)

Congratulations you successfully irritated my barber with your loud music while they were cutting my hair. I don’t know if you can understand how other people might feel about your choices, or the way your actions affect others. So I wanted to let you know since you irritated my barber during my session I was rushed, and I’m pretty pissed about it. I’m not going to put the bad review on them because of the actions of the employees who work at this “establishment”.

Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Prices are steep compared to other retailers but the selection is pretty impressive. Store was clean and transaction was completed promptly.

The glass chamber is my go-to for all of my needs. They have terrific specials and coupons all the time. And they carry quality products and the staff is super nice.

Sold me an Aegis pro and said it was for Salt Nic. I knew when I went in basically what I wanted and asked for them to point in the direction of the best Salt nic burner available. Goofy points me to the aegis. I dont know if dude was using an aegis pro for salts but if he was, hes probably no longer with us, as it will literally kill you.. Out the door they forgot to include the battery FOR the mod, so I couldnt even use it at first. Had to drive back to get a battery. All in all, terrible customer service, they dont know what they are doing and they definitely dont know their own products. Also for whatever reason, the day we went in, the shop was unbearably hot. Fix your ac.

If I could leave a zero I would. Idk her name but your customer service sucks. My boyfriend went in on Saturday night and a nice guy helped him with a bong slide. The man even said, if it doesnt fit just bring it back. The slide did not fit, so he tried to bring it back LIKE HE WAS TOLD! the crazy lady tells him its dirty and smells 😂😂😂 common sense says, if it didnt fit in the bong how can it smell or be dirty??!! It is perfectly clean and never used. Maybe your employees shouldnt tell people, just bring it back if it doesnt fit, no big deal when obviously it is a BIG DEAL! WHAT A JOKE!
